I'd love to see an AU where instead of going into exile at the end of ROTS, Yoda decides that even if he's not powerful enough to defeat the emperor, he's sure powerful enough to be a pain in his neck, and devotes the next 20+ years to being the biggest nuisance Palpatine has ever repeatedly failed to destroy.

Inktober Day 25 - Alpha Gaming

Today I thought I'd go ahead and hunt down that new hedgehog game everyone’s so excited about, since I had a target giftcard and it's been a hot sec since I played one of these - was fully planning to hop on that cool winged shadow trend for the inktober to commemorate my success, but that changed 15 seconds into the first stage when I remembered I actually suck shit at sonic games 👍

#Okay to put it into better words:#Veritas having once being a prince wanted to give everyone the prosperity of knowledge and became a civil god in the pursuit of it.#Sadly this backfires in people using that knowledge for their own greed and creating civil wars within it as well as unleashing far more #Destruction upon the land. And the other gods didn't help Veritas in stopping that bc see that's what happens when people overshare info!!#So the aftermath is just pure chaos plus banishment from being a civil god and thrown as this god of war and plague.#800 years passes and he is seen to just still be doing the same things but I a simple term. Teaching people to read and count.#Often times taking up mission and doing research on new pathogens to help cure the sick that can't afford and somehow during a reading #Lecture he gets ascended back to godhood and everyone is like ??? And even he is like ???#Well he doesn't care much about it and just continues to do what he's always done. Except that once in a while he has to take a detour #Mission to deal with ghosts and other malignant spirits. And upon one of those recurrences he finds himself aquaintanced with #The infamous Ghost King Aventurine. Who is mostly feared in heaven due to having beaten the strongest and wisest at their own games. Even #When the odds where fully against him.#As for Aventurine.#His life was harsh but as the prince had given a lot to the people #Not just education but also free them of diseases and sickness. One of which had struck his sister. He liked the prince and wanted to #Follow in giving and protecting the prosperity of the former kingdom. But the good things did not last and his family was struck in between #The many wars that took place. No matter how much refuge Kakavasha and his sister sought no place was ever #Safe enough for them.#He watched the entire world go up in flames yet somehow he could hate the prince-god for it. But rather the people who had started to #Create weapons in his name. The rest of his years he spent it as a warrior slave and then when death reached him he couldn't even go to #The afterlife since he still held so much vigor and wanted revenge to all the people who had turned his land into ashes and his family #Into bones. That is why he became a mourning ghost.#(I didn't want the kakavasha story to be so centered on ratio like it is in tgcf. Because I think it will be fun for the two of them to #Not recognize each other at first after 800 years and then when they do. Hey y'all, we're back with another update! [WARNING FOR SONIC FRONTIERS SPOILERS] First off, we'd like to show off our Swords suit! The Swords suit traditionally embodies action, power, and taking charge--perfect for the antagonists in the Sonic franchise!

We have also officially completed the lines for the Wands suit, and are well on our way through the Pentacles! Regarding our schedule, we're happy where we are currently and don't foresee any delays down the road.

We do have a question for y'all! Currently, we plan to have a two-part box for Sonic the Tarot that will look similar to this example image from our planned printer, MPC:

Our question involves the boxart of Sonic the Tarot (and also the cover of the booklet). Our original plan was for a new illustration entirely, themed like the cover of a comic book. Would you like to see something like that, or prefer a different option?

We can't guarantee we will for sure go for the most popular choice, but we will try our best to keep it in mind for our final decision. Thanks for bearing with us, and look forward to the Wands suit for our next update!

Are Captain Rudolph Rudy Ransom and Commander Jack Ransom related?

Like maybe Jack Ransom primarily joined Starfleet to try and find his father who was lost commanding the Equinox. Depending on his age, Jack probably would’ve joined around the time of the Dominion War. Lower Decks seems to establish that Starfleet isn’t the most attractive career option around this time, so it seems conceivable he would join up to follow in his long-lost father’s footsteps rather than a sense of duty to the Federation. (See that post about Una being the Starfleet recruitment poster girl, hearkening back to a golden age of exploration in the wake of the war. Una represents be a strategic revamp since wartime recruitment numbers probably dipped quite a bit. Who wants to get sent to the front lines to fight a war in a post scarcity society?)

If Voyager got back to the Alpha Quadrant in 2378 and Jack is a commander on the Cerritos in the early 2380s, he wouldn’t have known about what happened to the Equinox when he joined Starfleet. By the time he’s posted on the Cerritos, he would know the fate of the Equinox and exactly what his father had done. I highly doubt Janeway would hide Rudy’s level of crime in her logs, especially after dressing down Ransom (and letting him live out her self-sacrificing tendencies) and demoting the remaining crew she brought in from the Equinox. When Voyager returns (or Starfleet gets Voyager’s logs and eventually releases relevant info) Jack taking a post on a California-class ship makes sense. After learning the truth, he wouldn’t need to be a great explorer seeing what it did to his father. In fact, his character seems to try to overcompensate for the ruthlessness that characterizes Captain Rudy.
