Nomu x Reader 🩷 [Wilting Flower]

If only the nomu's were this cute in the actual anime... Listen, I kinda HAD to make this super short scenario with a Nomu. The scenario popped up in my head while I was writing for Bakugou and I had to get it outta my head. It's such a cute scene and you can't tell me otherwise. ٩(๑ `н´๑)۶

In the bustling streets of the city, chaos erupted as a fearsome Nomu appeared, its monstrous presence sending shockwaves through the crowd. Panic and terror filled the air, as people fled in every direction, seeking safety from the impending danger. Amidst the commotion, you found yourself frozen in place, eyes wide with disbelief, clutching a watering can in your trembling hands.

As the colossal Nomu loomed before you, its massive frame casting a dark shadow, you couldn't help but feel an overwhelming sense of dread. Time seemed to slow down as the creature raised its menacing fist, your heart pounding in your chest. Instinctively, you shielded your face with your hands, bracing for the impact that never came.

Slowly, you cautiously peeled open your eyes, curiosity overcoming your fear. To your surprise, you found the Nomu's colossal hand positioned right in front of you, a fragile, wilted flower delicately held between its gigantic fingers. Confusion clouded your face as you glanced back and forth between the towering Nomu and the dying bloom.

With a trembling voice, you mustered the courage to speak. "For me…?" you questioned, your voice barely above a whisper. The Nomu nodded ever so slightly, its unblinking gaze fixed upon you. A mixture of astonishment and curiosity coursed through your veins as you reached out tentatively, your small hands meeting the Nomu's immense ones.

In that moment, an unspoken connection formed between you and the enigmatic creature. The Nomu tensed up, seemingly surprised by the touch, but maintained its stillness. As your hands cradled the wilted flower, you pondered what the Nomu might be seeking. A thought struck you, and a realization dawned upon your face.

Forgetting all decorum, you couldn't help but smile, a gentle warmth spreading across your features. "Thank you for the flower," you expressed with genuine gratitude. Yet, the Nomu remained motionless, its colossal hand frozen in time.

Driven by curiosity and a desire to reciprocate the unexpected gesture, you hesitantly patted the Nomu's massive outstretched hand. The moment your palm made contact, an unexpected screech pierced the air, resembling a haunting cry of a zombie. Startled, you leaped back, your heart pounding in your chest as the Nomu vanished from sight, leaving you standing there in the midst of the bewildered crowd.
