#one piece #sanji #zoro #zosan #utilities included #this week was… NOT a good week. i struggled to draw and i didnt feel well #and i was BUSY too. just a whole slew of things #so i didnt thumbnail/sketch this comic until tuesday. and then i like. did 2 pgs of lines?? but i hated them and deleted them???#but i hated those lines and deleted them!! so last night at 2am (as u do) i relined all four pages. slapped on the colors. threw on text.#so apologies if the quality is off. haha. i rly did this in like 7 hrs and now i need to sleep #im just incredibly stubborn and refused to miss the second to last chapter!!! ok time to sleep im rambling

Colors in shows and such mean EVERYTHING to me so I'd like to point out how in season 1 Stede's "I'm being a pirate captain" outfit is this very elaborate teal blue outfit, and in season 2 Stede's "I'm a famous pirate now" look is in a dark teal blue top, it's like a more realistic gruffer version of what he was trying to be in the first season. It's Stede but in a darker light.

Meanwhile Ed has traded out all black for a white, but still dirty, ensemble that shows how much he's changed and how much change he wants. Stede's motivations are still the same from episode 1, so he's wearing the same colors but the slight change shows his progress in that goal, but Ed's change shows his entire motivation flip.

It's so good I love it.

I was going to ponder for a while on "what token is created by the most cards", but that's obviously Treasure, isn't it? By my count, there's 278 paper cards that make them. Closest runner-up I found was the 2/2 black Zombie with 111. No contest.

#i imagine part of this is 1. a single treasure is usually 'cheaper' than any creature #2. there's no flexibility with treasures (as you might change color or keywords on a creature token)#3. they're generic enough to be ubiquitous (not every plane has zombies after all)#which is wild 'cause we've been making zombie tokens for 28 years and treasure tokens for 7
