Real fan art is coming one day, but for now I really wanted to see if it was feasible to simplify their gradients into something that would fit a simple style like Bluey’s 😅

#aaaaaaaaaAAA #they're so precious I can't ;m;#I still haven't watched Bluey so I can't really comment on show accuracy but to me these look spot on #if you ask me the gradients work really well #if you look at them and unfocus your eyes they look like their normal markings #Vasco might benefit from having one more band between the base yellow and the lighter brown but that's totally optional and might take away #from the simplicity of his design #their colors are so true to the way I color them which is both cool and kind of uncanny #like Machete's pink details which in reality are very peachy almost closer to light orange than true pink #and their colored linearts which use the same colors I use for my colored linearts #I don't know I thought that was really cool attention to detail #they're adorable #thank you!#gift art #apupcalyptic #own characters #Machete #Vasco #their lives would be a lot less stressful in bluey universe I reckon

I've read a lot of headcanons and theories that try to explain why Fiddleford went from taller than the Stan twins to much shorter.

and sure terrible posture is partially to blame, but look at how all of McGucket is just smaller.

Eiva recently spent about 5 years stuck in the faewilds, where they slowly began to lose their memories. They no longer have a good grasp on what they look like and, when they panic or experience big emotions, they swap appearences. Sometimes it can be small, like literally just turning pink, othertimes Eiva looks like a completely different person.

It isn't anything like a literal change. Eiva has Mask of Many Faces and can use the disguise spell at will - what he's doing is just accidentally casting the spell when overwhelmed. Usually without even realising. A lot of the appearences she sometimes takes on are people she's actually seen but usually forgotten. I've thrown her siblings' faces in there a few times fghjk.

One of my favorite things about rei, trained from childhood to be the perfect assassin, immediately folding like wet tissue paper when it comes to kazuki and miri. He's just a big awkward softie and it's SO tragic that he had to grow up like his father expected him to.

have a new oc and she's so neat of my cast of characters she's the most competent (which makes sense, her name is Pallas) but she thinks she reallyyyy shouldn't be the most competent and she's so me-core the plot will attempt to drive her out of existence and she'll shrug it off but something small happens and she's like. shit. shit. how did I mess this up get me out of here. "Oh yeah, falling out of the sky didn't scare me. I don't know why it didn't... yeah of course I freaked out when I didn't have a pencil? I kind of needed to take notes for that class, thanks."

I know ppl couldn't care less about the humans in the cgi movies but Zoe and Dr. Rubin were both hilarious characters and the more i rewatch the movies the more i think about that.

#we all know Ian was the best human character simply bc David cross was great on it but i think these two are pretty funny!!#the idea of an adult woman hyping the chipmunks is so adorable and a great way to explain why Alvin nevergot expelled lmao #and zoe was simply hilarious! maybe because i find her out-of-reality personality too appealing #it's such a shame the writers of the cgi movies couldn't write Dave better bc while i don't hate him like other ppl #i do think he is one of the least interesting human characters in all the movies #i don't think it's the actor's fault they just didn't know what to do with his character besides being a strict dad for the chipmunks #but funny enough i do think dave from the cgi series is even more boring despite there are episodes focused on him #i love when he is all affectionate with his sons and the chipettes but he is so bland without that and sometimes way too strict #i still can't believe there is an episode focused on the chipmunks getting scared of Dave knowing they spilled milk #it just shows how many times he has get angry for the most simply things #it doesn't help AT ALL that the show has barely likeable human characters i mean i adore miss smith but i do get why ppl don't like her #miss croner is an amazing contrast to miss miller! but i do think they write her way too aggressive at times #officer dangus is the only character besides miss miller that i find decent without giving a 'but' in the middle #the classmates of the chipmunks.... Yeah we don't talk about them #i would like to go further with the humans characters of the 80's show but i still need to watch a LOT of episodes #but i would say that most of the episodic human characters of the 80's have been pretty nice so far #i loved the old lady that got a date with Alvin!! she was way too sweet with him and i love the way alvin learn his lesson at the end #also it has the best dave so far!! he is a lovely dad and he can be funny on his own way. i can tell he is just doing his best ahaha #aatc #alvin and the chipmunks

hey guys im back at it again with the horrible levels of s4 zam brainrot. um.

did i manage to somehow make this song about him in my head? yes! yes i did. and i cannot be normal about it.

#haunted ecosystem #genuinely when youre insane enough about your blorbos everything is about them. this is one of those cases #also i might be writing some more things. and probably watching some vods.#im writing something to post as a general christmas gift fic (as i've done for the last like. two years? in my heart at least) alongside #the two event fics i have in the works PLUS the twb flash prompt event im participating in :)#expect some more bizarre concept fics soon i think! i might also pick up some older threads that i havent touched #i think it'll be fun since my muse is definitely leaning toward writing zam. i love writing him honestly #i have a thing for distinctly pathetic and paranoid characters (see: my adoration for outsiders!apo & pandora [oc])#who knew i'd enjoy writing characters i relate to #is it weird to say that the general concept of asomatous and the stuff i want to write related to it is very near to my heart. and like #its very personal. its inspired by my experiences you see. the concept of losing sight of reality in isolation and also just #the bugs. i never had a moment with bug pinning but i did have a problem with collecting the corpses of animals i found dead #once spring rolls around im going to work on processing them and giving them proper display and love #AAANYWAYS #ohhhh my god i should finish up bedrock shards and bloody garden #those two are my og fics for this fandom. i want to complete them and share them even if they arent fully how i view the characters now #i think its interesting to share and show initial impressions and also show how i wasn't fully sure about these guys #(also i love how i didnt understand the concept and mechanics of the cleansing but its still Present because it was before s5 so like #it was either s3 or abandon canon and i was sooooo afraid of leaving canon behind in favor of exploring)#my talking in tags habit is showing again.... woops #does anybody even read these? i have no clue #if you do i am so sorry for my habit of talking about dead animals. good lord. it happens so often #i forget it isnt normal until people point it out. having to explain that *yes* i collect dead things is. fun #oh man i have some coyote skulls i really need to clean at some point. its just a pain since i need to get the cage out again and prep them #since the method that got recommended to me is actually bad for the bones (since it involves essentially cooking them which softens #the bones and makes them a lot more likely to break or splinter. so i need to leave them out or bury them and im still not sure which wil #work better. it really depends on if spring is going to be dry as hell again or not. im rambling AND off topic. woops)#Spotify
