it does kind of amuse and intrigue me that corinth.ian KNOWS he can't fuck with dream on his own and is always seeking allies to help him do it instead... he really shows up to ethel like "i'm going to manipulate you let's work together, you and me :)" and then when she hits back at him with the exact same False Seduction method ("are you flirting with me?" / "now who's flirting" etc. i don't care what neil says that shit was NOT genuine for either of them, they were playing each other) he's like :/ well if you don't wanna be friends i'll just eat your eyes. fine.

Sex headcanons -COD Men/women
GN!, 18+, smut, MDNI,
A/N: This is how I personally see all of these characters. I know that from my fics I depict them differently but this is how I truly see them.
Price: Groans and moans are low and he tries to keep them minimal unless he is about to cum and when he does they are loud and at times soft (mainly when he cums). He for sure, one time groaned very loudly because he was so close to cumming and he loved the sight he was getting from you. If you are way younger than him, he is a little bit of a perv and likes to play around with the idea that he is much older than you.
Gaz: moans softly at times, I'd say he whimpers but it is very rare, like really rare. He does groan but I see him as a talker during sex so his groans aren't as much as the price would be. He isn't too rough but can be at times. He never lets you give him hickeys and he'll also never give, mainly because he feels like the next day when he sees them he'll think he hurt you during sex. As a soldier, he sees bruises as a form of pain or gain, so leaving hickeys is not what he wants to do.
Soap: I like to believe he is like this nasty freak during sex, so he moans loudly and makes sure you do too. He kisses you and when he cums he gets very sensitive (but it's very rare). I say he is a sweet lover yet he likes to do nasty things in bed. He is a talker during sex, he makes jokes to lighten the mood from such a 'serious' activity.
Ghost: He moans too much at times, he likes to keep them quiet and minimal unless you two are in the comfort of your home, then he makes sure to be loud. I think because of his past (comic-wise) he is actually very soft when it comes to sex, he always asks for permission and never tries to overstep any boundaries.
Alejandro: I feel like he moans but tries to shut himself up, bites his lip and continues thrusting into you. He gives me sweet, when he wants to be vibes. (This next part is based on personal experience and I'm not saying it's all Mexican men) I feel like he is a little bit sexist, I mean most of these cod men probably are, yes they've worked with fierce women but I feel like they just have to be a little sexist, It's just a vibe he gives me yk?
Rudy: I know, he has this sweet and gentle look to him but he groans and moans loudly. He is like Soap, sweet yet likes to do nasty stuff during sex. I feel like he has some dark kinks that he keeps to himself. Like Ale, he is a little sexist, not much like his friend but just a little.
Krueger: I really do believe he moans very loud, he never whimpers but rather groans and gives you puppy eyes if you are ever the dom for the night. He has kinks and he likes them to be known. He is very confident with his body,(I think I've seen him wear shirts very few times, he is literally always displaying his upper body).
Hesh: Moans and groans too much, you think he is overreacting but he really isn't. He doesn't like to be rough with you, feels like he could hurt you at any given moment so he prefers to just take things slow.
Valeria: She moans very loudly. She rarely whimpers because it makes her feel like she is under someone else's power and that's a feeling she dislikes. She can be very soft and sweet with you(very cuddly when alone), but with anyone else, she is this boss lady in every respect.
Alex: He groans too much for your own good, they are so low and deep it really turns you on. He like a few other men on this list is a sweet lover, kisses all over your body and makes sure to praise you, he never is rough. You, to him, are a delicate thing.
Keegan<3: He groans every now and then during sex but his moans are the thing that tells you, you are doing just great. I see him as a passionate lover, he likes to get things heated too quickly but makes sure to slow things down a bit. He is rough but that is rare and if he feels like he needs to be rough, he will let you know.
Mace: Like Price, his moans are low and deep. He isn't rough but rather very soft. His figure and description perceive him as a rough soldier, but I feel like he is such a gentle giant behind closed doors.
Logan: Groans a lot. I feel like he is a bit of a player or like soap he makes jokes during sex. He can't be serious during sex and just needs to make things less serious. I feel like when you lean into him as you ride him, he moans into your shoulder or chest.
Velikan: He moans and at times whimpers. He is never rough with you, he hates the idea of rough sex, makes him feel like he is hurting you and what if he can't stop it? yeah, it's not for him. He kisses and praises you so much during sex it has become the norm.
Farah: She moans softly, never too loud. She likes to ride and be top but if she is in the mood, she will be bottom. She likes to be top because, like Valeria, she wants to feel like she is still dominant in anything she does. And like Valeria, she is soft and very cuddly, but that's only around you, she hates the idea of others seeing that side of her.
König: moans and groans, they are low and deep. I feel like when it comes to his groans, he is like Price. He doesn't whimper and I'm sorry he is no shy, anxiety-eating little boy, who cries when people look at him or yell at him (I literally call him my little princess lol).
Nikto: Moans a lot, he does whimper but that is only when he has grown too sensitive(extremely rare). I think is canon that he is very insecure about the scars on his face, that's why he always wears the mask. So let's say that in a 6-year relationship, the first 2 years there is no intimacy, the others are spent having sex in the dark, or a few times where you are blindfolded and he takes his mask off. This man needs a lot of reassurance, for sure.
Graves: He moans most of the time. They are soft and loud but they all have a reason to be heard for sure. I feel like he is also a little sexist and I'm not entirely sure but I think I saw somewhere that his character could be a little racist. Anyway, he is very gentle and soft with you (they say men who are dominant in their work fields are usually not so dominant in their personal lives).
Roach: I feel like he is very shy when it comes to his moans and groans. He is so gentle with you, kisses you all over and always makes sure to let you know you can say no, his priority is always you. He has tried to be rough but that just isn't him (sex-wise ofc).
A/N: Keep in mind that all these soldiers are literal killing machines and war criminals and this is my personal view on them.

Can you please share all the times Tim was misogynistic? I just want to have panels ready in case any of his stans got too brave
rip I don't have the post someone else made breaking it down due to changing computers.
In general, though, a lot of it is less "this singular panel proves it" and more the way he consistently treats girls and women. Steph is the best example. She starts exactly where Tim started before fanboying himself into Batman's confidence. She is a teenager with limited training who wants to do good. Tim treats it as if it's ridiculous that she should be a superhero, and he continuously tries to dissuade her from it and acts like she does not belong. It takes a very long time for Tim to stop being condescending to Steph.
Tumblr media
Robin #41
Like. This is not at the way start of his series. This is after she's been spoiler and he's been Robin for a bit. I'm p sure he only changes his tune on Steph once they start dating. Later on, in Nicieza's run, even after Steph has been a vigilante for over 150 comic issues worth of time, Tim acts as if Steph has an imperative to obey him and to stop being Spoiler (link)... and ofc he focuses a lot on whether the female characters were listening to him. This continues into Red Robin IIRC where he tells Steph he should not see her in her Spoiler outfit again. He continuously acts as he has authority over her for ???? reasons? He fanboyed his way into Bruce's confidence and she didn't?
Anyway Tim in general just does not respect women. Like. Here we have him dragging away his high school GF b/c she isn't listening to him when he was appearing like a bad boyfriend due to robin shenanigans (instead of, you know, being treated like a bad boyfriend for this 9_9) (link)
Tim also is judgmental in general (which is a trait I feel works well for his character, and I enjoyed the writer who was most interested in treating it as an intentional flaw rather than something they were writing accidentally), and this extends ofc to this weird instance (link) where it's incredibly important the reader know if he finds some lady hot... that said, I think this is one of the only instances of him judging someone as "hot or not" for the most part it's the type of judgment he gives to Steph or Zo, where "obviously you're not as competent as me or capable of making your own decisions or doing the stuff I do."
I would say I don't recommend getting into arguments about him if you haven't read the comics you're arguing about, though, because there are people with different interpretations of these scenes. Many people like to separate the "Tim is likely sexist because the author is sexist* so it shouldn't be counted" as most of these writers, except Lewis (writer of the judgmental bit and many early 100s Robin comics) don't treat it as a flaw or as something he should be wrong for. It'd be best to come to your own opinion about it, rather than assuming you'd agree with me :P
*which is fine, you know, as long as you extend this to female characters who are written badly because the author is sexist and characters who aren't your fave in general. You'd also have to re-write characters who react to his sexism in ways that would be irrational if the sexism was removed.

I’m curious to know ur general thoughts on the invincible comic rn 🙏
(thank you for giving me an excuse to yap!!!!)
i'm generally having a good time with it so far! i'd like to preface by saying i never grew up reading comics, i don't have a lot of experience with the medium, and i watched the cartoon first so i'm inevitably gonna be biased towards that version
i think in the comic, things move a bit too fast for me to become emotionally invested in them. it's sorta fight after fight, shock after shock. if i hadn't watched the show beforehand to form connections with these characters i'm positive i would've gotten bored of it by now. but that's also the result of the show taking the material of something that can be read in like 10 minutes and stretching it out into an hour runtime each. the show simply has the means to slow down and expand on these concepts, which definitely makes it feel richer overall
so when i'm reading this comic i'm essentially viewing it as a rough draft for what the show's gonna cover. i like trying to pick out the themes i think the cartoon'll double down on, or the relationships that'll be explored more thoroughly. and it makes it way easier to brush past any elements that gross me out in relation to like... sexist bullshit, since i know having a writer's room will filter a lot of that out.
i can't really comment on the overall story or messaging of the comic yet since i still have about 60 issues left, but i like how mark keeps changing his mind and learning from his experiences, even if said change isn't necessarily positive. it's very fun to watch, he'll think one thing and then overcorrect in the complete opposite direction which has an equally bad outcome. and the one and only constant is the persistent and inescapable burden of guilt! yay!
last general thoughts: the comic's a lot funnier than i anticipated! in fact i'm pretty sure the comic's made me laugh harder than the cartoon at this point. comic!nolan pisses me off for reasons i've elaborated elsewhere. i don't like how all the women had nothing to do during the viltrumite war, that sucked. lastly, rip to the throat of mark's voice actor because holy shit he's gonna have some screaming to do in future seasons.

I think Chie is justified because if I had to sit next to Yosuke and hear the sexist and homophobic shit he was saying id want free steak too 😭
I agree on that but there's a theres a a few things about that.
Sorry in advance if this response is alittle long, I wanted to shorten it but I found the whole thing important to get the point across.
and dweebling if ur seeing this, THIS POST ISNT FOR U SO SHUP IT. (my certified chie hater friend)
Do I agree? Kinda...
Remember this is the beginning of the game we're talking about. So before the fact that Yosuke doesn't say anything homophobic nor sexist till we meet Kanji.
And I don't think we can sure of what happened before Narukami came in. Even though the magician manga is my bibble, I will agree that it's non canon material. So by canon the only sus thing we know Yosuke did before everything was the 3am text messages, Yosuke deserves crucifixion for that ngl.
But here my understanding of why chie's behavior of the "you own me steak" don't slide
This is happening after Yosuke broke the dvd disk so he hasn't said anything wrong YET.
Where is Chie's energy when Yosuke is active being a bitch to Kanji?? The times she says or do something, it's about the sexist things or just convenient timing.
Chie gets to the extremes TOO QUICKLY! The drag contest. Yu, Teddie and Kanji did nothing to deserve that.
The last thing is because MOST not all of the thing Chie does to Yosuke isn't the right retaliation, I would say that she has a REASON to bully Yosuke but doesn't use it.
Reason is different from justification though, Does Chie often use the reasons that she haves to get Yosuke? No, most of the things are petty things.
I'll give an example: Yosuke said something homophobic last week. Earlier today Yosuke accidentally stepped on Chie's shoe, therefore she lashed out.
All thought It's easy to just hate a character I like to have understand of both sides and an idea of their reasoning behind their actions. Chie does indeed have reasons but is it just- no. And to make worse in P4 dancing she would still call him a disappointment, no different from the town I guess. :/
I know this may seem over critical of Chie like I hate her but I don't. I'm honestly neutral with her despise what my comics and animatic may convey. But I was thinking of making a Chie comic where It's giving less of a reason and more of a justification like you and other may want. Because again, Yosuke may be an ass sometimes but it's no reason to be an ass to him ALL the time. Good day

5. worst discord server and why
[I'm not really part of many discord servers lmao. Probably the worst one (that started out as really great!) was a group RP one that was a sort of hub world with a DnD style RP element for "campaigns" and a more casual RP style for general interactions in the hub. It was SUPER fun, but, long story short, the mods were MASSIVE hypocrites. They and their faves could do whatever they want (like have their characters fuck in a bathroom when apparently nsf.w stuff to that extent wasn't allowed) but anyone else could not (and would get in trouble for very, very mild footsie playing under a table). Not sure what happened to it as I left but it is what it is. Maybe someday I'll create my own like that because it was a really fun concept.]
6. which ship fans are the most annoying?
[You're definitely new here, but I'll straight up say it's Vege.bul fans. Not just because I don't like the ship in canon. It's because they REFUSE to be honest about the ship. In any capacity. I have seen ONE good comic take that gets their relationship dynamic right. Everything else is usually garbage, and all these garbage ideas seem to be what the fans have adopted as what they love about this trash pairing.
While not as bad (and this isn't me throwing shade at any moots that ship it because ya'll Ain't This), Kaka.vege fans can be pretty bad, too. The crimes with this ship are less egregious, but, a lot of times, it's kind of the same thing: they don't want to really approach the relationship in a way that's realistic (and I semi-ship these two if done right and well). In both of these cases, the shippers want to act like this relationship would be all fluffy fun times with both character so traditionally in love when it wouldn't be. In short.]
7. what character did you begin to hate not because of canon but because how how the fandom acts about them?
[While Super writes her like shit and I do hate Super!Bulma because of canon, I didn't have as strong of eugh feelings for Bul.ma in general as I do after dealing with the fandom/rpc more often. Don't get me wrong: I wouldn't say I actually HATE Bul.ma, so much as I hate her WRITING, but her fans are...a lot, and they don't help. They give me some serious Swifty vibes where you basically can't critique her or you'll get called sexist/told that you don't understand that it's her WRITING that's sexist which is why she's awful while they never take any type of critical stance on the stuff she does in canon that DESERVES it (like abusing the dragon balls or, yes, I'll say it again, not being great to Veg.eta [and for clarity: he treats her like shit too WHICH IS WHY THEY SHOULDN'T BE TOGETHER]). They just shout how she's a total queen and a boss bitch girl boss and can do no wrong ever and I just...can't with that. 😂]

Love and Leashes (Netflix 2022)
So I'm currently in the middle of the webcomic this movie was based on, otherwise I'm not sure I would've ever sat down to watch this, but I sure am glad I did.
Some aspects of the webcomic didn't transfer. The stoicism of the webcomic female protagonist didn't translate as clearly. I almost wish they've would've done cute little animated thought bubbles for the movie so the female protagonist could keep her face completely flat like in the comic. And I missed some of the side characters, like the male protagonists best friend.
But they basically condensed the many side characters into a a couple really well done characters. I liked the addition of the sexist boss, maybe just because I've had that boss and felt female protagonist's anger every time he said shit.
But love story short, this is the 50 shades of grey that should've gotten fame. It displays a safe, healthy bdsm (specifically ds) relationship that develops at a healthy space. The relationship conflict is not due to the bdsm aspect, but the fear of one character to give into a real emotional relationship, which allowed me to never think "this is creepy or unhealthy".
I think there was a strength to having the Dom be the noobie (not to mention the gender swap made me not feel like the dude was a misogynistic hiding his assholery under bdsm, not saying that happens, just that I read too many asshole male love interests and I love a good male love interest who isn't dominating). It gave her a lot of agency to try what she wanted. To that end, where I am in the webcomic, it's actually worse about this then the movie. The movie shows our female protagonist instantly curious once she realizes she'd be the one dominating (I love that they include the scene showing her shutting down the chance at being the sub). And the couple really does have good chemistry in their interactions. I love that early on they have moments where they're awkward as they figure things out. It seemed so honest and it really makes the film that much better.
I haven't finished the webcomic, but I'm definitely excited to. I don't think I got any real spoilers, since especially with a lot of the bdsm moments, the movie seemed to get a bit more explicit with it then the innocence of the comic. And the loss of so many characters means there's lots of subplots that disappeared.
I feel like I need to go around finding 50 shades of grey forums, suggesting this movie instead XD but there's probably not enough naked bodies in it since its really fairly pg13.

'birds of prey': a cinematic masterpiece
Tumblr media
It's been a little over a year since Birds of Prey came out, a couple of months since I watched in on a whim, and I'm still not over this film.
Too many men people get pressed whenever you say you like this movie. "It's objectively bad," they say. "It's campy. It's too divergent from the canon. It's SJW propaganda."
Who gives a fuck, Richard? Who gives a single flying fuck?
I'll preface this by saying, my knowledge of the DCU is flimsy, at best. I've watched a couple of movies. My mum used to watch Smallville. I watched the pilot episode of Gotham. And I know enough about it to get the few references sprinkled in other media. But I draw a complete blank when it comes to the comics. So the canon of the comics had no effect on my enjoyment of the movie. Which I did. A lot.
I walked in blind when I watched Birds of Prey for the first time. I was unaware of the controversy surrounding it, and the only reason I even gave it the time of day was because I was bored.
I watched Suicide Squad circa 2016, and positively abhorred it- the only good thing about it was the soundtrack (the best songs are always wasted on the worst movies. Case in point: Twilight). And the not-so-casual misogyny was just... Yikes.
And then, we got Birds of Prey.
Since watching the film, I did a bit of research (see: Googling 'birds of prey movie reviews' and clicking on the first few results that popped up). The response was mixed- which honestly came as a surprise, since I thought it was great, and mine is the only opinion that holds weight.
I've read and watched a lot of those reviews. I watched the CinemaSins video. I watched the CinemaWins video, because CinemaSins has taken a major nosedive since I first started watching them.
Were all the negative reviews not-so-subtly indicative of the (predominantly male) critics' misogyny? I dunno; how did they talk about similar male-centered action films? I don't think it's fair to scream, "SEXIST!" just because someone didn't like the movie. Critics hated Venom (which was admittedly pretty meh. I still enjoyed it, though), but it was still pretty well-received by viewers.
I saw one review say that Birds of Prey was 'for the birds'... I'll let you unpack that yourself.
And yet, though I try to keep an open mind, I find it unfathomable how anyone can dislike Birds of Prey.
One of my favorite parts about the movie was the female gaze present throughout its entirety. I've seen people bring up the obvious change in Harley's costume- which I'm a bit iffy about, to be honest. Don't get me wrong- I love her choppy bangs and fun pigtails and the whole fluffy top thing she's got going on, but a whole lot of the critique towards her getup in Suicide Squad comes off a tad too slut-shamey (that isn't a word? Well, it is now).
Her outfit wasn't the issue. It's how she was framed.
In Suicide Squad, we get loads of shots of men leering at Harley, and a little too much emphasis on her breasts and arse in almost every scene she's in. As opposed to Birds of Prey, where Harley's still sexy (I'm seriously concerned for the straight men who found Harley unattractive in this film... You good, Pete?), but we focus on her face instead.
That part where Harley gives Canary a hair tie in the middle of a fight scene? Brilliant.
The characters have depth (a lot of reviews disagree with me. Well, what do I know? I am but a lowly STEM student). One of my favorites was Canary (and not just because I found her insanely attractive)- I love, love, love her arc in the film.
I've seen people complain that the villain didn't really get all villainy until towards the end of the film; which, if Sionis had to put on the mask for you to finally see him as the bad guy, then you've clearly missed most of the film. He's literally introduced while he's peeling the skin off of someone's face. Not to mention that one particular scene at the club- I won't go into too much detail, because it could be triggering to a lot of people- but it chilled me to the bone.
Following up with the villains: "All the men are bad guys," they say. "The whole film is feminist propaganda," they say.
And me posting this on International Women's Day is a bit on-the-nose, I'll admit, but this particular critique bothers me. Because those men aren't unrealistic. They aren't caricatures of men in the real world. We all know men just like them. A lot of them hit a little too close to home for me.
I've seen people complain that women touting the film as feminist turned them off from it- which, I dunno about you, but seems problematic to me on so many levels. Sure, not everything has to have a political agenda, but it's hardly like Harley & Co. scream, "GIRL POWER!" every three minutes.
(Also: it's funny how way more people get mad about poorly executed feminism than actual issues a lot of women in the world face, but that's a topic for another day.)
The diversity was just- wow. Getting not only one but FOUR Asian characters with lines? Hollywood, am I dreaming? The LGBTQ+ representation (not going into Sionis and Zsasz being queer coded)? Holy shit, yes! Maybe I'm getting too excited about this- Hollywood's a lot kinder to us minorities as of late- but it still fills me with joy whenever I see people like me onscreen.
Another complaint that springs up with regards to Birds of Prey is the skewed order in which Harley narrates the events. Which is kind of one of her defining traits- she's an unreliable narrator. And she makes it pretty obvious (this video explains it better than I can). The cartooned beginning was engaging, as corny as some of it was (loved the style, too).
The fight scenes were thrilling to watch. Not a single minute passed by where I was bored (my eyes usually glaze over during prolonged action scenes in films, which did not happen in this case). The comedy was well-timed and bold; the cartoonishness added to its charm.
And this is probably not even significant, but I adored the color scheme. I loved the bright, shocking colors; the emphasis on the pinks, reds and blacks.
And, finally, how could I go without mentioning the soundtrack? It was divine- I listen to the Birds of Prey album on Spotify almost every day; Lonely Gun and Experiment On Me are among my most-played songs, and the rest of the music is just as delightful.
In conclusion: go watch Birds of Prey if you haven't already. It's the closest thing to a spiritual experience I had last year.

I honestly just have to disagree with this. Because you're missing something huge. This statement, when not made by a terf is 90% of the time made in response to something terrible. Just like it was in the comic. And it's usually not made in a space meant for men. Like on the internet men can be there and see it but that space isn't FOR them. And yeah, that does include trans men.
As a white(ish) person I follow and support black creators, artists, activists, and influencers. And guess what, sometimes they get frustrated and say shit about white people and it does make me uncomfortable and I do have to step away. And sometimes their (justified) anger is toxic to me as an individual because I can't always bear the brunt of that anger.
If you're privileged (yes being a man, even a trans man, gives you privilege) you do not need to immerse yourself in the pain of the people lacking that privilege 24/7. There is a difference between listening and drowning in privileged guilt to a point that is no longer productive.
In my experience, I have never met a man in person that didn't interrupt me or talk over me. Ever. In my life. Whether cis or not. So you know what, I am allowed to be upset by that. Two women told me they'd been sexually assaulted before they graduated high school upon their first week of knowing me. I am allowed to hear yet another story of sexual assault by someone previously beloved and be frustrated. I'm allowed to feel pain when I learn there was a whole system of men that protected the perpetrator and that many more women suffered because of it. And if that frustration comes out in the form of a petty generalization, well its honestly not my fault if you take it personally. This is literally what people are saying when they say it's about the patriarchy not individual men.
As far as Jason Porath is concerned, feeling like you're under constant scrutiny, that you're never getting it right, that everyone is waiting to watch you fail. Yeah, welcome to how every successful woman feels all the time. It sucks that he struggled, but this concern that he'd be outed as a sexist is likely just a manifestation of a mental health issue (imposter syndrome it seems) that could have come from anywhere. And I'm sure soaking himself in anger that wasn't aimed at him didn't help.
I get that people don't like experiencing anger when they can't do anything to help. And there are people who over use the phrase. I personally very rarely say it. But it is unfair to police women who are justifiably angry and maybe don't have the wherewithal to write a ten page APA essay on how they feel every time they are confronted with oppression. Nuance might be sacrificed when you're in pain.
Admitting and accepting your privilege comes with accepting the feelings and resentments other people might have towards you because of that privilege. Rather than making someone else's pain about you, maybe just unfollow them.
Hey so "all men are trash" posts help terfs
I'll explain if one of you want

"Give me a character and I will answer:"
@callmehername asked me about Ron Weasley.
(My answers to other characters are here)
Why I like them
I have to say that, even though Ron isn't the kind of character I enjoy the most, he does have a few qualities that make him stand out to me.
Damn, he's loyal. Damn he's generous. Damn he's courageous. And to what extent! He's got whole lots of all that. And that seems to me something that he clearly got from where and by who he was raised. I said I don't particulary love Ron, but I do love the Weasleys as a whole. And that kinda makes me love Ron too.
I love the Weasleys as what I believe they are meant to be in the story. A selfless pillar for someone (Harry) in much need for exactly that. Or in other words, what a family is (or what it is supposed to mean, but not always is anyway). And in Ron's particular case, he's a brother. Not in blood, but in bond.
He may not be the wealthiest, but he does have a whole lot to offer. A laugh, a hand, a home... He will go out of his way for his loved ones, give or do whatever they need from him. Set his own needs aside if he must. Lay his own life if he must.
For someone to be so aware of others, so selfless, loyal and courageous at such a young age is definitely inspiring.
Oh, and he can be ridiculously comic tbh 🤣

Why I don’t
How his insecurities get in his way. So he frequently feels attacked or left aside and reacts badly, says things to hurt people, to the people closest to him, because he's hurt.
A bit of sexism and a few other -isms here and there, etc., etc.. I think all of my issues with him come from there, so his mean comments/sense of humour/whatever you wanna call it are mostly a nope for me, but that's about it, I think.
Favorite episode (scene if movie)
Probably him being scared by spiders.

(feel him so much)
Or him just being scared. He looks funny as hell 😂 When he's in DADA class and adds the "spider Boggart" some skates! I wish I could do that to real ones...
Favorite season/movie
Half-blood Prince or Deathly Hallows part 1 actually. I just really like the whole 'finally getting things out and making peace with them so we can keep on', very therapeutic xD (No, seriously, I enjoyed Ron & Harry very much. Underrated movie btw! A talk for another day tho, we're here for Ron)
Favorite line
"She needs to sort out her priorities."
Look, best thing ever. Loved it since I first watched the movie and I always quote it with my brother. It kind of became like an inside joke for us to say it at the most unexpected times. But it's not in the books so:
"So you're going to suffer... but you're going to be happy about it!" but I'm not 100% sure it's in the books either lol so:
"Excuse me, are you the imprint of a departed soul?" I laugh uncontrolably every time 😂😂😂😂
(Yes, I was using my bad memory to get more lines in... #cheatiiiiiiing)
Favorite outfit
I think it's pretty obvious it has to be this one.

Head Canon
OMG I don't have any?! I didn't spend enough time thinking about stuff from this character to get prominent headcanons, I guess...
Unpopular opinion
He's an angel sent from Heaven to Harry, yes, but... if it wasn't for that I wouldn't like him much. I think that relationship and what it put them through definitely showed the best of him. But it's the little things about people, you know? The ones they do in daily life. Those are mostly the things that makes us like or dislike their company, not their overall persona. He's not an awfully bad person or anything, but like I said above, he's full of details I just don't like... Most of the time I don't think he's a desirable person to be around tbh. He's certainly not a good influence when it comes to studies, but that's the least... His humour is SO disrespectful in so many ways... He's not usually what one would call nice... Not for me anyway. After all this is just a very personal opinion.
A wish
That Rowling didn't make him a sexist, etc., so I could fully enjoy the rest of his character? lol
An oh-god-please-dont-ever-happen
Coming from Rowling, who knows... [Insert here whatever], God no, please don't do that.
(You certainly know I don't idolize her at this point.)
5 words to best describe them
Sarcastic. Loyal. Generous. Insecure. Courageous.
My nickname for them
Just Ron idk ffs I suck at this nickname thing no matter the character! 🙈🙈🙈
And this is all!
