I want the Mole Troupe to get a continuation that features Sandalphon and supposed theater actor Lucio. Sandalphon probably visits Michael to check on her, out of curiosity and Lucio invites himself. It gives us opportunity for Sandy to begrudgingly accept Lucio's company, for him to have a talk with Sariel, maybe, and I absolutely want Falsch and Lucio to meet. I think Falsch would fall in love with Lucio at first sight, but be super aggro about it and get mad at every little thing about him.
PLEAASE.
I want more Mole Troupe in general (though the more it focus on the main four of them the happier i'd be, though if Barawa wants to come back and encourage them on the path of ham theater and make me cry even more i'm *twirls hair* all up for it again, he was there for me and just for me)
That said to have Sandalphon check on Michael, Sariel and Azrael would be very nice, and finally bringing back the fact Lucio has indeed a supposed theater background lmao.
There they could discuss with Sariel a bit of his situation yeah, if they really want to make /me/ happy Lucio and Sariel would get into an improv and manage to communicate with one another thanks to acting which would have Lucio finally be more accepting of Sariel's plea. Then, all of them would start to get really into the improv bit and try to drag Sandalphon into it who's really just ".... i'm not going to do that." but Michael ends up insisting and Sandalphon ends up participating out of pure peer pressure.
And i think Falsch would find Lucio so damn cool at first sight yeah, but tbh i feel like he would grow to dislike him over the fact that Lucio is so damn perfect. I mean, Lucio was an actual, acclaimed actor on stage. Falsch was a genius child actor but he hated what the spotlight did to his fellow friends, and he much prefers his silly, ham actors now, that any goody who could rival him as an actor. I actually would see Falsch constantly compare Lucio's acting skill to the rest of the Mole Troupe's, except it's always to point out how Lucio isn't as great as his Troupe. Despite the fact Lucio is, in fact, technically better.
the emotional core could also be that Falsch would actually see right through Lucio that despite him being a perfect actor in every single way, he puts no emotion into his acting, none of it is genuine, he can see that Lucio doesn't think a single of the words he's spouting. Michael, Sariel, Azrael, they may suck, but they are passionate, they have fun, and they've been trying to put their emotions and the way they relate to others in their acting. Lucio strikes me as really an actor in the sense of he is always playing a role to mask himself, never to be honest. The Mole Troupe is the opposite, they're acting to show themselves out, to find parts of themselves they don't know how to express otherwise. And i think Falsch would be super critical of Lucio being like that, which would eventually force Lucio to face the way he's still acting with the crew as well as he hides his true identity.
I actually believe in Falsch's insufferable ex-child actor prodigies supremacy to just dunk on Lucio is what i mean. Also i would find it so funny if the only human of the gang, who was shocked discovering all of his friends were angels, ended up being the only one to see right through Lucio with the powers of "your acting may be perfect in quality but you don't put any heart into it and i have no respect for you."
... I really want more Mole Troupe i'd take anything to see more of them.

❪ ˙˖ ♡ . 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐬.
Muse Chosen: Barawa
1. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙨𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚?
Multiple different smokes - Gunpowder from a recent scuffle, the tobacco of his pipe that smells like cherry wood, and the smoked roast he and his dog had for dinner. Sweat and any grime he gets into are bound to cling to him, yet it’s surprising how well he can clean it off, and if it wasn’t for his smoking he could always smell like fresh linen. Occasionally there’s a earthy, woody musk that wafts off of him, but only if he’s about to go anywhere he deems needing such a scent.
2. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙚’𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚?
Large hands that could crush your own in a handshake (and sometimes does, though it’s purely an accident through his excitement, he swears). You can practically feel every fiber of muscle with every movement, yet such in-depth feeling is somewhat blocked by rough skin that has never had proper care until a recent assistant had started to fuss. Little scars are here and there, mostly from his first years in the military and learning how to properly take care of his weapons years before that. On particularly rough working days, you could probably scratch patches of dead skin off with your nails, or notice Barawa doing it himself without noticing, but the former would make him quite embarrassed.
3. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙪𝙨𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙖 𝙙𝙖𝙮?
Whatever’s on the menu for breakfast (aka whatever he can scrounge up), with maybe a few pitstops here and there for a snack throughout the workday, before having whatever meat dish available to him for dinner to share between Buddy and Sarya, and alcohol in equal quantity. If money’s tight or business has got him down (either too busy or too stumped to eat), all meals are forgone and only drinks can satisfy his weary heart, until either Sarya or his stomach tell him otherwise, at which point he makes sure both Sarya and Buddy are good first before he sulks off somewhere for a meal at some bar or a certain cafe...
4. 𝘿𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙘𝙚?
Well his seiyuu has the vocals; makes my heart swoon for real y’all. (Multiple videos for your listening pleasure; also fun tidbit but he also played Japanese Olaf, so have these for some fun. And also this from the 2019 Disney live; I take anything I can get in Shunsuke Takeuchi content and will push out his content whenever possible.)
*Coughs* So, um, yeah I’d say Barawa’s an okay singer. He’ll probably sing songs he learned back in his military days, and probably won’t sing unless really jovial or really drunk on sake, and his singing voice is more on the gruff and raw side, but it’d still warm your heart and make you smile hearing it.
5. 𝘿𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙙 𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙨?
Like I had said further up, if his hands are really rough or dry, he’ll scratch or peel off the dry skin without even noticing he’s doing it. He will also start speaking louder when nervous (yeah, you didn’t think this guy could get any louder, huh?), though it’s more of embarrassed-nervous than anxious-nervous; he doesn’t actually get the latter feeling too often. What he does often get is frustrated, either by logic puzzles he makes / is made for him to solve and he can’t actually solve anything logical (which has at least resulted in busted down doors and literally ripping apart a guillotine), or by the logic of basic things around him that he forgets time and time again (buying captain alcohol even though at the time they were underaged for starters).
6. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙪𝙨𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 / 𝙬𝙚𝙖𝙧?
Detective-type clothes! Though I’ve also considered his fashion a little steampunk as well, though maybe I just get that from his very brown color scheme or his waistcoat. But his usual style is brown/beige designed waistcoat, white button up with sleeves rolled up and shirt never buttoned up all the way (he’s a draph; I can understand his concern if he did try that), long brown pants and brown combat boots (or sometimes the stylish shoes from his light sr), his leather garterbelts on his legs/hip and around his arms (I don’t know what they’re actually called, help) probably to hold very important things, and his ascot.........Because why not an ascot? I like his red one better, so let’s say that’s his usual one. He also wears a hat (fedora-esque and brown) with steampunk-like goggles attached. Occasionally he either pairs it with a regular brown coat, or the fancy brown coat from his light sr. His color palette (minus the red ascot) is really muted or earthy. This is the fashion he wears literally everywhere; he can’t afford other clothes, nor does he desire to buy anymore clothes.
7. 𝙄𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚?  𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙢𝙪𝙘𝙝?  𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙨𝙤?
Depends on his state and the person he’s giving the affection to. If it’s anyone younger than him, oh you can bet that they’ll get the headpat or hair ruffle at some point, whether on accident or on purpose, but only if he likes them or trusts them well enough (or, if they’re an actual kid, if they just look like they need it). He’ll also be the type to give you a good slap on the back if you’ve done a good job or he thinks you need some pep in your step, regardless of age. Only if he’s very drunk, very concerned over you / deduce that you need affection immediately, or if he is very comfortable with you as a romantic partner or best friend, will he then go for hugs or cuddles (though for the latter he is always big spoon, no matter what).
8. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙨𝙡𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙞𝙣?
He’s the type that can sleep practically anywhere and in any position except standing up. In talking about a regular bed, though, it’s usually on his back with either his arms crossed over his chest like he’s mad, or his arms by his side but looking like he could reach for something at any moment. But he’s probably both the heaviest and the lightest sleeper among the crew, depending on what’s happening around them, and can either wake up in an instant or take half the day.
9. 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢?
Oh, absolutely. Not matter where you are in that hallway, you will hear this man muttering/talking up a storm and stomping around, no matter what.

Note
is it ok to ask for a date scenario with detective barawa? and maybe some cuddling goodies afterward? thank you very much :' )
Omg, I love Barawa! We need some love for the other characters too!
Thank you so much for the recommendation and for being very patient with me, I really do hope you enjoy it! (I’m not good with date scenarios as I’m inexperienced jhgfghj)
─────
Characters: Barawa
Pairings: Barawa/reader
Warnings: N/A
Words: 981
──────
Date with Barawa
When Barawa asked you on a date, you were pleasantly surprised. He came up to you with a bright blush across his cheeks, muttering to himself in encouragement.
“Come on Barawa, you’re a detective. You go around solving clues, chasing after bad guys! Asking her should be easy compared to those things.”
But eventually, he mustered up the courage to ask you out. Seeing how adorable Barawa is, you gladly accepted the request.
As soon as he left, you went into your room and screamed into your pillow. You had liked Barawa for quite some time and now that he asked you out, your heart bursts in excitement.
“This isn’t a dream, right? He actually asked me out??”, as your thoughts jumbled through your head, you hugged your pillow and daydreamed what would happen.
~
As the day approaches for your date, your heart beats faster as your imagination goes wild. And by the time that the day arrived, you felt excited and scared.
Thoughts of how the date would go ran through your mind. Your cheeks and ears warm up just thinking of scenarios, so you distract yourself from those thoughts by picking out what outfit to wear.
After changing into a simple outfit, you then went on out to the deck to look for Barawa. As soon as you saw him, you decided to run up to him to give him a hug.
He embraced you and chucked, “(Y/N)! Glad to see that you’re here now. Let’s get going to town, there are some things I thought you might like.”
He extended his hand out to you, his hand looking very inviting. Eagerly to see what will go on throughout the day, you grasped his hand; him guiding you to whatever is in store.
Guiding you away from the city, you began to wonder what exactly he has in mind. “We’re going to have to walk for a bit, our location is kind of far.”, he nervously chuckled.
 ~
You two ended up walking through a forest, many trees surrounded you two but it felt peaceful and serene.
As you two continue to walk through the forest, you decided to ask him where he’s taking you. “Hey Barawa? Where are we going?”, you asked out of curiosity.
“We’re going to a special place that I like to go to.”, he smiled as he continued to guide you. You see that there is bright sunlight ahead and continue on forward.
As you approach the light, it blinds you for a small bit. But as you adjust to the brightness, you see a hill with a large tree on the top. Walking up the hill, you noticed how beautiful the land is. And just below is the village, and the ship too!
When you approach the tree, you see that there is a box aside. Barawa went up to it and opened it, taking out a blanket. He opened it and spread it to the ground, just under the shade of the tree. “Sit down, I’ll get the basket and set up in a bit.”
Listening to what he said, you sat on the blanket and saw him carry out a large basket. He placed it between you and him and opened it.
Inside the basket are many small sandwiches, pastries, fruits, and many more. “Wow!”, you awed at the amount of delicious food there is. He gave a small chuckle at your reaction to the food and asked, “Would you mind helping me set everything up?”
“Sure!”, you smiled, “It’s the least I could do since you’ve worked on all of this for the date.” Taking out the food, utensils, and drinks, you neatly placed them down.
“Let’s eat now, we’ve walked a lot and should relax.”, Barawa said as he grabbed a sandwich and took a bite. “Yeah, we’ve been walking for so long, I’m famished.”, you replied as you also took a sandwich.
“It tastes really good!!”, you took another bite, enjoying the flavor. Barawa gave a small chuckle, “You know, (Y/N), you’re pretty cute whenever you’re enjoying your food.”
Being off guard to that compliment, you almost choked. Clearing your throat, you questioned that remark, “I am?” His cheeks brightened, “Yes. Uh- I mean, you’re not only cute when you’re enjoying your food! You’re always cute!”
He seemed to be embarrassed as he confessed how cute you are, but that made you fall for him more. Giving a smile, you started to speak, “Barawa, I think you’re pretty cute too! In fact, I just want to--” Stopping yourself from continuing, you gave a small giggle and planted a small kiss on his cheek.
Completely unexpecting that bold initiative, he tried to process what happened. “Hehe, I guess this is the best way to express my feelings for you.”, you said, giving a cheeky grin. You soon took another bite, much seeming like a victory bite for making the first move.
He gave a smile, feeling satisfied with the mutual feeling. ‘I’m glad that I had finally got to know how she feels about me.’, he thought as he looked at you.
After having a fantastic meal and talking to Barawa, enjoying each other’s company, you two felt sleepy. The exhaustion from walking caught up to both of you and after eating the food, you felt content.
“Hey (Y/N)?”, Barawa asked quietly. You, getting sleepier by the minute, barely responded, “Yes?” He got up and rested by the tree trunk, “Do you want to rest with me for a bit?”
You gave a small nod as you got up and walked towards him, opening his arm out, you went over and cuddled beside him. His warm arm wrapped around you as you dozed for off, ‘I hope our future dates are as nice as how this one went.’, was what you last thought before you finally slept.

No Logic in Friendship (Magisa x Lucilius)
A/n: Quarantine has done something to me so now you get this random ship I have thought of. I love them both so the idea of them being together makes me a bit happy and the dYNAMICS?!?!? I am here for it and now you must witness my madness. As always due to not much backstory and lore to these two IM TAKING IT INTO MY OWN HANDS AND MAKING MY OWN!
He is stuck. He is trapped. Despite being given free reign to explore so long as he was being watched, he felt entirely trapped inside the large ship. He murmurs to himself as he continues scribbling messy notes onto a journal that he was given by the captain. They sure were an eccentric one, deciding to keep him hostage here while giving him access to materials he could use. He couldn’t comprehend how that lunacy destroyed him once before.
But that was then, and this is now. And now his mind is crawling for some sort of knowledge. Something he could use. Perhaps even planning his escape. His thoughts were cut off when he heard a knock on the door.
“Knock, knock, dear~!” A teasing voice called.
Of course she would appear the moment he thought of something. She didn’t wait for an answer, instead she swung open the door, book in hand as she gave him her infamous sickly sweet smile.
“Good morning, you seem sprightly.” She said sarcastically as his frown grew bigger.
“What do you want, witch?” He spat out the last word before he continued writing. She merely giggled before she pulled a chair out and plopped herself right next to him.
“Oh you know the drill, dear. My dearest captain wants me to watch you to make sure you don’t get any ideas.”
“Tell your captain they can go shove it up their-“ he sighs and rubs his eyes. He doesn’t have the energy for this.
“Aw, Lucy are you tired?” She smirked.
“Shut up.” He growled as tried his best to ignore her. She chuckles as she leans over his shoulder. He slams the book shut and glares at her. “Do you mind?!”
“No, I don’t. I’m interested in what you’re writing. I mean-what if you’re planning on killing us all? That would be awful to let it happen right under my nose.”
“Trust me, if I could’ve, I would’ve had you all burnt to a crisp.” He grumbles. “Especially you.”
“Oh? Are you saying you like me, Lucy?” Magisa teasingly smiles.
“Hardly. You’re a pain to deal with. You’re even worse than Belial.”
“Me? I haven’t even shown you all of me. Unless this is your way of saying you wish to know me more intimately~?” She innocently batted her eyelashes at him as he rolled his eyes.
“Quiet. You’re a nuisance and you’re getting in the way of my research.”
“Well, what are you researching?”
“None of your business.”
“ACTUALLY- it really is. I was told to watch you so that is a duty I will carry out.” She stated, her voice lowering. He recognized it meant she was being serious.
“I’m trying to figure out how all of you imbeciles interact with one another without killing yourselves. You all are a bunch of annoyances, and I feel myself going insane from being in this hellhole for over a week!” Lucilius snapped. Magisa nodded and shrugged.
“It’s true, we are a crew of multiple types of people. But isn’t that what makes it so unique? No two people are exactly alike.” She said as tapped her chin.
“I think you all are just insane. I have never wanted to jump of the deck until I met those two idiots who screamed about punching and kicking one another. Or that hulking moron who was crying over his lost hat despite wearing it. The only reason he found it was because that assistant of his told him!” He recounted.
“Ah, you mean Feather and Randall. The ‘hulking moron’ is Barawa and his assistant is Sarya.” Magisa explained.
“I didn’t really ask.” He sighed.
“Well I just think you need to take it slow. Here, since you’re obviously just getting started with the whole ‘being nice’ attitude, why don’t we start off small?”
“What are you referring to?” He asked, raising an eyebrow.
“Well, we haven’t properly introduced ourselves besides our names. You only see us as your enemy.” She said.
“And you only see me as a prisoner.”
“If we’re gonna be friends, then I’ll say that you’re a handsome prisoner. See, it’s not so hard to be nice to someone!” She smiled. He felt his cheeks heat up as he shook his head furiously.
“I don’t want to be your friend. Nor do I plan on ‘being nice’. You’re holding me here, and I’ll get out one day.”
“Not if I have anything to say about it. One thing you should know about me, when I want something, I won’t stop until I get it.”
“And what is it that you want?”
“I would like to show you that you can make friends and be nice. I mean, think of it like this, if you behave, you’ll get more freedom. Doesn’t that sound lovely?”
“And if I don’t?”
“Then I’ll kill you.” She said, grinning at him. “I’m sure you don’t wish to know a true power of a witch.”
He sighed.
“Good! Since you’re being compliant-“
“I never agreed.”
“Since you are compliant, let’s get this small experiment running.” She clapped her hands together.
“And what does this experiment entail?”
“Not much. It’s just about getting to know one another more. For starters, tell me what your favorite color is. I’ll go first- mine is red, as you can see.” She said as she tipped her hat.
Lucilius pondered it.
“I don’t have one. It’s stupid to prefer one color over the other. They mean nothing.”
“That’s boring. Come on, don’t think about it too much. What color makes you happy?”
“Colors don’t make people happy! What kind of idiotic statement is that?” Lucilius yelled.
“On the contrary, they do. Some people like things because it’s pleasing. Sometimes they like it because it reminds them of happy memories. You must have SOME sort of preference.” Magisa sighed in disbelief.
“You skydwellers are ridiculous. Fine. My favorite color is black. There. Is this stupid experiment done?”
“No. Why do you like black?”
“I don’t know. I don’t care to have a reason to know.” He said quickly.
“Well, maybe you should research yourself a bit more. I think you’ve forgotten about who you truly are.”
“I know who I am! I am Lucilius, head Astral researcher and I will not be talked down to like that!” Lucilius angrily shouted.
Magisa sat there, unfazed as she giggled.
“I just noticed, your eyes are a gorgeous shade of blue.” She said. “It’s a shame they’re always used for a frown.”
“Why you-! Insolent! Stupid! Gah-!” He yelled incoherently as he clawed at his hair. “I would rather be dead than endure this nonsense!”
“It’s not nonsense. It’s just what makes a person up. Surely you should know that, Head Astral Researcher.” Magisa teased.
“A color does not make a person. Their eyes do not make a person. What makes a person is their power and their intelligence!” Lucilius retorted. “What they control is what they are!”
“But you control nothing. So are you nothing then? You have no power here, Lucilius.” Magisa asked.
He growled before he looked away from her.
“Well? By your own logic you’re practically useless. But I think you should realize you’re with humans. Humans don’t need to use that logic.”
“It’s been the way we Astrals have lived by. Your use is only by what you can create and think and control.”
“And yet you Astrals were defeated by us humans. Do you see the fault in that logic?” Magisa pointed a finger at him. “Humans are more than machines. We do not need to abandon feelings in pursuit of greatness.”
“Humans are illogical. One day they’ll suffer their downfall. Human nature brings nothing but discourse and nonsense. It’s absolutely stupid that you would keep me, someone who was this close to ending the world and keep me alive. If you all were rational you would’ve just killed me.”
“Well, I’m sure there are plenty who want you dead. But nevertheless, because we are, in your words, ‘illogical’, we get more out of it. Sandalphon was once someone who felt betrayed and wanted to end the world. And now look at him. He’s one of our closest allies.” Magisa explained.
“Does that mean you wish for me to be dead?”
“Mm... I’m thinking about it. I think I would like to know you first before I decide if I should end you or not.” She grinned. “As I said, once I have a goal, I won’t stop until I get it done.”
Lucilius mulled over her words before he sighed.
“Fine. I’ll play along. I have nothing better to do and it could give me something slightly beneficial out of this.”
“I’m glad you had a change of heart. Why don’t you ask me some things?” Magisa stared at him and he pondered it for a moment.
“Why did you join this crew.”
“Because their goals aligned with mine. Of course, after I met them, I found a family to call my own. So now I wish to help them get to their goals too.”
“So you admit you were thinking selfishly? Isn’t that hypocritical?” Lucilius frowned.
“Well, yes, I was. I was thinking of myself. Just like you’re doing now. You really don’t have any interest in me, and you’re doing this now to relieve your boredom. And that’s fine. Not everything has to start off as absolutely friendly. But later on down the line, things can change. Who knows, maybe you’ll fall for me.” She grinned.
“Absolutely not.” He gagged.
“Kidding, kidding. But yes, I was selfish before. But I had made so much wonderful friends here. I think you could take the time to make some too.” Magisa explained.
“I doubt the rest agree.”
“And that’s okay too. Not everyone has to like you, just as you don’t have to like them. But maybe if you show them a side to you that’s nice, they might like you too.”
“This is ridiculous. Human relationships make no sense. There are things I’m supposed to suddenly get? You’re a hypocrite and you just agreed to that. So why am I in the wrong for doing as you once did?”
“Don’t forget you still committed a bunch of heinous acts. You definitely have that going against you. But I say this as someone who selfishly came onto this crew, things can change. And that’s what being human is all about. Changing. Who I am now is different from who I was the day I met the captain. The person I’ll be tomorrow is also different too. The same can be said for you, no matter how much you deny it.”
“Change, huh...” he repeated quietly.
You Astrals invaded our world because your world was unchanging. And now you get a chance to change in this world, Lucilius.” He was a bit surprised that she actually said his name, and he thought of her words again.
“Okay. I’ll attempt this. Then how will you conduct this experiment? I want it all laid out for me step by step.”
“Being friends doesn’t take steps. It’s about finding out more about each other. You can’t have steps for that.”
“Then how are we supposed to get to know each other. You don’t have plan!”
“Not everything needs a plan.”
“Then how do you get things done? You expect me to just go about this unprepared?”
“You just use your feelings, Lucy. There’s nothing you need to prepare for.” Magisa responded. Lucilius sighed and ran a hand through his hair.
The thought of not having steps made him a bit anxious. Plans were what he used always. He always had a routine, a plan for everything he did. And now she just wanted him to not prepare for it? He didn’t know the first thing about her nonsensical experiment, and he was beginning to dread this project.
Damn this witch for making such stupid ideas.

Episode 1025: The Crew Member Murder Mystery
Translator Notes:
Technically speaking, nothing in the text of the comic specifies a murder, as the word kyouki, used by Barawa to refer to the meteorite, can just mean a “dangerous weapon” or a “deadly weapon”, and the title of the comic references a shuugekijiken, which means “assault” or “raid”.  However, “murder” made the title more alliterative, and it seemed appropriate for Barawa’s legendary denseness - and made the comic a lot funnier, too, in my opinion - for him to still think that there was a murder weapon even after Sarya’s reasoning that it was just a scuffle that knocked them both out.  So I exercised a bit of creative liberty and went with that word instead.
Also, fun fact about the Eternals (of which Threo is a member): in Japanese, their names are all the numbers one through ten in different languages, whereas in English, their names are the numbers one through ten all in Old English.  (See the prior link for a list, if you’re curious.)  I’m not really sure why that change was made, given that their Japanese names seemed like they’d be fine left as-is.  But there you go!

ROLEPLAYING HISTORY.
post TEN characters you’d like to roleplay as, have roleplayed as, or might bring back, then tag ten people to do the same. ( If you can’t think of ten characters, just write down however many you can. )
PLEASE REPOST INSTEAD OF REBLOGGING!
CURRENTLY PLAYING:
Lillian Elise Marchand - fandomless oc; plethora of verses
Kotori Minami - anime, Love Live! School Idol Project
Diantha - MMORPG app, Granblue Fantasy
HAVE PLAYED
Hanamaru Kunikida - anime, Love Live! Sunshine!!
Kathleen O’Conner - fandomless oc
Aisling Dempsey - fandomless oc, ghost
MIGHT COMEBACK:
Aisling Dempsey
I would love to bring Aisling back, if only because I’d want to flesh her out more/become accustomed to her muse again. I’ve been thinking about writing a book about her telling bunches of stories about people that she’s met over the 180+ years she’s been alive to this one girl, Lidia, who happens to be the only alive person left in Aisling’s best friend’s timeline. The story would follow Aisling being in Lidia’s life ( either it being kind of ‘normal’ with a bit of angst, or a kind of solemn angst; can’t really decide which route I wanna take yet ) and eventually ending at both girls becoming stronger in their lives and leading to Aisling moving on ( either in a spiritual sense where she finally releases her shackles to this world, or in a literal sense of becoming completely at peace with being a ghost and not always coming back and lingering after her best friend’s descendants; kinda hard to decide this one too ).
WOULD LIKE TO PLAY:
Uzuki Shimamura - anime, Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls
Diola - MMORPG app, Granblue Fantasy
Shizuku Osaka - Love Live! Perfect Dream Project
Barawa - MMORPG app, Granblue Fantasy
Decim - anime, Death Parade
Tamaki Suoh - anime, Ouran High School Host Club
Pierre - anime, Idolm@ster: SideM
Tsubasa Kashiwagi - anime, Idolm@ster: Side M
Ryuuichi Kashima - anime, Gakuken Babysitters/School Babysitters
I can say, without a doubt, that this list will expand.

Copic Color HCs | No Longer Acceptingolive: is your muse prone to feeling envious of others? if yes, what is it that they typically feel envious over?
I wouldn’t say that Chat is like, a particularly envious person at this stage in his life; he probably made those kinds of comparisons and wanted so much more attention and affection than he had as a child but…
At this point, he tries to keep a more positive outlook on the world around him and enjoy himself. Sometimes, he might wonder how his life might be if he hadn’t become a phantom thief and maybe met his current friends through other means. Like, he’s certainly capable of feeling pangs of envy here and there, but it’s not a common thought process for him regardless of whether I’m rping with other affiliated blogs or indies.
Isola might give him a bit of an opportunity to explore that capacity to be on the more “normal” side, since he’s not so interested in large heists without his proper audience. That being said, while he might enjoy that experience, he still misses home and will do anything to return to the Phantagrade Skydom. It also adds another potential thing to feel envious about after he’s been in Spirale for a longer period of time: when others reunite with their loved ones, and he can’t. He’s only human, even if he knows its selfish to want Barawa and Sarya stranded here with him. Of course, this feeling won’t set in for quite a long time, and it’s relieved by Gran and Lyria’s presence on some level, too.
It’s just not always enough.
new leaf: what message would your muse send to their past self, if any?
He wouldn’t know where to begin or if his past self would actually heed his advice.
A selfish part of him wouldn’t want to change anything, because how else would he have developed a bond with the two most important people in his life? He’d ignore that line of thinking and still try to stop himself from becoming Reinbach’s apprentice, but the thought is still there alongside the guilt of even entertaining the idea of not changing the past.

Entertainment: In alternative world cup, would-be nations like tibet vie for recognition
LONDON — Sixteen soccer teams from places largely excluded from international sport and diplomacy — among them Tibet, Tamil Eelam, Cascadia and Matabeleland — are seizing the chance to play in an alternative World Cup here in the British capital.
Coming from regions not recognized as sovereign nations by most of the world, the teams are banned from participating in the FIFA World Cup, which starts next week in Russia.
“By taking part, we can achieve visibility internationally for our people and our cause,” said Ferhat Mehenni, president of the provisional government of Kabylia, a region in the Atlas Mountains of Algeria.
His team of Kabyls and their families were subject to threats and intimidation from the Algerian authorities ahead of the tournament, Mehenni said, speaking by phone from France, where he lives and works in exile.
The president of the Confederation of Independent Football Associations, which organizes the tournament, said he wanted the focus to be on the games, not politics. But that is a challenge, he conceded, when so many of the players and fans yearn for their regions to be internationally recognized amid a severe, and often violent, backlash from the countries that control them.
“Of course we are controversial,” said the president, Per Anders Blind. “We are crazy underdogs.”
This year’s tournament, the third iteration, is being played in several smaller, older stadiums on the outskirts of London. Paddy Power, a British bookmaker, is the sponsor of the 2018 version, arguably a more appropriate backer than the one behind the 2016 tournament, the United Fishing Industrialists of Abkhazia.
Conifa now has about 47 members around the world, ranging from areas with fully functioning governments, like Iraqi Kurdistan, to those seeking to raise awareness of their political struggles, like the Roma and the Koreans of Japan. Delvidek (Hungarians in Serbia), Greenland, Barawa (in Somalia) and the Donetsk People’s Republic in eastern Ukraine are all members. Cascadia is a proposed country that includes the Pacific Northwest in the United States and parts of Canada. Tamil Eelam is the Tamil-majority areas of Sri Lanka. Matabeleland is in Zimbabwe.
The first Conifa World Cup was held in the northern Swedish city of Ostersund, in 2014 — not far from where Blind’s family, who belong to Sweden’s indigenous Sami minority, herd their ancestral reindeer.
At the time, the organization’s personnel was so threadbare that Blind himself had to pump the balls, referee some games and escort injured players to hospital.
But for the 2016 games, the Republic of Abkhazia, a breakaway region in Georgia, rolled out lavish hospitality.
For a nation recognized only by Russia and a handful of others, hosting sporting events has come to be an important way to lay claim to being an independent state. In 2011, the World Domino Federation’s recognition of Abkhazia’s independence, despite protests from Georgian officials, was seen as a major breakthrough by politicians in Abkhazia’s working capital, Sukhumi, where the game has a passionate following.
One stadium in Sukhumi was newly built for the 2014 soccer tournament, next to a golden-domed church and a monkey sanctuary in which Soviet scientists used to prepare unwitting primates for missions into space. The stadium holds around 7,000, and it was packed every time the home team played in the tournament.
With intense support from their fans, and after a tense penalty shootout final against the team from the Punjab, the Abkhazia team became the Conifa world soccer champions that year.
“The brilliant triumph of our national football team will forever remain a golden page in the history of Abkhazia,” said President Raul Khajimba, speaking at an awards ceremony, where the players were granted honors that evoked the spirit of medieval times: membership in the Akhdz-Apsha Order.
At this year’s Conifa opening ceremony, held last week in the home stadium of Bromley FC, local soccer fans cheered alongside a dizzying global mix of diasporas, and the occasional political scientist. The hosts of this tournament are Barawa FC, a team made up mostly of British-Somali diaspora members, their name inspired by a seaport town in Somalia that was recaptured in recent years from militants from al-Shabab.
Many of the crowd had bitter words to say about FIFA, soccer’s official international governing body, which has been fending off corruption accusations since the 2018 World Cup was awarded to Russia.
In London, the defending champion, Abkhazia, was knocked out in an earlier round.
But Khajimba said he was still happy the team had played. It was “an important experience for our sportsmen, and it’s a very good opportunity to take part in an international sports competition,” he said.
Alexandr Kogonia, 22, a midfielder for the Abkhazia team, said that fan support for teams in Abkhazia had increased since the tournament and that playing in London would only increase exposure for the sport.
“It’s very important for me, for us, to be here, because Great Britain is a very big country, with so much TV, and people and magazines,” Kogonia said.
Boris Adleyba, 25, a student from Abkhazia now studying in Moscow, flew to London to support his team. “We think that such events can help us to represent our nation and culture, which was isolated by the wrong circumstances from the whole world,” Adleyba said.
The final on Saturday is between Karpatalya, a Hungarian-speaking minority in Western Ukraine, and Northern Cyprus, a state recognized only by Turkey. Earlier in the day, Abkhazia defeated Kabylia 2-0 in a playoff for ninth place.
But the memory of the 2016 championship still shines for Adleyba. “People in Abkhazia say that the World Cup in 2016 was one of the happiest events since 1992,” he said.
That was the year Abkhazia began its war with Georgia.

You call the last Barawa event low stakes???
Even though it broke me and killed my wife?
Suddenly it's my fault that I got hurt just because I can't read?????
you did miss on the fact it told you right away everyone was going to die sweetie------
I'd say it's more "low stakes" than most of the world ending/conspiracy event we're getting, it's more low stakes than wmtsb or marionette stars or most dragon knights event yaknow? (like i can think of only 2 Dragon Knights events with lower stakes)
granted it still was higher stakes than the Barawa events that came before it
i'm still very sorry for ur wife tho <333 even "low" stakes event can hurt well!!

Weird question but i'm curious! What's the granblue event/character that you think is underrated and which overrated?
oh that's tough to say
i'm a bit of a Basic Bitch in general as far as events are concerned, and i don't dislike things easily. I love a lot of the popular things, so it's hard to really pinpoint stuff outside of popular things....
and unfortunately i've seen some petty sides of the fandoms that made me so angry that my answers could be very surprising without knowing the shitshow the release of those events have been.
under cut:
for example i adored Seeds of Redemption on its release but literally everyone and everything were hating on it, it was very frustrating to read and watch. I also remember a significant backlash after Strength to Wield came out which still annoys me lol. (the dragon knights saga is popular because of its characters but everytime an event comes out people complain about the plot dragging on from one event to the next which is a bit annoying).
i also really liked some more low stakes events (Drusilla's event come to mind, the latest Tyra's event too, i though the latest Barawa one was nice too) and then going on twitter i mostly saw people talk about how they weren't good, or were boring and stuff and i'm just. so so tired with the cynicism of the fandom in general. I feel like a lot of people don't actually want to bother engaging with the events and mostly just read them by a force of habits, but it becomes really tiring to read their reactions.
meanwhile, i adore wmtsb and i would always talk about it and everything, but it's an understatement to say it genuinely clouded people's mind on what a granblue event should be and i think the elitism of some wmtsb fans about how those are the "only good events" to be one of the worst thing ever and one of the reason that while i'd love a continuation for my own sake, i would also not be disappointed if there is never any new content for it.
also in general i don't care much for Zodiac related content. I like some of the generals, but their contents generally don't interest me much.
In term of characters, I guess i could apply the same logic to wmtsb characters even though i also adore them lmao. Also probably the dragons as well, but it's mostly striking because of how much Granblue is banking on it with merch and stuff, so they're always in focus and it's a bit overwhelming, even while liking them. I also really don't like Catura so there's that lmao.
in term of underrated characters, i've been vindicated with the years so it's hard to say. Randall and Feather were characters i adored from their R/SR days back when they were actually more underrated (well, Randall was, Feather always appealed to a niche) -- but Marionette Stars changed that, i think? so i don't know how much it still counts.
Also likewise for Troue tho on this one i'm a bit annoyed lmao, i loved him since Marionette Stars pt 1 (i didn't have his unit then so it was my first encounter with him, and like. I genuinely adore amnesiac characters who are terrified of getting their memories back because they're terrified of who they used to be. I adore this archetype), and then when pt 2 came out, Felix won a bit in popularity and i saw people say "oh Troue was so boring but now that Felix is in the game it's sooo much more interesting" and it kinda irks me a little. if you didn't love him at his "terrified of who he used to be" you don't deserve him at his "and indeed who he used to be is a little freak". Like it frustrates me because in a way is he still underrated? Esp since people only pay attention to him because of Felix now? this is sooo frustrating to me.
I'll also slot Catherine as underrated mostly because Granblue itself still isn't doing anything with her character and it's so frustrating to only have FE as content for her.
All in all though i really generally like Granblue's writing, so it's not like i can be mad when something meets its audience, and for the most part there's nothing i really dislike. I may have things i like more than the norm, but i don't generally feel like people don't like them at all in a sense?
but there are loud parts of the fandoms that manage to be on their high horses and annoying about what they prefer and it stains their saga by association. Unfortunately since it's also one of my favorite saga, it's really even much more frustrating to me to say "yeah the thing i adore is overrated".
All in all, it's also just one of the major reasons i try to not touch the fandom. The Granblue Fandom has a tendency to dunk on anything Granblue does because "ahah we're stuck here forever and we don't even have fun" type of jokey mentality that i absolutely despise. And to me this is fully depressing. And i don't want those people to influence the way i look at things, so i prefer to ignore them instead.
So i try not to think about what people actually like in this fandom. I'm in my corner, i tend to like things pretty freely, if it's popular things, nice, if not, then it's me and those things against the world.
But while i def have answers to that, i don't want to think about the fandoms "liking things the wrong way". In the end, everyone likes the things they like. I just would ask them to stop acting so high and mighty about the stuff they like and dislike.
so yeah <3

Listen. I forgot that that's literally how it started. Anyway, I kind of like that the moral was basically "True Crime is super exploitative and kinda fucked up if you think about it", because it is. Also, Barawa is a good man. What's more to say. Anyway, time to cry over all those cool characters we lost
you:
Tumblr media
BUT YEAH EXACTLY FOR THE MORAL.
it was really well done on that level imo. because it's true! it's actually super fucked up! I do think that it was all on Edgar tho and the rest of the detectives didn't really have to pay for it, no matter their reasons to be solving crimes imo (even if you cAN be mad about the more heartless reasons). But, it was honestly a fair way to be feeling about all of this.
and Barawa is really SO GOOD. he really did a good job in this event, it was very touching.
but yeah. gotta cry over the hotties we lost... never recovering from it.

event done!
it was pretty solid, i really liked it. As it's really a murder mystery i don't want to enter into many details of the twists and turns, but i think it was really well done for what it was, it had a pretty engaging plot and emotional thread throughout.
Barawa and Sarya have such a great dynamic as detective solving crimes, and i'm growing more and more fond of Barawa everytime he appears. His gentle side in reaction to the horrors in this event was deeply appreciated.
As for the new characters in the cast well. I did really like Sir Jones and Luck, and Shere was also pretty interesting.
and the Reinbach stinger at the end sure seems ominous for the future of this saga. we'll see where it goes...
i did really like the whole thing a lot! it was nice!

Do you think Percival would be into horror movies? Or what would he like to Netflix and chill to?
I feel like he might be into intrigue plots and political stories like Game of Thrones, but he probably wouldn't be super into excessive gore
I don't think he'd be into horror, especially anything gorey and stuff. But i could see him get into more psychological thriller (like, Parasite).
I think he would like stories that either are considered classics, mythology and stuff, since he likes opera a lot - things that are mostly serious, with gravitas. I feel like he'd really be into drama movies that would have him see more of the human condition, because as a good ruler it is good to expend his view on what people can be suffering with. So like i think he'd like Les Misérables for instance.
I do hope he has some more lighthearted interests, and since he likes theater in general i do think he can indulge in more comedy stuff, but i think eventually there would need something utterly human to connect back to for him to really be entertained. Like a major emotional core or something.
Else, i do think he'd like detective stories. There's a free quest where he helps Barawa with a case and it's obvious Percival put a lot more thought into it, while respecting Barawa still because he respects detectives on principle. The man has binged Colombo and you cannot change my mind. (he'd probably really like the Knives Out movies)
And finally, yeah, i think he'd like political intrigues. For Game Of Thrones i'm projecting but i want to believe that just like me he's a book snob so the TV show would annoy the hell out of him <333 I do think he'd be more into the intrigues of the story than into the gore, which would probably have him gravitate toward the books more in general anyway since the show is not great at that. But also *oof* because Percival as a person is really a Ned type character (sticking so much by his ideals, a righteous man to a fault) that this might be brutal to start with lmao. He'd be judging all of the potential rulers so hard, but since all of them are pretty flawed to start with, he'd always be shaking his head. (though if he shared this interest with Aglovale this would be so funny, they'd have heated debates at all time because Aglovale being more cutthroat and manipulating he would like, actually be more understanding of the characters who are actively trying to get to the throne, this would get messy really fast) (Percival and Aglovale are both booksnobs and Lamorak didn't bother to read the books so he only watched the show and sometimes Percival and Aglovale are having a heated conversation and Lamorak will drop something that was show only like "yeah and Stannis was a complete dickhead with his daughter" and both Percival and Aglovale would stop arguing for like one second just to start going at Lamorak's throat. Lamorak ends up doing this on purpose.) (sorry i have opinions about what a bad adaptation GOT is)
so yeah basically i think Percival would gravitate toward detective stories, drama/social drama stories, and political intrigue and plots! that's my take <3

LITERALLYYYY since the last time i remember Chat Noir appearing (which was for holidays lines a while back, i can't even remember when), Barawa has been helping Sariel get into theater, had his "and then there was none" event, AND got a new SSR. Chat Noir please come back you can't let your man just do all of this--
(yeah gosh! tbh Rising didn't get nearly the same amount of hypes, like, they've talked about exploring the relink-only characters, not the rising-ones for instance-- but god people have been loving relink and it makes me so happy, i've seen newcomers also get really into it, it's so good. The love feels so real 😭 and oh my god for this promise. Start looking into dark then but hoping it works out for you then ;D)
and yeah gosh, for real! Granblue has been in my adult years more than growing up but it's... so homey to me. Like when everything fails i can always come back to it. I don't even want to think about EoS, Granblue is eternal--- (copium)
all this talk I've read through of anon talking about how horrified Orologia would be of Danchou dating Siete has made me curious how horrified would they be about the idea of dating Lobelia.
Clearly Siete is terrifying because of the whole Boundary stuff and how much tinkering it took to make him a "decent to questionable guy" but Lobelia..... That's just. "He's a serial killer but he Promised Not To Anymore because i asked him very nicely after kicking his ass." I think they'd just faint on the spot.
And You not covering Evokers is really funny considering the preview had Threat Levels on a lot of characters but at Least Lobelia and Nier would be pretty high up there too out of the evokers!
HELPP
hi hey welcome to my humble house (and the anons', mostly the anons,)
We discuss Seofon a lot because some of the anons have big crushes on him so he becomes our topic of interest most of the time, thus why we mostly discussed the "dating them would be so painful for Orologia" angle with him.
but you're 100% correct. Orologia would totally have an attack if MC ended up dating Lobelia i mean. Their baby D:
It was mentioned Logia can't really influence things that are reliant on the Astrals and the Primal Beasts and it's why they had to let things play out in some way, and i would imagine the Evokers for instance fall in this category because of how linked to their summons they are -- especially Lobelia who often tortures people into the Tower after all. so it's likely why they weren't included with "And You" compared to others mortals who have direct impact on others mortals, and Seofon who keeps killing the others dragons.
So maybe Lobelia doesn't have the scope of nearly as bad in mind (or the fact Seofon was a threat on a world destroying basis is more important to him than people being menaces to specific groups) but, regardless to that Orologia would freak out learning that MC trusts him, somewhat, yknow.
At least i could imagine Logia meeting the Evokers and having this moment the gears start turning in their head going "i made a mistake i didn't consider them turn back i need some more simulations--" and the only way to stop them is to have one of the dragons forcefully having to carry them out of the ship
god poor Logia. we really make their lives even more difficult.

WHICH UNPOPULAR ARCHETYPE ARE YOU?
for kanna - the dark horse
who would’ve guessed it’d be you? after all this time, it’s really you? when you were little, nobody knew your name. for so long, you’ve lived as a shade amongst shades. written off, cast aside, overlooked. you did your best work in the shadows. it took you so long to bloom, some thought you would never emerge at all. but now’s your time in the spotlight. all the heroes have failed, but you’re still standing. in the darkest hour, you came in to save the day. you’re our last hope, dark horse!
personality: clever, determined, quiet / counterpart: the killer
