I read your replies in that ridiculous post about how wool and leather and honey are so great and I just wanted to say thank you for being one of the only people talking sense in those notes.
I agree with everything you said and I think you put your points across so well - I hope you made a few people think twice about accepting those bullshit points in the original post just because they sounded aggressive and vaguely green!
That post feels like a bit of a lost cause, when confirmation bias reaches that level of people just reinforcing each others misconceptions it is too late to challenge it in my experience. But, a few people deleted their replies after I’d responded so I hope they at least realised they were wrong. Thanks for the feedback anon, I really appreciate it!

Not a question, but Rule One: Don’t Be Afraid has literally been consuming me for the past few months, so with that energy I made fanart for the first time in my life! I wanted to let you know that you’re so incredibly talented, and as a fellow black author, it makes me extremely proud. I LOVE this story, and quite a few of your other ones, so I wanted to give this to you as a gift of sorts. I accidentally made Sadie a bit too magazine-cover looking instead of a regular girl. Maybe it was the reference I used or maybe I was too caught up in the moment lol. I also added the page with some VERY rough doodles that I made trying to figure out what I wanted to draw. Anyway, I hope they all end up together if you decide to continue the story. Becoming part of the crazy is part of the fun of yanderes (to me at least lol)
Ps, whispering: (Wherever you decide to take the story is fine, it will be amazing, and I will be there to devour it ❤️)

THEY LOOK AMAZING! I know we've DM'ed since you sent this ask, but I do have to get excited about your art for a minute. It all looks so cool! You really have their vibes (and heights) down perfectly. 😁 I love Sadie's different hairstyles and her little tooth gap. I love her thought bubbles. Plus, hand-writing the narration made me smile.
This was really sweet! Thanks so much! I'm really glad you've enjoyed the fic so far! 🥹

I am so thankful for the excellent reviews from our 'Didactic in Higher Education' group. Today, I gave a short class on distinguishing techno music from other genres. They said, 'You'll be a great academic!' ❤

I just remembered a situation that happened to me.
Not related to Underworld Office but I just want to share it.
I used to be quite an active fanfiction writer for Cookie Run Kingdom and I'd post some fanfiction on Wattpad. Tho I'd get burned out VERY quickly when it came to writing so there were many pieces I never finished/hardly even started but they were public anyway.
So that one time I went on Wattpad to read something and I saw a lot of notifications. I was curious, wondering which author had updated their fic so much. I opened the notifications and guess what? These were all FAVOURITES. And COMMENTS. From ONE SINGULAR PERSON. This person actually added one of my unfinished works to their public library and commented on every single chapter with positive feedback.
I was so taken aback, I actually almost cried happy tears. I was so excited, happy and proud that someone enjoyed my work so much. I interacted with the person and they were so nice to me and they really liked what I wrote. So much so that I decided to actually revive the fic and finish it. I'd write as much as I could and would post one chapter a day (except for one which I think took me a bit longer) and I actually finished it. All while talking to this person in the comments of my work and excitedly waiting for them to read my new chapter and give feedback.
It's amazing how just one person liking my work that I almost forgot about managed to make it come back to life. It was just such an amazing feeling writing for someone while also finishing what I had started for any future readers. Remember to never be afraid of praising someone's work, even if it's old or discontinued. <3

Hi Malibu mun! I love your portrayal of Ken! He's so fun and sweet and you make it extra fun by being so interactive with tag games and polls and Ken's diary!
//Thank you so much!! I’m so glad you enjoy all those things! Those activities really fun for me (and for Ken, of course), and Ken’s such a sweetheart that I find it so easy to connect to him and portray.
//Your feedback means a lot to me! Thank you for taking the time to offer it. 💜
//Positive feedback? Please?

Hi, just wanted to say thank you. I’ve followed you for a little over a year now and your kindness has made me feel welcome in the pagan community even though I’m too shy to reach out to other worshippers. You’re one of the people who have made me realize there’s no right way to be pagan and you’ve always been very understanding when people ask you questions. With everything going on right now, you’re one of the people giving me hope. So thank you for being yourself.
I can’t even express to you how much this means to me! 😭💖
This message fully encapsulates what I have always hoped to do for this community. I am so beyond grateful and full of joy to know I can give you hope. I’m really so touched by your words. 🥹
Thank you so much for taking the time to send this to me. 🥰

hiya!! would also like to voice my appreciation for your patterns!! :D your Cath Kidston and fabric ones are ALWAYS staples for my Sims, and my homes would be nothing without the many wood selections you shared. Always adore how they're fully recolorable! it must take quite a lot of time to figure out the channels especially for the more intricate pieces. thank you for sharing your work with us all! 💖
Thank you so much Nonny, I really appreciate it! The Cath Kidston collection is one of my most popular ones, and no wonder, the designs are so gorgeous! I'm also glad you like the wood patterns. I remember how proud I was of my first wood collection! And it still holds up pretty well to this day when compared to my newer patterns. Yes, it can be quite tricky to figure out how to make the patterns recolor well! Sometimes It takes a lot of meticulous selecting and painting with the brush tools with the more finicky ones. The results are so worth it though😃 I really honed my skills over the years and most of my attempts are successful now. To give you a bit of insight into the pattern creation process: the hardest ones are pastel patterns where there is little color difference and little contrast. White means that all color channels have very similar levels of color in them. For the pattern to be well recolorable, I need to isolate the colors in the separate channels, so I need to remove a lot from those areas. Then there are those designs that have lots of different colors, and colors that usually need to stay in a certain range, like the Enchanted Woodland Scenes pattern in my Simblreen mystery collection. For those, I need to make a compromise. You can still change the colors slightly on them, but you cannot completely transform them as you can some others without it looking weird. I'm happy that I can offer such a broad spectrum, from very realistic, subtly mixing colors to pure 4-color ones!
Thanks again for reaching out! I feel very blessed to receive such wonderful feedback and praise!

It is not clear, however, which of these two phenomena will be most important in the future.

I like to leave detailed feedback to arts (and fics) if possible. After all I do like details myself and try to spot them as much as possible, letting the artist know I've spotted them and how much joy they bring to me :D
Today I left LONG and detailed comment to one artist on Inkbunny and someone left me a comment / reply in return! It goes:
JUST HOW AMAZING IS THIS!? I am beyond the moon since someone else found my detailed comment so exciting, making THEM excited! :D Now they enjoy the page on a whole new level (if I dare to say so myself)
Little things mean A LOT to me, they honestly do. Plus it doesn't take all that much time and effort to leave at least SOME kind of feedback, even as simple as: "I loved this new page!" That's honestly all. Comment like that is MUCH better than just a like or silence.
So if possible, please do and try to leave some feedback, even a smile face. It is fuel to creators which sadly many don't seem to understand or realize.

Tarot Feedback: First of all thank you so much for answering my ask ♡ I really loved it ❤️ the advice and in depth guidance u provided , I'm very happy tbh because it resonated with Me a lot on a deeper level and now I'm more hopeful for my education ahead !
🖤 I'm facing a lot of things but ya won't loose hopes for sure ! Thanks a lot for your reassuring reading , you were fast , precise and accurate and for the song ya I see the reason to relax but I can't a lot because of the pressure I'm facing and somewhere procrastinating too !
You're very welcome! I'm so glad the reading resonated with you and brought you some reassurance. Remember, it's okay to take things one step at a time. You're doing great, and I'm here if you need further guidance. I know the feeling all too well in terms of procrastination, especially with stress. School can be tough but it does eventually get better, especially when finishing.
Stay hopeful and take care! 🖤 :)
