He couldn't deny it. He wanted to kiss her again, and again, and again... yet he refrained, knowing she was exhausted and would need her rest.

EAGLESCOUT!STEVE/PERV EDDIE WIP EXCERPT FROM CH. 1

Capture the flag is all fun and games until it’s time to clean up the equipment and Steve is wandering through the woods trying not to infect himself with poison ivy like the better half of his troop did an hour ago. Now being treated by their resident Scoutmaster/Chief of Police–Jim Hopper–with calamine lotion and an eye roll.

He’s out on his own.

Strategically voyaging through the underbrush in search of the blue team’s flag. It’s the last one on his list and he’s dying to get back to basecamp to snag a refreshing post-win lemonade with the rest of the troop. Already salivating from the promise of tangy sweetness.

The sun is about to set. Sky blushing pink while the owls hoot from the branches of pine trees. Calling out to each other in harmonious song as the day comes to a close.

Steve’s back is sticky and warm from directing the game. His cheeks are flushed, exposed thighs bitten up by mosquitoes despite multiple reapplications of Deet, and his glasses keep slipping down the bridge of his nose from the slick sweat coating his brow bone.

To be honest, despite the itchy heat and craving for something ice cold down his throat, Steve looks forward to rare moments like this one.

In which he can breathe easily in the reverie of temporary independence.

No one to perform for.

No one to stop him from humming a tune under his breath and stopping every so often to investigate a patch of blooming elderberries.

No one to chastise him for plopping an unwashed piece of fruit under his tongue and taking his time to savor the sweetness.

No one to point fingers and accuse him of gluttony.

Out here in the quiet, Steve can pretend all that exists are the mourning doves, rabbits running from foxes, and the subtle breeze kissing the lakeshore.

He’s content. He’s at peace.

He’s—

He’s choking on his spit at the sight of the terrible scene in front of him—two men dancing with Satan beside a picnic table.

Two men entangled in an inconceivable fashion.

Two men running their hands over each other’s skin; half naked.

Two men–

Together.

Together in the way that only a man and his wife are supposed to be once they’ve married in the church, sworn vows, and moved into the modest house at the end of the cul-de-sac beneath the weeping willows.

Steve racks his brain. Unfolds the information–the proof from the good book–that every belief he holds relies on.

The verse, he thinks–thoughts spiraling out of control, ingrained savior complex kicking in, What about the verse? Don’t they know it? Didn’t their parents warn them? It’s—Hebrews 13:4; ‘Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.’

They’ve yet to notice him. As if he’s camouflaged amongst the pine trees. Khaki blending in seamlessly like he’s just another part of the natural landscape.

In a sense, he is.

The first of the two men sinks to his knees like he’s praying for mercy as Steve has done all his life in the back of the chapel. He gazes up at the other man like he is God. Like he alone holds the divine power to cleanse sin, turn water to wine, and carve Eve from Adam’s rib.

Except, Eve doesn’t exist in this version of the story.

Eve is nowhere to be found and Steve feels like he’s entered a parallel universe where none of the former rules apply. Where this strange subset of humanity has scorched the Earth, burned the devoted ones at the stake, and anarchy now reigns.

The second stands above him in the widened prideful stance of a known pariah who foolishly believes he can outrun impending rapture and escape eternal damnation if he is clever and quick enough on his feet.

Steve can’t see his face, because similarly to the vile act he’s committing, the man is concealed by a vexing darkness. Curly tendrils of wild hair obscure his identity.

It’s odd. Unlike anyone else Steve’s ever known. Overgrown and hanging well past his shoulders. It doesn’t make sense.

Only girls are allowed to wear their hair like that. Boys like this—boys like him get sent away for such infractions. Excommunicated for their betrayal to patriarchal norms.

Men are supposed to look like men.

This man does not.

This man seems to toe and test every line and boundary like nothing can touch him.

Steve tries to get his feet to move so he can turn and run and disappear into the forest like the rest of God’s innocent creatures–the field mice, the deer, the fish in the pond–find somewhere hidden to seek asylum and preserve his fragile righteousness.

But latent curiosity slithers around him like a serpent with a fatal bite.

No cure.

No remedy.

Steve has no choice. All logical thought abandons him and perhaps for the first time in his life, he allows himself to simply watch and feel.

The man who doesn’t look all that much like a man leans a ring-covered hand back onto the rickety table like it's his personal throne and feeds his–his—genitals to the parted lips of the first.

Steve brings a hand to his own gawking mouth, ducks behind a tree to better shield himself, and tries to stall his racing heart.

“Lemme fuck your throat, baby. Open wide—wider. C’mon now play nice for me. If you’re not gagging on my cock then you can take it deeper,” the man rasps out as he thrusts his hips forwards and ensnares his black tipped nails into the hair of the kneeling man like vicious talons, “Good boy–there we go. Someone’s learned their lesson since last time, haven’t they? Stay open for me, sweetheart—keep that tongue nice and relaxed.”

Luz, from the owl house

A LOT of people say this, but i fully believe it. She's canonically very versed in internet culture. I believe it would stem mostly from hyperfixations (i believe it does for alot of headcanons since im projecting alot)

She'd have several kintypes. Possibly snakekin, catkin, otterkin. Maybe a few fantasy ones, possibly griffinkin, MAYBE dragonkin. An azura fictkin would also make sense. She'd do quads, cosplays, make masks, moodboards, kinedits, the works.

Again, another very very obvious one

Hunter, from the owl house. This one again is so popular. But hes very important to me (I kinsidered him before i even knew what it was) but obviously i hc him as wolfkin, maybe even werewolfkin. For similar reasons to Luz, but also heavily for coping reasons. He'd be much more spiritual and closed in about it, i cant see him doing quads but i can see him making a mask or two. He'd mix up wolves and coyotes alot tho aswell

Getting the last obvious one out of the way

All of them. At least most of the vampkids from Southpark as vampirekin. But i also believe they'd all have different related animal kintypes. like bats most commonly, then wolves. And other animals like crows and rats and spiders. All for different reasons

This one is a bit more of a stretch

Anne, from anne with an e. If she had lived in the modern day she'd ADORE therian tumblr. She'd have a few kintypes, possibly some animal types like foxes or doves. Maybe a few fantastical/religious types, i can definitely see her as fallen angelkin, possibly fairykin. And ockin aswell. Partially a coping mechanism, mostly spiritual. Shed write poetry about it definitely. And she'd write so much about her past lives.

This one is just a bit more of a stretch, and has been taken as a troll submission before

Sheldon, from the big bang theory. He is canonically very versed in fandom culture, and he wouldn't know of kin culture in the way people on tumblr do, but alot of internet kin culture arose from the lord of the rings fandom in the 90s, he'd definitely be aware of it. For kintypes, i can see him very vividly as vulcankin (star trek) or even possibly a spock fictkin. Maybe robotkin as even more of a stretch. It's nearly canon in some kind of way. It would stem as a coping mechanism heavily, but also from special interests and a deep personal connection from dehumanized his whole life, very often compared to spock and robots and aliens, and using them as a way to express his own emotions (i have a lot of thoughts about tbbt i apologize.)

Lastly (and the biggest stretch)

Herman, from the vampire bat. This is the biggest stretch, mostly because the movie takes place in the 1930s at the latest.

Again, a poorly done, demonized portrayal of an autistic man with a special interest in bats. Extremely protective of them, extremely connected to them. In short i headcanon him as batkin. Vampirebat specifically. Which is entirely a projection but its okay

Bruised knuckles tapped against brown glass, bottle secure between red-inked fingers, bloodwine dribbling down the sides. On the one hand, he wanted to tell the man he was a moron - again - for admitting it out loud, but on the other, he wanted - desperately - to return the declaration, not to cower at the bottom of a bottle in the shade. Violence and hatred were more commonplace in his life than love and affection could've ever been, had ever been, so he didn't trust it. Didn't trust Kai, at first. Didn't think he was really all there, or even telling the truth.

What was there to love in a man like Loux? How could Kai bring himself, un-saintly as he was, to express affection for a bigger bastard than he was? Loux'd never been a good man, never claimed to be, never tried to be, and the rewards of his chosen path had long been reaped - death was all around him and he was the cause. His presence on the battlefield spelled the end for his enemies, there was no question, but they were still people merely doing their jobs, rising to the occasion to defend and protect their ways of life. He was merely a bored interloper, destruction and flame incarnate tearing across the landscape without guilt or remorse, soaked in the blood of any who crossed his path as if flora hungrily drinking in life-giving rain.

He brought the bottle to his lips and swallowed down a gulp or two of wine before handing it off to Kai, staring out at a near-endless convergence of stormy, arid, forested landscapes. He wanted to believe that he could be loved for the inferno of his being, for who he was in the present moment and all moments before and after, that there was something to love about him. thinking so much about it made him uncomfortable, made him shift in the grass and pull his legs deeper into the shade, knee up to his chest where cheek would press into the cap.

But he couldn't stop the creep of his fingers onto Kai's thigh, ignoring leather and cloth in favor of feeling his warmth, holding it for a little while in the palm of his hand. He couldn't deny the burn of his eyes at the lashline, too much whirling about in his mind for comfort. He couldn't stop himself from inching closer, either, only a little, nor the reach of his hand or the idle brush of his fingertips along Kai's jaw.

His hands could be soft, too, for all the lives they'd taken, tragedy they'd wrought... They could be gentle. They could be needy.

Loux didn't know how to respond, not really, so instead he chose not to open his mouth but to suddenly shove Kai backward into the grass and climb over him, pinning his wrists to the earth amid peaceflower and goldfoil. Gaze down at him with only too familiar a glint in his eye, yet not one that could so easily be discerned. Something precious hidden there that maybe only Kai would be able to find, in the end. Something broken and buried, hideous and wanting, acheful as it was loving. He straddled him, hovered over him, but didn't bother to grind his hips this time, instead just - holding him there, bottle spilling out onto the green.

A lightning storm, in his eyes. One that would've wept had he been able to cry. Maybe he'd forgotten the damage he'd done to his own body, but even so, even so, he rushed forward, dove head-long into a searing kiss where lips and teeth would clash, collide, and communicate what he wasn't ready to say: that he was in love with Kai, too, and had been. Had been for a long time. He only wished he could've been happier, that he could've been kinder, softer, worthy of it in the first place. But that was what endeared him so to Kai, and he wondered if this was him saying it was okay for him to feel the same. That it was okay he was a demon in fox-skin, that it was okay for him to love and be loved.

Wanted to call him an idiot, but could only ever call him linivè. His. His mate. His one and his only, no matter how bruised, bloody, broken, foul, and vile. No matter how imperfect, no matter the evils he'd committed, no matter, no matter. The hypocrisy of his heart was not lost on Loux - how could he have loved Kai without condition, but not accept it when it was returned? Spoken aloud? How could he sit atop him now, suckle on his tongue in breathless desperation, shrug out of his haori in stuttering quickness, prick his fangs into his lips and gasp as if he'd any right? How could he now grind his hips downward into Kai's, roll the length of his cock against his ass, his own? How could he try so hard to keep himself from bursting into flames, to restrain himself, keep himself from ripping Kai's clothes away and showing him everything inside of him, everything everything everything?

Would he still love him even if his love was violent, hypersexual, and flawed? Would he still love him in spite of the scars on his body, the damage he's caused, the lives he's taken? Would he still love him, would he still be in love with him, would he- Please, oh please, for once in his miserable life, please. Please let it be true, let it be real, let it be.

Theme: Storage and Eros

One day Mrs. Swan visited a friend, Ms. Magpie, who’s husband had recently died. She talked after the funeral with the new widow, and a mutual friend, Ms. Goose. They talked and reminisced about many things, and soon their conversation turned to the subject of husbands and marriage. 

“I could talk a great deal about my husband,” said Mrs. Magpie, “Even now as he is buried I must have some guard at his grave to see if his death isn’t some ruse. He was always galavanting around, taking his time hunting and drinking. It is a miracle that he hadn’t taken a second wife with the time he spent away from me.”

“My dear, you must not talk like that,” Mrs. Swan shook her head, “You must trust that he was faithful, especially now that he is dead.”

“You are one talk about having faithfulness Mrs. Swan.” Ms. Goose chuckled a little, “As your husband seems all too trusting to let you travel on your own, what with so many others coveting you. If I had a husband that was as eyed as you, I’d have a guard watching his every move to ensure his faithfulness.”

“Whatever do you mean Ms. Goose.” Mrs. Swan blinked in confusion. “You mean you haven’t heard the rumors? Your three neighbors in the country, Mr. Thrush, Mr. Jay and Lord Owl are all smitten with you. Quite waiting for your husband to shuffle off this mortal coil so they can court you as suitors. I would have thought that you would have noticed by now.”

“No, I had not realized that I had such an effect on my neighbors. How dreadful to think of it. Whatever shall I do?”

“I would think nothing of it dear,” Mrs. Magpie comforted her friend. “At the moment, you can enjoy your husband, and as ages pass when you grow tired of him, one might find your neighbors much more exciting. Well now let us have some lunch, I am dreadfully famished..”

Now Mrs. Swan was bothered a great deal by her friend’s conversation, and she kept mulling it over and over as she traveled home. The dreadful news about her neighbors troubled her so much that she had abstained from dinner and went straight to bed. Her maid, Ms.Finch, noticed this and knew that her mistress was in distress. 

“My Mistress Swan, if it is not too impertinent, may I ask what troubles you?”

“Oh dear Ms. Finch, I have been told that I am being coveted by my neighbors. How unfortunate. I fear telling my husband such news, as he may think me unfaithful.”

“But why Mistress Swan? You have always been a good and faithful wife. Just tell Master Swan and he’ll be on those lechers faster than a jackrabbit.”

“Oh but what if I tell him, and he thinks that I have done something to attract them, or what if I have done something to attract them, and shall do it again and again.” Mrs. Swan dove into her pillows and cried, inconsolable.

Ms. Finch was quite distressed by what had become of her mistress and wondered what she could do to resolve this problem. She had not the slightest idea, as she was not versed in the subject of marriage, being unmarried herself.She resolved to tell Mr. Swan of this, as she was sure that he would understand the problem, and resolve it quickly.

After she had told her master of Mrs. Swan’s distress, he showed no sign of anger or sorrow. What Mr. Swan did was laugh, surprising Ms. Finch. He explained to her that he had no doubts that Mrs. Swan was as faithful to him as they day he married her, but in ordered to assuage her own doubts, Mr. Swan created a plan that would solve everything.

A few days later while she was visiting a friend, Mrs. Swan heard that her husband was gravely ill and was close to death. She went as fast as she could to see her husband in his last moments, but it was all in vain. When she arrived, Mr. Swan was dead. She grieved greatly, and Ms. Finch, in order to help her quickly put together a funeral, with letters being sent out by the morning. By the time Mrs. Swan could compose herself and protest anything, the funeral preparations were already underway.

Within the next day, the funeral was done and many came to pay their respects to the newly widowed Mrs. Swan, including her three neighbors. They made no effort to hide their intentions to marry the widowed Mrs. Swan, and they lingered until the end of the funeral. Mrs. Swan sent Ms. Finch to send them away, but Ms. Finch said that they each desired to give their condolences in private. But before she could do so, a fourth figure appeared, with a traveling cloak and walking stick. No one knew this stranger, but he too wished to give his condolences to the widowed Mrs. Swan, but everyone suspected that he was also aiming to win the heart of the new widow. To grief stricken to argue, Mrs. Swan allowed them all to stay and talk.

The first of these suitors was Mr. Sparrow, small and quite wealthy. He was confident that he could win the heart of the Mrs. Swan

“Greetings Mrs. Swan, my condolences on your husband’s death. The most unfortunate circumstances. I have no doubt that your husband left a sizable will, but if you find yourself in need of substantial material accommodations, I would be more than happy to make a suitable and beneficial contract between us. “You are quite generous Mr. Sparrow,” Mrs. Swan smiled graciously, “But I am afraid that I will remain faithful to my husband. My love has no price.”

And with that Mr. Sparrow left the room with no prospect of marriage and brooded in the parlor.

This rejection emboldened the next suitor, Mr.Jay, who preened himself in the parlor mirror before entering to speak with Mrs. Swan. “My dear Mrs. Swan, I am terribly sorry for the death of your late husband,” Mr. Jay produced a flower with a flourish and presented it to Mrs. Swan, “May you not be cut as short as your husband. With this flower I would implore you to think about things as youth and beauty and how they fade. As the poet says "gather ye rosebuds while ye may.”

Mrs. Swam accepted the flower and placed it on her husband’s closed casket. “I thank you for your condolences and your gift, flowers are remembered fondly for their beauty even after they fade. Will you remember my beauty when it fades I wonder. But even as my beauty may fade, the love I have for my husband does not, for as the poetess says, “That when we live no more, we may live ever.” And so I bid you adieu.” 

And with that Mr. Jay left the room with no prospect of marriage and sulked in the parlor.

The next suitor was Lord Owl, who was of great political prospect, being of land and noble lineage. He was confident that no other could win the heart of Mrs. Swan, as he had been married three times before, and he knew what was desirable in a marriage.

“Mrs. Swan, I must give my deepest condolences, yes, a terrible thing to happen. I’ll have you know that I survived my three previous marriages so I know what you must be going through. Yes, it is quite unfortunate. I do not doubt that your husband left you in a good position in his will, yes. But all that seems quite distressing for such a young widow. Would it not be better to have someone managing your affairs and keeping you from being snatched by rogues and various other ne'er do wells, yes?

Mrs. Swan smiled courteously at Lord Owl, nodding as he spoke. “Lord Owl, you are most certainly magnanimous, but I am not bothered by managing my house nor by the roguish machinations of others. I can stand firm by my husband and the love I have for him, as I still do love him. You of all people would know of a wife’s love for her husband, as you have been married three times, yes?”

And with that Lord Owl left the room with no prospect of marriage and grumbled to himself in the parlor.

Finally the last suitor, the mysterious stranger entered to speak with Mrs. Swan. But before he could say anything Mrs. Swan spoke.

“My kind sir, you are not a guest I recognize and yet you have come to comfort me in my grief. I would like to thank you for your kindness but I do not know your name. Pray, tell me your name.”

The stranger smiled and said, “I can not give my name yet, as I must first give my condolences. You see, your husband was a dear friend of mine and he told me that I was the only man that he would desire to marry his widow, should he die suddenly. I am here to ask your hand in marriage. I promise to be everything that your husband was and more.”

Taken aback by the strangers words, Mrs. Swan thought for a second. “These words…is it true that you are selected to be the successor to my husband?”

“It is true my lady, in both word and deed.”

“So you are everything my husband was and more?”

“Everything and more.”

“Then…I must…still choose to reject you. Even if you are as you say, twice as my husband was, I cannot betray my husband. I am sorry but you must go.”

But as she rejected the stranger, something wondrous happened, his cloak fell away in a flourish and as if by magic, Mrs. Swan recognized the stranger as her husband instantly. She fell to her knees in surprise, but before she could speak, Mr. Swan sprang into action. Flyin out the room, Mr. Swan took his walking stick and fell upon Mrs. Swan's three unfortunate suitors, striking them and sending them flying from the house. Soon all that was left was Mrs. Swan and her husband, seemingly returned from the dead. “Now my dear wife, I have something for you.” And Mr. Swan took his walking stick and lightly tapped her cheek. “As I have struck the covetous neighbors for their wicked thoughts, so I strike you, so that you might leave behind all the wicked thoughts that you have thought of. May you no longer have doubts, and may all fear leave you.” 

And with that Mrs. Swan realized that her husband had faked his death with Ms. Finch, so as to teach her and her neighbors a lesson. She and her husband then left to turn the funeral feast into a new wedding feast. And as for the three would be suitors, they never bothered Mrs. Swan again, and they could never leave behind the shame and embarrassment that Mr. Swan had inflicted upon them. And so Mr. and Mrs. Swan remained faithfully married until the end of both their days.

I've decided to collect all the songs I've made through the last decade and share my favourite snippets with you guys. Part 10; 2022

Last year was probably my most productive year in that almost all the songs I made I finished and have performed for others. It was also a year full of introspection and changes. The themes is still therapeutic yet outside of gender dysphoria I also explore themes like loneliness, existential dread and loss.

Starting out strong with my second ever current affairs/politics/war song this time about Ukraine. It hadn't been a day after learning about the first attack on Ukraine that I felt moved enough to make a song about it.

Changes gears completely this is a song I wrote in May about feeling quite bad at being an adult - so of course it is played on a ukulele as a cherry on top. Jokes aside this silly little song was actually quite therapeutic as well letting me know it is okay to be a mess of a human.

Song3 (pic3); Golden

This song was the first I wrote on my new guitar that has a golden colour so I knew it would be a song called Golden. What I didn't know at the time was how full of existential dread the lyrics would be. It is pretty much a song about feeling left behind by your peers after being told your whole life you are the golden/gifted child. It is one of the few songs featured here I actually haven't payed for others yet.

In June I wrote this song about my experience with gender. I'd challenged myself to only use four or less words for the chorus. I really like the nerve this song ended up having so it is probably the one song about my gender experience I feel best fit (so far).

My summer camp song this year - it was created through another challenge where I was challenged to personify a concept so I chose loneliness and gave them an arch from seeking a friend, finding one and changing into another being (loneliness becomes immersion). Silly on the surface yet I hope a bit deep when you look into it.

After summer camp I was visiting my mother's house staying in a room filled with old stuff of mine with my deadname on it so I wrote this song as a song to come to terms with my experience and my parents' experience of my name change. Another song I haven't played for people yet.

Song7 (pic7); Don't Call Me She

This song was born after an unfortunate experience at summer camp when my choir leader gave me strong dysphoria pretty much calling me a woman to my face. I ran to the bathroom crying and wrote the first verse. The rest of the song was finished a month later, and it is a song about how words can hurt as a trans person. You can listen to the song here.

Song8 (pic8); Little Red Bird

This song is about the loss of losing my grandmother. She died around the time the season 3 premiere of the Owl House was airing so my mind blended her loss and (spoilers) Flapjack's together. I later learned that cardinals are said to be souls of deceased loved ones visiting you so it fit. Also my grandmother wanted me to promise not to get a tattoo yet my first tattoo became a tribute to her; a Flapjack on my arm.

LIAFF SPECIAL #14: Upfronts 2024 - Amazon e Disney

Eccoci con la seconda parte del LIAFF Special di questo mese, incentrato sugli Upfronts. Quest'oggi parleremo di due colossi, ovvero Amazon e Disney, che hanno tenuto le loro rispettive presentazioni nella giornata del 14 Maggio.

Amazon: un debutto non indifferente

Per il suo primo Upfront in assoluto, tenutosi al Pier 36, Amazon ha messo in campo tutte le risorse a propria disposizione per dimostrare quanto sono espansi nel mondo dell'intrattenimento e non solo. Naturalmente non sono mancati annunci importanti fra cinema e TV, alcuni già noti, altri un po' meno, ma comunque ben accolti. Riscopriamoli assieme:

Come preannunciato nei giorni scorsi, Amazon ha mostrato un primo sguardo alla seconda stagione di The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, che debutterà sulla piattaforma il 29 Agosto. In poco più di un minuto, sono state condensate immagini potentissime, che fanno presagire una stagione ricca e movimentata, il che renderà molto felici i telespettatori.

Amazon ha ufficialmente ordinato a serie Tomb Raider, adattamento televisivo della celebre saga videoludica prodotto da Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Il progetto fu già annunciato nel 2023, ma ora ha finalmente preso il via, nella speranza che possa dare linfa nuova a una IP che sullo schermo non ha avuto un trattamento tanto dignitoso.

Altra serie annunciata da Amazon è Spider-Man Noir, personaggio Marvel già apparso in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse e noto ancor prima dai fumetti del 2009. A dargli il volto sarà Nicolas Cage, già doppiatore del personaggio in Into the Spider-Verse e la storia sarà molto simile a quella fumettistica, che vede un investigatore privato anziano lottare contro il crimine nella New York degli anni '30.

Naturalmente Amazon ha puntato anche sui titoli più visti della piattaforma e premiandoli a dovere. Infatti The Boys avrà una quinta stagione, con la quarta che arriverà fra meno di un mese, Cross, ufficialmente presentato durante l'evento, avrà una seconda stagione, con la prima prevista per fine anno, Mr. and Mrs. Smith tornerà con una seconda stagione, che non avrà Donald Glover e Maya Erskine come protagonisti, Reacher tornerà con la terza stagione l'anno prossimo e The Summer I Turned Pretty tornerà nell'estate 2025 con ben 11 episodi. Sempre sul piano televisivo, Amazon ha ordinato altre due serie, una ancora senza titolo, con protagoniste Hannah Waddingham e Octavia Spencer, di genere action-comedy e Elle, prequel di Legally Blonde.

Per quanto riguarda i film, Amazon ha diversi titoli in programma, fra cui The Pickup, con protagonista Eddie Murphy, You're Cordially Invited, una rom-com con Reese Witherspoon e Will Ferrell e Heads of State con protagonisti John Cena e Priyanka Chopra-Jonas. Ma soprattutto è stato confermato un sequel di Road House, che è il film più visto della piattaforma, dove Jake Gyllenhaal tornerà nei panni di Dalton.

Disney: la sicurezza delle IP

La giornata del 14 Maggio prosegue con l'Upfront Disney, tenutosi al North Javits Center di New York. Disney ha deciso di puntare sulle sue IP e su alcuni nuovi progetti che hanno già suscitato la curiosità di molti spettatori. Andiamo a riscoprire insieme tutte le novità:

Emma Stone è salita sul palco dell'evento per parlare di Kinds of Kindness, nuovo film che la vedrà nuovamente diretta da Yorgos Lanthimos, ma anche di Cruella 2, sequel del film di Craig Gillespie, la cui uscita è prevista per il 2025.

Selena Gomez ha parlato del ritorno dei maghi di Waverly nella serie sequel Wizards Beyond Waverly Place, prevista su Disney+ per fine anno, per poi venire raggiunta dai suoi fedeli compagni Steve Martin e Martin Short. Il trio ha presentato la quarta stagione di Only Murders in the Building mostrando un frizzante trailer, con i nuovi episodi in arrivo dal 27 Agosto.

In casa Marvel sono stati mostrati i prossimi titoli televisivi, che saranno etichettati con la dicitura Marvel Television, per distinguerli dai film e dai prodotti d'animazione. Il 18 Settembre esordirà Agatha: All Along, serie incentrata su Agatha Harkness, mentre nel 2025 vedremo il debutto di Daredevil: Born Again, che arriverà nel mese di Marzo e sarà composta da 9 episodi, e di Ironheart, che riporterà sugli schermi Riri Williams dopo la sua apparizione di Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Sul fronte ABC, è stata presentata la serie High Potential, che vede Kaitlin Olson nel ruolo di una madre single con tre figli e una mente eccezionale che le permette di risolvere casi complicati, talento che la porterà a far coppia con un esperto detective.

L'altra serie ordinata da ABC, ovvero Doctor Odyssey, è stata presentata con un brevissmo teaser. La serie vede Joshua Jackson nel ruolo di un medico, che si ritrova a salvare vite a bordo di una nave da crociera.

Ruby: Mercury becouse of her semblance and becouse in game Mercury have speed abilities.

Weiss: Merlín becouse the mage could teach her how to use and control her glyphs.

Yang: Bellona becouse she is the godess of war and I picture her and Yang having the same desair of a good fight.

Pyrra:I Know you chose Athena for her but I think Achiles is better pick (Pyrra represent Achiles in RWBY).

If you are going to add the others teams an villains i am going to send you a part 2.

I like it so far. However i will say for merlin, arthur, & Achilles aren't technically deities, but mortal chanpions held in high regards. Essentially, they'd be resurrected to help train, teacher, & motivate the beacon crew.

Oddly enough, for ruby i was gonna do neith cause they both seem liked they be very hyperactive together. But mercury works better

Weiss i haven't though of one yet. But looking at the mage Roster, its gonna be between

Blake & yang are fine. Already had those two goddess set for them.

Jaune....i choose hades, no idea why. But he might get horus, or i may keep hades as his guardian. If i do keep hades for jaune, i have a fun scene which he & cardin get into. That and his family having wholesome moments with cerberus

Nora was gonna be possessed by, freya queen of valkyries, and thor goes to taiyang.

Pyrrha was the interesting one. Cause in the AU, athena & bellona wanted to possess Pyrrha, but we beaten to it by amaterasu due to her kinda and some what pure nature. Leading her to be the mother figure of there troop.

Ganesha works for ren. I was gonna choose hou yi.

Neptune= poseidon. Namely cause poseidon forces Neptune in water alot, constantly reminds of his namesake

Cardin = zeus, namely because zeus loikes looking powerful, and cardin offers that (note cardin won't be a complete douche, but still kinda a douche)
