Hellblazer homework time! The fun thing about Hellblazer is that there's always so much rich visual motifs and interpretation to pull from. There's tons of references in this short comic, mostly from Hellblazer #40 and #100.

Thomas' "fate ruled the game" line is directly from #40, when Goldie is musing about his backstory and it's revealed that in his universe, Thomas was a kindly father (and has both his arms).

crumpled loser. Haha, but I do like this idea that even though the ghost twins didn't get a chance to grow up, they have habits and tendencies that transcend their little existences. Johnny smells of smoke and crumples in on himself, Goldie hums and sings. I see some people interpret John curled up as a reflection of the abuse he faced growing up, (that he's still the hurt little boy after all this time) so there's an echo of that in other realities.

YEAH THAT'S RIGHT I INTEGRATED THE STING ROLEPLAY

The grave panel is a direct reference to when Goldie meets "The Sickly Boy" John. In canon, the Golden Boy rejects the ghost of John Constantine even though he felt "a sudden rush of pity urged me to embrace and comfort him". In our version, he did spend his youth caring for his ghost twin, because that makes it so much more tragic when he eventually pushes him away when he's older.

I also echoed my own comic in the narration :3c. I like the idea of these two reflecting each other across lifetimes.

The forehead kiss panel from Golden Boy's auto bio monologue. I don't know why I keep finding how I re-draw Dave McKean's out-of-the-box mix media edgy art into my own middle grade style so funny. Especially since I studied that guy's art for a long time back in school.

The nightmare sequence! These panels are all callbacks to Hellblazer #100, an issue where John meets his dad in Hell and we get a bunch of flashbacks to their relationship as they argue with each other. The final panel of Goldie's nightmare references the frankly iconic-ly horrifying imagery of Thomas Constantine being hung by the coat hangers he forced his wife to have an abortion with.

And here's the fight John has with his dad! I wanted to keep Thomas shrouded through the comic, so he's rendered more impressionistically in this sequence. I combined a couple of panels for when Thomas is shouting up the stairs at John.

So this is more of a holistic premise reference. My approach to the Golden Boy is to tweak these tiny instances of characterization we get to something more human and less unknowable. I kept the part where he's described to be a very precocious child, but twisted the line where he's described as having "eyes that read you like a book and knew your secret crime."

In our take, Goldie is haunted by what he doesn't know and scared of a secret truth he might be uncovering about his dad. The original quote that he's "finding the paths between lies and truth where others feared to tread" makes for a cool sounding hero- but maybe it's okay for Goldie to have been scared at first growing up. Maybe he dismisses his visions as a manifestation of his survivor's guilt before figuring out what he's looking into. It makes him feel a bit more real to me.

More for the premise! This whole fan comic is inspired by the continued motif of characters dreaming of other realities in the original Golden Boy arc. We see Zed telling Errol she had a dream of something that happens in Golden Boy's reality. In one other instance, the Golden Boy wakes up (from being presumed dead) speaking in his brother's voice. Which is incredibly funny to me.

So that's what I'm exploring in this comic! In a time when multiverse stories are over-saturated, and how the idea of "multiverse with horror sequences" was wasted in things like Doctor Strange Multiverse of Madness, I really wanted to zero in on how scary seeing other realities could be.

ok so @mostlyintact and i were talking about the strengths of each of the sfth boys, and i think i was finally able to get some words out, so i thought i'd make a real post lol. a brief summary of each of their strengths, and examples of plays where those things are visible.

longish post, so i'll put it under the cut.

aj: he really shines in caesar and juliet. the narrative sort of revolves around juliet, and aj gets to really drive the story forward. his portrayal is iconic and natural and just so fun to watch. also, he's excellent in the oopsie daisy bulge, the grape depression, and priscilla's final petal: all plays in which he's got a whole lot of control over the way his characters are going, and gets some shining moments to drive the scenes forward in really compelling ways. he really reveals himself as a director and storyteller. also obviously death for a dollar, where he IS the actual narrator. to be honest, aj might be my favorite from an acting standpoint: his quick turnarounds and seemingly wild word associations and ability to grab a single piece of information and turn it into a whole story is both amazing and very similar to my own style of improv, and seeing him do it so well (even if he gets made fun of for being confused) is just. delightful. idk. his scenes where he's playing two characters at once (in grapression and oopsie daisy) might be the best of all the boys', to be honest.

sam: i think he does well when he's the center of a web of connections. his performance in, say, the evil make-a-wish kid is really fun, where the narrative is focused on him alone, but my favorites are things like the mystery of the midnight circus, the unrelenting aubergine, strange noises, or moist and magical. his characters feel more like an "everyman" in some ways, but always with a really unique personality. theyre relatable without being blank slates. excellent protagonists made better by their worlds. he takes the energy surrounding him onstage and sends it electric at the audience, using his surroundings to bring you in. it's really cool

tom: he is absolutely enamoring as certain archetypes. and he does an excellent job of making an impact with even the smallest amount of screentime. i'm always a sucker for abigail from the neighbour's under the bed--the monologue, the mannerisms--but a lot of that comes from a whole lot of overanalysis of her character, and that's not really relevant here. instead i'll say he's really really good at capturing the audience in death for a dollar, wild wet and worrisome, ballet on the battlefield, wine under the bridge, and priscilla's final petal. but tbh i could point to memorable scenes from almost every single tom character, he's so good at making his time count. his english degree comes out, ofc, which gives us those glorious tomologues, but also he can build up tension so naturally and make a silly story seem so real for a moment. sometimes that "oscar bait" moment can distract from the plot as a whole, but you don't think about it while you're watching him because he's so good at filling the space (to use a theater term).

luke: he's the absolute king of sympathetic characters. no matter how ridiculous the rest of the play is, you can always count on him adding a layer of humanity to his characters. it's easy to see in the milkman, of course, but also in divorces and teddy bears, wine under the bridge, toby's secret pocket, and the grape depression. his people are human, in ways that the others sometimes forget to be, and his storylines are impressively coherent. he seems to be the most concerned with getting the details right--sam nitpicks to get a laugh, but luke keeps track of details really really well, and does a good job of bringing in little things that make a story come together beautifully. more than anything, though, he is so good at building a character throughout a story and leaving you actually satisfied with what you got.

they each have really unique and somewhat specific strengths, but they complement each other so well. i think that's part of the appeal of sfth - they're so so comfortable with each other and find it so easy to read each other that you can tell they're having fun. it feels natural. they click, almost all the time, and even if things go off the rails they can pick up the debris from the crash and run with it. that's what i found really appealing about them--as someone who loved improv when i got to do it, it makes me wish i had friends close enough to do that with. it takes a ton of trust and a really solid relationship to do that, and i just. i just think they're neat :)

This wip is loosely based on this post of mine and based on the initial outline I expect it to total out around 20k, but I have like 3 much longer fics on my list before this, so it probably won't be written any time soon, but it wouldn't leave my mind today, so!

After a serious injury on the job, Eddie takes up light duty as the temporary Instagram Manager of the LAFD and even though he's now physically healed, he's still not ready to return to active duty. The job has its perks though; namely the new guy who joined the 118 shortly after Eddie left.

“Hey Diaz, sure you don’t want in on the action instead of playing around with your camera?” Buck asked, lifting his helmet a little, probably to see Eddie better in the harsh sunlight.

He had ash smudged all over his face, giving him a ragged edge that Eddie thought fit him just a little too well. His turnout coat was open, revealing just how tight his shirt hugged his body underneath.

“And what if I prefer the camera?” Eddie asked playfully. “And I told you to call me Eddie.”

“Not until you tell me what it’s short for.” Buck grinned at him teasingly and Eddie clicked the button on his camera again, to capture the way the sun hit his laugh lines; sue him, the man was gorgeous.

Buck had this weird thing for nicknames and though Eddie found it kind of endearing, he didn’t really understand why Buck didn’t just ask the team what his name was if he wanted to know so badly — maybe it was part of some kind of game that Eddie never learned the rules for.

“You know this year’s calendar is coming up.” Eddie said, lowering his camera back down to his chest.

“Yeah? Are you the one shooting it?” Buck stepped in closer, still holding the jaws of life in his hands while everyone continued packing up behind him.

“Why? Would that make you wanna do it more or less?”

Buck chuckled lightly, before swiping a gloved finger across the tip of his nose, leaving yet another black mark there.

“I don’t know. Am I gonna be the only one taking my clothes off?” He raised his eyebrows suggestively and Eddie only had time to roll his eyes jovially before he was cut off by Hen.

“Stop riling up the poor guy and help us put these away, I’m starving!”

“I’m n-not rili—” Buck stammered, all his earlier bravado suddenly gone.

“Come on Buckaroo, it’s lunch time.” Chimney chimed in as well, walking past them and dropping his medkit into the back of the ambulance.

Buck looked back at Eddie and shrugged sheepishly. “Duty calls.”

“Yeah... I gotta upload these too.” He lifted his camera with a sigh, indicating the pictures he just took.

“Well, I hope you got my good side.” Buck smiled at him with a mischievous glint in his eyes and Eddie just grinned back at him.

As if you have a bad side, he thought to himself.

“Buck, come on!” This time it was Bobby who yelled over, so they both knew that they ran out of time.

“Coming!” Buck called back, still not taking his eyes off of Eddie. “Take care, Diaz.” He added gently before he finally turned around and jogged away, leaving Eddie standing in the middle of the road, watching as the engine and the ambulance pulled away.

“Yeah, you too, Buckley.” He mumbled to no one in particular.

i had mixed feelings about kiryuu at first cuz i was uncertain about his vibe BUT HES AMAZING

kaji is a favourite too!!! his headphones, lollipop and hoodie is so iconic. i also love his parallel to sakura! sakura has someone to ask advice for who’s similar to him :))

introducing the four kings of furin/bofurin!

MOMOSE, the zojo king (the guy with a hood and sweater paws) we don’t know much about him yet (i hope we get more) but i just like him so he’s a favourite! so my top three are kiryuu, kaji and momose, in no particular order

tsubakino, the jikoku king (the one in the second frame)! the way the whole town just accepts them!! and their crush is treated like any other normal crush! they’re so older sibling vibe i love them so much

hiragi, the tamon king (the one in the third frame)! the dad of the group and the one who pops those stomachache pills/tablets like it’s nothing. tbf having to deal with the leader of furin, who legit yells into the broadcast mic thing, isn’t easy 😭

mizuki, the komoku king (the guy in the first frame)! nothing much is known about him either but he’s seems serious and is the strategy person of furin. also he takes off his glasses when he fights which is just really cool

also i realise i haven’t said this but the one with dual colored hair (kinda like todoroki shouto) is the main character of the manga, sakura, who’s goal is to be at the top of furin! he’s got ✨ trauma ✨ but he’s slowly learning to accept and rely on people :)) he also blushes at any kind of romance (and also when he’s shy or embarrassed), even hand holding. i don’t know how he’s gonna date people honestly

and of course, the leader/representative of furin, hajime umemiya! he’s really just like an elementary school kid, as Suo says. hes the sunshine character who you wouldn’t wanna piss off. he’s also the one who united furin with the four kings when they used to be a dog-eat-dog kind of school, so major respect to him!

(the next one contains a bit of spoiler on suo?? idk but just a warning. it’s more of a mini analysis)

a more formal introduction of suo and nirei, sakura’s vice captains and the supporting characters! nirei is good with people and collects information on people in his notebook. he’s the sunshine in the trio, and the other two are the sunshine protectors! suo is a joker, but don’t let that kind face get to you. he’s like the main instigator of most of the (harmless) shit that goes down in 1-1. he’s also mysterious with little information about him. oh and he doesn’t eat?? not in front of other people at least. i really wanna know his backstory tbh

but also:

suo. hes mostly easygoing with a smile on his face all the time. but also freaking scary when pissed off like if someone was looking at me like that i’d run and never look back. yes sakura is right, that’s not the face of someone who’s kind, not in this case. i’ll make a post psycho analysing him later

but he takes fourth on my favourite character list! then tsubakino, umemiya, nirei, hiragi, tsugeura, kusumi, suzuri, choji, togame, the twins etc. the list goes on.

point is: wind breaker is great and i highly recommend reading/watching it.

Kris stares at Nace.

Kris in his new black-and-red thing (most of his dress up stuff is white and gold or baby pink) and this time he's treated himself to the full halterneck bralette, french-cut crotchless panties, and suspender belt set. He even has stockings to go with it, one of which he's in the process of pulling up above his knee when Nace walks in, knocking but not waiting for an answer before he opens the door.

"I'm just going to step outside," Nace breaks the silence at last. All the colour is drained from his face and he clears his throat, his mouth suddenly dry. "Hang out for a minute. Then come back in again. Cool?"

Kris can't speak, can't move, can't even nod. But when Nace leaves, he can hear him screaming profanities from outside the building.

When Nace returns, he waits for an answer after knocking.

Kris is Kris again, his cheeks a little red but in jeans and a t-shirt, hair scruffy. He's put some masculine body spray on.

The two of them go about their afternoon but there's an elephant in the room and Nace is dying to poke it.

"How long have you-?"

"Nope." Kris shuts him down.

"Where did you get-?"

"Nope." They are not talking about this.

"Do you want-"

"Nope."

"You don't even know what I was going to ask!"

Kris puts his coffee down and lets out a sigh. He speaks through gritted teeth.

"What were you going to ask, Nace?"

Something gleams in Nace's eyes.

"Do you want me to do stuff to you while you're wearing it?"

It takes all of Kris's self control just to breathe. He looks Nace in the eye and he doesn't think he's joking. He doesn't think he's making fun of him.

"I don't hear a 'nope'," Nace laughs, and that's enough.

"We're done. Get out."

"Kris, I'm sorry!" But he's still laughing.

"Out!"

Nace knows better than to push Kris too far and dutifully gathers his things, puts on his shoes. They were pretty much done for the day anyway. He tells Kris that his secret is safe, that he doesn't judge and obviously no one else ever has to find out, while Kris is practically steaming with rage and embarrassment.

Nace has just enough time to turn around as he leaves, giving Kris a wink and a "think about it" before getting the door slammed in his face.

hoot, hi!!!! thank you, those are many many hearts! i'm immediately thinking of the three next parts of "the new fan" aka the fic inspired by your precious art pieces. for many hearts, i'll try to ramble about a couple of things c:

i'm having so much fun making binghe be shen qingqiu's little dressing assistant, helping him coordinate his outfits and accessories, from the guan on his head to the boots on his feet, picking his fans for him and all! there's one specific fan binghe seems to favour (i wonder which one~) and shen qingqiu finds it cute and humors him every time. this part is still in shen qingqiu's pov but ahhh my fingers itch so much to write binghe's thoughts during these scenes! it has this snippet i'm amused by (i find shen qingqiu both relatable in it, and not):

The original Shen Qingqiu had to be a magpie! Decision fatigue, have you ever heard of it? Shen Qingqiu doesn’t want that many options, please and thank you! Overwhelmed with the number of fans and hair guans and ribbons, he grabs one of each at random, then turns to the bronze mirror to actually put them on— —only to freeze when he spots Luo Binghe standing in the doorway, fingers anxiously curled on the broom handle.

parts 3 and 4 are in binghe's pov! i'm very happy of this decision because these come post-abyss. seeing shen qingqiu through luo binghe's eyes is something... and getting to write his thoughts being all over the place, full of memories and nostalgia and bittersweetness? so. good. it's in part 3, when binghe sees shen qingqiu again, that he realises he's no longer allowed any of the indulgence from his younger years 😭

Shen Qingqiu’s standing there, not as untouched by mortal affairs anymore. There’s dirt and dust and stench all around him, and Binghe spies some unevenness in his robes and in his hair. His fingers itch to smooth it out. He tightens his hand into a fist to stop the trembling.

part 4 may or may not be set post-canon 😌 it's not written yet, though

...and as a bonus i'll add one thing that's implied in the already posted first part but i'm not sure if people picked up on it. so shen qingqiu buys a jade pendant for binghe and binghe is very "!!!!!!!!" about it, right? poor overwhelmed thing, so happy and almost unable to believe that this is really happening, he's barely able to speak! but it's not just because shen qingqiu bought a gift for him and only him.

he bought him a jade pendant! or rather, he bought a jade pendant for binghe! right after the merchant advertised it to shen qingqiu as "(...) a jade pendant to gift to his beloved". shizun heard this, and among all the wares, he picked that pendant, and even put it around binghe's neck himself 😌

this won't cause any feelings to further blossom in binghe's heart, i'm sure... haha unlss...

hii anon! ya some of em do get a lotta notes fs - i appreciate any sort of interaction, i really do. by no means am i trying to undermine ppl who lurk. and ik im a smaller translator compared to others out there too. but, perhaps bc i may have phrased it strangely (was in a car when i wrote it), i think you missed the point i was trying to make /nm

but it’s just i sometimes cant help but think… sometimes i dont feel as motivated to tl stories that should, in all technicality, be “easier” to tl. but i was able to tl a lot of elbies main story, for example even without garnering a lotta notes. i thought abt it a lil (in fact i thought abt it quite a bit, especially after getting involved in bustin out content), and i feel part of it comes down to how interactions should be more of a two-way street than one for it to hold any sort of substantial meaning.

and ive overall come to the conclusion that its not the number that really matters; its the meaning behind each interaction.

yes, some tl posts i do may get 97, 100+ notes at times, but most of them are likes or reblogs without anything written in the post or tags. if you look at any of my tl posts, you’ll find im lucky if i even get 2, 3 comments on a tl post with 90+ notes. hell, i’ll count all my blessings if i even get a “ty for the translation” or smth similar. but comments abt the content i tl is like sure proof that someone has really read and enjoyed the story, and furthermore its smth i can interact with too. on the other hand, liking and reblogging without saying anything is still appreciated, dont get me wrong, but in the end of the day it feels really one-way.

me translating as much of elbies main story as i did (20 chptrs!) was largely in part thanks to a person who had left a comment when i posted with their thoughts on the chptr. they werent long comments, per se, but jus the fact they left a comment on chptrs with their thoughts on the events and scenes meant so much to me, it would be no exaggeration to say i probably would have dropped my rendition elbies main story tl before i hit chptr 10 if not for them. and for al’s main story tl i did, if you ask my moots in a disc server im in, they could probably tell you aaall abt how i spammed the alfons channel with tl snippets while i was still working on the project bc i loved hearing others comments abt it (arguably, i may have been fishing for them, and sure, i may have been desperate — hell, color me surprised they weren’t fed up with me haha — but without them i dont think i would have finished my rendition of al’s main story tl). but when i posted them on tmblr, most of them probably didnt exceed 40 notes. i’d be lucky if i reached 30 /lh waayy less than 90.

you’ll be surprised how much a single comment (or ask!) or whatnot can impact me… there’s probably no amount of likes that could ever outweigh the positive impact a single comment could have on me.

now of course, (1) i’m not saying i inherently expect ppl to comment on my stuff; in the end, commenting is and should really be done on one’s sole discretion. but, it seems to be a known fact among ppl especially who write fics or translate that comments r scarce, few and far in between. (2) i also tl bc i like to. i myself like to bring characters to life through translation. like, yes, it is fun in a very genuine sense. and that also plays into my motivation, but its smth i like to share with others too. multiple things do motivate me - and i think all of it needs to sort of work together for it to really work to its fullest.

Do you have any tips for not breaking the Oath of Devotion in BG3? (My durge is going to be a devotion paladin, and I’m trying to limit the amount of times he breaks the oath as much as possible)

Gonna be totally honest, I'm not 100% sure how I never accidentally broke my oath haha... Oath of Devotion seems pretty straight forward tho!

Oath of Devotion paladins abide by the following tenets:

Courage. Stride dauntlessly into action.

Compassion. Show clemency when prudent, and lend your arm to those in need.

Duty. Tend your responsibilities, obey just laws, and support those entrusted to your care

1. TOGGLE NON LETHAL DAMAGE!!!

If you accidentally kill civilians (or in my case from EA(???) some of the cultists?????) Then your devotion oath breaks. If you NEED to kill someone *cough* eg. Viconia because she only drops the Walking Fortress when dead dead *cough* get another party member to do it! *cough* Astarion/Shadowheart my beloved murder meow meows *cough*

2. Help Everyone

This shouldn't come as a surprise, you're going to want to offer to help anyone in need; druids, tiefs, gnomes ect ect

3. Don't steal/break "just" laws

Basically if you want to do dodgy stuff get your rogue to do it- it's what he's built for after all. I believe the 'just' laws is most likely to take effect when you are in Baldur's Gate- any pickpocketing is a no no (only from the paladin, another character doing it is fine), essentially dont do anything that could get you thrown in jail

4. Judgement

So there is a couple of quests where people will go "oh you're a paladin, tell us your judgement" which... not fun I personally hate that, but generally if you click the "paladin" dialogue responses you should be fine, of there is multiple I would assume picking the "kindest" one works best for devotion lmao

It's been funny hearing my friends respond to the same situations with the same answers (using different paladin subclasses) and it breaks their oaths, but doesnt seem to break Devotion's...

Just be kind and courageous! that seems to be the way to go!

Your Daemon & You (Pt 1.1/12)

We've been wanting to really talk about our daemons and these relationships for a long time as opposed to just reblogging forms but it can be really hard to think up prompts! This site has a lot of different questions and I think that's what we'll focus on for awhile, for our own alter-daemon relationships, learning about each other and for general daemon awareness! These will be longish posts, no tl;dr just for warning! Questions and individual answers under the cut. Not all alters may answer each question and not all may self-identify or identify their daemon. However we will differentiate based on text colour :) (Disclaimer: Colours may or may not be consistent which is why we've added ours and our daemons' names as well. Sadly tumblr is limited in its font colours)

When did you meet your daemon? -Em (of Thom and Ani): I was 16 and I had just finished the HDM series a couple days after my birthday. I was feeling lonely and wishing how I had a daemon of my own and Thom popped up as a red fox on the pillow beside me and simply said "But you do." With Ani, I met her a few days after creating her. She was quiet and demure as we were at work as a vet tech. It was so lovely to just feel her calm and assurance during work that day. -Kay (of Kekani): I formed in the body's mid-20s. Em (the only host at the time) had recently gotten back into speaking with their daemon after a long break and I think that influenced us a lot. I fronted back and forth with them, though we didn't know that at the time. I think Kiki was formed because of the newfound love Em had for their daemon and I believe that affected her development quite a bit as it mirrors the love I have for Kiki. And one day she was just there next to me. Never looked back. -Allison (of Azekia and Zephyrus): I am a fusion of two parts. In Ashley of Ziki's case, Ziki was a long time "imaginary friend" that either always was or evolved into a daemon. I had her since I was very young (3 or 4!) and she evolved with me. In Alice of Z's case, Z formed with Alice in our mid-20s. He just came right with her and has been with her since she arrived in our system. Thankfully when I fused, I got to keep both daemons! It had been a question of "what will happen??" for the first week post-fusion ^^; -Kell (of Isadora): When I formed I was bitter. I hated it. I was debilitatingly depressed. To be ripped away from your own world to a new one where you know no one and have left behind so many is hard, and it doesn't really ever heal. But I was followed by a weird, large cat. Constantly. She was always there and there was some kind of odd communication with her that I didn't have with anyone else. Eventually I spoke to a very old alter ("Auntie"), who explained the whole "system" issue, what that meant and how daemons worked/what they are. So I started speaking to mine. I learned what her form was (we don't have jaguarundis in my world) and eventually we decided on a name. I have to say that having her in my life has helped immensely. She's helped heal many wounds as well as helping ground me in my new reality -Eris (of unnamed): I'm kind of a weird one! I'm a temporary fusion of two of the kids in the system so either I exist in the system or those two kids do! We can't exist all three at once. The kids don't have their own daemon but when we're fused into me, we have a wonderful leopard gecko daemon! I'm not sure why honestly. I think it's probably a mutual want by both kids to have their own individual daemons and I think this wish definitely came into play. But from the very first time I fused into myself, I had my daemon! I don't think that he disappears when I'm the kids. I think that maybe both their consciousnesses hold a key part of my daemon so he can only exist when I'm me! Just a guess tho ^^

Maddie: 6 years old, white, heterochromia (one blue eye and one brown eye), blonde long hair, hyper. She loves to climb on things, run around with the chickens outside and throw rocks in the pond.

Lilly: 6 years old, white, green eyes, black shoulder length hair, timet and shy. She loves sitting with the horses and reading to them, helping Y/N cook, and coloring.

Ben: 8 years old, Korean, dark brown eyes, short black hair, wears glasses (I thought it was cute). He loves swimming, reading, and dinosaurs.

Christopher: 11 years old, black, brown eyes, short, buzz cut like, black hair, almost always smiling. He loves watching movies (specifically Bugs Life), camping, and watching the fish in the pond.

Rose: 4 years old, Mexican, light brown eyes, long wavy black hair, shy but hyper. She loves flowers, dresses, spending time with Jason and Y/N, and listening to music.

Amy: 5 years old, twin, pale white, blue eyes, chin length red hair, freckles, giggles a lot. She loves playing in the mud, riding the horses, and dolls.

Amara: 5 years old, twin, pale white, blue eyes, shoulder length red hair, freckles, also giggles a lot. She loves swinging, dolls, and playing at the park for hours.

Zeppelin: 13 years old, Puerto Rican, dark brown eyes, short curly hair, a few freckles, quiet. He loves listening to Y/N read to him, going to the library, and watching The Office.

Dean: 15 years old, white, green eyes, short dirty blonde hair, freckles, quiet yet hyper. He loves music, movies, knives, and taking pictures of the wildlife.

Ezekiel: 2 years old, Chinese, dark brown/black eyes, short black, messy hair, sweet. He loves spending time with Dick, playing with stuffed animals (his favorite is a blue narwhal), taking walks while he sits in his blue wagon, and watching SpongeBob.

Riley: 9 years old, white/tan ish, gray eyes, short/pixie cut white hair with pink tips, shy yet can be loud. She loves painting and drawing, taking pictures of flowers, skateboarding, and singing with Jason.

Sasha: 18 years old, black, blue eyes, wavy black hair with red stripes, outgoing. She loves helping Y/N bake (she takes some for later), learning about literature, hanging out with her friends at the coffee shop, and writing.

Michaela: 10 years old, Mexican, light golden brown eyes, short brown hair, mute. She loves to stick to Y/N and Jason's side like glue, playing dress up and with her Nightwing action figure (don't tell Jason...), sitting with the cows, and watching cartoons.

Mathew: 4 years old, white, brown eyes, dark blue fluffy short hair, wears glasses. He loves coloring, the park (specifically the slides), ducks, and walking in the water (under supervision).

Angel: 11 years old, white, heterochromia (one green eye and one blue eye), short on the sides and longish in the middle (kinda like a mowhawk) black hair, occasionally a menace. He loves watching action movies, helping Jason fix things, shaving one of the dogs..., and reading with Y/N.

angsty genderfeels au where rabbit was made a girl the first time round, but because she was given weapons for the weekend war the us army wanted her for ww1 but for sexism reasons they didn't want a woman fighting, so they made col walter make her a whole new chassis.

upgrade is also there but she was built maybe after the weekend war? so she doesn't have the same weaponry and was enlisted as a nurse instead. after the war ends rabbit was put back into her original chassis but in ww2 the same thing happened over again :/ except peter walter i died during the war, and ii and iii were worried about messing up her core and potentially killing her so couldn't put her back in her original chassis. alternatively, during the whole kidnapping debacle her original chassis was ruined beyond what the walters thought they could fix, and so they shoved her in her male one to save her life (maybe she feels guilty about hating her male body bc she knows it saved her life?) idk im spitballing here man. im just having Emotions about rabbit again as normal

others stealing your typing quirks isnt a big deal. even if someone mimics how yous texts down to atom you cannot do anything other than askings to stop. they also dont have to stop, its texting.

you cannot steal sources because systems can inj anyone/thing, even if they dunno source well! someones saying they're a character w/o knowing source doesn't harm you!

you guys are very queermisic towards biles, panles, etc; how can you say "gender is whatever you want it to be; labels are dumb!" whilst also hatings queer people that dont fit your perfect queer bubble

some, not alls, of yous need to understand if one is texing weird like me or omitting word its 'cause of autism processings or just how one texts; some of us cannot drop "typing quirk". typing quirk are controllable for most, for the ones that arent controllable get called ablest and ives literallys been told to kms over it befores. it's ridiculous. (tryings to say "its excuse" is ablest, in my opinion. you cannot dictate ones mind yourselfs.)

also a lot of yous need to understands pwnpd and other cluster b disorder arent evil and bad. us pwnpd n whatnots have issues with empathy sometimes (it depend on individual) and arent bad just for existing.

im usuallys dont use the terms "chronically online" often, but these are very chronically online arguments and actions. if you get genuinely upsets at someone copying how you text or share source please talk to someone irl if you can. it's genuinely not healthy to get upset over something so genuinely trivials.
