Writing Guide: Character Profile

Many writers develop a character profile through brainstorming. There are a lot of ways to brainstorm.

Make a list of your character's traits and characteristics.

Journal as your character.

Create a playlist that your character would like.

Interview your character.

Role-play by putting yourself in your character's shoes in different circumstances.

Create a collage.

Consider the following questions.

What are their strengths and weaknesses?

What happened to your character prior to the beginning of the book to make them the way that they are?

What is your character's main motivation? What do they want from life?

What do they need from life? Are they aware of it or are they searching for something else?

What are their insecurities and fears?

How do they speak around others?

How are they different when they are alone?

How do they grow throughout the novel?

Do they have any unique quirks, habits, accents, sayings, or mannerisms?

What is their moral code? Values? Do these change as they evolve?

A little list of OC questions based on the folklore of winter greenery in Northern Europe. This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all symbolic meanings, but rather just a small selection for entertainment, rather than educational, purposes.

Fir: Endurance and Hope.

Is your OC generally optimistic about the future?  Or do they tend to prepare for the worst, whilst hoping for the best? Or do they even take a generally pessimistic view of the way things will likely unfold?

ᶻ 𝗓 𐰁 ♱.ᐟ KVRMA, pronounced as KARMA, is a six-member fictional boy group. They debuted on October 19th, 2019 under CHOSEN ONES ENTERTAINMENT with an original lineup that consisted of seven members. Coming from a middle tier company that had nearly gone under due to scandal years prior, watchers of the company didn't expect much from KVRMA when they were first announced. Momentum shifted in the group's favor though when the lineup was revealed to the public.

Having a lineup with a very popular child actor and two idols from previous groups, KVRMA instantly drew in a lot of fans when debut teaser were dropped. With a concept that revolves round each member representing one of the seven deadly sins, the hype for their debut was high. Their debut song CRUELTY was met with much fanfare, both positive and negative, and shot them into the high standings of the industry as fresh rookies.

After being in the industry for three years, KVRMA was hit with a tragedy when member LJ passed away from an overdose two days before his 23rd birthday in 2021. Having been actively promoting during this time, the group made an abrupt exit from the industry and was on indefinite hiatus for roughly a year and a half. Throughout this time period, no official word was given from Chosen Ones about if or when the group would be returning but most members began working on solo endeavors. Twenty months after LJ's death, KVRMA returned to the scene in 2023 to a very warm welcome from both past and new fans.

Over the years, KVRMA has gained world-wide recognition for their lore, concept, and distinctive style of music. Being a primarily self-produced group music wise, fans never fail at praising the group for making waves in the industry constantly.

I've been doing a lot of research and careful consideration when figuring out the official heights for Sector V in my AU. Using their proportions from the show as a reference, I wanted to keep their height dynamics true to the original while adding a bit more realism for their late teen versions! Here's what I've gathered,My frame of reference:

Incase can't read the Height Order is

Hoagie > Abby > Nigel > Kuki > Wally

And based on that i estimated it to be:

Hoagie: ~ 4'11 '

Abby: ~ 4' 10 '

Nigel: ~ 4'9 ' ( he's slightly taller then kuki but shorter then Abby so this works ig)

Kuki: ~4'8' (slightly taller then wally)

Wally: ~ 4'6 '
