Shop Update + Mini Interest Check!

All preorders from the shop shipped out this morning, so most of you should be getting those after the holiday weekend!

I've put up the extras in the shop, noting that the submas standee and washi tape are low in stock, and I won't be restocking the standee for a while unless there's a big demand for it!

Throwing around some ideas for future projects, I'm considering doing small batches of commission merch and want to gauge interest for it!

One idea I'd like to do is something like these linked magnet charms with two characters together (from the big interest check I did last month). Characters are up to commissioner's choice, OCs included. The style/format would be a YCH (Your Character Here), though I'd also like to offer two or three options for posing (Ex: Pose Choice 1 - Handh*lding, Pose Choice 2 - High Fiving, etc). Also considering an add-on option for a different set of expressions/differing small details on the reverse side of the charm as seen above.

Note that this would have a very limited amount of slots available (5-6 would be my guess for an initial run) and would include the cost of art, production, and shipping (current estimate would be 150USD for a US resident, shipping for non-US resident would be higher + VAT if applicable). ◇ First of all this boy is absolutely autistic. My little autistic ass acted so much like him as a kid, I mean, what autistic 12 year old wouldn't base their entire summer around a weird book full of monsters they found?

◇ I think he's a trans dude and aro/ace, and that his crush on Wendy was more comphet than anything. I'm not really a fan of any ship involving him but I think platonic dipcifica could be cute.

◇ Cryptozoology/The Paranormal is absolutely his main special interest, but he also has an sp/in in computers/comp sci (but he's honestly not great at computer stuff).

Mabel

◇ AuDHD Queen! I think her main special interest is absolutely arts / crafts, I mean look at all the silly things she makes throughout the series as well as her dedication to handmaking dozens of puppets/props/etc as well as writing and entire play to impress her crush of the week in Sock Opera. ◇ I think sexuality wise she's not straight but prefers to be unlabelled. I also like to think she's the type to collect xenogenders / neopronouns like pokemon cards. ( she totally uses a bunch of cat-based pronouns) ◇ Shortly after the series I think she'd get a little less Boys-Crazy and focus more exploring who she is as a person / her self expression. Absolutely is gonna have a mall goth/emo/scene phase (she's smushing all three of those together into one thing for herself).

(I also think Mabel and Dipper were born identical twins)

Grunkle Stan

◇ Also AuDHD, not quite sure what his big main special interest would be but he's absolutely hyperfixated on Ducktective. Also going off the story in Lost Legends I think he'd absolutely be getting into making comics / drawing in general (even if hes not great at it). Post series I think he'd spend a lot of his free time out at sea drawing in the boat's cabin. Mostly making comics of silly re-tellings of he and Ford's adventures out at Sea (he absolutely shows Dipper and Mabel these if he and Ford video calls them when they're on land) ◇ I'm a transfem Stanley truther. He doesn't really realize/come to terms with it until post-series. I think she'd just grow out her hair and throw it in a pony-tail + use she/he pronouns to transition. She'd still use the name Stanley and be fine with both masc/fem terms (ie fine be called a man or a woman). Also he's bisexual (but has known this since he was like a teen, even if he didn't have the words to label it.) ◇ I think his Popsicle addiction from the unaired pilot is real and canon. Old autistic men love popsicles just look at my dad and grandfather.

Ford

◇ oh boy its projection time (i am a stanford pines fictive) 😈😈😈

◇ Transmasc, somewhere under the nonbinary umbrella but very guy adjacent. Mainly uses he/him pronouns but I think he'd use "it" and "they" aswell. Gay and Arospec as well. ◇ Autism + NPD + Schizophrenia wombo combo. He's sooooo NPD coded its INSANE, I am going to write an essay about it in the future. Goes without saying that his special interests are the paranormal and various sciences, but I think he has a hardcore love for the arts as well. ◇ Going off both the autism and arospec HC- I think he's the type to convince himself he has a crush very easily, when in reality he just has a strong admiration / platonic love for those in question, and had strong platonic feelings for McGucket back in college that he confused for romantic ones (projecting 100000000%) (i think the Stan twins were fraternal twins)

Awww 🥺🥺🥺 It warms up my heart that you remembered my art on Valentine's Day! 💖I wish I could have drawn something for it, but I'm still somewhat working through my creative block and also working in some other personal projects 😭😭 But it makes me happy that you remembered my Jaytiri art and came back to my blog to look into them 🥺🥺

For sure they would have a beach date! My friend @beautyofattolia and I were discussing how Jake would have taught Neytiri about Valentine's Day and other human traditions, since she taught him her own culture and traditions and imagined him taking her on her first Valentine's Day in Pandora while she is pregnant with Neteyam 🥺

Those are the headcanons she shared with me:

Jake is already a super romantic person and i feel like Valentine's in general is important to him (because he likes doing things for his partners, he's an action guy vs a word guy) and that is even more true with Neytiri since she is 1) his wife and 2) his soulmate she's obviously pregnant with Neteyam during their first ;

Valentine's so like i said above, he would want to go all out and plan the perfect day for her, especially since she would be coming out of the second trimester and getting more sore, tired, etc;

i think he would also be so excited to do all the "traditional" gifts for her since she has taught him so much about Na'vi culture and he would want to return the favor and teach her something good about human/American culture;

it would start with him bringing her breakfast to their marui so she doesn't have to get up (and of course lots of cuddles because he is that person);

he would also have gifts;

jewelry is traditional so this is where he would give her the necklace he's been working on (definitely with help from others). a necklace because he has 100000000% broken one of her previous ones and wants to give her one in return and also because he wants to finally give her something back after she gave him that choker he starts wearing during the Tree of Voices scene;

he would want to do candy/sweets because again that is a traditional gift. idk if he would try to steal candy from Hell's Gate or do her favorite Na'vi equivalent with help from Mo'at, probably both because he wants her to have the whole range also cuz pregnancy cravings;

i also think the tradition of stuffed animals is adorable and i think he would like it too and since the Na'vi make their own toys, it would also be something he spent time on to make for her. i like the idea of him making her a little palulukan toy because 1) she is Palulukan Makto and 2) that's what he calls her when they're being spicy 😂 😂;

plus it's an extra cute gift cuz it's something they could use for the new babies (they would know that Grace's Avatar was expecting at this point);

after giving her gifts and everything, he would be like "so women on Earth like to visit spas on Valentine's Day so we're gonna do something similar" and take her to the hot pools so she can relax (carrying a baby is a lot of work) and he would give her massages (although he's probably mediocre, it's the thought that counts) and just completely dote on her;

he would also be like "date night dinner on Valentine's is very important!" and have Mo'at pack them food for them and take her somewhere else on Bob. i like to think that maybe it's the spot from Way of Water? i like the thought of them having their date night spot. like obviously they visit other places too, but that's a favorite of theirs cuz let's be real, that view is AMAZING;

and then of course they would eat their food and he would have her favorite flowers to give her (the ones like she wore in her hair the night they mated 🥺 🥺);

the night ends with them having sex because of course it does 😂 😂 although probably a bit more gentle than usual due to the fact that she's fairly far along in her pregnancy

I hope my friend and I can work with this idea someday through RP, cause the RPs always help me get ideas for drawings since I love drawing the scenes I write together with friends!!! 💖💖

I really feel bad not posting anything for Valentine's Day though, I was working on something but my other projects ended up thwarting it, 😅 But we'll see I can finish it so I can post it here too!

Yeah I was also shocked tae didn’t attend the event, especially since he could have spun it as supporting Jungkook, and Taekookers and armys would have eaten it up.

And if he didn’t go to the after party either… then wow, he’s a total coward. For a second when everything first came out about them last year, I thought he’d say fuck it and not be afraid to be around Jennie, but I guess I was wrong. He really is afraid of losing his fans and the Taekookers.

Whether you like her or not, Jennie is quite impressive. Yeah, I mean people go to those events because they're invited. Jungkook went because he's working with CK, and if Taehyung was there everyone would've thought Jungkook invited him and that's it. every time you see him asleep, you alway wondered how he never gets caught

especially when the teacher walks by, you feel like your heart was gonna leap out of your chest, but somehow he always gets away scot-free

as usual after class you saw him being kidnapped by the school heartthrob, Kise

you heard from the fangirls that they always have lunch on the rooftops

it’s kinda creepy how they seem to know where they are at all times, but hey who are you to judge

a spark from the corner of your eye caught your attention

on the floor you saw a wallet with a cute basketball charm

curiosity got the best of you and you picked it up from the floor

inside the wallet you saw your partner’s face? He must’ve dropped it today when he got kidnapped

you stared at it unsure what to do, you figured you could give it back to him after lunch, but you didn’t want him to stave

making up your decision, you dragged your body up to the rooftop, there goes your peaceful afternoon

slowly you opened the rooftop and was greeted by an odd scene

Kise was chasing after someone with dark blue hair

but Kuroko was nowhere to be seen

Slowly you retreated down the staircase, and ran back to the classroom

after that encounter, you met each of them separately during random encounters in the span of 3 months

your first encounter was with kuroko when you accidentally sat on him at Maji Burgers

it was an embarrassing experience to say the less, but you were able to hold a proper conversation without the involvement of a project

you found yourself getting closer to him

your second encounter was with Kise

it wasn’t hard to miss him due to the amount of fan girls surrounding him, you saw him being chased by a horde of fangirls

out of the kindness of your heart (you rlly couldn’t stand seeing him like that) you pulled him into an empty science room

during to another plot convenience, the horde of fangirls conveniently ran past you guys without a thought

as thanks for helping him, he treated you to lunch, causing you to attract more attention than necessary, though you appreciated the gesture

your third encounter was with Aomine, when he knocked you out with a basketball

honesty you were just making your way passed the gym, taking a detour to the library, you never imagined you would get hit by a stray basketball

Aomine carried you to to the nurses office and made sure you were ok when you woke up

he assured you that he was only checking up on you due to Satsuki’s nagging, although you had no idea who ‘Satsuki’ was

he ended up waking you home, and getting a popsicle as an apology, tho he’ll never admit it

you have no idea how but these 3 idiots made their way into your life but they did

you spent your lunch joking around with these 3 goofballs, helping out the basketball team when you have time, and cheering for them during official matches

those 3 forcefully introduced you to the rest of the first string

you joined Satsuki in scolding Aomine whenever he fail his exam, hide Kise from his fangirls, and went on dates with kuroko after school

it wasn’t long until you guys were attached to the hips, and for rumors to spread

rumors were like cockroaches, no matter how much you tried to ‘kill’ it, it kept coming back stronger than ever

soon the rumors reached everyone and the bullying commenced

they were mostly from Kise’s fangirls, you tried ignoring them but it started to get worst

thankfully it never reached the point of physical abuse, the furthest it ever amount to was when they purposely ignored you and bashed you

still the the rumors took a mental toll on you, they noticed how you seemed less vibrant as the days pass

they knew the source of your discomfort and try to avert your attention from it however the problem was never fix

finally reaching their breaking point when you decided to stop having lunch with them, they cornered you and forced you to spill

don't let their appearance fool you, they are actual softies

when they hear what happened, you bet they would deal with it for you

overprotectiveness turned up 100000000%

they would always be by your side and never leave

you guys also upgraded your friendship with the early picnics at the park and after school meals at Maji Burgers

even when they went separate ways they would always find time to reach out to you, making sure the bond you guys built during middle school didn’t crumble

they are the absolutely softest besties ever and will always be there, so don’t be afraid to ask for help because they will be there just as how you were there when they need it

I Rate the Soras

1. Birth By Sleep 

The teensiest kiddo who must not have been listening when his mother told him not to talk to strangers. Still very wholesome and ambitious to open a hotel in his heart at the tender age of 4. 1000/10

2. Kingdom Hearts 1 

Tiny boy with giant feet learning the ways of the anime protag. The teenagiest of all the Soras in that he feels All Kinds of Emotions. The absolute cutest pouty face. 100000000/10

3. Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories

The Peter Parker in Spider-Man 3 Sora. Literally that one kid in high school who forgot all his friends existed the moment he became interested in a girl. Moody, but justifiably so, since he’s constantly being forced to play the card game War with strange people in black hoodies. Dishes out some of the most cathartic ass-kickings in the entire series here, though. 1000000/10

4. Kingdom Hearts II

The Most Adorable Sora, in this humble blogger’s opinion. More money in the budget means this boy has facial animations for days. Officially joins the workforce and can totally shred on a skateboard. Reaction Commands make this Sora the Scrappiest of them all. Was absolutely ready to throw hands with some random kid he just met after waking up from a 1-year nap. This is kind of the point where The Dumb begins to set in, though. More on that later. Still probably my favorite Sora tbh. 1000000000/10

5. Kingdom Hearts Coded

If the phrase “What the happ is fuckening” were a person. Has no idea what’s going on or what year it is but is very earnest and has a big ol’ heart. Very adaptable as he’s been proven to handle both button mashing and turn-based combat systems without issue. If KH2 Sora was Kind Of Dumb, then Coded Sora is Pretty Dumb. 10000/10

6. Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

I gotta be honest, guys. This is Peak Dumbass Sora. But what he lacks in brain he more than makes up for in heart!!! This is one of the most wholesome Soras we get in the entire series!! This kid literally has saved the worlds multiple times, almost died because his exam proctor couldn’t protect him from creepy old dudes hacking into his testing room, and STILL had it in him to be excited for his best buddy for passing the exam even though he flunked it. Friend To All Living Creatures. Would probably get giant footprints all over the walls from Flowmotion since he can’t stay still for three seconds though. 100000/10

7. Kingdom Hearts 3

The most adorable grandpa to ever fumble with a cellphone. All My Best Friends Are Disney Characters. Has grown from all of his past experiences into a well-rounded and respectable young man. Kind of that one kid who ends up doing all of the work on a group project because he doesn’t really trust anyone else to do it right. Becomes The Ultimate Sorcerer for some reason with OP magic, as if to show Donald how it’s done. Wants to return his ticket on the Sadness Train but ends up having to hitch a ride on it anyway, and for now, it doesn’t seem to have brakes. Send a letter home, kiddo. Or a text, but I don’t want to ask too much of you. 10000000/10

yui would come over to your place a lot because it’s only mei in the house (but also yuta’s mom trusted yui to be respectful more than any of her other kids lol)

but she loved to dress up in princess dresses, floral dresses, all kinds of dresses

omg sicheng would be the type of dad to take her out on a “date” like a couple times throughout the year

and like she would dress up in her favorite dress

and he would dress up in his fanciest tux (kinda)

and they would go and have dinner together

he was teaching her that she should never settle for any less than what sicheng is showing her

you and mei are his world honestly

like i don’t know if he would want more kids

like he thinks his family life is perfect as is

i mean he wouldn’t be opposed to the idea of more kids

but he really loves just you and mei as his family

so kaleb had to bend down a bit for some parts

ugh that would be so good honestly

anyway

she still has all of that natural cuteness

like she’s a little bit more sassy now

but like she’s just so cute

sometimes people don’t take her seriously

she’s kinda short too so that doesn’t help her in her case

omg but she would get so mad at her dancers

like kaleb is bad cop

mei is worse

she realized after a couple years of doing her job, that her dancers won’t take her seriously unless she started to strengthen her attitude

and she did

and now people listen to her

people would come from far and wide to learn how to dance from her

she honestly will accept anyone with enough background training

and like she’s a nice person

but when it comes to dance

she just needs it to be serious

she still remains to be best friends with yui

since mei works mainly at night, she spends a lot of her days with yui in her flowershop

they just enjoy the pretty flowers and talk about life

mei’s go to destination for filming any aesthetic dance video is yui’s flowershop

mei is also just such a hard worker

she’s full of natural cuteness, poise, elegance, and she makes you and sicheng so proud of her every single day

and growing up, taetae doesn’t really need much more than his sister and his mom, but he does wish his dad came home from ukraine a little bit more often

he’s a dragon trainer

it’s so gd cool, lil taetae gushes about it every time he meets someone new, and then he points at his eyes because they have golden flecks in them and the story is that his father was so exposed to dragon’s and dragon fire and dragon scales that a mutation occurred and golden flecks planted themselves in his eyes like the ambers of a fire

and both wheein and tae has them but only tae thinks they’re the coolest thing in the world

wheein is all like ‘?????’ bc her brother gets weird abt stuff like that

YEAR 1

taetae and wheein are so lucky to have each other tbh, because if not tae would roam around the entire train and probably make friends with the weird kids that accidentally but not-accidentally try to poison you

so thank merlin wheein is there to reel him into a compartment and keep him busy without getting into trouble

yEAR 2

obviously, jimin and tae have hung out over the summer, and tae has introduced his best friend in the whole wide world to his mother who absolutely adores him

but not as much as taehyung adores jimin

and their entire summer is spent playing with wheein and her new found best friend hwasa and it’s great

lots of new friends

who are good influences

bc tae is totally the type to accidentally befriend the troublemakers and fit in so well with them and their antics lets be honest

but in year 2, he gets a lot of new friends as well, because he’s such a social butterfly and here at Hogwarts, people actually think tae’s dragon eyes story is cool thank you very much, wheein

and he makes friends with all the people in his year, like guys named joshua, and jeonghan and a girl named jisoo and so many more

and he loves hanging out with so many friends

and being able to greet them fondly every time they pass each other in the hallways

his eyes light up as he waves

don’t imagine squishy little gryffindor tae smiling like the whole world is at peace okay. don’t. your heart will hurt.

but jimin suddenly seems a little distant

doesn’t really wanna eat together anymore

always so busy

and tae’s like

“we’re second years. there isn’t that much going on”

but eventually jimin tells him

like in the middle of the night when he can’t sleep

that jimin feels left out

replaced

and tae’s heart hurts and he cries for making jimin feel like that because of course he’s not replaced, jimin is his bestest bestest friend in the whole wide world

and things get better from there

thank god bc imagining mini jimin all sad and sitting alone bc he thinks his only friend has gone off and gotten newer, better friends hurts my heart, my soul, and my entire ancestry

YEar 3 is a fucking wild one

bc suddenly, wheein has a stalker that refuses to let her go

and even tae, who is notorious for having no boundaries, is freaked out by this older guy prying on his sister like hell no mister, back the fuck away

but the dude’s a fucking 6th year (which makes it even creepier) and is literally twice taehyung’s height and abt 3x jimin’s height

and this is where tae’s real gryffindor instincts come into full gear

bc he makes an incredibly intricate plan and invites all the other third years and the whole of the gryffindor house to help him send a message to this weird stalker

and on a cold ass winter morning, a helpful seventh year levitates the stalker’s sleeping body out of his bed and all the way outside, keeping a warming spell around the boy’s body so he doesn’t wake up

and out on the quidditch field, there are about 100 students standing ready with bursting whip cream orbs (something taehyung invented himself that are meant to burst upon contact)

and as soon as the seventh year sets down the stalker and removes the charms, taehyung yells on the top of his lungs “fIREEEEEEE!” and the stalker abruptly wakes up, is suddenly pelted with bursting cream balls, and is freezing in his underwear as a sort of ultimate humiliation

it’s safe to say that that stalker will continue on the rest of his hogwarts life with this humiliation lingering

and tae smiles wickedly, so proud of himself

he doesn’t even mind the two months worth of detention he gets

bc no one does something as creepy as that to anyone

especially not his sister

and gets away with it

Year 3 is also the year jimin and tae discover a very lonely little slytherin first year eating alone in the courtyard instead of in the Great hall

and instinctively, taehyung drags jimin over with their lunch to eat next to the boy

and they drop next to the slytherin whilst casually continuing on with their mindless conversation

this is repeated for about 2 weeks before the slytherin boy says anything, and when he does it’s just before tae and jimin leave, and he grabs onto tae’s sleeve and says

“thank you”

in the softest voice ever

and taehyung melts for this boy

bc jeongguk, as he introduces himself later on, is the most adorable, especially now that jimin isn’t as puffy and chubby as he was two years ago

and they become great ass friends and tae encourages jeongguk to make more friends in his own year bc it won’t hurt and he’s not gonna be able to be there for his classes and jeongguk should always have someone by his side

bc it’s wrong to leave people lonely

tae firmly believes every one should have a friend

jimin strongly agrees

and it’s the cutest thing ever to see jeongguk smile widely at that

lemme tell you that lots of stuff happens in year 4 for tae

first of all, taehyung discovers that divinations is

zing

and he and a hufflepuff in his year named taeyong become such good friends after they’re paired up for this one project and they both have their minds blown by divinations

but obviously, he still likes care of magical creatures the very best. it’s been his fave since last year and it’s only getting so much cooler every year

and herbology is getting cooler as well but only because it’s tying into the care for magical creatures syllabus

either way

this is the year jimin suddenly is obsessed over quidditch

like all summer, the only thing jimin has been talking about is quidditch this and quidditch that so obviously it’s not a surprise that jimin wants to try out for the team

except

he drags taehyung with him even though tae has 100000000% no interest in the sport

like he’s not a bad flyer, he was actually pretty amazing in first year when they were learning how to use a broom

he just doesn’t know any rules

but bc jimin is so cute when he smiles with his half moon eyes and bounces on the balls of his feet like a lil child, taehyung indulges his bestest friend bc tae is awesome like that

and tbh the tryouts weren’t all that hard

actually pretty fun

and it turns out Tae is amazing with a bat

and both him and jimin make the cut easily with happy smiles on their faces

taehyung eventually learns to love the sport

it’s amazing as a stress relief

especially since O.W.L.’s are coming up next year and wheein is doing amazing in all her classes and he isn’t

tae you don’t have to be amazing at your subjects just do what makes you happy

His mom is btw the most amazing person ever

she sends him manga all the time and tae hides it from all his friends until he’s read the latest issue of one piece or something

This is the year all students get some sort of existential crisis

like he doesn’t get why people are all of a sudden paying attention to their hair everyday, or why girls are wearing makeup, and boys for that matter

besides his almost failed Arithmancy grade but who really cares about that when he’s gonna be a dragon trainer like his dad, right?

but not just any kind of feelings, but feelings for a certain friend, who’s not supposed to make him feel all of these feelings, but taetae can’t help feeling these feelings for this certain friends

so he tries to confide in jimin without being too obvious

bc obvs he’s not supposed to be crushing on jeongguk

oh fuck, that wasn’t supposed to be revealed

but jimin gives him shit advice and tells him to confess to the guy he likes, obviously not understanding the severity of the situation

thanks for nothing chimchim

so he kinda just avoids jeongguk for a while, immersing himself in extra quidditch practice and extra time in the forbidden forest with hagrid

he’s basically hagrid’s apprentice now

but winning quidditch matches and feeding exotic animals isn’t really cutting it bc he gets so stressed out whenever he has to avoid jeongguk

bc he knows jeongguk’s really sensitive about friends and social stuff so tae should totally not just drop him like this, that goes against his morals

everyone should have a friend, remember????

so tae kinda suppresses the warm affection and goes on with life normally, apologising to a sulky jeongguk for being totally MIA

Seventh year comes along

and Tae has somewhat of a better grip on himself

over the summer he’s been able to evaluate his life, where he’s heading, what he wants to do, who he wants to be

obviously with a lot of long ass talks with wheein bc she’s the only one he can actually talk about everything with

yes, that means his jeongguk feeeeeeeeliiiiiinnnngggggssss as well

and he decides that it’s better to focus on himself rather than confess and get into a bunch of awkward situations with jeongguk and with jimin for that matter

and year seven is about true self discovery

Exploring TaeTae, sundays at nine on discovery channel 

he’s seventeen ffs he’s gotta figure out a plan for after Hogwarts bros

and all he knows is he wants to be like his dad and work with animals and dragons

even tho he’s never seen a dragon in real life

so he sends a letter to his dad who gets him a summer internship at the dragon sanctuary he works at

longest yeaaaaaaahhhh boiiiiii everrr

so with that set, his fucking fingers tingling in anticipation, Tae gets Wheein to help him study for N.E.W.T.’s

and it’s so cute bc imagine jimin, tae, wheein, and hwasa with ruffled hair and pencils behind their ears (bc who the fuck uses quills outside of official examination) taking up the entire gryffindor common room room with countless of empty coffee mugs and balls of scrap parchment all around them

reminds me of stressful times nvm its not cute anymore

and then there’s quidditch

and even though they don’t win the cup, it’s okay cuz at least they didn’t come last

tho the rest of the team is sulking pretty bad

Tae’s just glad that the last year is a pretty damn good one

oh by the way

tae’s dyed his hair back to it’s original dark brown bc it felt more like himself, soft and sweet with a dark mystery

he’s posted all the pics over the years on his dorm wall but now he keeps it in a shrinkable album that he carries on his keychain so he can bring it everywhere he goes

and under the picture of him forcing jimin to pose with him for a photo, snotty and crying and red faced, it says

and in the picture he’s kissing jimin’s puffy cheek sloppily and it’s so cuteeeeeee

and Tae takes pics with everyone, forces jeongguk into several of them, and wheein and hwasa, and with joshua from his charms class and jeonghan from Arithmancy and seokjin’s little sister jisoo and taeyong from divinations and yuta from the slytherin quidditch team and everyone else bc it’s all so cute and amazing and people are crying

1. Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep

Riku’s cutest form. Like Sora, ignored his parents’ warning to not talk to strangers. One of those five-year-olds the adults would call an “old soul.” The kid who would share his snack with you one moment and dump sand in your hair the next. Would be one of those weird kids who’d want to make a blood pact, but will settle for matching friendship bracelets when his friends say that’s too weird.  1000/10

2. Kingdom Hearts 1

Every day is arm day. Shames his friends for not drinking enough water. Humble-brags sometimes. Secretly steals 20s when he’s the banker in Monopoly. Has not outgrown the bad habit of talking to strangers. Legit one of the strongest main campaign bosses in the entire series, and therefore his power should be feared. 1000000/10

3. Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories

Looks back on his middle school phase and wants to die. The fabled beginning of the Riku Is A Mickey Mouse Fanboy headcanon. If Sora kicks ass in CoM, Riku fuckin’ buries it. Gets a taste of his own medicine by having to fight himself in boss battles, finally understanding the pain of every 10-year-old that ever played KH1. From that pain comes reflection. This is a Riku on a journey of self-discovery and redemption. Talks about smelling stuff way too often, though, which indicates there is still room to grow. 100000/10

4. Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days 

To members of Organization XIII, Riku is like if the Jaws theme were a person. Wears a blindfold all the time and still kicks your ass. Sometimes makes thoughtless comments that really offend people even when he doesn’t really mean to. Quiet, pensive Riku. Until he’s not. 10000/10

5. Kingdom Hearts 2

The triumphant return of Little Shit Riku, whom we haven’t really seen since KH1. Spies on a kid for hours when he joins the workforce for cash to buy his friends watermelon, then destroys that kid with a stick and steals his hard-earned wages. Puts unwrapped ice cream in a box with a photograph meant to be a clue for Sora, seemingly forgetting that ice cream melts??? Embarrassed to look his friends in the eye because he knows they all remember his KH1 Middle School Phase. But if everyone can forgive Sora for the red onesie and clown shoes, then Riku can be pardoned for his youthful transgressions. Unabashedly shows off his navel. Definitely has trouble seeing through his bangs but will adamantly deny it if anyone asks him. 10000000/10

6. Kingdom Hearts: Coded

“I’m Permanently Trapped In My Middle School Phase And I Can’t Get Out.” That one person in a group project who sorts of monitors what everyone else is doing without really doing much himself. Would probably try to cover Sora’s ears if someone cursed around him. The Damsel In Distress is an interesting look, but he makes it work. 10000/10

7. Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

This is it, guys. God-tier Riku. The physical manifestation of the phrase “Everything I Do, I Do For Love.” Has finished turning over that new leaf and is still trying to get used to it. Endearingly awkward. Freddy Kreuger is afraid to fall asleep because Riku might visit his dreams. Becomes so good at saving Sora that he can literally do it in his sleep. Brings Kairi in at the end with the hopes that she’ll finally get the time in the spotlight that she deserves. Thanks for trying, Riku. You’re a good boy.  1000000000/10

Beep-beep. This Is My Final Form. So hardcore that he uses a literal swarm of monsters as his hairdresser-- AND PULLS IT OFF.
