You know, since between the tour bus and hotels, they pretty much live out of their suitcases when they're on the road. Also, isn't that kind of on you for not double checking the closet space before signing the lease or mortgage or whatever - not sure if you rent or own.

Is it even worth unpacking or would it be considered just pure laziness to live out of boxes? Considering my clothes probably won't even fit in the new closet, it makes it all kind of a moot point anyway. You're not off to the best start, Bearcreek.

THEIR STORY

Madeline Clarington grew up believing that she was, in fact, a princess. Modern day, of course, swapping her castle for a Manhattan penthouse & her loyal steed for a cat. & her parents didn’t necessarily discourage the belief. The oldest child she was often considered spoiled & wanted for nothing, the perfect miracle her parents always wanted. While it may seem that that treatment would lead to selfishness & snobbiness, Maddie worked hard to portray the opposite as much as she could once she reached an age of understanding. Sure, she was privileged, but it wasn’t because of anything she did herself. A fact that became even more emphasized with the arrival of her younger sibling. 

Watching her father’s success as a lawyer meant that Madeline knew her dream career from a young age. It meant that she spent hours in her room, addressing her stuffed animals (& later, Barbie dolls) as if they were her jury. She was passionate, that much was obvious. & it spilled over into every aspect of her life. Success came easily to her at private school due to a grueling work ethic, the pressure coming mostly internally instead of from anyone else. But that just meant that she had her choice of the best law schools when it came time, a no brainer as she once again followed in her father’s footsteps to Harvard.

The family way made it easy for people to brush her off, to consider that all of her accomplishments only came because of who she was. Something Maddie still struggles with to this day. She worked at her father’s law firm, dreaming of one day becoming a partner to carry on the Clarington name. It all seemed within reach, a distant possibility, too. Until one day, it didn’t. 

Madeline may have been studious & intelligent, sure, but it didn’t mean that she didn’t know how to have fun. Quite the opposite, since there always seemed to be steam to let off. So after a major fight with her boyfriend earlier that evening she attended last year’s law firm gala solo. & more than took advantage of the open bar. Her father’s partner, Joseph, was just being a gentleman. Walking her to her Uber…until somehow she found herself in his office, on his desk, with him in front of her. 

Feeling so guilty about it Maddie broke up with her boyfriend the next day, an incoherent mess of excuses strung together that she could barely comprehend herself. & she really didn’t intend for it to happen again. But then it did. & it kept happening, minus the copious amount of alcohol she had consumed the first time. Were there feelings involved? Madeline would be quick to say no. Maybe too quick.

But before she even had time to come to a realization for herself, her father got wind of things. Someone had sent him a (thankfully PG 13) video of the pair in the office one day, leaving no questions as to what was occurring. & despite family seeming like the most important thing, being the most important thing to Maddie, he wouldn’t listen to anything. Reasoning, excuses. You have the potential to ruin us with this, he told her, the words still echoing in her head late at night. It wasn’t her fault that Joseph never wore his wedding ring at the office, that he had forgotten to lock the door that day. But it didn’t matter.

Despite her mother attempting to intervene, Madeline was given an ultimatum: leave her position at the firm permanently, or temporarily if she took some time away to let it all die down. & once again, it wasn’t even really a choice. There was some extended family in Bearcreek, the middle of nowhere that Maddie had never even heard of, a condition her father only accepted to appease her mother. So she now finds herself almost starting over, hoping her time in Pennsylvania is temporary & uneventful so she can get back to her “real life.”

Stonewall Prep is excited to bring you this year's summer trip: Venice Italy! There will be plenty of excursions and things to do, as well as down time to explore everything Venice has to offer. We will be leaving August 1, and returning to the school on August 11.

This trip is not optional. All students and staff will attend, as well as townspeople coming along to assist with supervision.

RULES.

Everyone must be in their assigned rooms between the hours of 11pm and 6am.

No student is allowed to leave the hotel alone - they must have another student or staff person with them at all times.

Excursions and scheduled events are not optional.

Remember you will be in the 'real world' so be mindful of appropriate attitudes and respect with higher marks

ROOM ASSIGNMENTS.

Everyone will be staying at an all inclusive hotel in the City Center with the following amenities: bars, restaurants, pools, hot tubs, sauna, spa (with massage, skin care, nail care), and game room with video game set up, pool tables, dart boards, etc. Rooms are suites with two bedrooms each containing a king bed, kitchenette, pullout couch and private bathroom.

Hey there Stonies and Townies welcome to my YouTube channel. The only place that spills all the T on everything Stonewall and looks under every Thistle and Thorn in Lima, the town time forgot for only the best and juiciest gossip. Well I don’t even know where to start. So much to talk about today. Okay, okay... let’s get this intro out of the way first. Okay finally that’s out of the way! Let’s get to it. Gunner Clarington and Beau Adams have finished their trial claim. I know that’s not juicy all by itself. They’re adorable, sexy, and claim goals for sure. However guess what this means Stonies? They’ll be the first claim couple to face the new headmaster! I still have no idea about FP Jones. Who does? Right? I mean some see him as more permissive because he opened up campus and instituted some other popular changes in school rules, but on the other hand Sam Evans might have a different opinion. Will they be approved? Won’t they? Will they tell us what it was like to face Mr. Cool? They damn well better. Speaking of will they won’t they, what’s going on with Annie Blossom and that other Clarington hottie, Archer. I see the looks they give each other when they pass in the hall? But if Archer is submitting to her I haven’t heard a peep about it. Now that I think about it, have any of you heard anything about Annie Domming anyone? Just kind of assumed she was a sub leaning switch, right? But then what is she doing getting close to Archer? Friends? Possibly. Study buddies? Unlikely. Annie subbing to a sub? The entire line of Blossom ancestors would be rolling in their graves. Archer subbing? Ha! That boy is as allergic to his mark as he is to his sexuality. Though I guess anything is possible babies. 

Okay, okay we’ll just leave all that there for now. I’ll keep you informed as I learn more. Now how about those mock trial claims babies? Did you have fun? What’s the skinny. I think we alllll noticed Summer Evans getting down and dirty in class. Miss Cheryl is a hell of a Domme. Did you see the look on Summer’s face? I think we were all just a tiny bit jealous no matter how embarrassing it also was right there in front of everyone. I’m thinking that was a successful mock claim, don’t you?  Good thing Sky wasn’t in that class. Might have scarred the kid forever. Speaking of, not sure what went on in that mock claim, but it was something by the look in Miss Madeline’s eyes. And then there is Jackson Schuester... has anyone else noticed that he’s still wearing that cuff? Hmmm... is the sensitive son of the former headmaster headed for another heartache? WINTER TRIP - ASPEN!

This winter break, lace up your boots and grab your skis because Jan 3 - 9th the school is taking everyone to Aspen, Colorado! (everything is IC information, other than what is listed as OOC).

RULES

Trip is mandatory

Trip will be highly supervised with Headmasters, staff and guards.

No drugs. Marijuana and alcohol only for those of-age (21 or older) and ridiculous drunk/high behavior will be punished. (OOC: in case anyone is unaware, recreational marijuana use is currently legal in Colorado. PLOTS INVOLVING POT NEED TO BE RUN BY ADMINS PLEASE). 

Students are expected to remain on the resort unless on an excursion. 

Students need to be in their assigned rooms from 2am - 6pm. 

Staff will receive their own rooms. Claims may attend as long as their supervision and duties come first. 

ACCOMODATIONS 

We will be staying at Aspen Alps condos. There will be 5-6 students to a condo with a kitchen, balcony, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 queen sized beds), personal bathroom with jacuzzi tub, small living room with pull-out couch, and fully-functional kitchen. The condos are right near town, so “resort days” include ability to do all of the following: going to town shops, restaurants, bars, eateries, dance club, BDSM club, tattoo shop, movie theater, ice skating rink, etc. On the resort: skiing (downhill and cross country), snowboarding, sledding, snowshoeing, alpine coaster, indoor rock wall, spa services (massages, etc), gondala rides.

"I think they both really liked you," Madeline replied, because honestly, how could anyone not like Kyla Clarington? She was gentle and kind and maybe a little overly enthusiastic at times, but her heart was always in the right place. Animals could sense that. "From what you've said, I think Bella might be a better fit for you, since she's calmer and may handle the smaller space of the dorm better. But I think you would make sure that either of them would have the space and exercise and things that they need."

Kyla couldn’t argue with what Madeline was saying, but she was entirely unhappy about it. “Bella is adorable and Riley is also adorable,” she mumbled, not wanting to play along but figuring she should since the domme was putting up with her. “Bella seems a little calmer. But Riley isn’t as shy. And Riley seems smarter. But Bella is super sweet, Miss! She really really liked me. Right?”

Kyla had taken a while to process what had happened during the Clarington father’s day skype call, mainly because she had no interest in processing it. But here she was a month later, and her shit had caught up to her. After a less than restful night and several intense dance and cheer sessions, she figured she should talk to someone before things got out of hand. She originally thought of talking to Lucy about it, but ultimately decided that Madeline would be the way to go. She was quiet through most of dinner, but then dreaded its end because that meant she’d have to start talking. The bright side was that Dexter’s cooking was really good.

Stepping away from the food tables, Jasmine made a bee-line for the drinks counter; she needed something to drink. She knew that she shouldn't let small things get to her, but she was genuinely getting annoyed with so many people mistaking her for Catwoman. Their costumes looked similar, but there were clear differences; and what annoyed her the most was that she was carrying around Spider-Man's mask with her. Clearly, she wasn't Catwoman. It wasn't her fault that none of the Spider-Man movies made in the last twenty years actually included one of Spider-Man's incredibly popular love interests. She needed to get past that annoyance, though. She was supposed to be enjoying the party.

Grabbing herself something to drink, she looked around the party to see if there was anyone else in the vicinity that she knew to take her mind off the annoyance. Spotting a woman dressed as Rosie the Riveter, she didn't realize that she'd been looking at the woman for a moments longer than she probably should have until the woman started talking. "I'm sorry?" she asked, snapping out of her slight trance. "Oh, um. No, I can't say that I do," she added with a small shake of her head. "Should I? I never realize how behind I am on society stuff until it's staring me right in the face, I'm so sorry," she laughed quietly with a small sigh. "That being said, it's nice to meet you! I'm Jasmine...most people just call me Jaz, though. You said you're new? How long have you been in Bearcreek?"

It wasn't exactly comfortable to be walking into a party where she knew pretty much nobody. Madeline was thankful she had taken some of the women up on the offer of brunch so at least there were a few familiar faces. But after her interview snafu that she was still pretending not to think about, she figured she deserved a little fun. As much fun as this small town could offer, at least. Far from the opulent gatherings she was used to in New York City Madeline was glad that at least her costume fit in, glancing around at the growing crowd. It seemed obvious that she should head to the bar, leaning a bit against the counter as she waited to be noticed. "I know, I'm new around here," she stated, feeling eyes on her already. "I'm Madeline, although something tells me that you probably already know that."
