❝ Why 'da fuck would I? ❞ His tone clearly portrayed annoyance. He fucking hated riddles, and he also fucking hated being treated like he was stupid. Sure, he knew he WAS stupid, but that didn't mean he liked being treated like that. It made him feel like he was being underestimated, and that was a feeling he loathed. As for being ASHAMED - Well, he had no shame. What was he supposed to be ashamed of? Nothing. He'd done nothing shameful. At least according to his own sense of honor. He wouldn't say he was a very honorable man, but he did have his principles. Principles he hadn't broken.
