Fun fact but when I started playing red dead redemption 2 for the first time, since I had already watched my partner play the full game, I knew I just wanted to do all the fun extra stuff in my play through. I basically kept telling my friends “Kieran is endgame” cuz my plan was to play the story until I got to go fishing with him.

After I fought a lion to the death at 3am I came back to camp to see him wantin to fish. I wanted to give him that special lake lure so bad he deserves a win

Calvin— can’t kill Dick. He can’t.

He didn’t know it would be the boy he grew up in the circus with they want him to murder in cold blood. He didn’t know— didn’t recognize him until the knife was already at his throat.

But he remembers now. And he won’t do it. Never. Never.

He’ll run. Disappear. Dick doesn’t know who he is, it’s better that way, and if he’s lucky the Court will be too busy hunting him to care about the failed assassination.

Unfortunately for Calvin, Dick does remember; Recognizes the Talon.

And he’s not inclined to let his childhood best friend slip through his fingers again after years of believing him dead.

Fic Idea:

Hobie with a reader who's deaf or HOH. Hobie is secretly teaching himself sign language and planning on stealing or building a cochlear implant or some hearing aids for them.

Bonus: Reader uses ASL. Hobie is teaching himself BSL because he didn't know there was a difference. Chaos and miscommunication ensue.
