After reviewing over 1,000 charts, I have found some good setups for the week. These were selected and should be viewed in the context of the broad Market Macro picture reviewed Friday which with just one full week of trading to go ahead of the election and November FOMC meeting, saw equity markets prepped to go into next week after one of choppy trading.
Elsewhere look for Gold to continue its uptrend while Crude Oil consolidates at the bottom of a broad range. The US Dollar Index continues to move to the upside while US Treasuries pullback in consolidation. The Shanghai Composite looks to continue the short term move higher while Emerging Markets consolidate in their young uptrend.
The Volatility Index looks to remain low and stable making the path easier for equity markets to the upside. Their charts look strong, especially on the longer timeframe. On the shorter timeframe both the QQQ and SPY have reset on momentum measures as they move sideways. The IWM continues to disappoint with another sputtered break out reversing. Use this information as you prepare for the coming week and trad’em well.

After reviewing over 1,000 charts, I have found some good setups for the week. These were selected and should be viewed in the context of the broad Market Macro picture reviewed Friday which with the May FOMC meeting in the books, saw that equity markets showed resilience with a rebound Friday erasing an ugly midweek slump.
Elsewhere look for Gold to continue its uptrend while Crude Oil holds in the low end of a consolidation range. The US Dollar Index continues to drift sideways at support while US Treasuries consolidate in their downtrend. The Shanghai Composite looks to continue higher in consolidation while Emerging Markets consolidate.
The Volatility Index looks to remain very low and stable making the path easier for equity markets to the upside. The charts of the QQQ and SPY look strong on the longer timeframe with the IWM in consolidation. On the shorter timeframe both the IWM and SPY look to try to break consolidation while the QQQ heads higher. Use this information as you prepare for the coming week and trad’em well.

Okay but what about people like me, who are:
Totally blind and use a screen-reader
Want to learn a language via the browser on a PC
Don't have moneys
and want to have the same slightly gamified experience Duolingo offered?
Because most of these are phone apps and I don't have a smartphone.
Duolingo Sucks, Now What?: A Guide
Now that the quality of Duolingo has fallen (even more) due to AI and people are more willing to make the jump here are just some alternative apps and what languages they have:
"I just want an identical experience to DL"
Busuu (Languages: Spanish, Japanese, French, English, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Korean)
"I want a good audio-based app"
Language Transfer (Languages: French, Swahili, Italian, Greek, German, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, English for Spanish Speakers)
"I want a good audio-based app and money's no object"
Pimsleur (Literally so many languages)
Glossika (Also a lot of languages, but minority languages are free)
*anecdote: I borrowed my brother's Japanese Pimsleur CD as a kid and I still remember how to say the weather is nice over a decade later. You can find the CDs at libraries and "other" places I'm sure.
"I have a pretty neat library card"
Mango (Languages: So many and all endangered/Indigenous courses are free even if you don't have a library that has a partnership with Mango)
"I want SRS flashcards and have an android"
AnkiDroid: (Theoretically all languages, pre-made decks can be found easily)
"I want SRS flashcards and I have an iphone"
AnkiApp: It's almost as good as AnkiDroid and free compared to the official Anki app for iphone
"I don't mind ads and just want to learn Korean"
lingory
"I want an app made for Mandarin that's BETTER than DL and has multiple languages to learn Mandarin in"
ChineseSkill (You can use their older version of the course for free)
"I don't like any of these apps you mentioned already, give me one more"
Bunpo: (Languages: Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Korean, and Mandarin)
#Trix Pipes Up#I hate that Duolingo is now super terrible because it was literally the only option I knew about that was as accessible to my screen-reader#Sure NVDA can't see the Japanese characters so I couldn't learn that there easily but STILL

After reviewing over 1,000 charts, I have found some good setups for the week. These were selected and should be viewed in the context of the broad Market Macro picture reviewed Friday which with just 2 trading days left in April, saw equity markets show some resilience with a rebound from their first 5% or more pullbacks this year.
Elsewhere look for Gold to continue its uptrend while Crude Oil pauses in its move higher. The US Dollar Index continues to drift to the top of consolidation while US Treasuries resume their downtrend. The Shanghai Composite shifts into short term consolidation while Emerging Markets consolidate near the top of a broad range.
The Volatility Index looks to remain low making the path easier for equity markets to the upside. The SPY and QQQ charts look strong, especially on the longer timeframe. On the shorter timeframe both the QQQ and SPY as well as the IWM are working on reversing their pullbacks. Use this information as you prepare for the coming week and trad’em well.

Market Update for Wednesday, November 15th, 2023
Good afternoon, traders. The S&P 500 is little changed, so there’s nothing I can add that goes beyond what was said yesterday. I continue to believe that this is a countertrend rally in a long and exhausting bear market. We may observe the 3-wave advance (if that’s what it is) as an A-B-C with a triangle in the middle: Continue reading Untitled
