Rebecca Ferguson has hailed Tom Cruise as an "inspiration". 
The 40-year-old actress stars alongside Hollywood superstar Tom, 61, in the 'Mission: Impossible' film series - which he also produces - and explained that he will go to great lengths to make sure that everything runs smoothly on set. 
During an appearance on UK TV show 'Loose Women', when asked if Tom is an inspiration, she said: "Yes he is. He is...I think because he comes with so much energy...I worked with him on something that he produces, so he is basically the big boy boss. The big boy boss man. 
"I'm not saying he's different, but that's the Tom I know, which means he's there first, he's on top of it, he knows everything. He laughs and jokes but if someone is uncomfortable, or is there a moment of not understanding, he will stop things and make sure that you are clear on what you are doing." 
However, Tom is also known for sending a custom-made coconut cake - which consists of chunks of white chocolate covered in a layer of cream cheese frosting and topped with shredded coconut - to his celebrity friends for the Christmas season and has gifted the likes of ROSIE O'DONNELL, Angela Bassett, Tom Hanks and Kirsten Dunst with one but Rebecca admitted she actually had to call ahead of time to make sure she didn't receive the "unhealthy" treat again this year. 
She said: "He's a feeder! It was a coconut cake filled with everything unhealthy, to the point where I actually called his assistant and said 'I don't want it this year, because I need to not eat it!'"

Left shows the 2nd basement floor, the compost. It has four rooms labeled "Corpse Storage Room", "Autopsy Room", "Reusable Resources Storage" and "Further Ash Investigation". In the middle of the main hall is the Incinerator. Its use is to get rid of failed experiments.
Right shows the 1st basement floor, the archive. It has multiple rooms for a lot of different reports, files, development notes and others, separated by floors and experimentee numbers.

Left shows the first floor, the entrance hall. It got two big rooms for the staff. One where they can put their belongings and clothes into their lockers and the other one for getting dressed and clean. In the middle of the main hall is a secretary/information desk.
Right shows the second floor. Here are multiple numbered rooms on the left and right side of the floor labeled Cell A #1 to #10. In the middle are three big rooms, one labeled "Experiment Room #1 - move tests" which holds every experiment that is related to moves. The smaller section of the room is for observation, the dotted line is a one way window. The same goes for the other experiment room (I just don't know what kinda test shall happen there yet). The last room, located in the lower middle, is the security room whose purpose is to control and watch every activity in the building to make sure nothing goes wrong.

Left shows the third floor. Similarly built like the second floor with the cells on the left and right side and two experiment rooms in the middle, one reading "Experiment Room #3 - stimuli injection", where every test with chemicals, drugs, substances and others are practiced. Below those rooms is the Laboratory. Here all the chemicals used for the experiments get developed, worked on and analyzed.
Right shows the fourth floor. Again, similarly built like the last two floors, with cells to both sides and experiment rooms in the middle, this time it's three instead of two, which one is labeled "Experiment Room #7 - gas chamber" where the resistance and strength of one individual against different gases and air conditions is tested.

Left shows the fifth floor. This floor is smaller due to the left and right side being replaced by the roof. In the middle are three rooms, two labeled as Offices and one big in the middle as "Boss Room", which just means that the head of the whole organization resides here.
Right shows that there's nothing but the roof atop the fifth floor.
And then I want to show you some first report ideas. Of course they'll look more like actual reports later, with the date, names and sections mentioned, but for now I wanted to focus on the experiments executed.
