I have to say for this au my first thought was cat Rendog, one of those with wiry fur and grumpy face and he totally would act like a dog ldkfk But making him a big Wolfdog hybrid fit too well with my idea of Pearl being a borzoi since they were bred to hunt wolves. So the fear he had of her in double life made extra sense even if Pearl looked like the most pathetic lost puppy ever.

So instead of "rendog isn't a dog" i went with "rendog is the Most Dog he is Dog+"

Hahah, that would work well - right? We know that the CotW are looked at as a sort of religious cult so that would fit with Scientology or a Jehovah’s Witness or something like that (idk enough about religion in general to know which others are close)

I can tell you though that in this, it has nothing to do with cults or religion - and being from Mandalore isn’t the big secret. It’s not a very well known country in this story, but people are AWARE of it, even if they’re not too sure of everything that being from there entails.
