So I had nowhere else to really put this, or to say to anyone else, so Ill do it here. Spoilers for Doctor Strange Multiverse of madness under the cut.

Okay so it's not a hot take to say that the trailers severely misrepresented the movie is it? Strange not being with Christie? Makes sense. Strange being called out for not coming up with a plan that saved everyone? Cringe but understandable for those grieving after the blip. Strange going to Wanda for help protecting this new multiversal traveller? Makes sense. All things the trailer portrayed accurately (though I may be misremembering whether it was in the trailer or if I just saw a clip of it online.)

Wanda getting her hands on a book of dark magic that's never been brought up before without anyone noticing despite the fact her magic has been shown to work much differently from the magic Strange uses? And that her last appearance was Endgame so we would have no idea of her state of mind and thus no clue why she wants a world with her children instead of one with Vision as well?

Plus the blatant misrepresentation of which universe's doctor Strange was the evil one and making us think there's a good Wanda by switching between the "scarlet witch" fighting and when she was dream walking.

The trailers show it off as this big team up between the two strongest magic users to fix the complete shattering that nearly happened in no way home and what do we get? Wanda jumping straight to murder and torture, a kid with the weirdest name ever even for Marvel who is the main focus of the movie but never appeared in trailers, and a fight with evil strange that, while very fun going all musical, was about 5 minutes near the end.

Hell all the fights were basically 5 minutes of badass magic before a bunch of running and talking. Even the last one.

Speaking of the last one, maybe it's just me, but having Wanda kill herself to destroy a spell book throughout all the universe's, in a movie that follows after No Way Home, whose ending was all about curing the villains? Seems pointlessly dark.

It's just... You could have had the exact same movie but just swapped the Wanda's. Have 616 Wanda be good and having accepted the loss of her kids, have the Wanda of the incursion universe with Triclops strange survive and be working to get the multiverse power, and finally have 838 Wanda be the one with kids who gets possessed.

Intro Post

Hey I'm Miguel. I'm a xenic nonbinary butch dyke, pronouns are they/them + ze/hir. I'm 17. I'm from Vulgrado, an island region off the coast of Paldea. Recently I had to move to Zapapico to take care of my grandparents.

I'm a Cyclizar Racer, and a pioneer of new types of races. I'm best known for my Bodyguard Racing (name subject to change) style. My rival is @yveltalreal so sorry boys I'm taken.

As it turns out I'm probably plural! At the moment you can refer to us as Miguel& when referring to us all. My two notable headmates at this moment are Zacian and Asterion:

Fuzztive (Factive + Fictive) of the legendary wolf pokemon, Zacian! Speaks very formally and is passionate about human society, pokemon conservation efforts, and swords.

Neighborhood Arc 1: Riders (Finished) -> 4 Cyclizar Riders get territorial when Nick and Miguel explore a junkyard. Nick mentions to Miguel they had previously driven him and his friends out of the Junkyard.

A couple days later Miguel challenges and beats the Riders in a 4 on 1 Capture the Flag Battle Race, and the 4 Riders invite Miguel to join up with them. A week later there is a sort of rematch and Miguel is betrayed and beat up by the Riders.

A revenge plan is made by Miguel and Nick, this involved getting the Rolycoly Racers (who had been pushed out of the junkyard earlier in the year) to play a prank with Paintball Guns on the Cyclizar Riders. This goes badly as Nick is nearly run over and Miguel beats the shit out of the rider who attempted to do so. Miguel is then arrested.

I remember starting my RPing journey back in... 2014-2015 on this little place called Miiverse. It was the most inconvenient place to start RPing, but we all had to start somewhere. and boy did I had to start somewhere; I didn't know much on the whole RPing shtick, using mostly the script style of RPing (e.g. Ruby: dialogue *actions*), threads didn't go anywhere much, and Miiverse had the problem of rarely having RPers thanks to it's "30 posts a day" limit. I hung around for almost a good year I believe until it was time for Miiverse to slowly die out and close it's door.

It was around it's dying years I stumbled further into the internet's other corners. Places like Deviantart and whatnot... and then there was this little place called Tumblr. My curiosity piqued due to knowing a really really REALLY old mutual back on Miiverse and to an extent Deviantart. My start was awfully ROUGH. I didn't know anything about Tumblr and how it rolled; icons, PFPs, writing, etc. I didn't even start RPing until like... around 2016-2017 maybe? It was slightly better than MV, but it was still a bumpy ride. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't have fun learning the ropes.

My start in the platform was rough to say the least; icons weren't used all that much, I didn't really get all semi-lit - literate like I am today, hell I didn't know jack about trimming my posts! but it didn't stop me from trucking on. I slowly but surely learned the ropes, made a small group of friends, met my first love slowly turned toxic bitch of an ex-GF on here, it was going slow but smoothly. Then around the '17 - '18 period, I started fresh with all the experience in hand. Said years rolled around and I slowly transitioned over to Discord as well, making another slew of friends over there as well.

And that was when things kicked off; I was RPing like it was a casual past time of mine, made many of friends, many of foes, but most importantly I was having fun. And then 2022 came around... my self-promo came to be, and I locked in to take my hobby more serious. Now look at how it started vs. how it's going: I started out knowing nothing about RPing, I ended with years of experience under my belt and many mutuals, and with many mutuals eventually came 1,000 followers. I never thought I'd get this far into my life, let alone the RPC, but here we are. And it wouldn't have been possible without some close mutuals I know and like to give a shout-out to:

@astral-multiverse ~ I'm getting the elephant out of the room with the one I've been by their side the most since day one. What started with small interactions here and there slowly turned into full blown long-term RPs broken up by smaller RPs. We made so many ships with your OC (whom I'll say it before and say it again, is one of my faves in the RPC), and OOC you're a blessed bean that I can go to anytime for anything be it nerding out for venting. Thank you so much for being by my side 'til death does us apart, and here's to many more RPs.

@the-expatriate ~ Much like Astral above, we had tiny interactions here and there. But good gracious you are one of the most blessed muns I've had the pleasures of interacting with. What started out as a silly concept of roleplaying as the titular anon soon turned into something huge; you fleshed Gray out into an OC that would fit in any place, anywhere. Height: An inch shorter than the Short King ( 5', 4", so she's 5', 3")

Skin tone: Pale, almost ivory

Eyes: Golden color, doe/puppy eyes

Hair: Platinum white, shoulder length

Form: Humanoid

Species: Demon/Angel hybrid, or known as a Nephilim

Origin: Her father was an Arch Angel, while her mother was an Arch Demon. What became if them remains to be seen; one fateful day, an Exterminator took it upon themselves to not only tear out her wings, but to leave a calling card on the base of her neck, casting her down to hell and having her memory wiped clean. It is unknown why she was nearly killed, but she plans to find out and hope to locate more like herself.

Side note/Update to Origin: The former Exorcist that cut her down was none other than Arch Angel Constantine; his hatred for anything outside the abiding laws of heaven, wiping put 80% of the Nephilim population, the survivors going into hiding. It was revealed to her some time after that he was indeed her biological father, though his motives for what he did remains unknown; rumor had it that he is now a fallen angel, but the where abouts of her mother is still shrouded in mystery.

Update on Dove's mother/mystery sibling: Dove's mother was an arch Haitian demon, so she was able to learn the language at a young age. Her where abouts, however, are still unknown. It's also been revealed that the seraphim known as Emily is her half-sister. Constantine had told Emily that her sister was dead, until she became a fallen angel and discovered otherwise.

Markings: Faint scar on the base of her neck

Familiar: Kronk, gremlin dog

Goal: Reclaim her identity

Side note: This character is involved in many versions of the hazbin hotel/helluva boss multiverse, so stories will vary along with multishipping (yes, I pulled a Marvel move...I'm a nerd LOL)
