I mentioned that I don’t ever feel like the age that I acctualy am to my therapist. And how it fluctuates from being younger and older, but mainly younger.

She ligit told me that I should try talking to these different aged versions of “me” (my alters)

It’s so wierd because she has no idea that I think I’m a system yet and she’s already treating me kinda like one

Bruh being a system is fucking wild. But here's one thing that any dissociative system could relate to.

I just realized that despite me not having alter to alter dissociative amnesia, I can't recall certain memories if a specific alter isn't fronting. This can happen in the middle of a thought process in my head. Oh, trying to find which playlist this song is in? Too bad because the memory isn't there. Or trying to remember which anime I watched last week? I'll keep thinking about it but my mind is blank.

This is why I could never go on a podcast, I will never remember stories at the top of my head. I'll have to be prompted by a certain situation or conversation.

This just happened. I think this is why alters "take thoughts" because they were the one thinking it. Bruh, this sucks with ADHD bc it's hard enough to try and retrace my steps.

AND IT DOESN'T HELP I GET DISTRACTED.

Things are....very strange in my system right now

In the year 2020 I have read homestuck. Not done with it yet but oh boy let me tell you! My traumatized ass can’t get enough of it! So manny fucking teenagers are in here now! Love haveing poeople my age besides Morty (especially when I haven’t seen much from him).

I have many questions that I just want answers to. Why are there so many new alters so fast? God damn, the trauma that Dave has! Why did he get litteraly all of it? Why is Gamzee so horny? Sollux is a gatekeeper? And basicaly leads them??? Why isn’t Karkat the leader? It don’t make no sense. Karkat just wants to protect us and be loved, please let him be loved. Why does Terezi do so many wierd mouth stims? Or just drumming so much in general? What’s the real reason Eridan is my emotional support? Maybe because we share the rejection trauma??? And Vriskas here to for some reason? Maybe also John? What the fuck??? And there’s operantly more according to Sollux? Bitch what the fuck is going on!?

Why am I getting so many alters all of a sudden? I just need answers! My system was finaly setteling down! Bitch, the fuck? Help me please I’m spiraling

I have awoken from my slumber

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA

Fuck it’s been a while and I haven’t really had to many thoughts about my system. Been preoccupied with life and just getting through shit while focusing on other parts of my mental health. But operantly this system has changed, like a lot. My system has calmed down for the most part and a lot of integrations have happened, but there’s still a lot of activity that I haven’t really payed attention to untill know. So expect some updates so that I can feel like I have a better grasp on my life and my brain.

The host of this system (me) has had some integrations. Mordecai and Isaac are the alters that became me, so I guess I’ll introduce myself even if y’all already have a good idea of who I am. So hey there, I’m Slug! I use he/they pronouns and I’m 13-16 depending on the day. My age kinda changes a lot, but I generally feel the same dispite that. Our body has started going by Isaac though, and we have decided to keep it like that dispite Isaac not really being here in the way he used to. I’m comfortable with that name and I feel like everyone else is to! So yeah! I’ll make another post about all this new jazz and alters who have formed over the past like half a year without me even knowing!
