Hiya thanks for the ask! While we did get them from the same breeder they're not related and are two different breeds entierly; Mimitchi is a checkered giant (tysk jättescheck) and Daubeny's breed is called little/small checkered in swedish (lilla tysk scheck), I don't know the official translated name as I haven't been able to find one. They look a lot alike don't they! The most prominent differences besides their sizes are their ear shapes in my opinion! Mimitchis are long and have more prominent shapes while Daubenys are kinda short and have softer shapes. He's also a lot softer overall than Mimitchi. Daubeny is shaped a bit more like a classical bunny as well while Mimitchi's breed aim to look a bit more like hares/kinda sporty.
