Don't let go of me by PumpkinkQueen
(1/1 I 845 I Teen)
Christmas should be a merry time to celebrate love and affection. Unless you beloved boyfriend is an asshole. Then you do all the celebration just the same but you may get your ego and your butt bruised along the way.
First Date Skate by 4lw4ys_a_fri3nd_n3v3r_a_l0v3r
(1/1 I 2,440 I General)
“Ijustreallywantedtokissyourightthen,” Stiles muttered under his breath in a rush. Had Derek not been a werewolf, he would never have heard it and he certainly wouldn’t have been able to understand what had just been said.
Derek Hale and the Ice by Argabarg
(1/1 I 2,466 I Mature)
Derek reflects on what it would mean to be the first openly gay NHL player... Is it worth it to finally be with Stiles the way he desperately wants to?
Holding You Up by isthatbloodonhisshirt (wasterella)
(1/1 I 4,539 I General)
“This place isn’t going to last long if it doesn’t take care of its skates,” Derek said before he could help himself.
“What?” Stiles blinked at him, then looked down. He laughed. “Oh, no. These are mine.”
What?
“What?” Derek said, repeating his thought aloud.
“The skates,” Stiles clarified, motioning them, as if Derek didn’t understand.
Oh, he understood perfectly, thank you very much. Why did Stiles own skates? Why did Stiles own skates?!
His day was about to get worse, wasn’t it?
“I used to play ice hockey when I was younger. Scott and I switched to Lacrosse in high school, but I’ve always liked skating, so I got myself some skates when I was fifteen or sixteen. They’re a little tight, but they still fit well enough. Figured there was no point in paying to rent skates when I have my own.”
Derek was right. His day just got worse.
The One with the Kiss Cam by nerdfightingwhovian
(1/1 I 5,224 I Teen)
While at a hockey game, which was totally Stiles's idea, the cameramen behind the Kiss Cam think Erica and Stiles are together. Derek, right next to Stiles, has to intervene on the behalf of his mate.
Also, there might or might not be a homophobic couple who start screaming at our werewolfy hero. He also might or might not give them the cold Hale stare.
Sterek on Ice by viennalemon
(6/? I 17,135 I Explicit)
Stiles Stilinski is one of the stars of his NHL team, the Cyclones, but management isn't happy with how he is conducting himself off the ice. It becomes the Cyclone's PR manager Derek Hale's problem and now Stiles' behavior has to improve or they'll both be out of a job. This is a mashup of a Sterek AU and also fanfiction for Shameless Puckboys (Puckboys book 3) by Saxon James and Eden Finley. This is a work in progress so tags will be added as chapters are added.
Take The Ice by Hopeless ships (The_Danish_Biscuit)
(7/7 I 50,228 I Mature)
To Derek Hale hockey was everything. It was the only reason he even tolerated High School and if given a choice the only thing he would be doing for the rest of his life. Some called him driven others called him fanatic.
Derek called himself determined.
Only one day a random meeting with a strangely fascinating young ice skater turns Derek's life upside down. A odd friendship blooms between them and Derek slowly comes to realise that his life isn't quite as simple as he thought. There might be more to life than ice hockey.
Sink My Teeth Into You by groffiction
(26/? I 77,191 I Explicit)
Derek Hale is one of the sexiest Alpha’s to be in the Werewolf Olympics, held every four years. Unfortunately after this last Olympics, getting only the silver medal, his partner bails on him. In need of a partner, and being a total stubborn Sourwolf about the whole prospect, his coach and uncle, Peter Hale decides to go in search of one by himself. He finds Stiles Stilinski, an Omega who just so happens to work as a Stripper at one of the best gay bars around town and gives the boy an offer he can’t refuse. Peter figures that the mouthy exotic dancer would be good for his nephew. However, what he didn’t intend were for both of the wolves to not only start hating eachother, but to also have enough sexual tension in their ire to melt the whole planet’s ice rinks.
Two Minutes for Holding by captaintinymite (augopher)
(18/18 I 121,498 I Explicit)
There were three things college hockey players Derek Hale and Stiles Stilinski knew for certain. 1) Their lives revolved around hockey, 2) They were madly in love, and 3) Derek was so far in the closet he might never find his way out.
They'd been together for two years now, and for two years they'd been a secret with only a few people knowing about them. Yet Derek's fear kept them from moving forward: fear of his family's rejection, fear of his sexuality tanking his father's career, fear of the rampant homophobia in professional sports. The ruse was growing thin.
Something had to give.
Or: The story of how one epic NCAA Championship run and college, served as the backdrop for some of life's great hardships.

tw; death
Even though Ryder could be seen blasting All Time Low or Falling In Reverse, he was a southern boy at heart. He still enjoyed the classics of Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Travis Scott, and other country artists, you just wouldn’t know it from looking at him. He grew up with two beautiful moms who loved him dearly. They were both his biological parents as Ryder was conceived before one of his parents went through hormone treatment and transitioned from male to female. Of course his other mother was completely supportive and would love her life partner through anything.
Since his one mom had transitioned, they weren’t able to have kids that were both biologically theirs so instead of getting a donor, they decided to adopt because there were so many kids out there in the world who needed a home. When Ryder was four years old, they brought home a set of twins, a boy and a girl. Ryder loved being the older brother and was constantly protecting them like they were his own children. Then when Ryder was six and the twins were two, they decided to adopt one more child.
Even through his school years, he was protective of them and would always have their best interest at heart. Their parents both worked in the medical field and they wanted their kids to follow suit but knew that it was unrealistic as it was not something that everybody was good at. Ryder on one hand was exceptional when it came to numbers and calculations. Teachers would think that he was cheating on his tests because he wouldn’t have to show his work for his math problems, but he was able to solve a lot of problems in his head.
It was no surprise that when it came to graduate high school and go to college, Ryder has chosen accounting. He chose a school right near home so that he could still help his moms out with the other kids and be close to them because that’s how they all were. Of course he excelled in all of the accounting classes and he graduated at the top of his class. He had a beautiful girlfriend at the end of his college career and it seemed like the two of them were going to spend the rest of their lives together. He seemed like the superstar of them family.
Ryder got a job in an accounting firm where he was producing work of people who were there for fifteen years. They were really surprised and he moved up the corporate ladder quite fast. Ryder had moved out of his home and moved in with his girlfriend turned fiance and they were planning the wedding of their lives.
One night, Ryder was hanging out with his friend and there was a fire in their apartment complex. He freaked out and he unfortunately had to choose between saving his fiance or his best friend and he saved his fiance and his best friend passed away in the fire. Ryder fell into a dark pit to the point where he had to go to therapy. He did that for a few months before he dropped everything and decided he needed a fresh start. Of course he didn’t think that he could do it but he had to do it. He packed up his things and didn’t tell anyone where he was going but he moved to Brooklyn where he became a firefighter because he didn’t want something like this to ever happen to him again. He needed a complete change and he hates that he hurt and left the people behind but he didn’t tell anyone where he was going.

Waiting for Godot - Broadway - November 24, 2013 (Opening Night) (Lanelle's master) FORMAT:  MP4 (HD) CAST: Aidan Gemme (The Boy), Billy Crudup (Lucky), Ian McKellen (Estragon), Patrick Stewart (Vladimir), Shuler Hensley (Pozzo)
War Horse - West End - February 27, 2014 (Pro-Shot's master) FORMAT:  MKV (HD) CAST: Sion Daniel Young (Albert Narracott), Josie Walker (Rose Narracott), Alistair Brammer (Billy Narracott), Alex Avery (Captain Nicholls), Steve North (Ted Narracott), Tom Hodgkins (Arthur Narracott) NOTES: Multi-cam pro-shot broadcast live to cinemas as part of National Theatre Live, Includes interval interview and documentary.
War Paint - Broadway - March 11, 2017 (Preview) (SunsetBlvd79's master) FORMAT:  MP4 (SD) CAST: Patti LuPone (Helena Rubinstein), Christine Ebersole (Elizabeth Arden), John Dossett (Tommy Lewis), Douglas Sills (Harry Fleming) NOTES: Beautiful HD capture of the Broadway transfer. Some changes for Broadway from the previous Goodman Theater production. Excellent performances from the entire cast with clear picture and great sound throughout; very good video. 2 DVDs. A War Paint - Broadway - April 29, 2017 (Matinee) (NYCG8R's master) FORMAT:  VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: Patti LuPone (Helena Rubinstein), Christine Ebersole (Elizabeth Arden), John Dossett (Tommy Lewis), Douglas Sills (Harry Fleming) NOTES: The master gets caught during Face to Face. You can hear someone say “TURN IT OFF”. Blackout during that part. Wasted - Southwark Playhouse - 2018 (Pro-Shot's master) FORMAT:  MP4 (HD) CAST: Matthew Jacobs Morgan (Branwell Brontë), Molly Lynch (Anne Brontë), Natasha Barnes (Charlotte Brontë), Siobhan Athwal (Emily Brontë) We Are The Tigers - Off-Broadway - March, 2019 (StarCuffedJeans's master) FORMAT:  MP4 (HD) CAST: Lauren Zakrin (Riley Williams), Wonu Ogunfowora (Cairo), Jenny Rose Baker (Kate Dalton), MiMi Scardulla (Reese), Kaitlyn Frank (Annleigh), Cathy Ang (Mattie Wheeler), Celeste Rose (Chess), Zoe Jensen (Farrah), Sydney Parra (Eva Sanchez), Louis Griffin (Clark) NOTES: Starts at the beginning of "I Just Wanna" and missing part of "Mattie's Lament." The theater was really full tonight so there are a good number of heads in this video, but they are worked around to the best of my ability. This is a super small theater (less than 160 seats) and at times the cast members were definitely singing to the camera and honestly giving their best performances because of it. All of the things on the upper level (the bathroom, the pathway, and the kitchen) are captured perfectly, and the zooms on the lower level (the living room and bench) look good as well. Obviously because this is a murder mystery kind of show the lighting can get a little bit dark, but my camera handles low lighting incredibly well. This is honestly the best video you could expect from this venue We Will Rock You - Germany (Cologne) - August, 2005 (Pro-Shot's master) FORMAT:  VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: Alex Melcher (Galileo), Vera Bolten (Scaramouche), Brigitte Oelke (Killer Queen), Martin Berger (Khashoggi), Michaela Kovarikova (Meat/Oz), DMJ (Brit/J.B.), James Sbano (Pop/Buddy/Bap), Harald Tauber (Teacher), Willemijn Verkaik NOTES: Multicam proshot We Will Rock You - Utrecht (The Netherlands) - October, 2010 FORMAT:  VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: John Vooijs (Galileo), Marjolein Teepen (Scaramouche), Pia Douwes (Killer Queen), Paul Donkers (Khashoggi), Floortje Smit (Meat/Oz), Ruud van Overdijk (Brit/J.B.), Rutger le Poole (Pop/Buddy/Bap) NOTES: Good capture. Heads in the way, but also a lot of good close-ups. Dubble DVD! We Will Rock You - West End - February 11, 2003 (Pro-Shot's master) FORMAT:  VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: Tony Vincent (Galileo), Hannah Jane Fox (Scaramouche), Sharon D Clarke (Killer Queen), Alexander Hanson (Khashoggi), Kerry Ellis (Meat/Oz), Nigel Clauzner (Brit/J.B.), Nigel Planer (Pop/Buddy/Bap) The Wedding Singer - Broadway - April 1, 2006 (Preview) FORMAT:  VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: Stephen Lynch (Robbie Hart), Laura Benanti (Julia), Matthew Saldivar (Sammy), Kevin Cahoon (George), Rita Gardner (Rosie), Amy Spanger (Holly), Richard H Blake (Glen), Felicia Finley (Linda) NOTES: Includes pictures of outside of the theatre and playbill. This was before the changes were made to the production. Blackouts throughout the show. The Wedding Singer - Off-West End - March 1, 2020 (Matinee) (Closing Night) (Highlights) (queenofthedead's master) FORMAT:  VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: Kevin Clifton (Robbie Hart), Rhiannon Chesterman (Julia), Ashley Emmerson (Sammy), Andrew Carthy (George), Sandra Dickinson (Rosie), Tara Verloop (Holly), Jonny Fines (Glen), Erin Bell (Linda), Lori Haley Fox (Angie), Andy Brady (David Fonda), Nathan Ryles (Harold Fonda), Jordan Crouch (Donnie), Aimee Moore (Tiffany), Simon Anthony (Shane McDonough), Paris Green (Donatella), Vanessa Grace Lee (Donatella’s Mother), Morgan Jackson (Mookie), Ellie Seaton (Crystal) NOTES: 38 minutes of act 1 of the closing performance, unobstructed. Welcome To The Club - Broadway - April 8, 1989 FORMAT:  VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: Avery Schreiber (Milton), Bill Buell (Gus), Jodi Benson (Betty), Marcia Mitzman (Carol), Marilyn Sokol (Arlene), Sally Mayes (Winona), Samuel E Wright (Bruce), Scott Waara (Kevin), Scott Wentworth (Aaron), Terri White (Eve) NOTES: Filmed during previews. Well filmed from the balcony. Mostly a full stage shot. Some generational loss. Wenn Rosenblätter Fallen - Oberhausen - June 13, 2016 (Rumpel's master) FORMAT:  VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: Pia Douwes (Rose), Anton Zetterholm (Till), Annemieke van Dam (Iris)
West Side Story - Hollywood Bowl - July 19, 2016 (SJ Bernly's master) FORMAT:  VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: Jeremy Jordan (Tony), Solea Pfeiffer (Maria), Karen Olivo (Anita), Matthew James Thomas (Riff), George Akram (Bernardo), Drew Foster (Action), Jose Moreno Brooks (Chino), Anthony C Chatmon II (A-Rab), Kyle Selig (Baby John), Mike Schwitter (Big Deal), Jeff Smith (Diesel), Kevin Chamberlin (Krupke), Jennifer Sanchez (Rosalia), Erica Dorfler (Consuela) NOTES: This concert version of the show is abridged with shortened scenes, simple costumes, and no sets or choreography, but Jeremy, Solea, and Karen are absolutely phenomenal with soaring vocals and emotional performances. Very well captured with no dropouts, no obstruction, and no washout. The stage is filmed directly most of the time; the screens are occasionally filmed, usually when the actors are not onstage. It’s filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and playbill scans. West Side Story - Leicester Curve - December, 2019 (queenofthedead's master) FORMAT:  MP4 (HD) CAST: Jamie Muscato (Tony), Adriana Ivelisse (Maria), Carly Mercedes Dyer (Anita), Ronan Burns (Riff), Jonathan Hermosa-Lopez (Bernardo), Isaac Gryn (Action), Damian Buhagiar (Chino), Ryan Anderson (A-Rab), Alex Christian (Baby John), Dale White (Big Deal), Michael O’Reilly (Diesel), Beth Hinton-Lever (Anybodys), Darren Bennett (Lt. So we know Cora and Marcus like to spend their free time together watching movies and eating take out, which makes me wonder... besides the occasional bar meet up or party, under what circumstances do they decide to hang outside one of their apartments? Birthdays? The anniversary of their friendship (and eventual relationship)? Or do they prefer to keep everything low key for Cora’s benefit?
good question!
there’s a little coffee shop they like to visit — i think they were there around chapter two or something, not exactly sure of the chapter number! — because it’s quiet, and they usually sit in a booth at the back where no one can see them. and the little bar where they almost kissed that one time, when cora told him she was terrified she’d never have kids; occasionally they go there, too.
but they usually stay home, mostly because of the privacy. my thoughts are always that the paparazzi know cora films in d.c., like it’s public knowledge that’s where her show films, so she’s never really hidden from them, unless they’re in quiet areas or it’s dark. but also because of marcus’ job, he prefers to stay lowkey too, because he doesn’t want his picture plastered all over the internet and those sleazy celebrity magazines. they’ve been caught a couple of times, but they’re not really trying to hide anything. i mean they were trying to have a baby together. to them, their relationship is nothing more than a friendship — though, obviously we all know that’s not true — and there’s nothing there to speculate on, even if people will anyway.
cora also got hounded during and after her relationship with scott (and with james, but that’s a story for the next few chapters!) so she doesn’t really want her private life in the spotlight.
i think it’s all probably one of the reasons she never posted the ‘kissing my best friend’ tiktok, either. she would probably never have posted it, because of marcus’ privacy, though.
as for celebrations, yes! they got papped leaving chuck e cheese for finley’s birthday party once, and cora wasn’t best pleased with the pictures because she’d been running around with her nephews for the past few hours. they go out, but it’s always lowkey. it would be the same when they get together, too!
. . . you probably didn’t expect an answer this long but i honestly cannot stop writing about these two lovesick idiots lately
