MPV Tehran Type, 1972. The product of a rare collaboration between Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Volkswagen who were commissioned by the German government (under Chancellor Willy Brandt) to create a gift for 12-year-old Crown Prince Rezza Pahlavy, the son of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the last Shah of Iran. Designed as a bespoke desert-racing vehicle which would assist the young Prince to learn to drive, the Tehran was powered by a rear-mounted Volkswagen engine. The car was supplied with two keys, a silver key that limited the Prince to 30km/h or a gold key that allowed full power and a top speed of 170km/h. Since the fall of the Shah it has been on display as part of the collection at the National Car Museum of Iran as it is considered part of Iran's national heritage. The museum also houses other cars once owned by the last Shah of the Pahlavi Dynasty, including sports cars, limousines, motorcycles, and carriages.

From the producers of the Terrifier franchise, the film arrives on VHS in a flip-open slipcase featuring artwork by Mariano Mattos and Andrew Kern. A blue VHS variant, limited to 50, will also be available.

For optimal VHS viewing, the film has been cropped from its original aspect ratio to 4:3 full frame. It is officially licensed from Fuzz on the Lens Productions and approved by director Michael Leavy.

Christmas Bake-off

Pairing: Simon "Ghost" Riley x Reader/You CW: Grouchy British man swearing baking; that tooth-rotting sweet FLUFF! Author's Note: Happy holidays, @quarterlifekitty! I'm pretty sure I will always go feral for your content hehe~ <3 Let's throw frosting at Ghost now-

"Come on, Simon," Johnny pouts at the man in question. "It would mean so much to Ma if you joined in this year. She loves your baking and the local Christmas Bake-off is such a big deal for her-"

"Enough, Johnny," Simon grumbles. "I'll do it..."

As expected, and much to Simon's annoyance, Johnny's face lights up. It's almost like he was never pouting in the first place.

"Good! Ma will be so happy and you'll have fun, I promise!"

Simon guesses he's going to Scotland this Christmas instead of staying on base. Such has been his past few Christmases since Johnny conned him into friendship befriended him. Participating in the bake-off will be a firs, though.

"Welcome to the annual East Kilbride Christmas bake-off," a (very Scottish) woman greets me.

"Thank you. I, uh, I'm here to participate." My voice is hesitant and I'm clearly out of place. I hesitantly hold up my box of baked goods for the competition.

"What's your name?"

I give the woman my name and she checks a list on a clipboard then nods.

"Right this way," she says warmly and motions for me to follow her into the back of the large building. It's a bit like a small town event hall. It has a full kitchen that I can see through a door in the back corner but also a full hall for the event being thrown here.

In the hall, there's various tables lined up for displaying the competeing baked goods on one side, what I assume to be the judges' table at the head of the building, and chairs lined up across from the competition tables for spectators.

Another woman, a bit older than the one who greeted me, meets us at the competitors' tables with a warm motherly smile. They look... very similar. Mother and daughter, maybe?

"Who's this, Paisley? Our final competitor?" the older woman asks.

"Aye, Ma, seems she made it," Paisley agrees.

Well, that answers that question.

"I'm Isla," the older woman greets me. "I host the event every year," she explains to me.

"Oh! You're Mrs. MacTavish, the woman I contacted to participate."

Paisley and Isla laugh - heartily - at my response.

"Aye, that'd be Ma. She was all excited to have someone who isn't a local take interest in the bake-off," a man agrees from behind me.

"Johnny, where's Simon? I don't see his display set up yet." Isla frowns at the man and gestures to the competitors' tables. "Speaking of, we'll let you set up yours, dear," she smiles at me. "You'll find a section with your name on it near the other end of this table. Good luck and I can't wait to see what you've brought!"

Shortly after they walk off, a tall man with cropped blonde hair and cool brown eyes approaches the tables and begins setting up a display next to mine. On the table I see the name "Simon". Must be who Isla was asking about.

"Good luck," I tell him with a small smile.

"Simon" grunts in response and nods.

"Same to..." he trails off as he turns towards me, "...you."

Is there something on my face? Flour? I don't have a chance to ask out loud since he immediately turns back to his display and goes quiet.

My nerves are shot. The judges have done their tasting and have come to a decision. All competitors are lined up in front of their respective baked goods - including Simon and Johnny.

The eleborate gingerbread castle I created stands tall (but broken from having to dish it out to judges) behind me. It looks like I feel - a bit shaky and ready to collapse with the slightest breeze. They cut it so weird...

"Our third-place baker is Simon Riley!" There's cheering and clapping for the man to my right.

"Second-place goes to our fresh face, the sassenach!" They announce my name, but I'm a bit confused by the foreign word so all I do is smile nervoulsy at the crowd.

"And the winner of this year's bake-off is..."

A drumroll can be heard from the hall's speakers.

"Johnny MacTavish!"

The winner immediately starts cackling wildly and shoots the most Cheshire Grin I have ever witnessed at Simon. The British man seems suspicious of this announcement and immediately turns to snag a bite of Johnny's pie. Simon's eyes widen in shock as he tastes the pie.

"You scabby little fucker! This is your mum's recipe!" Simon proclaims.

Johnny just smirks and shrugs.

"Good baking skills must run in the family," he counters.

"Wait... he did what? Isn't Isla his mom? A judge and the host?" I pipe up in shock. "Wouldn't that disqualify him or something?"

"No. Recipes aren't shared. Just the title of the baked good," Simon grunts. "If there's allergy concerns, then the recipe will be requested."

We three are interrupted by judges, other competitors, and spectators approaching to congratulate us. Once the excitement fades, Isla approaches us with a disapproving look at Johnny.

"John MacTavish," she addresses him sternly, "I know you used my recipe and I did not vote for you. You little shite." Even with a stern tone, she still seems to be addressing him affectionately. Then she turns to Simon with a gentler expression and a smile. "You did very well, Simon. I'm very proud of you and I'm so happy you participated this year. And you, dear," she looks at me, "it's not often that a new competitor joins the top three. Congratulations!"

I give an awkward laugh and thank her before she wanders off again.

"Alright, Si," Johnny says suddenly with a knowing grin. "I won the bet. You know what that means."

Simon sighs heavily and rolls his eyes.

"The rest of the team will never hear about this," he demands. "Continue."

"First thing on the adgenda: gotta give the second-place winner your number." Johnny smirks at Simon as he speaks then winks at me, past Simon, when he finishes speaking.

"Only if we three get a rematch," I counter with a small frown.

Simon's shoulders seem to stiffen at Johnny's demand but he slowly relaxes and turns to me when I speak. His eyes are wide in surprise but he seems to shake himself from such quickly.

"Agreed," he says softer than anything else he's said so far. The harshness of his eyes also seems to soften a bit. "I can send you details for this rematch."

My frown is replaced by a soft smile.

"Sounds like a plan, Simon."
