The Planets Were Moving In Their Orbits Before The Sun Creation (Revised)

The Sun Creation

The sun is created depending on the planets motions- because- the sun rays is created by the planets motions energies- In details- Planet motion produces energy (1/2 mv^2) and from this energy the sun rays is created- means- the sun is not doing nuclear fusion to produce its rays but the planets motions energies total is used to produce the sun rays– that explains why the sun corona temperature is 5 million Kelvin but the sun surface temperature is 5800 Kelvin- because the energy is not produced from the sun body but the energy comes from out of the sun body (from the planets motions energies total)- This theory is discussed based on 5 hypotheses.

This new article tells the gravitational waves can move by speed of light and can produce a light beam-

I suppose -the sun rays is produced based on this method by the gravitational waves motions and not by the sun nuclear fusion- also – I claim No star rays is produced by the nuclear fusion process but all rays are created by the gravitational waves motions energies as the article states.

The rate of time use is useful because it enables to accumulate the planets motions energies during a period of time- understandable- Planet motion energy is small energy and the sun rays is massive energy and that necessitates to accumulate the planets motions energies total during a period of time to store motion energy sufficient to be used for the sun rays creation- Shortly- if the planets motions don't use rates of time, no massive motion energy can be provided and for that NO enough energy will be found to produce the sun rays-means- No light beam can be created

Neptune motion caused the gravitational waves to be reflected two times in the outer planets where one reflection is enough for the required process- the wave reflection is repeated by Neptune negative effect on the solar system motion

Planet motion produces energy (1/2 mv^2), Let's ask, where's Planet motion energy? the planet can NOT store its motion energy inside its body because it would raise its temperature and No planet temperature is raised by its motion- logically- the planet motion energy is stored in the space in waves form- means- Planet motion energy creates waves in the space- the planet motion in the space is similar to a fish swimming in the sea- as the fish swimming creates waves in the water the planet motion energy creates waves in the space- let's see this picture clearly- the fish swims because it hits the water by its body and that creates waves in the water- we conclude, the water waves move by a velocity equal the fish velocity because of the reaction force- similar to that- Planet moves in the space and its motion energy creates waves in the space and these waves move by velocity equal the planet velocity- for example- Mercury (47.4 km/s) moves and its motion energy creates waves in the space and these waves move by equal velocity (47.4 km/s)- based on this idea- All planets move and their motions energies create waves in the space where each wave moves by velocity equal its planet velocity –

Means - The Space Must Have Moving Waves

Now -the scientists had discovered waves in the space- And- they considered these waves are produced by The Sun Gravitational Field – BUT Why?

The planet motion energy analysis proves the waves must be produced by the planets motions energies- Now let's refute the sun gravitational field theory- the refutation gives support for the conclusion that – the gravitational waves are produced by the planets motions energies and NOT by the gravitational field because there's NO Gravitational field.

The sun rotation period is (25.4 days– at equator) and (34.4 days – at pole) that shows the sun has no massive gravity nor even ordinary gravity equal any planet gravity otherwise the sun would rotate around its axis in one period of time-

No Planet Moves By The Sun Gravity – Newton is wrong- because- the planet moves by the force caused its creation- means- the planet creation and motion is done by one force only- because- if two forces have effects on the same one planet this planet would be broken- now- suppose the planet is created (by any force) and the sun gravity attracted this planet and forced it to revolve around the sun by the sun mass massive gravity (as Newton imagined) that would force the planet to move against its inner creation and will cause this planet to be broken- this is similar to a human is forced to walk on his hands in place of his legs and when this human refuses to do that (they told him we can force you by our power) for that this human walk on his hands forcedly and later this human is dead by this motion- shortly- the planet is NOT broken by its motion because the planet creation force is the force causes this planet motion- it's one force caused the planet creation and motion-

Newton mistake is that he didn't know how the planet is created and by that he didn't realize that planet creation and motion are done together by the same one source- simply- the sun didn't cause to create any planet and for that the sun doesn't cause any planet to move- this analysis shows logical base but left us with puzzles to know (by what rule the planet moves?) and (Why is the sun found in the solar system if it doesn't cause the planets motions?) these questions are answered in the paper abstract and discussions.

The mass gravity force can NOT cause any motion- again Newton is wrong- the mass gravity creates a bond between two masses- (the Earth and the moon are bond by the mass gravity)- by that they are similar to a lorry and its trailer – if the lorry moves the trailer will move with the lorry- but the mass gravity can NOT cause any motion- why? suppose the moon moves by the Erath gravity force- the moon moves and produces energy (1/2mv^2) and we have to ask from what source this energy will be provided?- from the mass itself- means if the Earth causes the moon to move the Earth and the moon masses should be decreased by the motion energy- this is a wrong definition for the mass gravity- the mass gravity creates a bond between two masses (The Earth and the moon) if some outer force causes the Earth to move the moon will move with the Earth and in this case the outer force will provide the motion energy for the Earth and the moon-

The planets order contradicts Newton gravitation equation- where- the gravitation equation tells (greater mass necessitates shorter distance)- clearly- Jupiter the greatest mass is not the most near planet to the sun- means- the planets order contradicts the equation- when we asked the physicist told us this problem is done by (the initial conditions)- all these are nonsense clearly- planet orbital distance does NOT depend on the sun mass nor on the planet mass- planet orbital distance depends on the neighbor planet orbital distance – my equation proves this fact- let's see it

Or Generally– regardless the gravitational waves source- how can the gravitational waves move by speed of light? From where the energy is provided to enable the waves to move by the speed of light?

The physics book states, the gravitational waves are produced by the sun gravitational field- this theory tells little about the gravitational waves properties and nature because the mass gravity concept is puzzled and not understood for that the waves properties and features are puzzled also- let's test this idea- In The Sun gravitational field theory no one knows how the mass gravity force works and if the gravity needs time to work- or if the gravity creates a geometrical design to practice the effect of one mass on the other- the mechanism is not clear and for that the gravitational waves are not clear- for example – no one knows why the gravitational waves can move by speed of light or what waves move by this speed and in what planet orbit or if the wave motion velocity is accelerated gradually from low velocity to high velocity– we shortly know nothing about these gravitational waves- let's ask more questions- are these waves reflected and what's the result of this reflection on the waves properties and nature- where do these waves go? The gravitational waves motions can produce the light beam- this is stated by the article but how? by what method the gravitational waves can produce the light beam? Let's think how to answer this question- these gravitational waves move by speed of light (C=300000 km/s) but the light beam production needs the value (C^2= squared speed of light)- means- the wave velocity is squared- and how can the wave velocity to be squared?

This feature I have discovered in the solar system- the waves are reflected and the reflection causes to square the velocities- means- the gravitational waves are reflected in the solar system- the gravitational waves before the reflection moved by speed of light (C=300000 km/s) and the reflection causes the velocity to be squared- by that- after the reflection the gravitational waves speed is squared and changed from the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) to be (C^2= squared speed of light) and the light beam is created from this value (C^2)

The waves reflection causes to reflect the geometrical effects and by that the rate (7.1) will cause to increase the length in place of the length contraction- means- the distances will be increased with (7.1) as a result for Lorentz length contraction effect

The velocity 42683 km/s will be 42683 x 7.1 = 300000 km/s (Speed Of Light)

That explains how the gravitational waves move by (205.8 k/s) can move by speed of light (C=300000 km/s)

Please note the important observation

Without 7.1 the velocity will be only 42683 km/s (even after the waves reflection) and NOT the speed of light

That tells- the light beam production process depends on the previous light beam production process- means- a motion by (99%) of speed of light should be found before the wave reflection occurrence and without this motion with (0.99 C) the gravitational waves can't move by speed of light because we need a source for Lorentz length contraction effect with rate (7.1)

That tells the light production process is done in chain process, the new light beam production depends on the old light beam and if this dependency is removed the gravitational waves can NOT move by the speed of light and No light beam can be created in this case

We need to pay more attention for the importance of the motion by the speed of light- because the technique of the machine depends on the waves reflection- means- the waves can increase its velocity only by the reflection process – now the reflection causes to square the velocities- this is very important news why??

Because - If the waves move by speed of light (C=300000 km/s), the waves reflection will produce the value (C^2= squared speed of light) and from this value the light beam can be produced

Now – suppose the wave velocity is less than speed of light- suppose the wave moves by speed = (90%) of the speed of light= (270000 km/s) - the waves reflection will square this speed that will produce (0.81 C^2) which is NOT (C^2= squared speed of light) and as a result No Light Beam Can Be Produced.

The unified wave (gravitational wave) do NOT produce the speed (0.99C = 297000 km/s) this speed can NOT be produced by the unified wave motion– because - the unified wave velocity is 205.8 km/s and by the first waves reflection this velocity will be squared and produce speed of light (205.8^2 x 7.1 = 300000 km/s) as I have explained- (means- the gravitational waves velocity is not increased gradually- the wave acceleration system doesn't use gradual increasing for the wave velocity- for that the speed 0.99C is never mentioned by the wave acceleration system)

The speed (0.99C = 297000 km/s) is NOT created by the solar system motion design at all- the solar system design produces the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) perfectly- BUT- this speed (0.99C) is created by Neptune negative effect on the solar system- because Neptune created interaction with Saturn and Neptune decreased Saturn rotation period from 10.84 hours to 10.7 hours and that caused to delay the unified wave with (1%) and by that the total speed is decreased (1%) and that caused the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) is decreased by one percent (1%) and that produces the speed (0.99C = 297000 km/s)- and this speed causes to create the relativistic effects in the solar system – the interaction between Neptune and Saturn is explained later

The new light beam production depends on the old light beam production- the old light beam is created based on the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) and Neptune creates its negative effect on this speed with decreasing the speed with (1%) leaving speed = (0.99C = 297000 km/s) which creates the relativistic effects in the solar system and these relativistic effects include Lorentz length contraction effect with rate (7.1)-

I want to say- we have – two different speeds- one old speed equal (0.99C=297000 km/s) and the new speed equal (C=300000 km/s), the new speed is created depending on the old one because the unified wave velocity 205.8 km/s is squared and by the rate 7.1 the produced velocity is the speed of light 300000 km/s.

The rate (7.1) is used frequently in the planets data and we know this rate is found by Lorentz length contraction effect- but the solar system uses also the rate (7.1) in another form as following (7.1/100)+1= 1.0725 – please note- the rate (1.0725) is the most important rate in the solar system because 40% of all planets data are effected by this rate- let's provide an example

In the outer planets there are 2 reflections (1st reflection from Pluto to Saturn) and (2nd reflection from Uranus to Jupiter)- we should consider these two reflections as one reflection only- (from Pluto to Saturn) – because – the two reflections work as one reflection only- this is happened by Neptune negative effect which will be discussed later- shortly- if Neptune is not found in the solar system- the outer planets would have One reflection only- the reflection process is repeated resulting the negative effect of Neptune on the solar system motion- shortly- here we deal with one reflection only from Pluto to Saturn- let's see the reflection effect on the waves velocity

In Pluto orbit the unified wave velocity is (205.8 km/s) –

The waves reflection causes to square the velocity as following

(205.8 km/s)^2 = 42683 km/s

Means the unified wave after the reflection moves by a velocity 42683 km/s - BUT

We know the solar system has relativistic effects specially Lorentz length contraction effect with rate the (7.1) while the reflection of energy causes to reflect the geometrical effects and by that Lorentz length contraction effect will NOT contract the lengths but will increase the length with (7.1) – as a result

The velocity (205.8)^2 will be increased as following (205.8)^2 x 7.1 = 300000 km/s

Means - One reflection only for the unified waves (205.8 km/s) causes the waves velocity to be accelerated from (205.8 km/s) to speed of light (C=300000 km/s)

Second let's see the planets masses distribution

The outer planets have great masses but the inner planets have very small masses- why? because the difference in masses enable to accelerate the wave velocity in Saturn orbit-this idea is explained clearly in (Mass definition) in my paper definitions

The mass is used as a rate of time and the rates between the great and small masses aim to create the required rates of time and by these rates of time the wave velocity is accelerated- let's explain that in following

The unified wave velocity is (205.8 km/s) and all planets see this wave velocity as (205.8 km/s)-

The difference is done by the sun because

(One Second Of The Sun Clock = 1461 Seconds Of The Wave Clock)

The wave (205.8 km/s) moves in 1461 seconds a distance =300000 km- BUT

The sun doesn't see this period (1461s) instead the sun clock sees (One Second)

As a result

The sun sees a passed distance (300000 km) in a period (one second) only

That creates the different velocity = 300000 km/s (= speed of light) between the sun motion and the unified wave motion- means-

The unified wave moves relative to the sun point by speed of light (C=300000 km/s)

BUT- the unified wave moves relative to any planet by the velocity (205.8 km/s)

The sun clock causes this velocity (205.8 km/s) to be equal the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) that's why the light beam is created relative to the sun and near to it and even if the energy is sufficient the light can never be created far from the sun because the sun clock creates the required rate of time-

I try to explain why the outer planets have great masses in comparison with the small planets masses- the masses rates are used as rates of time to enable the wave acceleration and by that the wave can move by speed of light and then can produce a light beam.

The planets motions energies total is stored in Pluto orbit in waves move by velocity 205.8 (I proved these are the gravitational waves)

The energy will be sent to Venus orbit – means- the energy in Pluto orbit is reflected and sent to Venus orbit-

Venus will reflect this energy toward Mars- and the energy will be stored in the Earth moon orbit between Venus and Mars- the energy is stored in waves move by speed of light- and the reflection of the energy from Venus to Mars causes to square the wave velocity- and the wave velocity was = speed of light (C= 300000 km/s) before the reflection and after the reflection the wave velocity will be squared and produced the value (C^2= squared speed of light) by which the sun rays is created- this energy is stored in the Earth moon orbit

Notice the unified wave in the moon orbit moves by low velocity (relative to all planets) and the speed of light (C=300000 km/s) and its square (C^2) will be produced only based on the sun clock (the sun rate of time) that means the energy is stored in the moon orbit as moving waves and NO light is produced here - BUT

The waves energy are ascending toward the sun perpendicular on the moon orbit, till this energy reaches to the sun corona- and- in the sun corona the waves energy (motion energy) will be changed into light beam because of the sun rate of time – by that the energy is changed into light beam in the sun corona- means- the energy out of the sun is greater hundreds times than the energy inside the sun that's why the sun corona temperature is 5 million Kelvin but the sun surface is 5800 Kelvin only

Notice -that explains why the total lunar eclipse umbra= 1.392 million km= the sun diameter because the sun rays is created from this energy stored in the moon orbit

Let's ask– Can We See The Mechanism By Which The Sun Rays Is Created?

What's this mechanism? And how does it work?

The mechanism is (The Relative Motion)

A motion is done by 2 players (A and B) – the car (A) moves relative to the car (B)

In our relative motion there are 2 players–(The Sun Point Of Space) and (The Unified Wave) - Let's define each player properties

The Unified Wave (The Gravitational Wave)

This unified wave contains all planets motions energies total for that the unified wave moves by (205.8 km/s) = the planets velocities total

And these waves are reflected three times in the solar system which caused its velocity to be equal (C^2= squared speed of light) based on the sun clock- means- while all planets see this unified wave moves by velocity (205.8 km/s), the sun sees this unified waves move by (C^2= squared speed of light)- because this velocity is created as different velocity between the unified wave motion and the motion of the sun point of space.

The Sun Point Geometrical Design

We should suppose the space is NOT static but in motion and the gravitational waves prove that the space is in motion- by that – No stationary point is found in the solar system space

The Sun Point Of Space is a stationary point- but- this point is created by special procedures which are

(1st Procedure) The planets revolve around the sun and the revolution created two velocities on both sides of the revolution- the two velocities are equal in value and opposite in direction and by that the total be Zero– means- the revolution design creates A Stationary Point in the revolution center- as a result the sun point of space is created depending on the planets revolution around the sun.

Let's explain that more clear

Before the sun creation- the planets were found and they were revolving around one point of space (any point of space- the chosen point is similar to any point in space) the planets revolve around this chosen point of space and the revolution causes this point to be stationary point- let's see this picture clearly- the planets revolve around a point in space and this point becomes stationary point as a result for the planets revolution around it- while the space is in motion and all space points are moving this chosen point becomes stationary point as a result for the planets revolution around it - this point is similar to a vortex (or whirlpool) on the sea page- the vortex doesn't move with the sea waves but rotates around its axis and by that we can distinguish the vortex (whirlpool) from the sea waves-

Now the sun point of space becomes stationary point moves by Zero velocity (NO motion) but the fact is that the sun point of space moves by (1 km/s= Zero approximately) means the point is stationary (approximately)

(2nd Procedure) the previous explanation is correct but not complete- let's explain the full facts in following- Before the planets creation the solar system was one energy moves by speed of light (C=300000 km/s) – no planet is created yet- there's only one wave moves by speed of light-the solar system wanted to create a stationary point and for that- the wave (300000 km/s) revolved around a point in space- and the revolution creates two velocities on both sides, the velocities are equal in value and opposite in direction- the total is Zero- by that a stationary point is created in the revolution center- BUT- the wave moves by speed of light and this is great speed and the creation of stationary point its velocity is (1 km/s = Zero approximately) is a complex process- for that- the wave created small waves move by low velocities- why? because the low velocities will be used as steps to decrease the wave motion speed (the speed of light C=300000 km/s) to be stationary motion (1 km/s = Zero approximately)- these small waves are the solar planets- the wave created the planets to use their low velocities to decrease the wave motion velocity from (speed of light) to be Zero approximately (1 km/s)

That explains the equation- (205.8)^2 x 7.1=300000 – this equation is very interesting because the rate 7.1 is created by Lorentz length contraction effect for speed (0.99C = 297000 km/s) means the rate 7.1 is found by geometrical rule and doesn't depend on any planet velocity or motion-by that-whatsoever the planets velocities are the rate 7.1 will be used as long as the light beam speed is 300000 km/s – that tells- the designer knew the speed (300000km/s) will be divided by the rate (7.1) whatsoever the planets velocities will be, means (300000 /7.1 = 42683) the velocity 42683 km/s is the available one because the rate 7.1 is used based on the speed of light and not based on any planet velocity- shortly- the designer had 42683 km/s as the squared value for the planets velocities total and by that the planets velocities total be 205.8 km/s forcedly because the wave is reflected and the reflection causes to square the velocities- means- the planets velocities total (205.8 km/s) is defined as a function in the speed of light (C=300000 km/s)- that shows the design had place for the planets and the sun together in the same date but the planets were found before the sun creation with long period of time because the planets motions energies should be accumulated for long period to be sufficient for the sun rays production process- where the original design contains the planets positions and the sun position- where the planets were revolving around the point of space before the sun creation and the sun is created above this same point of space.

Shortly -the sun point of space is created to be stationary point moves by velocity (1 km/s= Zero approximately) and NOT to move by any faster velocity! But why??

The unified wave moves by speed of light (C=300000 km/s) relative to the sun point of space and

NOW

We need different velocity = speed of light = 300000 km/s

The unified wave moves by speed of light (300000 km/s) and can NOT move by any higher velocity-

Because we need different velocity = speed of light = 300000 km/s

That means- the sun point of space should be stationary point and moves by (1 km/s) and NOT by any faster velocity

In fact the sun point of space is the responsible for the sun rays creation- where the unified wave moves in the space and no any light beam can be created on any point of space except on the sun point of space because all space points are in motion and all of them move by velocities greater than 1 km/s and by that the different velocity can never be = speed of light =300000 km/s

That explain the absolute necessity to make the sun point of space velocity 1 km/s and to prevent the sun point to move by any faster velocity.

In fact- the whole process to produce the sun rays depends on the sun point of space motion- the system shows inevitable data can't be avoided- the sun point of space velocity should be 1km/s=Zero approximately (Stationary point) and The Unified Waves move by speed of light (300000 km/s) and the different velocity will be = the speed of light = C=300000 km/s and the unified waves reflection will cause to square this speed and by that the speed of light will be squared to be (C^2= squared speed of light) from which the light beam can be produced (the sun rays production)

If the sun moves by any velocity faster than 1 km/s that will make the different velocity to be less than speed of light and the squaring process will NOT produce the squared speed of light (C^) and No light beam can be created in this case

The sun point of space is the mother of all light beams and no any other point in space can produce the light beam in the solar system

(iv) The Relative Motion General Description

the previous analysis tried to show the relative motion description- I tried to explain that- the unified wave moves relative to the sun point of space-

this meaning is the major one I tried to explain in the relative motion analysis-

the unified wave is stored in the Earth moon orbit and revolves around the sun through the moon orbit but the wave moves relative to the sun point of space- means- the unified wave in motion observes the sun point of space-

let's give example

The train moves relative to the station platform-

Similar to that- the unified waves move relative to the sun point of space and for that the wave motion velocity is relative to the sun point motion velocity and the unified wave motion direction is defined relative to the sun point of space position- this motion is done based on geometrical rules and mathematical calculations-

What's the Earth day period – let's remember together

The Earth rotates around its axis (360 degrees) in 23.9 hours and after the rotation the Earth finds itself in some strange place relative to the sun- where the sunrise and sunset will be done in different places- but why? because during 23.9 hours the Earth moves on the revolution track a distance 2.57 mkm which equal (one degree approx) on the revolution track- means- if the Earth wants to be in the same position relative to the sun to cause the sunrise and sunset be done in there usual places the Earth have to move additional (one degree approx)- means- the Earth rotation period should be 361 degrees and not 360 degrees-

Do we realize what's happening here? the earth puts itself in the same relative position to the sun- this motion aims to support the Sun-Earth relative motion and that aims to support the sun-wave relative motion- means – the planet day period is used to cause the relative motion between the unified wave and the sun in accurate where each planet defines its position relative to the sun point to enable the wave to move relative to the sun point based on accurate system and design

Сегодня в России отдали дань памяти жертвам теракта в петербургском метро, который поколебал страну в 2017 году. Вспоминается страшная атака, организованная неприметным на первый взгляд Акбаржоном Джалиловым. По воле судеб этот мужчина, получивший российское гражданство, обратился к радикальному исламу и стал исполнителем трагедии, позабыв о гуманизме и сострадании. Погибли 15 человек. Наказание не обошло стороной и его сообщников – уроженцев Средней Азии, найденных виновными в преступлении. По справедливости главного заказчика акта террора также ожидала судьба, и она настигла его в жестком ударе в борьбе с терроризмом за пределами государства.

Можно ли "контролировать эмоции"?

Если хотите со мной поспорить (вежливо, через "я-послания", конструктивно - welcome).

Я не претендую на истинность в последней инстанции. Да, я психолог, у меня есть психологическое образование, но я всего лишь человек и могу ошибаться.

Ниже представлено моё видение, основанное на соединении моего жизненного опыта, профессионального опыта и профессиональных знаний.

Я не раз сталкивался с убеждением, что "эмоции можно контролировать". Опрос, который я провёл в тамблере, тоже это отражает: многие так или иначе считают, что это возможно.

Я выбрал слово "контролировать" (а не какое-либо иное) потому, что именно это слово чаще всего слышу. Если именно оно в обороте в речи, значит именно оно является живущим социо-культурным конструктом.

Психотерапевтический метод, в котором я работаю, основывается на нескольких философских школах: экзистенциализм, гуманизм и феноменология. Последнее, феноменология, – это, если говорить просто, школа, которая говорит о том, как мы можем изучать явления (феномены) вокруг нас (или внутри нас).

Принцип этой школы максимально прост. Если огрублять его, то он сводится до: "Что вижу, о том и пою". Например, говорит мне клиент, что хочет поработать с темой отца. Что есть неприятие к своей фамилии (которая досталась от отца). И говорит: "Я хочу избавиться от своей фамилии".

И в этот момент я просто выцепляю слово, которое услышал в речи, и "возвращаю" его клиенту: "Избавиться?"

Не "сменить", не "поменять", не "выбрать другую", а именно "избавиться". Наша речь рождается в нашей психике, в нашем субъективном. И речь отражает то, как устроен наш внутренний мир, наши отношения с внутренними фигурами и так далее.

Это я всё к чему? Чаще всего я слышу слово "контролировать эмоции" и хотя от человека к человеку субъективное значение этого слова может несколько варьироваться (например, для одних "механизм контроля" подразумевает подавление эмоций, для других это может означать, что от эмоций всегда можно "отвлечься" и так далее), тем не менее общий вывод, который следует из такой формулировки, на мой взгляд, такой: эмоциями можно управлять с помощью силы воли.

Поделюсь одной интересной психотерапевтической метафорой, которая обычно "пробивает" веру даже самых убеждённых людей, что чувственная сфера может контролироваться силой воли:

Представьте, что вас взяли в заложники. К вашему виску подставили заряженный пистолет. Преступник говорит вам, что вы должны попрыгать на одной ноге, спеть детскую песенку и сделать 10 приседаний, иначе он вас убьёт. Можете ли вы это сделать? Можете. А если преступник скажет вам: "Перестань бояться", то что вы сделаете? Скорее всего, вы попробуете притвориться, что вам не страшно. Сделаете морду кирпичом, может, сожмёте кулаки, может, сделаете что-то ещё. Вы будете управлять своим поведением. В момент, когда на вас наставляют заряженное оружие, ваш мозг в огромном количестве выбросит в кровь адреналин и кортизол, вследствие чего вы начнёте чувствовать страх и стресс. Можете ли вы силой воли прекратить выработку и выброс этих гормонов, сократить число сердечных сокращений, понизить артериальное давление и вследствие этого перестать чувствовать страх? Нет. Не можете.

В комментариях к посту много писали про управление реакцией – и да, это ключ к разгадке. Мы можем управлять своим поведением, своей поведенческой реакцией, но не своими эмоциями и чувствами.

Вы можете захотеть поспорить: «Ой, Лёша, знаешь, если бы ты был городом, то ты был бы Душанбе! Какая разница? "Контролировать эмоции" или "контролировать эмоциональные реакции в поведении?" Ты просто придираешься к словам!»

То, что мы и говорим, и как мы это говорим, тоже влияет на наше внутреннее самоощущение. Разумеется, внутреннее первично, а внешнее (речь, поведение, возникающие эмоции) уже является отражением психики, но всё же и внешняя реальность также оказывает влияние на наш внутренний мир.

Есть такой феномен, как "выборочное внимание". Если вы купили белую "киа рио" вы на улице начнёте как минимум первое время везде видеть такую же белую "киа рио". Если женщина беременеет, выходя из дома, она может везде вокруг видеть других беременных женщин. Ни белых "киа-рио", ни беременных женщин не стало больше. Никакой магии. Просто актуальный жизненный контекст автоматически "подсвечивает" похожее вокруг.

Так вот. Если у вас в голове есть формулировка именно что-то вроде "я могу\должен контролировать эмоции", вы, скорее всего, бессознательно реально будете именно что пытаться что-то сделать со своими переживаниями, а с ними сделать ничего нельзя!

Здесь вы тоже можете со мой поспорить: "Лёша, что за чухню ты несёшь! Я каждый раз говорю себе "соберись, тряпка!", даю себе подзатыльник, и сразу становлюсь огурцом".

Как говорит моя матушка: "Поздравляю, Шарик, ты балбес".

Это иллюзия контроля над эмоциями. Эти эмоции, как подкожный жир, "отложились" в вашем теле. В какой-то момент, когда их там накопится достаточно, обязательно долбанёт: либо ваше тело начнёт "разваливаться" (здравствуй, психосоматика), либо у вас будет нервный срыв, либо эмоциональное выгорание: психика законсервируется. Если раз за разом нажимать на рубильник "я не хочу это чувствовать", в какой-то момент вы рискуете "отключить" все чувства разом - в том числе те, благодаря которым вы переживали радость, удовольствие и привязанность. Такая себе перспективка, вы не находите?

Вы, возможно, спросите: "Лёша, так а что же, вот с самими чувствами и эмоциями вообще ничего сделать нельзя?!"

А я скажу: МОЖНО! Но это не про "контроль", а про регуляцию.

Сравните: "контролировать эмоции" VS использовать эмоциональную регуляцию

Чувствуете разницу?

Эмоциональная регуляция предполагает, что мы прибегаем к определённым типам реакций для того, чтобы стабилизировать своё состояние. Важная оговорка: не чтобы ИЗБАВИТЬСЯ от неприятного чувства или эмоции, а чтобы СТАБИЛИЗИРОВАТЬ своё состояние. В чём разница?

Давайте, прости господи, вспомним физику, 9 класс, а именно – закон сохранения энергии. Простыми словами его суть в следующем:

Энергия не возникает и не исчезает, она может передаваться от одного тела к другому, а также один вид энергии может превращаться в другой.

Когда мы родились (а может, даже пока мы были в утробе, на этот счёт есть разные мнения), у нас появилась психика. Психика – это очень сложная штука, есть сто миллионов определений, что это такое, но сколько бы их ни было, мы не можем показать на что-нибудь пальцем и сказать "Это психика". Мы можем сказать, обеспечивает её функционирование (мозг, нервная система, наша биохимия и так далее), но это не есть психика. Так или иначе, у нас всё время нашей жизни есть психическая энергия. По мере роста и взросления мы становимся более ресурсными, мозг тоже увеличивается, у нас появляются новые нейронные связи и всё такое. В зависимости от того, с чем мы сталкиваемся в жизни, наша психическая энергия в конкретные мгновения окрашивается определёнными эмоциональными оттенками: грусть\злость\радость\досада\негодование и так далее. Эту энергию (эмоцию) нельзя заставить исчезнуть (смотрим закон сохранения энергии выше). Но мы можем её регулировать (трансформировать её, "разряжать" и так далее.

Как же это сделать? Спросите вы.

Способов есть очень много: кто-то использует медитации, кто-то сублимирует эту энергию через спорт или творчество, кто-то просто проживает эти эмоции. Я считаю последнее самым "полезным" и конструктивным.

Мы переживаем эмоции, потому что они служат нам компасом, компасом в жизни. Отворачиваться от своих эмоций для меня похоже на символ отворачивания от самого себя и от своей жизни. И у такой стратегии, несомненно, будут последствия.

Вы можете спросить: "Окей, а что если у меня возникают эмоции, но их вот совсем неуместно прожить в том месте и в то время, когда это произошло? Что делать?"

Выход есть! Есть такое интересное психологическое словечко, называется "контеинирование". Я приведу пример, что такое контеинирование на примере отношений матери и младенца, поскольку это самая яркая параллель.

Психика младенца максимально уязвимая, подвижная, слабая, неустойчивая. В первый год жизни у младенца и матери (в норме) образуется психический симбиоз. Чуткая мама знает, когда малыш плачет, если он голоден, когда плачет, если болит животик, а когда ещё по какой третьей причине. Знает просто в силу внутреннего чувства. Когда ребёнок плачет и не успокаивается, лучшее, что может сделать мама, – это контеинировать эмоциональную реакцию ребёнка. Как? Взять на руки и качать, качать, качать. Прижимать к себе, гладить. Ровно настолько долго, насколько нужно, чтобы младенец успокоился. В эти минуты происходит невидимый психический процесс: устойчивая, зрелая психика взрослого (мамы) "пережёвывает" тревогу незрелой, неустойчивой психики младенца. Это как мама-птичка, которая сначала всё прожуёт сама, а птенчикам в ротик положит уже всё готовое, нужно только проглотить.

Как можно контеинировать свои эмоции самостоятельно, если вы уже взрослый человек? В нашей психике есть разные части, "психические слепки" - в том числе есть детская часть (самая чувствительная и спонтанная) и взрослая (рациональная, логичная, устойчивая). В момент, когда нахлынывают эмоции, которые сейчас может быть неуместно проживать, мысленно обратитесь к своей устойчивой взрослой части. В каком-то смысле (?) фраза "соберись, тряпка!" является очень кривым, искажённым отражением контеинирования. Зачем мы можем приказать себе "собраться"? Чтобы "отрешиться" от актуальных эмоций. Только часто в этом случае мы не просто "отрешаемся" от них. Мы их подавляем – скручиваем и бросаем в тёмный чулан, запирая дверь на замок.

Контеинирование предполагает, что мы сначала тоже говорим себе что-то вроде "сейчас мне важно собраться" или "сейчас не время для эмоций". Важно говорить это себе максимально бережно и уважительно, а не в духе "соберись, тряпка!"

Мы как бы "упаковываем" актуальные эмоции, чтобы разобраться (экологично урегулировать) с ними позже, когда это будет возможно и безопасно. Мы их откладываем на полочку у себя в голове и обязательно достаём их из коробочки в кабинете у психотерапевта или дома, доставая дневник\открывая тамблер\достав раскраски\позвонив другу\подруге, чтобы поговорить и т.д.

Причём здесь пример с матерью и ребёнком? Символически наша чувствующая и чувствительная часть (Внутренний Ребёнок) даёт взрослой и устойчивой части (Внутренний Взрослый\Родитель) свои эмоциональные реакции "на хранение", чтобы ответственно, по-взрослому, бережно обойтись с этим материалом тогда, когда это будет уместно и безопасно. И это в каком-то смысле похоже на процессы между матерью и ребёнком.

Хранитель древностей/Факультет ненужных вещей.

«В мире сейчас ходит великий страх, все всего боятся. Всем важно только одно: высидеть и переждать.»

Дочитала я полностью книжки еще, недели две назад, но не могла заставить себя сесть за рецензию - то настроения не было, то была занята. А ещё я триста раз редактировала этот текст и уже больше НЕ МОГУ.

В первой части мы знакомимся с Георгием Зыбиным, историком, который приезжает в Казахстан из Москвы (в книге не упоминается, но учитывая, что автор писал во многом автобиографичный роман, то это была ссылка), устраивается в музей, его называют там «Хранителем древностей», потому что он закопался в этих древностях, работает на чердаке музея, куда никто не заходит, в окружении горшков, которым может быть и несколько тысяч лет и просто - семьсот.

Рассказ ведется от первого лица, повествование медлительное, поэтому сначала кажется, что ничего не происходит, ближе к концу меняется темп событий и люди начинают "исчезать" как в "Мастере и Маргарите", о них перестают говорить, их портреты снимают со стен в музее. Но об этом говорится только косвенно. Зыбин все таки сам-в-себе.

Есть момент, где Зыбин просит (обращаясь ни к кому, у себя в мыслях) чтобы его оставили в покое. Ссылка в Казахстан, была не только ссылкой из одного города в другой, но и ссылкой внутрь себя - он сидит у себя на чердаке, пьет со сторожем, газет не читает, ведает своими раскопками и пишет карточки на экспонаты, а вокруг - 37 год. Но когда начинают нести откровенный бред - про вредителей и шпионов, Георгий постепенно, шаг за шагом начинает выходить из своей ссылки-внутрь, из своего личного "Казахстана" и начинает что-то говорить и тем людям, и людям не тем. Ему все говорят "молчи!". А он не может.

«Есть времена когда слово - преступление. Мы живем сейчас именно в такое время»

Далее - спойлеры к первой части

II «Факультет ненужных вещей». Во второй части романа смещается точка зрения, теперь рассказ ведется не от первого лица, а от третьего. Структура романа становится запутаннее - то Зыбин в тюрьме, то он видит сон, то вспоминает прошлое, и прошлое внезапно оказывается сном, а Зыбин лежит на койке в камере и в глаза ему бьет белый , ослепительно белый свет. Вот эти пробуждения были очень болезненными - Георгий отдыхал на пляже, вокруг солнечно, песок, море, рядом девушка в которую он влюблен, а потом внезапно - свет, кого-то волокут в камеру, слабость, холод, пробуждение. Но нам показывают не только Зыбина, автор как бы охватывает всех - и жертв репрессий, и пособников и палачей, у каждого из этих «жертв» машины внутри происходит такая буря чувств!

«Он теперь был готов поверить во все это. Вот он попал в машину, колесо завертелось, загудело, заработало, и нет уже ни входа, ни исхода. И ничто больше не имеет значения. Ни ложь, ни правда, ни стойкость, ни мужество - ничто!»

Чего стоят хотя бы разговоры двух доносчиков про Христа и Иуду - настоящие философские споры на кухне за водкой и ни один из них не знает, что один другого предал, а только предполагает это.

И доносчики эти - не бабульки, с которыми ты в коммуналке живешь и у которых портрет Сталина заместо иконы, а люди, которые понимают что происходит на самом деле, которые прошли через это сами, но все равно шестеренки этого механизма - просто переместились на другое место, но они знают - перемещение обратно тоже возможно.

У одного из капитанов ЧК упитанного краснощекого веселого дядьки, зыбин говорит «был нечеловеческий ужас» в глазах потому, что знает, что судей тоже судят.

Зыбин противится системе, противится этой машине, у него за плечами багаж знаний «ненужного факультета» - философия, гуманизм, литература, юриспруденция, право. То, что не исповедуется в новом мире и потому он становится как бы ненужным человеком в этой системе.

Один из доносчиков, тот от которого никто хорошего не ожидает и тот, кто буквально подписывает все, что ему приносят подписать на Зыбина (практически своего друга), о нем есть сцена, где он, можно сказать, умирает внутри.

Он переходит эту грань, порог, когда ты уже перестаешь быть человеком. В конце главы о нем, есть фраза из Гоголя: «Он умер и сейчас же открыл глаза. Но был он уже мертвец и глядел как мертвец».

Я еще читала статьи о книгах, и вот что пишут на «Полке»:

«Для чего Домбровскому понадобилась такая запутанная сюжетная ситуация? Видимо, чтобы подчеркнуть, что следует избегать любого сотрудничества с репрессивными органами, так как во все времена оно разрушительно действует на личность.»

Но каждый раз натыкаюсь на это всё.

Я против всех идеологий , но за человека и людей. Хоть и гуманизм вышел из чата по многим причинам и не сегодня.

Грехи отцов падут на головы детей до третьего и четвёртого рода, - так сказано в Книге Исход, в Библии.

Это выражение стало крылатым. Но потомки расплачиваются не только за грехи; вообще за ошибки родителей. На голову потомков падают те драматические ситуации, которые пришлось пережить родителю. И с которыми он не справился.

Учёные пишут, что даже возраст смерти родителя очень опасен для их выросших детей. Именно в этом возрасте с человеком может случиться плохое; он уязвим. И тоже может покинуть мир.

А ошибки, удары судьбы, потери тоже могут происходить из-за того, что родитель не справился. И нам приходится проживать его ситуацию, искать правильный выход.

Родитель - это и собственно родитель, и дедушки-бабушки, и даже прадедушки и прабабушки.

Агата Кристи была практичной, деньгами не сорила, вкладывала в недвижимость свои хорошие гонорары. И что? Она оказалась в огромных долгах. Ей задним числом насчитали налоги за издание книг в Америке, громадную сумму. А в Англии тоже налоги сильно подняли. Цены на недвижимость рухнули.

Агата Кристи должна была ещё больше писать и работать, так? Вот и заработала бы на покрытие долгов.

Ничего подобного. Чем больше заработаешь, тем выше налог. Больше одной книги в год писать стало невыгодно, разорительно!

Она не брала кредиты и не пускалась в авантюры. Но громадный долг поглотил все ее состояние. Когда-то ее отец потерял все свои деньги, доверившись нечестным людям. Разорился дотла!

И с писательницей это случилось, потому что она не проверила всё досконально, не изучила налоговую систему, доверилась своим агентам. И чуть не разорилась! Но потом юристы помогали ей. Она долгие годы решала проблему с помощью профессионалов.

И решила. Выпуталась из долгов.

Если произошло неожиданное и незаслуженное несчастье, возникла трудная и опасная ситуация, если вы оказались в западне Судьбы без своей вины, иногда это проблема родителей. То, что они не решили, не смогли победить.

У одного мужчины отец умер в сорок пять от тяжёлой болезни. И в этом роковом возрасте мужчина тоже захворал. Признаки те же!

Но он выздоровел. Он отказался от напитков ещё десять лет назад. А отец пил! Этот мужчина стал ещё добрее к жене и детям, ещё больше внимания им стал уделять. А отец был жесток и холоден!

Этот мужчина начал строить дом, несмотря на слабое здоровье. А отец даже обои не переклеивал в грязной лачуге, даже тарелку не мыл за собой! Отец во всем винил других. Проклинал и завидовал.

А этот мужчина специально стал развивать великодушие и гуманизм. И молился от души, а отец был атеист.

Мужчина выздоровел! Он догадался пойти «от противного»; он поступал и мыслил абсолютно противоположно отцу. И решил задачу; болезнь воспринял как сигнал к переменам.

Он заново родился, так он говорил. Пережил трансформацию без физической смерти.

И таких примеров немало.

Если вдруг мы оказались в неожиданно-трудной ситуации, которая произошла без нашей вины, просто упала нам на голову, надо вспомнить биографию родителей и других предков. Понять, какую ошибку они совершили, с чем не смогли справиться.

Это не обязательно проступок или злодейство; это именно промах, ошибка, грех невнимательности или слабости, доверчивости или вспыльчивости…

Если начать упорно действовать иначе, ситуация решится.

Более того, вы сможете выйти на новый уровень. Получить лучшие возможности.

Ключ к решению - в прошлом. Его надо найти.

Ну привет, мой маленький блог)

Не знаю сколько лет я сюда не писала, но сейчас появилось острое желание начать да еще и наверстать хотя бы последние года 3..

На дворе октябрь 2022 года. Я сижу в квартире в Дюссельдорфе, Германия. Тут довольно спокойно, за окном ветер и прохладные 15°С. Ну а в мире происходит пиздец! Вот прям самый настоящий ПИЗДЕЦ.

Я родилась в России в г.Н.Новгород в 1992 году (скоро после развала СССР), и как оказалось росла в офигенное время. Цензуры почти не было, воспевания вождей не было, даже свобода слова была, была прикольная школа с крутым директором и скаутами, лучшие на свете друзья и родители, любимая музыка и какие-то мечты о будущем...что-то в духе "когда я вырасту...". Но кажется, до конца я так и не выросла,но об этом позже.

Я буду постепенно писать и вспоминать, что происходило в жизни, чтобы не забывать в каком классном мире я жила до 24 февраля 2022г. (Но на самом деле все началось куда раньше)

Сегодня 20 окт.22 года, моя страна ведет захватческую во**у с соседней страной. К такому меня жизнь, школа и институт не готовили (и это хорошо), потому что в той жизни был гуманизм и понимание добра и зла.

Вот такие дела...

А я пошла за Асей в садик. У меня есть дочка, ей 3 года и она ходит в немецкий садик. (Я сама иногда в шоке от этого, а еще мне 30 лет)

Why do we need to define Planet velocity before any other discussion in this paper? Because Planet velocity disproves The Solar System Classical Description.

The classical description refutation is a great event because the theories depend on it and – that means- more than 12 theories are wrong in the modern physics book

Shortly- more than the half of the modern physics book provides imaginary ideas and wrong theories because the solar system classical description is wrong.

Let's see examples to explain that clearly

Example No. (1)

No Planet Moves By The Sun Gravity- Newton is wrong- I have proved this fact since long time- and I explained that- Planet moves by the force caused its creation- means- the planet creation and motion is done by one force only otherwise this planet would be broken- simply – if two forces have effects on the same planet it would be broken- means- the planet moves with its creation force- again No planet moves by the sun gravity-

The example shows a gap between the physics book and the solar system facts – Newton imaginary idea is believed by everyone since 400 years!

But- the example doesn't show how great the gap is- in fact the shock is coming from The Sun Nuclear Fusion Theory- let's see the next example

The Sun Is Created By The Planets Motions Energies–The Sun Is A Phenomenon

Here we can see the gap clearly

The solar planets were found in their orbits before the sun creation and the planets were revolving around a point in space (this point has no light)

The planet motion produces energy (1/2 mv^2) and this energy is stored in the space in waves form- the planets were revolving around this point for long periods till the stored motion energy in the space be massive energy-

From this massive motion energy the light beam is created (the sun rays is created)

The sun rays is created from this energy- that tells why the sun corona temperature is 5 millions Kelvin but the sun surface is 5800 Kelvin- simply- because The Sun Is Not Doing Nuclear Fusion To Produce Its Rays, the rays is created by the planets motions energies– The Sun Rays Show The Great Gap Between The Physics Book And The Facts

The wrong description is the reason behind the imaginary ideas and wrong theories in the physics book- one more example- the scientists won Nobel prize in physics for their discovery for the gravitational waves- these scientists told us – the gravitational waves are produced by the sun gravitational field which is NOT FACT– the gravitational waves are produced by Planet motion energy- where the planet moves and produces energy (1/2 mv^2) and the planet can't store its motion energy inside its body otherwise its temperature would be raised for that the planet motion energy is stored in the space In Waves Form- the scientists discovered these waves and they called them gravitational waves!! For example- Jupiter diameter now is 142984 km but what's this diameter value in the first creation of Jupiter?

The big bang theory and all random creation ideas are wrong and nonsense- shortly- I have my planet diameter equation which proves Planet diameter is created based on a geometrical rule- means- for example- Jupiter diameter is created at first as 142984 km and never changed since its creation- if any planet had collision and changed its diameter this collision results would be recorded in this planet motion features- as happened with Mars- Mars original orbit was between Mercury and Venus and Mars had migrated to its current orbit- and Mars had collided with Venus and The Earth in its migration motion- but Mars diameter equation refers frequently to its original orbit features and data- that tells the planet motion provides a record for its history because all data is required for planet motion- by that – all data depends on geometrical rules and no random process is used in it –

89143 = Neptune rotation periods number in Neptune orbital period

49528 km = Neptune diameter

9.7 km/s = Saturn velocity

59800 days = Neptune orbital period (and Neptune rotation period =16.1 hours)

1.8 degrees = Neptune Orbital Inclination

The equation tells planet diameter is created based on its velocity –means- Neptune diameter is 49528 km because Neptune velocity is 5.4 km/s

The Equation Concept

Planet diameter should be a function in its orbital distance –otherwise- this planet would be broken by its motion- the fact is that – The necessary requirement for planet safe motion is to create a function between this planet diameter and its orbital distance

BUT- the designer can't create a function has only 2 variables (Planet diameter and its orbital distance)- the function in this case can't be useful because – If this planet changes its orbital distance its diameter would be broken also because the diameter is a direct function in the orbital distance without any other variables -As A Result

The designer created the planet diameter as a function in this planet rotation period and the planet rotation period is created as a function in this planet velocity and the planet velocity is created as a function in this planet orbital distance- by that- the function between the planet diameter and its orbital distance is created but the function contains also more variables (rotation period, orbital period and velocity)- by that- if the planet changes its orbital distance- this planet diameter will not be changed but its rotation period, orbital period, and velocity will be changed and the diameter will be saved-

NOTICE-Mars is the example for this theory because Mars original orbit was between Mercury and Venus and Mars had migrated from its original orbit to its current one- after Migration Mars changed its motion data but the diameter is saved

NOTICE- Planet diameter equation is very useful to analyze the energy reflection in the solar system because the equation shows the changes in data resulting from the energy reflection- for example- the equation produces the planet orbital inclination-but in Saturn equation- the equation produces the value (0.4) while we know Saturn orbital inclination is 2.5 degrees- the value (0.4) is produced because the energy is reflected in Saturn and that caused effect on the data by that the value (2.5) become (1/2.5) = 0.4- that's why I refer to my planet diameter equation in this discussion because the equation can work as a tool of anatomy which can see clearly what's happening for the energy in each planet-

My planet diameter equation provides a new definition for the matter – this definition is found to answer the question- (How Can Planet Velocity And Motion Be Defined Before This Planet Creation?)

What's The Matter And How Is Created?

The matter and space are created from the same one energy and both move with the motion of this energy from which they are created- but- the matter creates for itself a distinguish form and moves by different velocity from the space motion (notice the gravitational waves prove the space has motion and not static).

This is similar to the sea of water- the space is similar to the sea of water and the matter is similar to a whirlpool (vortex) found on the sea page-

How is planet velocity defined?

Kelper stated, planet orbit defines its velocity, this rule is proved by the equation (v1/v2)^2=(d2/d1) where (d= planet orbital distance) and (v= planet velocity)

BUT

How Is The Planet Velocity Defined? And By What Rules?

Planet velocity is defined by Three Rules let's see them in following

(i) First Rule

v1v2 = constant= 322 (my 5th equation)

47.4 km/s (Mercury velocity) x 6.8 km/s (Mercury velocity) =322

35 km/s (Venus velocity) x 4.7 km/s (Pluto velocity) x 2 =322

29.8 km/s (The Earth velocity) x 5.4 km/s (Neptune velocity) x 2 =322

24.1 km/s (Mars velocity) x 13.1 km/s (Jupiter velocity) =322

(Max error 2%)

The rule (v1v2=322) tells the velocities are defined in pairs and not individually, each planet velocity has its own complementary- the rule tells the velocities are reflected on one another- the reflection of energy and data will be studied in details in planet velocity discussion-

In this rule we interest for the constant (322)- let's ask- why the constant = 322?

The constant 322 depends on the speed 1.16 million km per second because

(1160000 seconds = 322 hours) - Means

Mercury (47.4 km/s) moves in 6.8 hours a distance = 1.16 million km and

Uranus (6.8 km/s) moves in 47.4 hours a distance = 1.16 million km

Shortly -we realize that the constant 322 is produced based on the speed 1.16 million km per second- means- the planets velocities are complementary each other because they are defined as functions in this same speed 1.16 million km per second

(This is similar to electron and positron are produced from Gamma ray, The two particles depend on Gamma energy in their masses)

Based On This Data

I concluded there's a light beam its speed 1.16 million km per second and from this light beam energy the solar system is created- and the planets velocities are defined as functions in this speed 1.16 million km per second and that causes the velocities to be complementary each other-

(Please note the speed 1.16 million km per second is proved strongly by other data in my paper specially because the light created the space at first before any planet creation by that all distances in the solar system are created by the energy of this light beam and its speed 1.16 million km per second is registered in the data)

The velocity here uses the solar day (86400 seconds) – let's prove that-

Mercury moves per solar day = 4.095 million km

Venus moves per solar day = 3.024 million km

The Earth moves per solar day = 2.574 million km

Mars moves per solar day = 2.082 million km

Jupiter moves per solar day = 1.1318 million km

Saturn moves per solar day = 0.838 million km

Uranus moves per solar day = 0.5875 million km

Neptune moves per solar day = 0.4665 million km

Pluto moves per solar day = 0.406 million km

AND

0.406 (Pluto velocity) x 2.4 (the moon velocity) = 1 (error 2.5%)

0.4665 (Neptune velocity) x 2.082 (Mars velocity) = 1 (error 2.5%)

0.5875 (Uranus velocity) x 3.024 (Venus velocity)/1.772 = 1 (error 2.5%)

0.838 (Saturn velocity) x 1.1318 (Jupiter velocity) = 1 (error 5%)

(1.772 = π^1/2)

The second rule tells very similar meaning (v1v2= constant= 1)

The data uses the velocities per solar day for that the constant is changed from 322 into 1 but the rule is the same- (v1v2= Constant)

I want to say- the rule (v1v2 = Constant) tells a clear idea that (The Velocities Are Reflected On Each Other) this conclusion is simple one (A x 1/A= constant=1)

The rule proves the energy is reflected in the solar system and this reflection has effect on the planets data and for that the planets velocities are defined by this energy reflection and the velocities are produced complementary each other as a result.

The second rule causes confusion because the complementary player is changed- for example Pluto is complementary with Venus (in the first rule 35 x 4.7 x 2 = 322) but Pluto is complementary with the Earth moon in the second rule (0.406 x 2.4 = 1) that tells the players are changed which is illogical idea- how can we solve this problem?

24.1 km/s (Mars velocity) x 0.8 = 2 x 9.7 (Saturn velocity)

13.1 km/s (Jupiter velocity) x 0.8 = 2 x 5.4 (Neptune velocity) (error 3%)

6.8 km/s (Uranus velocity) x 0.8 = 5.4 (Neptune velocity)

5.4 km/s (Neptune velocity) x 0.8 = 4.3 (Pluto velocity 4.7 the error 7.25%)

The error 7.25 is found by the rate 1.0725 – that means

47.4 km/s (Mercury velocity) x 0.8 = 38 = 1.0725 x 35 km/s (Venus velocity)

We know the rate 1.0725 is found by Lorentz length contraction effect- and we know this rate has effect on around 40% of all planets data – that's why we see this rate has effect on the planets velocities definition-

In the rule (v1v2=322) we found that Pluto is complementary with Venus because

4.7 km/s (Pluto velocity) x 35 km/s (Venus velocity) x 2 = 322

But in the rule (v1v2 =1) we found Pluto is complementary with the moon because

0.406 mkm (Pluto Velocity Daily) x 2.4 mkm (The Moon Velocity Daily) = 1

The question asked – if the planets velocities are defined in pairs complementary each other and not individually how can the players be changed?

That tells, the planet is a point in space on which the energy is reflected- it's difficult to accept such strange idea- BUT

The planets data is more strong than our evaluation- we will see that- the planets data is created by the reflection of energy- this fact is proved strongly and doubtless-

For that I analyze the reflection of energy process in details because by this process the planets are created and the energy cycle is completed- for that – we examine the reflection of energy deeply - Now- let's define the energy reflection in following

The energy is reflected three times in the solar system- from Pluto to Neptune (1st reflection) and from Uranus to Jupiter (2nd reflection) and from Venus to Mars (3rd reflection)

The first and second reflections are unified and work together as one reflection only (later will explain why) - by that – the solar system has 2 basic reflections- the reflection in the outer planets and the reflection from Venus and Mars

These changes are found in all reflections of energy- that's why the proof is powerful and can't be refuted because the planets data shows the reflection process details

Let's see the changes in the planets data generally

(Venus reflection)

By this reflection of energy Venus orbital circumference 680 million km will be used as Mars orbital period 687 days and it defines Jupiter orbital period (4331 days = 2π x 687 days) and also Saturn orbital period (10747 days = 4π x 687 days x (1/0.8)) where Uranus orbital inclination (0.8 degrees) creates effect on Saturn data

AND

Venus Orbital Period 224.7 days be used as 227.9 million km (Mars orbital distance)

AND

Also the reflection defines the planets diameters by that

Venus circumference 38025 km = Mars Circumference 21346.6 km x 1.772

(π=3.14159= 1.772^2) (more data about this reflection is discussed later)

(The Outer Planets Reflection)

The reflection is done by Jupiter to Uranus, by that, Jupiter orbital circumference 4900 million km will be used as Uranus orbital period 30589 days where (30589 days = 4900 days x 2π and Neptune orbital period 59800 days = 4900 days x 4π and Pluto orbital period 90560 days = 4900 days x 6π

Notice- the reflection in the outer planets depends basically on Saturn and it's more complex than this simple data but I put similar data for comparison and later we will discuss the details

The energy reflection at Venus passes above the Earth to Mars- where the Earth moon suffers from the length contraction effect and its motion distance daily is 2.4 mkm = 2.574 mkm (The Earth motion distance daily) / 1.0725

Similar to that

The energy reflection at Jupiter passes above Saturn to Uranus – Where

Saturn suffers from the length contraction effect because

1433 million km (Saturn orbital distance) x 1.0725 = 2 x 778.6 million km (Jupiter orbital distance) - And- the Earth moon daily displacement is 88000 km and during 10747 days the total be 940 million km=The Earth orbital circumference (where 10747 days = Saturn orbital period)

The previous data shows the reflection energy effect generally- it's important because it compares the data in two different groups and proves the data behaviors are similar- that proves these behaviors are caused by the same one cause-

But we will analyze each reflection in more details to see how each data is created

Item No. 2 The Energy Reflection Proves

Venus reflection of energy is discussed in item no. (4), But - Here We Analyze The Energy Reflections In The Outer Planets- There are two reflections in the outer planets (from Neptune to Saturn) and (from Uranus to Jupiter)- let's explain the energy trajectory

The energy is sent firstly from Pluto to Neptune and then The energy is reflected from Neptune to Saturn–means- it's one reflection is started by Pluto and finished by Saturn- later the energy is reflected one more time from Uranus to Jupiter- but we have to ask- if the energy was in Saturn orbit why this energy is returned again to Uranus? The reason is–Saturn is created as a result for an interaction between Uranus and the Earth- means- Uranus is Saturn Father- and the energy is got by Saturn sent automatically to Uranus and Uranus reflects this energy to Jupiter- we will discuss the process in details later.

I put Saturn and Uranus relationship analysis in point No. (5) to prove that Saturn is Created by Uranus effect-

Also there's story I have to summarize before the data discussion-

Pluto energy is reflected to Neptune – this is the first reflection- means- Neptune should send this same energy to Uranus and then to Saturn and the other planets-BUT – Neptune didn't send the energy to Uranus but kept the energy in Neptune orbit – Uranus could not release the energy from Neptune orbit- for that- Uranus created the interaction with the Earth to create Saturn – Saturn is the warrior created to release the energy from Neptune orbit- by that Saturn released the energy from Neptune orbit and sent it immediately to Uranus and Uranus reflected this energy one more time toward Jupiter- this story is told in details in the paper discussion – but I need its summary here to know that- the reflection between Neptune and Saturn is older than the reflection between Uranus and Jupiter and also this story tells us the final energy is found in Jupiter- means- the energy is sent from Pluto and reaches finally to Jupiter before to send to the inner planets-

The energy reflection trajectory is very important to explain how the planets data created for that we need to follow this trajectory- let's review is shortly-

The energy is sent from Pluto to Neptune and Saturn forced Neptune to release this energy- by that the first reflection is from (Neptune to Saturn) –the second reflection is from (Uranus to Jupiter) and we understand that Saturn creation depends on Uranus for that the energy is sent (without reflection from Saturn to Uranus)-

The idea is understandable and clear

The Basic Rule In The Reflection Of Energy

Please pay attention for this rule because this is the major rule in the energy reflection

If the energy is reflected between two planets– that necessitates to have two equal distances are passed by them.

Example

0.4666 mkm (Neptune motion distance per solar day) = Jupiter motion distance in its rotation period

These are 2 equal distances– and this equality is necessary for the energy reflection process because if the two distances are not equal the energy can't be reflected-

This is similar to the radio sending process – the sender and receiver waves should be equivalent otherwise the radio broadcasting can't be got by the receiver-

The two planets should move two equal distances – this is the major requirement to enable the energy reflection process –otherwise the energy can't be reflected – means- the energy can't be sent in the direction defined by the reflection

Shortly- the reflection process defines the energy new direction but the energy is not sending in this direction unless the receiver planet and the sender planet move equal distances- by this method the energy can be sent into the direction defined by the reflection and that enable the energy reflection process to be done - The planets data analysis will explain this rule clearly – Let's start our analysis for the planets data

0.4666 mkm = Neptune Motion Distance Per solar day (with 0.441 mkm error 5%)

Notice 9.7 = 5.4 x 1.8 and 13.1 = 6.8 x 1.92 but 1.92 = 1.8 x 1.0725

13.1 km/s = Jupiter velocity 9.7 km/s = Saturn velocity

6.8 km/s = Uranus velocity 5.4 km/s = Neptune velocity

Jupiter Motion Distance In Its Rotation Period = 0.4666 mkm = Neptune Motion Distance Per Solar Day – And – Saturn Motion Distance In Its Rotation Period 0.3736 mkm x π = 2 x 0.5875 mkm Uranus motion distance per solar day

(3.1 deg (Jupiter axial tilt) – 1.3 deg (Jupiter orbital inclination)= 1.8 deg)

(0.3129 x2 /0.4666) = (13.1/9.7) = (47.4/35) = (0.421 /0.3129) = (0.5/0.373)= (24/32.4) = (21.4/16.1)

0.3129 mkm x 3 x (2/π)= 0.5875 mkm

DISCUSSION

I have an idea can explain this data, let's write it here

Preface

The solar system is one energy moves through the space and this energy is reflected on different points in the space – these points are the planets – For example–The energy is reflected from one point in space to another- the first point is called (Neptune) and the second point is called (Saturn) by that the two planets data is defined based on each other by the energy reflection effect.

Also

The same one energy is reflected one more time between two other points- the first point is called (Uranus) and the second point is called (Jupiter)- by that the two planets data is defined based on each other by the energy reflection effect.

Means

The solar system is one energy moves in space and this energy is reflected on different points in the space- in details the energy is reflected between two points (Neptune and Saturn) and then the same energy is reflected one more time between two other points (Uranus and Jupiter) by that these 4 planets data is created based on each other by the reflection–here we analyze the 4 planets data to prove this idea

Why is the rate (1.0725) found in the data? because the wave (the energy) moves by speed of light (300000 km/s) in Saturn orbit- means- the wave velocity was 205.8 km/s through Pluto, Neptune and Uranus orbits and this wave velocity is accelerated in Saturn orbit and its velocity be = speed of light =300000 km/s, for that reason the rate (1.0725) is created because this is (Lorentz length contraction effect rate) and it can be produced only by motion with speed = (99% speed of light =297000 km/s)- shortly- the wave velocity be equal=speed of light = 300000 km/s in Saturn orbit, for that the rate (1.0725) is used for Saturn and Jupiter data-

The previous data can be explained simply by my idea- the rate (0.8) is produced by the energy reflection for that the distances be equal based on this rate- the equal distances are found by the reflection of energy (as we cause a light beam to be reflected on some mirror we will find that the original light beam energy equal the reflected one and by that both have equal distances- that's why the distances are equal) –

In details- the data shows clearly we have 2 different reflections- first reflection from Neptune to Saturn and the second reflection from Uranus to Jupiter- for that the distances are equal- Jupiter motion distance per solar day defines Uranus motion distance in its rotation period and vice versa- Uranus motion distance per solar day defines Jupiter motion distance in its rotation period- and also- Saturn motion distance per solar day defines Neptune motion distance in its rotation period and vice versa- Neptune motion distance per solar day defines Saturn motion distance in its rotation period-

The reflection of energy causes the distances to be equal and by that the planets do their motions for these equal distances that explains how planet data is created – I want to say- the used method here is the equal distances be produced by the reflection of energy- for example- Saturn motion distance per solar day (0.838 mkm) defines Neptune motion distance in its rotation period ( 0.3129 mkm) that means the distance 0.3129 mkm is defined before Neptune rotation period be defined- and Neptune created its rotation period as 16.1 hours to move this distance which is defined by the energy reflection- that explains how Neptune rotation period be =16.1 hours

The designer uses the planets rotation periods as comparable with the solar day- means- the equal distances should be passed by the planets – let’s use example – the equal distances are 0.421 mkm for Jupiter and Uranus– known that Jupiter velocity is greater than Uranus velocity- equal distances can be passed only if (one planet uses the solar day while the other planet uses its rotation period- by this method the planet rotation period is defined)

Means- planet rotation period is created comparable to the solar day period by the energy reflection process- the idea is simple and understandable (CONT)
