I couldn't stop thinking about an AU where Daniel resorts to gathering vitae again, this time to 'cure' Hazel, after his Brennenburg adventure💫, thoughts all mainly derived from this loadscreen text that tells us that Hazel is still in hospice care by the time the game's story began.

As much as I love Daniel, I don't think he really learned all that much from his experience even in the most charitable ending towards him in which he saves Agrippa. I can very, VERY easily see him slipping back into old ways if it meant saving Hazel. The most he seems to approach viewing torture as bad is when he realizes he himself no longer counts as an innocent so he can't justify killing others to save himself anymore. But killing no good, horrible, bad people to save HAZEL? Now, we're cooking with gas 😀 💀

Mayfair Witches AU

This is my submission for for Day 3 (Prompt: Witching Hour) of the Jonerys Falling for You event hosted by @iceandfirejonerysdiscord!

My belated birthday gift to @moondancer71 ! A fall gift for a summer birthday 🥳 All she had to do was make me a gorgeous moodboard and beta read! 😊 Thank you, Moon!

Summary: For generations, Targaryen women were known as powerful witches – at least until Dany’s mother died and left her in the care of her brother, Viserys. Jealous of her magic and possessive of her inheritance, he kept Dany locked away and ignorant of the secrets of her foremothers. 

Dany had long accepted her fate and that Targaryen magic would die with her. But then, as her 25th birthday approaches, a man half hidden in shadow begins invading her dreams. He’s devastatingly handsome and assuredly not human. Perhaps she should be afraid, but she finds herself intoxicated by his promises of freedom and everything she desires.

A figure stood by the window, masked in darkness, with her window curtain billowing behind his silhouette in the breeze. Drawing her knees to her chest, she clutched at her covers and cast a sideways glance at her phone on the nightstand.  It was just out of her reach.  “You won’t need that,” he said. His voice was low and his accent strange. “I’d never hurt you.”  Dany felt herself start to shake from fear while contemplating if she should run for the door. She sat up and tried to make herself sound strong. “Who are you? How did you get in here?”  “Good evening, witch,” the shadow man answered. The way he said witch almost sounded like an endearment. “I’ve called this house my home for a long time.”  “I’m not a witch,” she answered, swallowing a lump in her throat. “You must be mistaking me for my mother.” His voice was deep and soothing. “I make no mistake.”

That was my nature - going from temptation after temptation, not to sin, but to be redeemed. I feel the darkness near me; I feel the light shining. And more keenly I feel the contrast between the two.

because 12 is such a tiny district, i feel like everyone would know abt the pregnancy sooner or later; they're like "oh this sucks. we shouldn't tell lucius, because this is the second time he's been cheated on and it might actually break him" (also, it makes for excellent gossip)

You see, I doubt people in the District care about Corinna's pregnancy, expecially since they don't know she and Lucius are dating. I mean someone may suspect but at the end of the day this is not their problem. Only Mayfair (I know I had another name for him but I can't remember now) but even he doesn't notice because why he has to notice some tiny Peacekeeper?

So when people know, they know because Corinna is suddently living with the Covey and Lucius is loud and proud about the fact that he is the father. No one never knew who is Sejanus - aside from Billie Taupe who is the only one to spread some evil gossip because she is envy. And that's why when the twins are born Lucius took a dna test and send the result to her with a "fuck you" postcard 😂

Thomas Mayfair definitely didn’t mean for the prank to go the way it did. Actually, he wasn’t even really involved. He was just the stepbrother brought along, but he liked Lane. He tried going after her when she ran into the cold winter air but his stepsister Jasmine stopped him, assuming she’d make it to the other cabin and he back in the morning. They never saw her again. A year later, he’s dating Rory and they get a message from Dave to come back. And he only came back because of Rory. But the night proves to hold more than just a reunion between old friends.
