Insomnia is letting up off and on, but I'm still super jelly brained from it case in point, I want to continue back with posting WIPs for the aired pages, but I can't remember what page I left off on now lmao (guess I'll have to dig through my blog to check... eesh. at least it's decently organized by tags?) Not a result of goo brain, really, but equally "AUGH" is that I let my screen protector go for too long without replacing it and now it's slick as snot and I don't have a replacement handy to put on it. This isn't a resulting consequence of goo brain but it does mean I'm going to be trying to draw without any traction while I'm already loopy. Good times ahead!

He does not want to take it from her, though his touch is gentle as it lingers, appreciating the texture and channeling the memories attached to it, his own deep gaze falling upon beautifully sunken, pale features. His admiration is hidden by the metallic mask that covered his muddy face. For beneath it, disfigured features no one could possibly love.

Suddenly, Philip turns and deposits his bell upon a nearby compressed cube of metal; it wasn't something he would dare set upon the ground in an unceremonious fashion. As he returns to face her, the very same spindly fingers extend with extreme caution to Rin's beautifully broken expression. shiver's always been my favorite from deep cut (i <3 cringefail losers that take themselves too seriously) but for this splatfest i'm goin team frye bc she's so unbearably underrated and also, to me, seems like the most fit to be leader of the group

shiver is smart and clever and good with money, but sometimes can get ahead of themself and needs someone to keep them in check. plus can be very conceited at times

big man is the heart of the group and wants the best for everyone, but is very anxious around the other two and is most likely a total pushover (relatable but definitely not ideal for a leadership role)

frye can be self-centered at times but is definitely the most coordinated of the 3 (her exit during the boss fight was actually planned and executed well) and is probably the most intelligent of the three. she's also very well-rounded altogether. she's not trying to put on a strong persona like the other two kinda do, when she says what she is she fuckin MEANS it

(plus i've BEEN a frye defender since day one!!! frye was the only reason i was team paper in the testfire!!! only makes sense to fight for my girl a year later lmao)
