Is the PlayStation Portal worth it? | Friday, 11.15.24

It's already been a whole year since Sony released the PlayStation Portal (formerly known by its codename, "Project Q") across Australia, Europe, Japan, and North America and all, but since this doesn't make up the fact that Sony Interactive Entertainment deemed the PlayStation Vita handheld system a commercial failure (sold around or below 20 million units give or take). Is it really worth buying a device like this when it can only let players stream PS5 games like Astro Bot or God of War: Ragnarök through remote play requiring a robust internet connection at all times?
