You're allowed to be a non-Zionist Jew, there isn't one correct way to be Jewish. Just know that the majority of your people are Zionists and view Israel as their homeland. They depend on the existence of Israel, either firsthand or through relatives living there.

The issue is when you start parroting the same blood libels & antisemitic rhetoric other non-Jewish Anti- zionists are using. You're giving them the validation to say this since a Jewish person is.

You can criticize the Israeli government as much as you want. Most Israelis (myself included) don't agree with it either. However, please be aware of what you say and do in your efforts to distance yourself from it.

Theres this short story by S Y Agnon called The Lady And The Peddler in which a jewish peddler and a goy lady start a relationship. The peddler is sure he is so lucky to live under the lady's care but actually she has nefarious plans with him (spoiler- shes want to eat him).

Its an allegory for the relationship of Jewish culture and goy culture but im too tired to explain.

It's really cool how well the themes fit with the story of Bill Cipher and Ford.

The lines written in the pic are form the story-
