if you understand this, your life will improve
when we begin our journey of personal growth we receive a lot of information and at first, it seems like we are doing well until a problem arises and everything seems to go back to the way it was before. we get discouraged, we get worried, we get overwhelmed and we go back to that loop of negativity. this is normal. there is a lot of information, but of all the information we have at our disposal, we do not understand the most basic concepts that will really make us improve our lives. If we understand this, we can easily achieve anything we set our minds to. this does not mean that difficulties will not arise, but when they do arise we will know what to focus on correctly.
what you focus on expands.
whether it is a negative or positive thought, what you focus on is what will materialize in your life. if a problem arises and you get overwhelmed thinking about it, the problem will not be solved and you will have more similar experiences. if, on the other hand, you focus on positive things, more positive things will come to you. you are like a magnet. you decide which pole to vibrate on, negative or positive.
related to the previous point, negative thoughts. a negative thought has no real power, only the power we give it. let this statement be clear, a positive thought is much more powerful than five negative ones. the problem is that we keep focusing on what we don't have or what we are not and we keep creating the same experiences day after day. that is why we feel that we are not progressing because we are always with the same thoughts in our heads. and what if for one day we change the focus? something bad suddenly happens, what would be your first reaction at that moment? get angry, worry, cry, whatever, ok, that's part of your old self, what are you going to do this time to change that? think differently and you will get a different result. when this happens don't go into that loop of negative thoughts, affirm positive, it really works and get on to something else. you can do some activity, meditate, affirm, write or whatever, but get that set of thoughts out of your mind. if you do not feed those negative thoughts they will not continue to have power over your life, so stop giving them your attention and power. remember that you have the power.
the beliefs we have also determine our life. there are beliefs that are implanted, whether they were given to us unconsciously by our parents, tutors or are part of our culture. another type of belief are those that we create as we grow up based on both negative and positive experiences. have you ever been told something bad? did you start to believe it was true? some people do. they receive a negative comment and take it personally. we've all been in that situation.
many people come to me asking me what they can do to be a certain way and i always tell them to change their thinking about it. do you think you're shy? okay, you don't have to wait years, you can change it right now, maybe the change won't happen right now but you can start changing your thinking about it and start affirming yourself that you are an outgoing person with lots of friends and start acting like you are. you decide what to be, not others. if you want to abandon your old self what you have to do is to create a new one and this involves changing the beliefs we have about ourselves and others, of course. you can do it, it is not difficult. when a thought comes, just identify and repeat a positive affirmation to yourself. for example, i am very shy, wait no, i am an extroverted person. it may sound weird at first, you may not believe it, but it's the real way your beliefs can change. and we have many types of beliefs that can limit our life. in love, in money, as i already mentioned about ourselves. it's important first to work on our self-concept. what is the idea you have about yourself, is it positive or negative? identified, make a list and change what you don't like about yourself, from now on commit yourself to be as you would like to be. don't wait for tomorrow or for something extraordinary to happen, do it now, and start living your desired life now.
beliefs are very powerful, they are nothing more than thoughts that we have deeply rooted and we believe as true. Not all of us have the same beliefs. there are people who think they are very unlucky in love while there are people who have never had any negative experience in love. nothing is true or false, it is what you decide to believe and assume as true. choose the beliefs you want to have from now on and that will start to be a reality in your life. you can write a list and read it every day to be more conscious of it and if at some point an unpleasant situation happens against what you want to manifest in your life then again take the list and read it.

let’s pretend your school is a kpop company and each class represents a different group, and each student is a member of the group including you. the best student is the most biased while the worst is the least biased. work as hard as you can to always be on the top. you can become the most biased if you try and prioritize your grades over losers.
