break: What would cause your OC to break down completely? What do they look like when that happens? Has anyone ever seen them at their lowest?

Breaking down completely, hah, let's see... Vox has (for better and for worse) a lot of experience with failure. It takes a particularly catastrophic level of it to invoke that sort of response from him; after all, he wouldn't have gotten to where he is if he wasn't able to manage failing to some degree.

The type that usually breaks him is when he feels it's something that can't be fixed with money, favors, or a lot of groveling. Being confronted by someone he cares about over his inability to commit can fuck him up, if he's pressed hard enough about it. A less common scenario would be the total loss of his company and the Vees, such as the sort that might drive him to the hotel. He also harbors a healthy fear of permanent death and would lose his cool if trapped in a way that could lead to that, but thanks to his abilities that one's probably the least likely.

As for how it looks and who has seen him like that--I would say that currently @staticintone holds the title of being the closest to push him into a full break down. It's not a common occurrence and he'll do everything in his power to avoid being caught before he lets most people see him like that, especially his employees or the Vees. He views himself as having to maintain his image and set an example and loathes himself whenever he loses his cool in public.

He's almost guaranteed to run from the situation if he can, but if he can't: he will try every weaselly tactic his processors can come up with to fix whatever the problem is. The anger with which he usually defends himself gives way to everything else he's feeling. He spirals in trying to calculate some sort of way out and pushes both his hardware and software well beyond safe levels, usually leading him to glitch as well.
