This is a tough one bc i feel like most Keicho ships don’t work tbh. But the main theme in all of these is i like abusive dynamics :3 thats what i like abt Keicho hes so abusive <3 and if not abusive then tsundere, at least.

Akira x Keicho- mmm toxic yaoi. I like to think that Akira doesn’t know how to cope w liking a guy and he’s rlly annoying to Keicho. Constantly trying to fight because winning against Keicho would prove to himself that he doesn’t actually like Keicho, he just wanted to fight. Keicho ignores all of Akira’s shenanigans, not only bc hes not the type to engage in drama, but also because he wants his weird little crush to fade away QUICK. And neither will ever give in so there’s this odd tension in their rivalry. || And if they do start dating, i like to imagine its toxic due to problems in their compatibility. Neither can find a middle ground. Akira is too x, y, and z and Keicho is too a, b, and c. So a lot of fights and arguments mmm. I think all their fighst would boil down to who’s stronger and more dominant, and the winner would be different every time. I think they’re enemies and lovers

Okuyasu x Keicho- gguhhhh i have a thing for incest ngl. I like to think that Keicho abuses his authority over Okuyasu in all types of fucked up ways. And Okuyasu not only stays but is perfectly accepting to it all, like the good dog he is. I imagine he would defend Keicho’s actions every chance he gets, no matter what anyone else says. His big bro can’t be that bad, right?? || but I want the opposite at the same time. I wanna see them love tenderly. I want Okuyasu to be the only person that can see Keicho’s soft side. Its them against the cruel world. Only they understand each other. In this version, Keicho would be more tsundere than abusive. Kinda mean but you know he loves Yasu deep down. I also think there’s something beautiful about two family members having a tooth rotting sweet, yet taboo relationship.

Josuke x Keicho- i wanna see Keicho show that pretty boy who’s boss!! I wanna see that pretty boy get ruined by Keicho. I want him hurt and degraded. I wanna see Josuke become a pretty little obedient ken doll for Keicho.

Yukako x Keicho- yeah i made this one up. But i think it would be so fucking amazing to see how Yukako, someone who is overly loving, be w Keicho, who is very mean. I can see Yukako being a very obedient victim to Keicho, exactly as he wants. She’s so eager for Keicho to like her, she does anything. But all hell breaks loose whenever she isn’t happy with something. Since Yukako seems to be very affectionate, i imagine thats where the problems start. She wants to hug and cuddle and Keicho isn’t about that. Ultimately, i feel that Keicho is stronger than her so she doesn’t truly have a chance, but it doesn’t stop her from throwing tantrums. No beating in the world can stop her. The only thing that would quell her wrath is actually giving into her request. They are both incredibly stubborn, which would cause all types of problems. || Or maybe a non-abusive route, i think it would be cute to see them learn how to love normally. Keicho would be introduced to the concept of affection and Yukako would learn how to manage her emotions. They could both learn how to compromise in a relationship. Keicho could get out of his comfort zone by holding her hand, and Yukako could settle for that until he’s ready for more. LMAO imagine Keicho blushing hard while holding her hand 💀 And i think it would teach them how to fucking chill out too. Another reason i like this ship is bc i hc Akira to be Yukako’s shit head older brother. And this ship, abusive or not, WOULD NOTT please Akira. It would intensify the beef between Akira and Keicho. “Yukako, get AWAY from that guy. What is wrong with you?!???? HE STABBED YOU WITH THAT DAMNED ARROW!! YOU COULDVE DIED AND HE WOULDNT GIVE A SHIT!!!!” And the only thing Yukako can do is roll her eyes. “What’s Akira’s problem??”

Hazamada x Keicho- tbh, i dont rlly like this ship (ESPECIALLY bc a lot of ppl mischaracterize haza and keicho 😑) but i can see the appeal. I guess i like the idea of Hazamada liking a guy thats unapproachable, but i feel like this idea could be better with Josuke instead of Keicho. Idk. Maybe getting bullied hard by Keicho would be nice to see. Idk. I already made haza x kei hcs before

Yes yes okay so. If you don’t mind me derailing this slightly, I do have a modern college AU that’s been living in my brain for years but I haven’t written anything for. I have little storylines for like all the JJBA characters but obviously Fugio and Naramis are there.

So all the Joestars are like. Extended family. Cousins mostly and some of them are siblings. They’re also distantly related to Giorno, and nobody knows how, but Jolyne and Josuke think he’s cool so they figure he must be alright, even if he’s also a Brando somehow. The Joestar and Brando family trees are very complicated.

Giorno goes to college to study like. Biology. Probably with minors in entomology and zoology. And besides his distant relatives (who he’s not that close to yet), he doesn’t know anyone because he doesn’t exactly have any friends. Then, at orientation, he meets Bucciarati, who’s his RA. He says he knows Giorno’s roommate, Mista, an upperclassman he was randomly placed with, and once the school year starts, he meets him and the rest of the World’s Worst Friend Group.

Fugo is a sophomore who skipped a grade back in K-12 and went to college a year early, so he’s in the same year as Narancia and Mista. He’s also an honors student, pre-law, math minor, and absolutely at his fucking limit. He was originally going to go to this super prestigious university, but when he was there for orientation/some research he’d already started, backstory stuff happens. Only difference is that his grandma is still alive, and she takes him in after his family disowns him. His admission is rescinded from that school, so he goes to The School All The Main Characters Are At instead. Narancia’s his roommate and is pulling the Best Strat Ever by majoring in aerodynamics/aerospace engineering while being dogshit at math (but not really – he’s actually quite good at it, but finds traditional teaching methods/curriculum hard to follow, so Fugo has to help translate certain things into Narancia Language). I haven’t really decided on Mista’s major lol, but he and Giorno quickly become besties and get along well as roommates – except for the fact that like. There’s an almost definite line between Giorno’s side of the room, which is pristine and orderly, and Mista’s, which is a disaster and could definitely use some air freshener.

Naramis Fugio timeline is like: Torture Trio’s freshman year, before Giorno (and Trish) join the group, Fugonara happens. They break up and quickly learn why people say not to date your roommate. Drama ensues. Mista’s sort of stuck in between it. Being vague bc I might write a fic about this someday. They reconcile eventually and all is well.

Mista and Narancia have always been close, but towards the end of freshman year and into that summer, they start getting really close. Like, having a whole encyclopedia of inside jokes and cuddling during movie nights close. But they’re not dating, and they’re very insistent about the “no homo” thing. This is a charade. They have massive crushes on each other.

Giorno develops a crush on Fugo pretty quickly. Only Mista knows about it. He thinks it’s hilarious. The gang goes out to parties a lot, so I’m thinking of some Man in the Mirror fight parallel that’s like. Stereotypical Rowdy College Party Gets Broken Up By The Cops thing, and Giorno and Fugo get into some wacky hijinks to escape without getting caught, and once they’re safe and the adrenaline dies down and they’re just laughing over how ridiculous it was, Fugo has a moment where he’s like. Holy shit. He’s cool. Oh shit I think I like him.

Naramis gets together partway through first semester. Nobody is surprised. Fugo keeps getting kicked out of his room so Narancia and Mista can make out and/or watch Sharkboy and Lavagirl for the 100th time without listening to him complain. He always ends up hanging out with Giorno, whether that’s in the library, the local coffee shop, the campus flower gardens, or his room. Silly dramatic slowburn romance ensues. Stupid college shenanigans with the gang also ensue. Really this AU is just a set of scenes in my head that are all just dumb hijinks and stuff. Maybe when I’m done with the Mista fic, I’ll put it on my to-do list and write a oneshot or two.

i have a  very specific and very stupid vision in my head for how kakyoin being there for part 4 would go which i will probably never write so instead i will make a very long post about it right now

the plot is largely identical but the differences start out w joseph calling kakyoin and being like “well there is probably another stand user in japan right now just so you know. in morioh. just so you are aware. okay. goodbye” but he forgets to mention anything about his illegitimate son or that jotaro will be there or anything he only talks about the possible evil stand user. and kakyoin is like “keh this is not my business. i have had enough of seeking out stand users. -_- also i will now be taking a little spring vacation in morioh but this is not related and i do not want to see any other stand users.”

so he goes there and arrives on the same day as jotaro and they are staying in the same hotel but they don’t meet at all. jotaro’s first meeting with josuke goes the same way, but kakyoin meets josuke at the convenience store that evening while it’s being robbed. he sends hierophant down the uhh storm drain thing that aqua necklace escapes through but he gets away so hierophant just comes back right away. but josuke sees that and kakyoin also saw crazy diamond obviously so as soon as josuke is done getting harassed by the police for confronting a guy holding a woman hostage and whatnot they link up and exchange the information they have abt what just happened, which is pretty minimal

and at this point the story relies on the fact that josuke does a really awful job of describing jotaro and kakyoin to each other so its like. “oh uhh yeah i basically JUST found out what stands are from my nephew. like earlier today. and also that i have a nephew. it’s been a little crazy” “i see. well, what’s the deal with him, then? you’re young, so he must be a little kid.” “oh nah my family’s kinda messed up. my sister who i’ve never met is actually way older than me and my nephew is like 30 or something” “oh. what’s he like?” “umm... tall? really tall... he has a hat. seems mostly well-meaning but kind of serious. and he’s a stand user” and kakyoin (instantly suspicious) is like “right... so what’s his stand like?” and josuke is like “uh... big... pink and blue. strong. it has.. hair? i think he can use it to teleport or something.” and kakyoin is like well star platinum can’t teleport and he’s purple so it’s no issue :+) bc he doesn’t know about the world or that splatinum has had a change in appearance.

and then when they’re on the phone in the morning josuke mentions to jotaro that he found another guy who he asked for help and jotaro is like “you can’t just trust random stand users josuke :/ what was he like” and josuke is like “oh he seemed fine though.... well kind of weird. like i trust him but he also seemed strange i can’t put my finger on it.” and jotaro (extremely tired) is like “and you’re sure you can trust this guy.” and josuke is like “yeah well he said he’s fought a lot of evil stand users before... and also that he can possess people like aqua necklace did except his stand is like.... made of snakes or something” (he only saw hierophant unraveled) and jotaro is like “sure. whats this guy look like i wanna know what i should be looking for if we ever run into each other” bc hes like umm okay well that stand sounds like. um. and josuke is like “i don’t know he’s just like, a guy. he was wearing a jacket and his hair was brown” and jotaro’s like “that’s all?” and josuke is like “yeah i guess”

so after these interactions kakyoin leaves the conversation like “well plenty of people are tall and wear hats. that stand certainly didn’t sound like star platinum so i have nothing to worry about.” and similarly jotaro is like “well josuke didn’t mention his facial scars or that his eyes are purple or that he’s a wheelchair user or anything so it definitely can’t be kakyoin.”

but then the morning that josuke’s grandfather dies he’s told them both to meet him at his house and jotaro gets there first and is the one to open the door when kakyoin arrives and they make eye contact and they’re both completely fucking horrified and an abba song starts playing in jotaro’s head (waterloo) and another different abba song starts playing in kakyoin’s head (mamma mia) but kakyoin is still extremely severely lethally pissed off at jotaro for ghosting him for a decade so most of the rest of the part that involves the two of them being in the same room is just extremely tense and awkward and every time jotaro very weakly tries to get kakyoin to open up to him again and rekindle their friendship kakyoin is like “i would say you’re a stupid son of a bitch but i would never insult holly-san like that just because you’re such an utter disappointment of a man. you are the worst person i’ve ever met and if you died i would laugh and clap. i can’t wait for you to go to hell. fuck you.” but then jotaro does almost die that one time and kakyoin does not laugh or clap :/

and well i guess eventually after that there’s some sort of reconciliation. and also at some point kakyoin runs out of funds for renting his own hotel room because he’s not being funded by the speedwagon foundation to do so and hotels are expensive so he just moves into jotaro’s room and forces him to sleep on the couch. you get the picture

also there’s a scene where josuke and okuyasu and yukako are all hanging out (Without Koichi) chatting at the outdoor seating of that cafe or something maybe. and josuke is like “man what is it with kakyoin-san and jotaro-san? kakyoin-san really hates him and i can’t figure out why” because neither of them thought to mention to josuke that their meeting at his house was not the first time they ever met, like, as far as any of the kids know they do not know each other from anywhere else. and yukako is like “well jotaro is divorced. so obviously kakyoin is his ex husband.” and okuyasu is like “what? no way.... jotaro-san was never married...” and josuke is like “yeah come on yukako where did you hear that from :/” and yukako is like “he is. he told koichi. he has a kid and everything. and the tension between him and kakyoin is obviously beyond that of two strangers who don’t get along. you boys really should be more observant about these things.” and they’re like “but jotaro-san isn’t gay.... right??” (they also still think they themselves are straight at this point) and yukako’s like “are you fucking serious” and it takes a while but eventually she does have them fully convinced that kakyoin and jotaro used to be married and are now divorced even though they never even actually dated

Who confessed first: We both had been hanging out for a bit in Morioh, but it was after I saved Rohan with my stand that he finally felt ready to confess. I asked him what we were and he finally admitted his feelings ;w;

(My selftober fics are set in the summer, but I finally watched Jojo in Aug-Sep 2019, read Rohan at the Louvre and the TSKR stuff, and finally admitted to myself I liked him on September 17, 2019)

Are you affectionate: less so in public because we're both private people, but at home he gets really soft. When he doesn't have to be the mangaka persona, he's a bit attention starved and loves cuddles. He's really sweet and gentle when it's us at home.

Living together/married: yeah! I started staying at his place mid-summer when we took the trip to Tokyo together (bc the Morioh Grand would have been expensive to waste a week).

He proposed at the end of the summer and we got married January 30, 2020 ;w; <3

Kids: Just one!!! Eliana Reimi Kishibe (we usually call her Ellie). She was born May 7, 2021 and we love her to pieces. Her personality is starting to come out and we can tell she'll be just like her mom and dad <3

Josuke and Oku and Koichi visit sometimes!! I mostly hang out with Shinobu and Tomoko, but we're also friends with Tonio and his wife Virginia!

I'm pretty good friends with Okuyasu because he works at the Morioh SPW Foundation restaurant/cafe, so when I'm there I always grab coffee from him and get updates on how his dad is doing.

Tomoko, Shinobu and I have a little knitting group at the local coffee shop, but we had to pause it when covid happened (and Ellie). We'll likely get back to it soon <3

Rohan's editor Izumi is also in our friend group! I got to meet her a few months ago and she's the sweetest!!

Rohan is friends with some of the other recent mangakas (like Fujimoto sensei and Akutami sensei), but we tend to only see them at Shueisha events.

There's also a lot of people who work at the Foundation, but things have been so busy that I haven't gotten to meet everyone yet.

Night in or night out: In the past it might have been night out (esp bc Rohan loves eating at Tonio's), but with bb Ellie here we love staying in. Reading books to Ellie and letting her play before bed is important, so we make sure she has a good schedule (plus once she's asleep Rohan and I can have fun too ;)

Your favorite date day/night: museum + cafe/manga + anime exhibit dates!!! Rohan and I are both art nerds and big art book and merch collectors, so we love going to see art and head to the gift shop and cafe after.

jotaro kujo.

Jotaro’s favorite flowers are wisteria (though holly is a close second).

he’s not much of a flower guy. he typically finds them to be too much, with cherry blossoms getting everywhere and the memory of Suzie Q’s gardenia perfume being  unbearable. if you asked him for his favorite, he’d say wisteria.

he wouldn’t elaborate if you asked why. truthfully, he doesn’t know. but between you and me, it’s because he saw a wisteria tree in full bloom before he, Joseph, Kakyoin, and Avdol left for Egypt. it’s the last thing he saw as his house faded over the horizon, with the cab Joseph ordered pulling the group away from the lives they knew.

the idea strikes you while looking through travel guides. being a Morioh native, why not make the most of Jotaro’s visit? there’s a wisteria tree at the Morioh Botanic Garden; being a sucker for botanics yourself, it’d be nice to do a little two-in-one. you get to enjoy the view while bringing Jotaro to his favorite flower.

but when you lead him to the tree, the reaction he gives you isn’t what you expected. he’s quiet. not a mad or sad kind of quiet, just... silent. even after months of dating, you can’t tell what he’s thinking. but judging by his face, whatever is running through his head is something he’s made peace with. he only puts his hand on the top of your arm, pulling your figure close to him. ↳ “I’m surprised you remembered.” a beat, and then a sigh. “thank you, [Name]. but let’s keep moving, I don’t want to linger here.”

rohan kishibe.

Rohan’s favorite flowers are moonflowers.

he dislikes any flower that’s associated with manga. red spider lilies, roses, cherry blossoms (which is heightened thanks to Josuke), you name it. he thinks it’s a lazy way to draw symbolism.

it’s why he finds moonflowers so fascinating. there’s no grandiose meaning to them, they’re just a peculiar flower. they only bloom at night and when they do bloom, they die shortly thereafter. it’s a fleeting moment of beauty. lovely and slightly tragic.

he’d never expect you to get it for him. moonflowers aren’t native to Japan and the Japanese climate makes it difficult for them to grow here. that’s why he finds it odd that you’ve been spending an unusual amount of time outside. toiling away, saying it’s nothing more than a little gardening project to pass the time. he’d ask more, but he’s busy himself. it’s not until you drag him outside at night under a full moon that it hits him.

it takes him a moment to process it. there’s a trellis with moonflowers carefully laced between. emerald green leaves tell him that you’ve taken impeccable care of the plant. his first thought is “how?”; there’s no way you could house a tropical flower in this climate. but he brushes the thought away ― he’d rather not waste time on dumb questions like that ― and sighs, donning his signature smirk. ↳ “pfft, you’re that desperate to impress me? ...I’m teasing, obviously. I’m... honestly speechless, [Name]. you really are something else.”

josuke higashikata.

Josuke’s favorite flowers are cherry blossoms.

to be honest, if you asked Josuke what his favorite flower was, he wouldn’t know what to say. he’s not a big flower person. hence, cherry blossoms would be the first thing that come to mind. and while it sounds like a half-assed answer, it is true. sort of.

cherry blossoms remind those early spring days when his mother would take him to the park as a child. to Josuke, cherry blossoms are warmth and laughter. they’re the pink petals his mother would collect and drop on his hair. they’re the milk pudding his grandfather would bring him when he’d come home early from the station.

that said, he wouldn’t react much if you gave him a bouquet of cherry blossoms. he’d be flattered ― a gift is a gift ― but it wouldn’t go much further than that. you quickly realized that when you took a cutting and placed it behind his ear. (he was really confused; maybe best to save the theatrics to him.)

it’s not until you gave Josuke cherry blossom-flavored pudding that he melted. it’s favorite flavor! how did you know? all those memories would come flooding back to him, all teasings from his mother and evenings spent with his grandfather. and now, a new memory: sharing his favorite dessert with you. ↳ “whaaat, you got this for me?! gah, you’re too sweet... here, let’s share it. I can’t eat this alone.” 

okuyasu nijimura.

Okuyasu’s favorite flowers are forget-me-nots.

like the other boys, Okuyasu never really had a favorite flower. he could acknowledge that some were prettier than others, but his botanical knowledge didn’t extend farther than identifying roses. that is, until you pointed out forget-me-nots to him while walking to school.

something about the name just... stuck. it really resonated with him. sure, the flower is pretty and all, but now he feels a pang in his heart whenever he passes by them. forget-me-not. he thinks of Keicho and his father every time he sees those baby blue petals.

it wasn’t hard to pick up on his silence. every day, there and back from school, his mouth would shut as you walked past the raised bed overflowing with tiny, blue flowers. and with his visiting Keicho’s grave more often, you could easily put two and two together.

needless to say, he cried when you placed a bouquet of forget-me-nots near his brother’s headstone. “so he’s never really gone,” you murmured, taking his hand in yours. you didn’t look at Okuyasu’s face. you didn’t have to. his squeezing your hand and his quivering breaths were enough. ↳ “th-thanks, [Name]... he... he would’ve really liked you, yanno.”

koichi hirose.

Koichi’s favorite flowers are camellias.

he’s the only boy who can name his favorite flowers off the bat. he can still remember seeing red camellia petals dance across the panels of his favorite shonen manga. a female samurai was confronting her evil brother, and despite all stakes being against her, she defeated him once and for all. it’s for that reason he thinks camellias are so. cool.

needless to say, Koichi associates camellias with being cool. sometimes he wishes he had a flashier stand to recreate the drama he’s read in manga, but he’d never admit it out loud. still, it’s not hard to tell. Koichi is used to being unnoticed. he still doesn’t understand why you’d pick him over guys like Josuke and Jotaro.

you try to show him your appreciation by slipping him small letters in his desk before class. some are notes of encouragement, some are long compositions of why you love him. this one is a drawing of him looking extra cool, with exaggerated bishonen features and a red camellia you clipped from Mrs. Tamura’s garden taped on. “to my favorite hero” is scrawled across the bottom.

Koichi is floored. you did this? for him? he can’t even comprehend that you were paying that much attention to his rambling. yet here he is, minutes before class, staring at a ridiculous picture of himself and his favorite flower taped on. ↳ “pfft, that [Name]... they really know how to get to me, huh?”

The ages of the main squad are fucking stupid. Bruno and Abbacchio are 20? Fucking absurd. Giorno is 15? More absurd. Really it would be fine if we just ignored it, but fandom has to use this as a reason to hurl abuse at each other over ships.

Part 6:

Jotaro only got married because he thought that is what he was supposed to do thus why it didn't work out. Despite his lack of emotions for the marriage when Jolyne was born he was like "well, shit".

Dio and Pucci have one of the most compelling relationships in Jojo and the fact that we can never talk about it without someone being fucking obtuse bc Araki made Pucci a teenager when they met despite the fact he doesn't look/talk/act/think like one (and he's working to become a PRIEST which you need a degree for) so he didn't have a main villain in his 50s by the time of the story drives me fucking BONKERS.

Part 7:

Johnny and Gyro were in love. Point blank. Period. I'm not accepting other opinions.

Men think Gyro was the main character of part 7. This is absolutely false. Johnny is the emotional core of the story you repressed dolts.

Lucy Steele is one of the most powerful Jojo characters. She should strike fear in the hearts of all who see her. Absolute queen.

so whats the context on One Day

whats it called when you have headcanons and make content that isnt exactly an au because it doesnt technically contradict anything from canon? that. this is after part 5 and way before part 6, so essentially, it might as well be canon you know

so basically. after part 5 ends, polnareff and giorno exchange notes and figure out the whole dio thing, which gets giorno in contact with the swf and the Greater Joestar Family Tree, which is a daunting concept for him. trish picks up on it and they have several discussions about the nature of having evil super powered dads you didnt know your entire life and whats it like having to live with that legacy. (because while giorno hasnt met dio, the way polnareff talks about him, and the way jotaro sounded on the phone the one and only time they talked so far, hes not really sure what to feel about it).

they bond, and after spending some time together and finding some common interests, they decide “hey, what if we dated?” (they are 15. they have common trauma. they have feelings for each other that they cant put into words. what could go wrong. yeah.) --> skip about a month ahead and they both know this isnt working. trish eventually breaks it up, because giorno is too emotionally distant and cant express his feelings any further than small talk, which she says isnt a problem, but its not what she wants out of a relationship. giorno is fine with it. they stay friends....

....which turns out to be a big improvement on their relationship, and takes away much of the pressure of expectation. they spend more time together, and actually have a good time with it. during this time, the joestars have invited giorno to a family get together, the first time any of them would meet him. he accepts, mostly because he wants to keep a friendly relationship to jotaro and the swf, but also because he loathes to consider anyone thinking him a coward for turning it down. but, because he IS the only “new guy”, hes welcome to bring a +1 if he wants, and trish is the first to offer to go with him. (because she knows how uneasy he is about this, and because she relates to weird feelings re: evil dads and their legacies)

the family meetup is in japan, at hollys place, and attending are: joseph (very old), holly (excited to meet a new joestar), jotaro (suspicious, purposefully didnt bring jolyne bc he does not trust like that), josuke (not thrilled about a whole weekend with his dad, but interested in a new jojo). because jotaro is paranoid, suzie q also wont be there, since she doesnt have a stand and couldnt protect herself. (holly has a stand. i honestly forgot what we called it.) giorno and trish are also there.

the weekend comes! day one is about as awkward as youd expect. trish and giornos english is Passable, josukes is terrible, giornos japanese is rusty, only joseph and holly speak italian, its a bit of a mess. i think we said josuke bribed rohan into giving him italian skills? he and holly kind of save the mood, and the two actually have someone their ages to talk to. josuke is just great in general, i love my boy. anyway, jotaro (also traumatized), is not pulling his weight in making giorno feel welcome, and giorno responds with equal coldness. frosty atmosphere were having this summer, haha, joseph says to lighten the mood, which drops further.

later that night, trish and giorno are up and talking about the Day they just had, and after some silent stewing, giorno remembers what trish had said about expressing his feelings, and he actually ends up ranting a little about how unfair jotaro is to him, he didnt even know dio, evil isnt inherited? how about he minds his own business and comes back when he can judge giorno on his personal failings rather than the ones from someone who died over 10 years ago. trish gives him enthusiastic thumbs ups of encouragement.

of course, jotaro walks right past this, and while he doesnt Speak italian, he knows a few basic things, and can tell giorno is upset. he finds holly in the kitchen, and asks her to translate some words he didnt understand, and hollys like “okay spying on my guests, i see?”, but she gets the general gist of it, and gives joot some advice on letting others feel the brunt of his bad experiences, which he maybe probably will take to heart. the next day, he not-apologizes to giorno, and the rest of the weekend passes rather well.

oh fuck i totally veered off course. anyway, that, plus an additional time where giorno helped trish deal with loss of her mum with some thoughtful and tangible help (involving a visit to her grave, and also pooling resources to recover some of the pictures that la squadra stole/destroyed in their ransacking of the una household), plus like. Time. to let anything develop, have the two reconsider their relationship, and they end up giving it another shot. without the pressure of performative bs, they settle for a p platonic qpr, and theyre both happy with it :)

THIS IS REALLY REALLY LONG I ENDED UP TYPING SO MUCH SO I HAD TO PUT IT UNDER A READ MORE

      Okay so two months after the ending of Vento Aureo, Jotaro gets contacted by the Speedwagon Foundation telling him about how Giorno is now a mafia boss and has all this power now and there’s no way Jotaro’s gonna agree to go speak to Giorno himself so he asks Koichi.

      Koichi’s like yea of course Giorno’s a good guy we’re friends I’m glad he reached his goal I wonder how he’s doing! Anyway a few days Koichi arrives to Italy and realizes he has no clue where Giorno is, and neither does Jotaro or the Speedwagon Foundation. So Koichi does what he did when he first met Giorno, he asked around. Koichi doesn’t really get all the mafia stuff so he didn’t realize how suspicious it is for someone to be asking about the location of a mafia don.        He goes back to where Giorno went to school and finds out Giorno just kind of disappeared and they’re not sure where he is. A few days have passed at this point and he’s frustrated when this guy is like “Hey I heard you were looking for Giorno Giovanna?” and Koichi’s like oh hell yea thanks man who are you. Guess what it’s Guido Mista himself doing bodyguard stuff because he’s planning on killing Koichi because he believes it’s some enemy trying to assassinate Giorno or something. Koichi gets in the car with Mista and Koichi’s kind of tense because Mista refuses to any questions about Giorno. Mista drives Koichi to some empty house and Koichi’s like hey wait a minute and gets kicked to the floor and now he has a gun pointed at his face that’s a big uh oh.        One hand holding Koichi at gunpoint and one hand holding a phone, Mista calls Giorno. At this moment the Sex PIstols are out because they’re really curious about Koichi. Mista and the pistols assume Koichi isn’t a stand user because he didn’t bring out his stand or fight back or anything. Mista’s talking to Giorno and all the pistols float on over to Koichi to look at him because “Mista doesn’t need us he’s literally 2 meters away from this guy he can shoot short distance fine lol.” And Koichi looks up at them and is like “Oh um hello” and the pistols are all like SHIT he can see us they’re about to go back to Mista and tell him but then Koichi’s like “Aw you guys are kinda cute are you that Mista guy’s stand?” and the pistols are like oh he called us cute that’s new we like that and start chatting it up with Koichi.        Meanwhile Mista is freaking out because Giorno told him who Koichi was and Mista’s apologizing profusely to Giorno for threatening to kill his friend. He hangs up and is about to apologize to Koichi when he sees the Sex Pistols sitting in his hands and on his head just chilling and he’s like “What the fuck are you doing!” anyway the reason the pistols were so chill to Koichi is because Mista didn’t really want to hurt him because he looks nice (callback to when Josuke introduced Koichi as a friendly/nice looking guy). Mista then helps Koichi up and is driving him to Giorno’s mansion place thing idk and he’s apologizing and freaking out the whole time and Koichi’s straight up thinks it’s funny bc Mista was so serious and scary before and he’s actually just like a puppy. Also you KNOW you’re fucked when your stand gets attached to a person. Mista has no clue he was catching feelings on day one.

okay i just realized ive typed so much about how they met and not anything else so im going to just type out a ton of random stuff and headcanons

Giorno wants Mista and Koichi to have a friendly relationship and wants to get rid of the negative association since their first meeting was a huge misunderstanding. So Giorno was like I am so smart I will send them on a mission together. And then he does that many more times. Koichi joins Passione and he helps a lot with interrogation since he’s very patient and kind and can calm people down and make them feel comfortable enough to talk but he can also use his stand for torture and he can be a rudeboy bitchass so Mista gets to see both of those sides and is like awooga! humina humina!!!!

once mista realized he had feelings for koichi he wanted to impress him and stuff and started actually bathing and using deodorant and also being more impulsive and trying to save koichi’s ass in missions which usually ends up with him shooting himself on accident and koichi saving mista’s ass

it took koichi a while to realize he likes mista because koichi’s first and only relationship (yukako) did not go well and let him traumatized so he was scared and once koichi realizes his feelings for mista he starts getting nervous and easily flustered

also Koichi is good with paperwork stuff and sometimes helps Giorno since Koichi’s older and Mista’s just sitting there in the office watching them like “wow koichi is so smart awooga humina humina :)”

Koichi also helped plan out the stone mask destroying stuff between the Speedwagon Foundation and Passione bc he’s kind of the one link they (the foundation) have to Passione. So then Fugo comes back and he’s like what’s up and Trish is like Mista has a crush on Koichi and he’s actually bathing and he’s doing stupid stuff to impress him and it’s really funny. Trish came back to stay in the mansion because she wanted to take a break from touring, form a friendship with Fugo, and also get a front row seat to the Mista and Koichi pining show.

Fugo, Mista, and Trish hang out with each other and Fugo and Trish always poke fun at Mista for being head over heels for Koichi and then he’s like “Okay but what about you and Giorno, huh, Fugo??? And Trish you can’t say SHIT when you have that big of a crush on Shelia.” and then they all realize theyre disasters and will never be able to confess n shit

It’s like 2am and neither of you are tired, but you don’t know what to do 

So you're just laying on your backs in her room, talking about everything and nothing

You look over at her. She looks confused about something

They fight until Rohan loses his patience and uses Heaven’s Door. Seiichi comes back as soon as the effect wears off, since it’s then that he has the premonition of Rohan’s death.

What is their favourite thing to get to eat? Seiichi loves street foods like yakitori and taiyaki. Rohan has a particular craving for expensive French cuisine.
