She chuckled, watching as her chat laughed along with her.

“I already got him to try some little carrot snacks. Which were like, carrot slices with some honey, some chili pepper sprinkled on it and a side of Brazilian style seasoned mayonnaise.” She lifted her right hand closer to the camera, thumb up. “He really liked it! He ate like a full bowl. And, uh, yesterday for dinner I tried a new hidden chicken recipe that my mom sent me and, I don’t think he knows that,” she snickered, hand coming up to her mouth, “There was some broccoli in there, and he ate it all. So,” she shrugged, her lips turning into a straight line, “A win is a win, I guess.”

✦ The fact he towered over you like this made your heart beat a little faster, and once he found out his effect on you in that way, you were doomed.

✦ It started with him instead resting his head on top of yours, using his height to his advantage now. Sometimes he’d even pull you to his chest, your back to him, and laugh at the reaction you gave him. You didn’t find his teasing very amusing at first.

✦ Even so, you couldn’t help but wrap your arms around his waist occasionally, nuzzling your head into his own back and causing him to jump slightly. You weren’t going to let any time you had him in this form go to waste, so you spent it giving him even more affection.

✦ Your hand sought his out any chance it could, your fingers intertwining and causing him to look up at you. All you gave him was that cheeky smile and a wink, causing him to grumble. The effect you had on him…

✦ If there was ever a time you took a moment to rest, you’d sit between his legs and just admire him. Holding his hand in yours and comparing the size, studying how broad his chest was, noticing little details like the shape of his chin… Chilchuck’s cheeks were always rosy when you gave him that kind of attention, embarrassed to be doted on like that in front of everyone. (Not that they cared all too much; Marcille was definitely squealing at the moment.)

✦ Chil was always so fun to mess with, especially with him being like this. You couldn’t help but pull him down to your height and place tender and sweet kisses to his cheek, before letting go and walking off like nothing happened. (Oh, that’d get him all flustered for sure.)

“Chil…” You’d whisper, hands behind your back in that innocent way you always did when you were scheming something. Raising a brow at you, he walked over to the sound of his name, waiting for you to continue.

Instead of giving him what he expected, you reached up for his neckwarmer, pulling him down until he was level to you. Before he could pull away, you pressed soft, fleeting kisses to his stubbled cheek. Letting your lips trail along his skin until you reached the corner of his mouth, you abruptly let go of him and walked off. Chilchuck scrambled for something to say, anything at all, but instead watched as you caught up to the others.

You knew just how much you drove him insane.

✦ You were used to protecting him before, but now he still couldn’t do much in this state. More than happy to assist, you’d make sure he stayed safe, while also appreciating just how handsome he was. (You’d give him another wink and he’d yell out for you to stay focused!)

✦ Noticing just how skinny he was, especially like this, you’d try and convince him to eat a little more than usual. All this affection and doting wasn’t unusual in the slightest, but he could tell you were enjoying yourself a little too much like this. Not that he’d ever catch himself saying anything about how he secretly revels in it…

⤑ I believe that Jiaoqiu can be a sweet talker, a true gentleman when he's in love, which can be seen in the way he treats you, and thus, in the way he shows his affections to you.

⤑ He's the kind of person that has you practically melting at his touch, at the way he kisses you. He's gentle, sensual (not in an overly sexual way, but I lack a better word for it), and his kisses convey the deep love he feels for you.

⤑ Jiaoqiu is the kind of person that takes things slow, even after years of being together. He never gets...bored of what you have - it never becomes something he's so ''accustomed'' to that he feels the need to rush through it.

⤑ He'll hold you close, just shower you in compliments and sweet nothings before eventually leaning down to kiss you slowly, gently, taking your breathe away with each kiss.

⤑ Definitely the type to kiss your palm/hand, or kiss your shoulders when he walks past you from behind or while lying next to you. He's more on the affectionate side compared to some others, though he prefers keeping those affections private for many reasons.

⤑ When it comes to receiving kisses, I doubt he has much of a preference, since he prefers being the one to initiate kisses. And when you do end up being the one to kiss him, he'll probably be smiling just a tad more than usual, but only his closest confidants will notice.

⋆⭒˚｡⋆ MOZE ⋆⭒˚｡⋆

⤑ Don't hate me, but I do not necessarily see Moze be the most physically affectionate guy. Maybe I'm biased, maybe I'm putting him a box, but to me, he shows his affections differently.

⤑ But, when it does come to kissing you, I can see him be somewhat roughly initially. Not necessarily because he lacks the experience (though you can headcanon it that way, if you prefer), nor because he ''dislikes'' kissing you. It's just...It just used to be how he does it.

⤑ Moze's kisses weren't ''intense'', per se, but just...rough, his lips crashing against yours in a way that would make you stumble back if it weren't for the arm he wrapped around your waist. Those kisses were brief, as if rushed, before he departed again, and left you standing there trying to process what had just happened.

⤑ With time, as he felt more and more comfortable, his kisses became longer, the roughness turning into passionate, intense kisses. He's still not one to frequently kiss you, but maybe that makes his kisses all the more special.

⤑ Again, while I don't see him be overly physically affectionate, I believe he'd be the type to kiss the top of your head occasionally - say, when you are cuddling or sleeping together. It's...a rarity, though becoming more frequent or a form of routine. Still, it is kept behind close doors, as Moze is no fan of public displays of affection.

⤑ On the receiving end, I do think he'd be more...vulnerable? I believe he loves receiving physical affection from you (though he prefers it in private, again), and would probably be the time to secretly/quietly long for your kiss. He'd definitely love random pecks on the cheek; totally possible that it would make him blush!

Aventurine realizes his mistake and pulls you into an embrace "please, don't cry" He reassures you that he's not mad, he's just nervous and scared.

Whumpee’s running to exhaustion.

Escaping through the woods, tripping on everything and anything their bare feet touch. Their loud, shaky breaths are the only noise beside the occasional gunshot from behind them. They were being hunted. They couldn’t give up. They’d force their body to shreds, to keep running, if it meant escaping what was behind them.

Running tirelessly behind Whumper on their daily training sessions. Whumper is by far the superior being, and can effortlessly do, well, pretty much anything. Whumpee stumbles and hobbles behind them, dumped in sweat. Whumper is disappointed, but what are they to do? Whumpee is inferior in every way, after all.

Whumpee desperately searching through the house for a missing “safety thing.” Their favorite blanket, favorite twig, favorite speck of dust… it doesn’t matter. This is their thing, and it’s missing. There is nothing more important than finding it. Running and slamming open every door, fearless of the punishment awaiting them, Whumpee will stop at nothing.

Running towards safety. Into the arms of Caretaker. Breaking down into sobs, out of breath but so relieved they can hardly breathe anyways. Collapsing to their knees after what felt like an eternity of running, hiding, scavenging… and they finally made it. They’re safe. They’re home. 🫰
