Why is Lloyd the literal definition of those overpowered hybrid princess main characters in gacha life mini movies with a concerning amount of trauma

Lloyd is basically the legendary prophesied green ninja destined to battle the literal embodiment of evil when he was a mere child AND with a broken foot (spoiler alert: he won)

Not only that he was also homeless AND parentless for a portion of his life when he was a bratty child longing for the comfort of his own nonexistent family. Then he found out that he was the grandson of a god and was a part-dragon, part-oni, half human hybrid which is CRAZY work.

Bro could literally transform into a gold four-armed monster if provoked (but unfortunately the writers most likely forgot about that trait) AND WE HAVE YET TO SEE WHAT HIS DRAGON FORM MAY LOOK LIKE!!!

here's a guide on what to know before letting your child/teen get into gacha community

the first hit game made by luni was in 2017 and it is basically a kids dress-up app with mini games and a studio mode to display charaters this game is called gacha studio and this sparked the very first gacha vidoes and despite the lack of options for poses and placement these videos were used to make what are called gacha mini movies or gacha music videos. the next game released from luni was gacha verse which had a slightly more cheapy vibe to it there was more options for making characters and similarly to gacha studio people would make mini movies and music videos with it and with this app started there very first away overused trends. then in 2018 gacha life was released and this is when the gacha community skyrocketed with animated memes, singing battles, glmbs, live music videos, glms gacha life mini movies. probably my favorite creation from this time was the wildly overused the hated child that became the hybrid princess glmm there were hundreds of these videos made with this title and as far as I know people still make them today it's a classic almost like cinderella type of video where there are two twins born but the mom favors one over the other and makes the hated child the maid or neglected child the father is always there at the beginnging buts seems to go get the milk around the middle of it then in high school with her bratty favorite sister they find out that she's actually a princess and goes to a castle and the mother and sister usually ends up as maids or die. moving on to the most current gacha game is gacha club which was released in 2020 and quickly gained popularity and brought the gacha community to a new level it had quit a lot more options for pretty much everything after the app came out however luni went quit for a while but has been a little more active and has been talking about a new game called wonder end. now the gacha tubers there's fandom gachatubers, commetary gachatubers, gacha-heaters, gacha heat police, gacha renters, venters, gacha animators, GLMV/GLMM gachatubers, gacha v-tubers, troll channels, mod reviewers, miscellaneous gachatubers, original gachatubers

The problem with the gacha communtiy

TRIGGER WARNINGS: Talk about mental health issues and NSFW refrences

Disclaimer: Don’t go hunting after NSFW creators and hate on them, just quietly report them. And also I have terrible grammar TwT

Everyone knows about the gacha community. And if you don’t, just search “gacha life” and there.

A lot of people outside the gacha community hates this community, however inside the gacha community you don’t hear much about it.

I’m in the gacha community myself, and I can say, it is terrible.

Back then, during the good days of “The hated child turns into a hybrid princess dog cat demon angel wolf alpha”, the communtiy didn’t have much issues, I mean we were a normal community. But now, there is so much drama (example: Cutie Pun x2 tracing drama), and SOO many NSFW creators. Just scrolling through the search “Gacha Life Mini Movie” or “GLMM” has a ton of 13+/18+ content.

I’m going to start with the NSFW part of the issue. Every fandom has NSFW creators, however it isn’t too much of a problem in other communities. But in the Gacha community, we specifically nitpick these creators, giving them more and more attention, and they won’t sto making NSFW videos. And yes, I understand the Gacha community attracts kids. But other communities, for kid games/videos/anime, have NSFW creators too. And the thing is with NSFW creators in our community is, 9YR OLDS MAKE THIS CRAP. 9yr olds don’t understand that NSFW content is against the YT (YouTube) guidelines. A popular creator that makes NSFW content is Jellybug Studios. Her famous bad girl lesbian story is everywhere. Pretty much all Gachatubers know her. She claims to be over 13, but it’s probably a lie. Recently, her channel got terimated (guess why haha) and she made another one, I haven’t looked into her new channel, but she is probably going to continue makin NSFW content. Another problem is Luni has tried to fix it (God bless you Luni 😌), however many IOS users didn’t get the update (example: Me rip), so it didn’t help.

Next on the list of issues is drama/attention seeking. There is A LOT of drama in this community, it seems to never stop. The newest drama is the Cutie Pun x2 tracing, she stated that she was inspired by it, and credited the artists. You think all would be good, but nope. I don’t know for sure if the drama has stopped, I took a break off the gacha community to be away from all the drama, but it is ridiculous. Another thing is people being attention seeking. People fake being depressed and that they cut for attention/views. As someone themself who suffers from a mental health issue, it’s offensive. People who suffer from mental health issues don’t go around saying “I’m depressed! And I cut 12 times a day!” No. They probably keep cutting to themselves because they don’t want to start something. And maybe they might actually talk about being depressed over the media, but the amount of fakers make it seem fake. Stop faking depression. Depression is a serious topic and shouldn’t be faked for attention.

You almost never would hear this type of stuff from a Gachatuber. We are trying to make the community better, but it’s not working. Some gachatubers try and let others know about these issues, but it doesn’t get far enough, and it get’s forgotten about. I’m about to leave the community if it keeps getting worse, and probably many others feel the same way.
