Imagine if we had a short film where Kate and Robert are playing Janeway and Chakotay, on an afternoon at the farm in Indiana, sitting on a bench watching the sunset. Janeway says casually, with her head resting on his shoulder, while he gives countless kisses on the back of her hand without needing any reason: "By the way, love, our daughter called. Said she's very excited for her new mission." And Chakotay simply answers: "She takes after her mother… if you're not careful, she'll be captain soon…" and Janeway says smiling proudly "As sure as daylight." Then Chakotay kisses her forehead, smelling her hair as he always did in the last few years and says "As sure as our love." Janeway feels a tear form in the corner of her eye, and caressing his face, answers "And as sure as I want a coffee right now… are you with me on this?" And he answers, kissing her hand once more: "Always!"
