Okay, I finallyyyyy sent the goddamn fucking email, putting what I wrote under the cut, as usual, google translate it yourself

ich bedanke mich sehr herzlich für Ihre so freundliche Antwort, auch wenn Sie mir zur Emailportraitdose nichts weiter sagen können. Ich bin sehr froh, dass mein Vorschlag auf Interesse stößt und freue mich über einen weiteren Austausch diesbezüglich.

Die bisher von mir gelesenen Bücher mit Quellenwert bzgl. des Prinzen sind folgende:

1730, Johann Wendel Bardili: Des Weyland Durchl. Printzens Maximilian Emanuels Hertzogs in Würtemberg etc. Obristen über ein Schwedisch Dragoner-Regiment Reisen und Campagnen (…):

Dies ist die wertvollste Primärquelle, welche das Leben des Prinzen von seiner Abreise in Stuttgart bis zu seiner Beisetzung dokumentiert, geschrieben von seinem Prediger/Sekretär, digitalisiert online verfügbar.

Bardili beschreibt die Vorbereitungen, die nach dem Ableben des Prinzen getroffen wurden, um seine Überreste nach Byczyna/Pitschen zu überführen, und erwähnt hier auch die Anfertigung in Wrocław/Breslau und Aufstellung des Grabmals an seinem ursprünglichen Ort in der evangelischen Kirche in Byczyna.

Stützt sich in größten Teilen auf Bardili, bietet aber mehr Einordnung bzgl der Abstammung und Familie des Prinzen und anderer involvierter Personen, digitalisiert online verfügbar

1956, Rudolf Grieser: Die Memoiren des Kammerherrn Friedrich Ernst von Fabrice:

Bietet am Rande drei kleinere Anekdoten über den Prinzen, die weiteren Einblick in seinen Charakter ermöglichen als Bardili vielleicht Interesse hatte ihn darzustellen, habe ich nur als Buch gefunden

1938, Max Schürer von Waldheim: Prinz Maximilian Emanuel von Württemberg – Ein tapferer Dragoneroberst in Karls XII. Armee:

Als Vorwort zum Autoren ist zu sagen, dass dieser Beziehungen zu deutschen Nazis unterhielt und sich die Gesinnung in seiner Interpretation des Lebenslaufes und seinem Gesamtausdruck deutlich abzeichnet. (Ich möchte hier als Nebenbemerkung hinzufügen, dass dieser interessanterweise mit Hans Scholl in Kontakt stand. Hier kann ich das Buch von Robert M. Zoske: Flamme sein! Hans Scholl und die Weiße Rose für mehr Kontext über den Autoren empfehlen) Jedoch ist er die wertvollste Quelle, die es vermutlich gibt, wenn es um den Werdegang des Grabmals sowie die sterblichen Überresten des Prinzen geht aufgrund seiner persönlichen Nachforschungen, später im Text dazu mehr. Die deutsche Ausgabe habe ich nur als Buch gefunden, die schwedische, 1913 erschienene Ausgabe (Prins Maximilian Emanuel af Württemberg, en tapper dragoneröfverste i Karl XII:s armé) ist online verfügbar, doch fehlt diesem die Dokumentation von Schürer von Waldheims späteren Arbeiten zum Grab und Neubestattung, dafür enthält dieses aber einige Briefe von der Mutter des Prinzen an König Karl XII und Graf Carl Piper.

Diese Quelle schildert in verkürzter Form die Überführung und Beerdigung des Prinzen, und merkt auch die Aufstellung des Grabmals in Byczyna an. Dort blieb dieses bis 1887, bevor es für 300 Mark nach Württemberg gesendet wurde, um die Renovierungsarbeiten an der Kirche zu finanzieren. In Stuttgart wurde es dann an seinem jetzigen Platz aufgestellt. Nachdem der Autor dies wiedergefunden hatte in 1913, wurden Verhandlungen eingeleitet, es zurück nach Byczyna zu bringen, was jedoch vom 1. Weltkrieg unterbrochen und schlussendlich 1923 durch sich wandelnde Gemüter endgültig zurückgewiesen wurde.

Im selben Jahr wurden daraufhin Spenden für ein neues Grabmal in Byczyna gesammelt. In diesem Zuge wurden die sterblichen Überreste exhumiert, zumindest was von diesen noch übrig geblieben war, da sie sich wohl in einem schlechten Erhaltungszustand befanden. Sie wurden in einem verlöteten Zinnsarg zusammen mit einem Bericht der Untersuchung der Überreste aufbewahrt in einer Flasche wieder beigesetzt, und im September wurde das schwedisch gestiftete neue Grabmal enthüllt.

Ich habe meine persönlichen Recherchen noch nicht abgeschlossen, aber ich denke, dass diese Quellen ein gutes Gesamtbild liefern können, und somit hoffe ich, dass ich Ihnen hiermit einen ersten Überblick verschaffen konnte und Ihnen diese preliminären Informationen weiterhelfen.

this is a really specific vent(?) post. im processing things by putting them in words. its not serious, feel free to ignore me lol

i just want to say that a couple years ago when i was in the beginning stages of researching autism (and would soon realize i am most likely autistic) i was in a relationship. and communication in a relationship is So Very important to me. I would constantly ask how he was (obviously it was more specific to whatever situation was going on) and he would always say he was fine. If I had even the Slightest hint that he wasn't actually Fine (like 19 times out of 20) i would continue asking if he was sure and if he wanted to talk, and he continued to say he was fine. half the time i assumed he meant it and i read the situation wrong, the other half of the time i assumed he didn't want to talk about it.

he ended up breaking up with me because i

"didn't pick up on some things"

"what kind of things?" i asked

"idk, just, things."

and he had been talking to my friend (U) about our relationship, and telling her that i wasn't picking up on things. she got mad at me and we had a "fight" for a short time, she thought i was being a bad partner, and her sister (M) (who is toxic and possessive) felt like i wasn't spending enough time with her, so she complained about it to their mom, who got mad at U for it for some reason? so U also brought all that up, telling me M felt left out. (i wasn't leaving M out of anything, i was sitting with my partner at lunch half of the time, she was welcome to join, but didnt, looking back i think M has RSD and maybe i should have been more direct when moving to a new location to explicitly invite her) (U was also not in school at the time due to covid, so its not like i was spending more time with her over M, which is something M would get so upset about if she perceived it to be that way [she was incredibly possessive of me as a friend and the extent of it made me feel like an object tbh])

U never brought up the issues my partner talked about, because that's how we are, we don't make it known someone was venting to us, to respect their privacy, but it fueled her emotions during our "argument" so i really only heard her being mad at me for not including M, (which i later learned is because M's emotions were made to be her problem when they shouldn't have, this has been a running problem so it wasnt that surprising to learn) so i started spending more time with M, but it was school, and i had work, so schedules only allowed so much time, and any time I was with M (lunch and one class) was when i was also with my partner, but i had other classes with him so i assumed it was fine, but he started drifting away (also around a time i attempted to communicate something important about our relationship, which ended up making him uncomfortable, but he didn't say anything about it until we had a conversation after breaking up)

i was stuck in a place where i felt like no one around me communicated how they felt and still expected me to understand them and do what they wanted me to do

U and i recently reflected on this and realized my ex was a shitty communicator (he and his next partner also broke up because he didn't say how he felt and expected them [also most likely autistic] to... just kinda know ig?) and that she should have gotten my side of the story (she had no idea i was frequently checking on him and trying to get him to talk to me)

and that she wasnt actually upset at me about M, she was upset that people were making it her problem, and she was especially upset during this reflection to learn that M was not being left out at all, she was just doing That Thing again where she wanted me to be Her friend and Only Her friend.

U AND I ARE NOT MAD AT EACH OTHER FOR ANY OF THIS, I WAS NEVER MAD AT U AND U WAS ONLY MAD ABOUT HER PERCEPTION OF THE SITUATION, AND ONLY FOR A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME, EVERYTHING IS FINE

so basically i went like a year and a half thinking that people were rightfully mad at me and i was too self absorbed to pay attention to other peoples' emotions and i started learning how to read people again (clearly my body language research from middle school wasn't cutting it anymore) only for me to realize i just need people to be a little more direct that allistic people typically are, and those specific people were just being dogshit at communicating, (even for allistic people, relative to my needs)

anyways highschool post-covid was Really Fucking Weird and socially stressful for me

TL;DR reflecting on my communication needs not only not being met, but being far undershot for even a "normal" persons needs and how i was convinced I was the problem because of circumstances

#U and i are best friends and have been for 7 years now #U and M are twins #M and i barely talk anymore now that she has Other Friends (grateful tbh)#i know i previously brought up having an ex bf with messy hair and eyeshadow. this ex was Not Him #(my identity as a lesbian was shakey in highschool- i was figuring things out)#(i had several “girlfriends” in middle school (all lasting less than a week after the first because religious guilt))#(but in highschool i had two separate boyfriends and zero girlfriends)#oh god my first ex is such a fucking story but thats for another time #also the ex in this post was like. REALLY fucking obsessed with spiderman #it was great frfr #but it made anything spiderman related super weird for me for a like a year after the breakup #he broke up with me On our 7 month anniversary like right after school got out for summer #the next school year was awkward bc he was in one of my year long classes and we had a LOT of mutual friends #he also started dating his next partner like a week or two after breaking up with me #i was also pushing down ALL my emotions at this time so when i finally Let Myself Feel Things a couple months later i played Good 4 U a LOT #17 was a fucking weird year for me frfr #honestly ALL of my teenage years have been rough and i have never actually let myself acknowledge that before This Moment #and that feels really weird to say because im technically still a teenager #this post ended up way fucking longer than i thought it was gonna be #(also going back to the middle school “relationships” ive sorta-almost-dated a good handful of people #but i only consider 3 people to actually be “exes”)

my dad just played a bit of Nothing Else Matters just now on guitar he's so cool

I've been wondering- what would happen in the karasuno bullying the first year when they all grow up? Like (m/n) should take my advice and get together with Sousuke instead!! If you had continued into the bullying the first years storyline, you would definitely end up as a house husband, maybe finishing foundation in university but that would be the most of it before daichi had stolen you away, locking you up in his apartment, near the police academy and your parents didnt question a thing, knowing daichi who was your supposed boyfriend taking care of you. Oikawa did but he was too busy in Argentina to know more.

Hinata, kageyama, yamaguchi would lose contact with you, that's about it, they just assumed you'd went about your life. Tsukishima had approached you during your third year, asking what the hell happened in first year since he saw what Asahi did to you but you stayed silent, wanting to lose those horrible memories and move on with your life.

The second years, would be similar, losing contact, except Tanaka did try to get in contact with you but was stopped by Daichi, who said you're having a horrible phase in your life currently and Tanaka understandably backed off, asking him to send his regards.

Kiyoko simply didn't want to get involved. She was lucky enough the trio didnt targeted her and she knew she couldnt do much unfortunately. Yachi would have the same case for the other third years.

Sugawara and Asahi couldn't focus on you, since they went on with their own careers but the second they found out you were handcuffed in Daichis bed, Sugawara was laughing giddily, pulling at your cheeks teasingly and he was so excited to see his kouhai. Asahi was surprised you didnt even resist much, giving into your predicament and chatted with Daichi while Sugawara was making you squirm.

Daichi wouldn't let them sleep with you, Sugawara almost took a beating but he and Asahi backed off, both knowing that Daichi was the most passionate for you...but you dreaded the moment they visited Daichi's apartment.

Daichi tried treating everything like it was normal to have your partner handcuffed in bed, and you unwillingly accepted your new life. A husband he forcibly signed your marriage certificate and living with him wasn't so painful.

He still fed you, clothes you and gave you the necessary condiments to living, a phone took a year or two but the only requirement was that you couldn't step out of the apartment. And you lived by it which earned the key to your cuffs, no longer having restrained to the bedroom.

Daichi presumed the position of your lover since then, kissing you and holding you lovingly, his demeanour changed, showing more affection and a smile on his face. Sex was still scary because he would be extremely overpowering and the dynamics were tilted so far, you'd often cry during sex since you'd drop into the submissive mindset so quick.

But all's well...than expected. In a way, maybe you were content with your new life. Not having to worry, about bills or a job, only sitting in your pretty house you got to decorate, waiting for your husband to come home.

Belonging

Never in his life had Fyodor calculated that he would end up in this moment. It was a delight indeed, to feel the pleasure of utter belonging. You, belonging to him. Him, belonging to you. Him, belonging to his own small family.

A small smile forms on his lips, his eyes softening as his pale, cold hand gently places itself upon your belly.

It feels so strange, in an almost tooth-rottingly sweet way. It was something he never wished for, never considered before. But since you came crashing into his life with your graceful, soft, sweet nature, hopping into his safe space, jumping over his seemingly endless high walls, everything has been changing for him.

To find himself in such a vulnerable state was frustrating. He did not handle this new information well at the beginning, at all.

After endless loneliness, he felt uncomfortable with the togetherness with someone else. Finding you and falling for you, his soulmate, his lover, was indeed a shock for his hardened heart.

But now, this? A child? His child, that you’re bearing inside your very body?

He is not someone who loses his cool easily. You softened him. Your still unborn baby, whom he can't imagine parenting as any other human being does, softened him. He has found himself dwelling on thoughts obsessively focused on you and your child. About your future.

If this had not happened simply by itself, he wouldn’t have thought of having a child. But now that you’re full with his child, smiling at him with utmost love and affection, he can't help but love your baby.

Love… such a distant word for him for decades, for hundreds of years. Humbling, but so utterly real.

His humorous comment makes you huff out a giggle, amused at his remark.

“I’m not sure if I’d describe you as such, my love…”

His eyes soften further.

“I believe that motherhood has already made you brattier, my dear. We might need to change that attitude in the near future.”

Another chuckle, this time even more heartfelt than before.

He softly kisses your forehead, his fingers gently caressing your belly.

“The medicine is working. You’re feeling less dizziness, correct?”

Fyodor being your husband has more than enough beautiful aspects to it. One of them is, indeed, his ability to see, hear, and understand everything the moment it occurs. Like now. He always knows how you’re feeling, and it is refreshing in a sweet way.

“Yes, my love. I’m doing very well. Also, I'm not lonely at all, thanks to you.”

He smiles fondly, a lazy smirk stretching out his lips. Of course you weren’t. He is often away, but he always manages to send you gifts and activities to pass the time with. You’re always surrounded by people who dote on you and do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable in your huge mansion while you wait day and night for your husband to arrive and show you his affection.

It always pays off. The waiting, the longing, the slight agony that sometimes pierces your heart and makes you miss him even more than ever.

But he always returns. Always, without a single exception.

In those times whenever you were waiting eagerly for your husband to return, you had plenty of time to think about every possible possibility. How your lives would change when your little one arrives, what kind of mother you’d be to your child, what kind of father Fyodor would be… you never once doubted him.

You trust him with all your heart and secretly, this trust gives Fyodor immense strength, even if he never verbally acknowledged it. He knows that you trust him, and your trust and love work wonders on him.

From a logical perspective, he is not someone who needs love or acknowledgment, praise or appreciation. But with you by his side, loving, appreciating, trusting, understanding, and caring for him unconditionally, he acknowledges that everything is so much more beautiful as you bestow pure joy into his previously cold and inhumane life.

Your little family already makes him feel more human. You make him feel human. Not that he thought that he ever cared about being inhuman, but it turns out that he is, indeed, not much different than other human beings.

Feeling like a human has an incredible vulnerability to it. But with you, he can’t help but bow down to his own humanity, to his own vulnerability.

“I love you...”

His eyes glimmer with a faint shadow, and you can see inside his eyes how his sentence continues.

‘…I love both of you.’
