Yesterday my scale wasn't working and I kind of lost my mind about it, ending up eating way too much.
Woke up at (probably) 64,9kg
Today I had a protein bar (172) before the gym, than cottage cheese (173), a cucumber (10), 4 rice cakes (140), and some candies(150?)
Total:645 c4lor1es
Still more than I wanted, at least I had a lot of sport today.
Burned: 620+ gym
Unfortunately the idea of getting to 62 before the end of the week is kind of fucked up.

Omad: 3 eggs with spinach, 3 rice cakes, some candys
Total: 570 circa, 300 burned
These days have been quite hard for me, and the ones to come will be even more difficult. I don't even think about food, but I have to leave something that was important for me and I really have mixed feeling about it. I'm kind of melancholic right now.
I rember when I was younger that I had to force myself not to 3at, but growing up something changed and my appetite just seems to go away in times of stress and emotional pain.
My mind and heart are so confused right now... And that makes me feel overwhelmed.

64,9kg and I am very happy with it鉂わ笍
I had to buy a new pair of jeans yesterday cause my old ones have become too big. Not "there" yet for a whole wardrobe change (I literally can't wait for it)
Also, after saying that I'm scared of lo0se skin, I decided to tri my best to make as elastic as possible with drinking water and putting on lotions. I get out of the shower feeling like a slippery piece of butter :3 but the skin seem to absorb it all so I hope it works.
