i’m trying to take it slowly as i have such an active job. tracked last week and averaged about 1700 cals per day. today was also about this but hard to track as had set food for lunch.
will aim more for 1500 for this next week starting tmrw and see how it goes.

i just did a night shoot, came home and ate a whole thing of cookies which was like 750 cals but it’s fine cuz we were doing heaps of dancing.
gonna liquid fast for most of day, maybe have some eggs for dinner tonight.

hi there, if you’re new here!
my names stella and i’m a professional dancer living abroad working full-time. i’m 22 years old and 5”2.

i’ve struggled with ed behaviours since i was about 17 and but have always struggled to lose weight.
my all time heaviest was about 59kg and my lightest has been 50kg. my dream is to be about 45kg and maintain but haven’t had much luck there.
i’m going to try to lose some whilst im overseas because then people will just think its because im busy dancing and not suspect anything. also as a dancer i just want to be thinner to look better on stage/screen and in costume etc.
i’ve always been really into the gym so have a lot of muscle mass, and a fast metabolism but with that comes a lot of hunger which is why i can never lose weight long term.

i’ve been living abroad for last month and a half and can tell i’ve lost weight but there’s no scales so can’t really tell.
the girls here are a lot skinnier/smaller on average than back home. just wanna be skinnier.
my guess is that i’m about 54-55kg right now which is okay but i’d like to get to 46kg (all time low is currently 50kg) so we will see how it goes.
started strictly calorie tracking today, ate 1,617 which is low as i have a fast metabolism. gonna do another post with a bit about me but follow along for my next few months if u want :)

today i proper binged, we had a work shared lunch which already made me anxious. i ate so much biscuits and crackers and actually feel awful now.
managed to get out for an hour long walk in the sunshine but then came back to my desk and snacked so much more.
fml had been so good the past two weeks, tmrw will be better

currently on day 8 of the meat and fruit diet and it’s honestly been the most life changing thing for my diet i’ve ever done. bloating is gone and i’ve been able to stick to it really easily
