• when I started drawing myself, my self confidence and self acceptance went up :> you don't have to be too good, just draw silly little guys, shit even stuff close to stickmen level art will work. it made me feel better and could help u too.

• look at yourself and list the things you believe you do wrong. then ask (for example) does a "19 year old male who has done said things deserve to be hated so badly?" Ask it to yourself as if you're talking about someone else. It helped me a lil
