“I can never get this right! Ugh, how do you get your julienne slices so even, Sanji? I’m so envious!”

The blond sous-chef next to you chuckles as his fingers move with fluid gestures. His hands make the knife glide easily over the vegetables. It’s as if he isn’t even guiding it, and the object has a life of its own. 

“Well, chérie, it’s easy.” You drop the knife gently next to the cutting board and the butchered chops of carrots and stare at him. There’s a small smile curving his lips upwards. The eye that isn’t hidden behind his bangs is fixed on the job he’s performing, but you feel as if you hold all of his attention.

Sanji has a way of making you feel like that, as if you are the only person in the room or the most important thing happening around him. You have a feeling that even if the world were burning, his eyes would still be on you. 

“Practice.” He finishes with a chuckle at the same time as he sets the vegetable aside and fishes another carrot from the vegetable pile. You raise an eyebrow as your eyes scan the perfectly sliced vegetables on his side, and the pig-lunch scraps on your side. 

A heavy sigh escapes your lips as you bury your face in your hands, hoping to hide your shame, your frustration, and the tiniest bit of doubt creeping in. “I have been practising, Sanji! You know that! But this is all I have to give…” Reaching for the uneven vegetables, you show him the only thing you were able to accomplish: a big pile of nothing. 

Yet he doesn’t make fun of you, nor does he yell at you as some of the other seasoned chefs do when you screw up. He wipes his hands on the rag hanging by his apron and approaches you gently. 

Your breath hitches, and your throat feels tight. He’s intoxicating. Not just his scent - tobacco, spices, and something sweet - but his presence. It’s like he commands the space around you, drawing you into him like a gravitational pull. 

“These are not half-bad.” He selects some of the straighter pieces and sets them aside. Then he takes some of his pieces and places them next to your pile. “See, chérie, they’re not that different.”

“They’re insurmountably different.”

And you show your disbelief by crossing your arms and staring at his face, deadpan. Another chuckle graces you, and now that you’re closer, you notice that there’s a spark in his blue eye whenever he chuckles. It’s beautiful. 

“D’accord. Okay, they’re slightly different.” He raises his hand to his chin and scratches it before staring back at you. “See it like this: these are the ultimate goal.” He points to his slices. “These are the stepping stones to achieve said goal.” He points to the wonky slices and then to the ones that are straighter. “You stepped on this stone, and then this one, and now it’s just another small step to this one! Voilà.”

“It’s not as simple as that, Sanji. I’ve been staying late and practising every day this week, you know that! I should be better by now! Maybe not perfect, but better!” Frustration seeps into your pores, and you slam your palm on the steel surface. “I suck at this. Maybe I should just quit.”

Sanji suddenly becomes very quiet. His eyes take you in, absorbing every bit of discouragement and disappointment showing in your features. “Don’t say that.”

“What? That I should quit?” You bite your lower lip, trying very hard to keep the tears of resentment inside your tear ducts, where they belong. 

“No. Well, that too, but no.” His hand reaches out and he caresses the side of your face, slowly arranging a stray lock of hair. “Don’t say that you suck. Have a little bit more faith in yourself.”

“It’s hard, Sanji.”

“I know, chérie, I know.” His smile is understanding, and you get the feeling that his life story might not have been the easy, breezy, happy, and entitled life you thought he had at first sight. “But I’ll help. Grab the knife.”

It’s hard to take back the knife again, knowing you’re about to fail once more, but you decide that it’s even harder to keep looking at his piercing gaze. So you do as he says, taking a deep breath and making a mental note of giving this just one more shot. Then you can quit with a clean conscience and the satisfaction that you tried and gave it your all. 

As soon as your hand touches the knife, Sanji walks behind you, his figure towering over yours, enveloping you in a dizzying fog. Suddenly, he’s all there is. There’s no kitchen, there are no vegetables, there are no knives. It’s just you, him, and his strong arms protecting you from the world.

Then the illusion shatters, and you’re brought back to reality by a sudden shudder as he presses his chest against your back, his hand grabbing yours, and you have to bite your lip again, almost to the point of drawing blood just to ground yourself in reality. 

“First things first, always check your equipment. A dull knife is a chef’s nightmare.” He turns your hand to check your knife, and you gasp at the gentleness of his touch. His face hovers over your shoulder, breathing down your neck and making all the hairs on your body bristle. “Perfect blade. See? You’re already doing great.”

Focus, focus, focus!

“Now we cut the ends of the carrot to get a stable base to work on.” He guides your other hand, and you do as he told you by holding the carrot and slicing the end. His hand helps you guide the knife, and it glides smoothly, making a perfect cut. Then the other end of the carrot. The thuds of the knife hitting the board are almost in tune with the thrumming of your heart, and you’re positive he can feel it.

“Now let’s slice the carrot evenly into planks, like this.” He commands you. His gentle voice hazes your senses as he guides the knife easily. You’re barely doing anything more than trying to keep your legs from wobbling. “Now we stack the planks like this.” He’s whispering in your ear, and since when have carrots become so sexy?

Focus, damn it! Focus on the damn carrot!

“And we slice into thin strips for the julienne.” Your hands are burning. No, not just your hands, your whole body seems like it came right out of the furnaces of hell itself. You’re scalding! Feverishly hot. And you have no idea how to put out this fire. “See? Do it yourself now.” Your hand moves automatically, but your mind is somewhere else. You have no idea what you’re doing. 

“Chérie?” His words lick your ear and daze your senses. The sensuality of the syllables coming out of his lips makes you crave more. More words, more whispers, more touches… just more! “Are you alright?” Your name coming out of his lips jolts you, and you squeal. 

Fuck.

“I… I… yes… I…” You close your eyes tightly, your hand gripping the knife so hard that the handle almost groans in protest. “It’s just… You make it hard to focus when you’re this close.” You breathe out, embarrassment turning your ears red.

“Oh!” He seems regretful and is about to pull away, but you move the hand that’s not holding the knife and grasp his forearm to keep him in place. It takes every ounce of control in you not to squeal again when your fingers clutch the taut muscles in his arm.

“Don’t.” Don’t what, genius?

“Don’t?” He asks.

“Don’t let go…” Your eyes are still shut tight, and you’re too scared to open them. You don’t want to face him, you don’t want to face the strips of carrot you julienned, you just don’t want to face disappointment.

“I won’t. I promise.” There’s a hint of something else in his voice, something you can’t quite place… affection? Regard? “But you must also do me a favour.”

Anything…

“What is it?”

“Open your eyes for me, chérie.” His voice is like velvet. He’s happy and… pleased? “Look.”

When you finally open your eyes, Sanji is holding the slices of julienne you just cut. They’re nearly perfect. “Are those mine?”

He chuckles again near your ear, and goosebumps prickle your skin. There’s something fluttering in your belly, but you’re not quite ready to acknowledge it yet. 

“They are. And they’re perfect.” Oh… it’s pride. That’s the ‘something else’ in his voice. You turn to him in wonder as he leans closer, his whisper leaving your lips tingling, craving the brush of his. “Perfect, just like you.”

Farah is a dark skinned girl with black hair that tied to a side ponytail and green eyes.

Background:

Unlike Taiyou ended up at the Kingscholar castle as a baby, Farah knows what happened to her birth parents but choses not to tell anybody, and if anything she ended up at the Asim mansion unconscious and Najma is the one who found her.

Growing up, she resented the Asims for their control and unfairness, but never resent Kalim for that as she knows.

Personality:

Farah is a calm yet sweet girl who is very careful with how she presents herself to others, wishing to stand out but couldn't due to the unfairness of the Asim household because of this she comes across as another ordinary student who gets an average score and does nothing special.

However she is smarter than she looks and is observant of those around her.

But she can be a bit of a menace, yet didn't prank anybody unlike a certain blondie.

Unique Magic: Snake of Shadow.

It allows her to transform into a shadow that looks like a snake, however doing it too much leads to severe exhaustion or overblot.

Trivia:

She's quite good at baking

She usually sends a "fuck you" message to some idiots who appropriated her culture.

A putrid scent filled the air, setting a trap for each unsuspecting victim.

A door creaked, followed by a violent cough. “Geez. Can’t you put that out? It stinks.”

“Then leave,” a voice snapped.

“Really?” A bitter tone. “I just came to warn you Keiko is coming. Don’t shoot the messenger because you’re in a pissy mood, Yusuke.”

“I don’t give a damn about what Keiko thinks. You know that by now, Mizuko.”

“Wow, full name and everything. What crawled up your butt and died?” Mizuko said deadpan.

Yusuke took a deep breath and blew smoke toward her. Her eyes watered as she coughed into her sleeve, shooting him a death glare.

“What’s the point of coming to school if you’re not even in class?” Mizuko sighed.

“It’s the thought that counts, isn’t it?”

Mizuko glanced at the door, shrugging. “Sure. Just tell that to Keiko.”

“I will. Just. You. Watch,” he grumbled.

Mizuko gave Yusuke a side-eye. A light warmth washed over her, the emotion lingering momentarily before vanishing... To Be Continued -------

Made on Monday August 26th.

I slightly changed Tokisaki's design. She used to have back hair, but I thought it was a bit too much, so she only has the front part now. Also be careful not to be gazing at her too much, or you'll be destroyed by her protective older brother Tokisada, who, in my Headcanon, has a "scar" of the curse "carved" in his body. Also his fingers are a lighter color as a side effect to being imprisonned in ice for God knows how long...

When some girls from Mahana are having some time together on one of the wooden docks of their villages after hunting down some monsters. And it's even better with some fresh food and drinks !

Kayna was a mentor to both Leïa (my OC, right) and Ruby (@emilie_nct on Instagram, middle), so she is pretty much like a big sister to them ♥

Fun fact about our characters :

We both had the game the day of its International release (July 9th 2021) and we created without even knowing that the other one got the game. At the end of the same year, we were talking about our experience in the game, and we showed our characters to each other. We were shocked by how similar they were, so we decided to make them twins, with Ruby (middle) as the older one, and Leïa (right), as the younger one, just like us in real life (we are not blood related but she is older than me).

The final is a silly little idea that I had.

2 types of Snaky Boys meeting randomly at the Swimming Pool. They both are linked to fire (one manipulates it and the other uses a flamethrower), but where they are very different is ... the "Snake part"... While the Warrior of the Snake is just born the year of the Snake (in Chinese Zodiac), the Demigod has literal snakes coming out of his body (and a Abyssal Serpent inside but Otouto doesn't know that), so that was ... unexpected to say the least...

Also since Messmer is 11'9" (304 cm), it must be hard for him to find fitting clothes, so that's why his clothes are a bit too tight for him ngl.

Momoharu Sakura / Cure May profile. Unlike many pink cures, Sakura is more calm and relaxed with an intelligent mind. She loves studying, music, and flowers. The students at school call her "Miss Perfect" because of her mind, personality, and good intentions. I wanted to show her cute side with her calm attitude. Finally got a name for my Saniwa OC. So yeah now i can write a bio

First Name: Mizuko Last name: Yozora Age: 18+ (not sure how old she is but over 18 for sure) Heritage: Mixed ( no one knows exactly what it is. But she is part Japanese at leat) Height: fairly short (about the height of Horikawa Kunihiro. Yeah she smoll)

Normally she is very sweet and kind. But she also has a side you don’t wanna cross because that side can and will bring you down. Mostly through just words alone. Sadly is not really able to be left alone on her own. So one of the Touken Danshi is at least always around her. And has a schedule most of the time… Or else she is a disaster. So yeah this was one of the only jobs she could do. She is a history nerd so she is always eager to listen to the Touken Danshi just blabbing about their pasts… So yeah the more history they have the more she likes them. But there are exceptions. Always seems to have it cold yet she already wears three layers of pretty thick clothing… Yet still complains it’s cold sometimes… Don’t let that fool you if you touch her she is a person sized heater bag… No wonder some of the toudans seem to hold her as a cuddle toy… If she is not wearing the hood blanket she will “borrow” one of Shokudaikiri’s coats and just drape one of those over her shoulders. She likes his coats… That's the reason. Used to have longer hair but had it cut short right before starting as a saniwa. To symbolize a new start. Sees the Toudans as a second family. Some even have family roles assigned to them is her head.

Yuri was born as a result of the incestuous affair between Christa and Karlheinz. She was born with Subaru, making them twins. She's the only one who was born with golden eyes just like her father, unlike her twin Subaru with his mother's eyes, Shu's light ocean blue eyes, Reiji's pale magenta eyes, Ayato and Laito's green eyes, and Kanato's purple eyes.

Growing up, she desperately wanted her family to be mentally stable, she despises Cordelia and Beatrix with all her heart because of their treatment towards her half-brothers and Yuzu for being a psychotic girl, if anything she is more close yet distant from her brother.

Because of this she wanted to get away from everything, wanted to go to a place that gave her the closure she desires.

Personality

Because of her upbringing, she ended up being a living embodiment of sosial anxiety, often stuttering every word she said, and apologize for anything even if it wasn't her fault.

However just like her brother she has anger issues and would lash out on anyone like punching Laito in the face for seeing her friend Mizuko undressed.

She was raised on the Island of Woe alongside her older brother Idia and younger brother Ortho. From a young age she was considered a prodigy in gaming, rhythm games in general.

And out of all the Shrouds she's the only one who wasn't cursed meaning she doesn't have to close proximity to blot in order to survive.

She usually spent the whole time with her brothers. Influenced by the video games they would play, the 3 of them dreamed of becoming heroes and going on adventures together in the outside world.

One day an accident happened when the 3 of them attempted to escape the island by shutting down the security system, an unknown person launched an attack, causing a overblot phantom to attack the siblings with only Idia and Hokori surviving.

Sonomi is the youngest princess of Sagewillow and is daughter of Adelio and Haruka, but due to her unknown disease she passed away immediately after giving birth to Sonomi and the pinknette immediately got that illness.

Because of that, she is isolated that the castle not knowing the outside world while her father and uncle did everything they can to find a cure for her but is unsuccessful, she began to wonder if her mother died because of her and ended up wished that if she didn't existed then maybe her mother would still be here and not in heaven.

Personality:

Sonomi is a very shy and is often an introvert who has trouble with talking to people and usually spending the majority of her time with Samara and if she wasn't with the vampire butler she's at the botanical greenhouse.

But in general she's a very kind hearted girl who has major communication problems who's emotions clouded her judgement

Personality

Stella is an immature and overconfident girl who is the embodiment of :3, however she can be a very reckless girl that got into dangerous situations that injured her several times, but she always came out alive due to anyone's confusion especially Raymond but she would often dismiss those concerns by saying she's alright.

It allows her to summon ribbons with a ylang-ylang scent to reduce stress and anxiety and enhance mood.

Trivia

It's ironic that KickinChicken the character she's twisted from, is a bird while Stella is a mermaid but it's also fitting that sirens are portrayed as birds in the classical Greek mythology.

Stella doesn't like any and all vampires, due to the Sakamaki's behavior towards Yui Komori however Samara and Yuri we're exceptions due to how kind those 2 we're.

She deeply wanted Yui to kill Yuzu, due to her finding out about how Yuzu r@pe Raymond, she can't do it herself since she knew Yuzu could revive herself.

Due to her coming from the mafia, it's natural for her to knew about weaponry

She shares the same VA as Ai Hoshino from Oshi no ko which is funny since her original first name is a play on Ai's last name Hoshino and Hoshiko

Akio is the current clan leader for all the Pureblood vampires. He is the father of Kyoko and Raiden as well as uncle to Haru, Takahashi, and Yuka. He has seven children altogether, six with his deceased wife Himiko and one with his current wife Rin. He rules with a firm hand and is merciless when it comes to enforcing their laws. Nothing happens without his say. He is supposed to be succeeded in position by Kyoko though since she has run off, they have yet to decide if they will simply let the second born take the seat or press forward with tracking her down.

When Akio was still young, word spread of a vampire who had laid with a Lycan and had even had a child. This was a dangerous thing to do for not only did they not know what might come from a child born of these two species but they were currently battling a war with the Lycans since they were created simply for the extermination of all vampires. He was sent to investigate and having found this to be true, he was ordered to rule judgment on them by death. Akio killed the vampire and Lycan but when he had gotten to the child, he found himself unable to pull through and left her alive. This woman grew up to be his second wife Rin though he currently doesn't know it's her.

Rin, on a mission to avenge her parent's death, sought out a witch to hide her Lycan side, keeping only the vampire side at the forefront. With that accomplished, she made her way to the Minori manor and claimed herself as a Fullblood vampire (meaning a vampire born from two vampire parents without any noble blood) who had lost both her parents to the Lycans. She claimed that she had no other family and no place to go so the clans took her in and made her a servant to the manor. Slowly, over time she worked her way up until finally becoming a personal servant of Akio's.

This was when she made her move, it took time but eventually, she had been able to seduce Akio, (at this point he had taken over the seat for the clan's leader) becoming his mistress. Slowly, he began to develop feelings for her and when she was certain she had him completely, she murdered his wife Himiko in her library. Now that he was a widower, he was free for her to make her next move and only two months after his first wife's death, he had married Rin. It was right after this that Kyoko had run away. A few years later and she gave birth to his seventh child Misaki.

As time passed, Rin began the next part of her plan. She wants to slowly murder each and every one of Akio's children from his first wife, leaving only Misaki to take the seat before she finally takes out Akio himself and then destroys the clans from the inside out. As of right now, they are all still alive though she is actively seeking ways to get rid of them. The first target is Kyoko and the next in line for the seat. She plans on hiring a hunter/hitman to kill off the Pureblood.

Himiko was always a very kindhearted woman who loved her husband and children dearly. She was always very close with Kyoko, in particular, they had these mom and daughter binge reading times where they would lock themselves in the library for days and only emerge after they had read enough books. It was a shame that she had died, even more so that Kyoko was the one who had found her body and subsequently lost control of her powers, burning down the entire library and her mothers body in the process.

Rin comes off as a composed woman but there is always that feeling that something is off about her which is why it took her so long to raise up to get close enough to Akio. She is pretty good at pulling off the caring stepmother role when in front of those who she feels she needs to put the act on for but even Akio now knows that she doesn’t care much for his previous children and babies Misaki.
