How do others deal with their partners going dormant??

cw slight vent?

My boyfriend (in a diff system) went dormant a while ago and I only found out last night (Didn't front until then so they had no way to tell me)

And i feel so shitty bc i miss him and im still mourning even tho it's the text day.

And i just wanna keep texting out private channel asking him to come home or to come get me because I live him so so much and I can't accept that he's gone bc he's my world..

How do others deal with this? How do I become normal again??
