Today was way to painful. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure. Today the tears flow. I lost my hero, a fellow survivor, The strongest woman I have ever met, my beautiful mother that sacrificed everything for her children and always put us first. I never imagined how painful this could be…reality hits and that’s it…I feel totally broken. I’ve had friends tell me how painful it is to loose a parent…a mother…my auntie told me she wore black for a whole year as her heart broke…I never thought it would hurt this much. I miss her so much…I have so much more to say…so much I want to ask…but her pain made it impossible for her to talk to us some days. The woman who ran businesses for over 30 years resorted back to her mother tongue making it hard to communicate. My sweet little babies told me it’s ok to cry. I tried to hide it, like I did with my brother…but they are right…it’s ok to cry. There will be days our hearts will shatter…but then we will eventually heal. And treasured memories (our special gifts) will make us smile…but for now it ok to cry…to all of you going through loss…grief. “MY GREATEST HAPPINESS” I was asked yesterday what my greatest happiness was. With out hesitation it’s being a mother to our beautiful hearted little lion cubs. I’m so grateful to be able to include them in our journey as they teach us the most important lessons of our lives. Starting with my first born I decided to include him in everything he shows interest in. This was so valuable for myself growing up in my moms environment of business learning priceless golden nuggets I would never have received from traditional school. What a beautiful blessing doing what you love and dreaming big with the ones you love. You sweet girl, you brought us a brilliant life in more ways than you can ever begin to understand. Your brother brought up the idea he NEEDED a baby sister. He told us he needed you urgently on his 2nd Bday. Not knowing if I could have another baby...We begged God to show us a sign if it was meant to be. The 3 of us prayed desperately for you but with understanding and acceptance if it wasn’t meant to be. When we found out we were blessed with a pregnancy we prayed for you every day...as we do daily and will for eternity. It must have been the whispers of angels, but it was your brother that knew you were going to bless our family not only did he ask us for a baby, he told us everyday as he kissed my belly that a baby sister was on the way!!! Today, between interviews and meetings we played with our sweet babies! The whole world is adjusting to a new normal, a new workspace...it’s so exciting to hear your new journeys. So many worldwide are out of work...presently there is an abundance of uncertainty...like a latest trend many of you share that you are pulling out your dusty laptops and using this as an opportunity to go after your dream business, the thing you have been thinking about, but never had time to go after...like a blessing we are in a time where you can literally start a business through just your phone or laptop, giving us the advantage to learn from the most successful entrepreneurs in the world online and through podcasts while you get to cuddle your sweet babies loved ones a little longer as you make plans to change your lives and shoot for the stars! •PARENTS JUGGLE BUSINESS • PLEASE SUBSCRIBE IN MY BIO! For years I gave up on the idea of becoming a mother. To deal with the pain and heart ache I became deeply involved in business and pursuing every passion and interest that arose. That masked the missing piece and brought me joy...*I thought. I met someone with the same goals and we jet set around the world. I was VERY busy! I was filming, shooting, making appearances, speaking, walking red carpets and building businesses! I didn’t think life could get better. Out of the blue the most incredible thing happened!!!! I found out I was pregnant!!!! I was through the roof! My purposely forgotten wish came true! With the first breath of my first born baby boy my best life started!!!! Before his birth I planned on nannies and sitters so I could keep living my busy life with assistance...but after his sweet little body lay on my chest for the first time...I could not imagine any one caring for my child but me! Heck no! I decided if my single mother juggled businesses and kids hands on I could for sure do it with a partner. I have since met so many other #entrepreneurs on the same path as myself. Mastering our own version of parenthood without losing our identity and exploring our new normal with the births of our children. I feel for myself a new woman was born a Wonder Woman. This exciting and love filled juggle faces many challenges and sacrifices as we balance love, family, self care, and #business. We asked ourselves is it really possible to have a successful business & #family? On my path I faced a major health challenge just before launching a business after the birth of my second miracle. It was that point when I prayed and found my answer. I’m hear to share & help others on this blessed journey that at times can get overwhelming. •NOT FORGOTTEN🥳• Baby boy your friends & family didn’t forget...explaining #quarantine & why he can’t celebrate his fearless 4 with the rest of his loved ones was tough. He took it VERY well & had the BEST day!...The beautiful emotions that bubbled out of him when he saw the cake was gorgeous! 😭🥳This surprise made Daniel feel SOOO LOVED!!!! 😢😍It MADE his day! Happy Birthday to our sweet, beautiful, fearless lion.💕Your first breath took ours away! Honestly, we had no idea a baby can be born so calmly without a cry ...even though the tension in the room spiked for a few minutes as they fought to get you out. I remember repeating “ Is my son ok? Is my baby ok?” Finally they answered “He’s perfect”. I promised it was that very moment I would never let you go. You & your sisters birth is the BEST days of life!! To finally hold a long awaited wish we prayed for, for years. When we got home I canceled the night nurses, canceled the nanny. We decided to experience all of your life... not missing a beat of your precious moments!...Years ago I gave up the idea of having kids. I committed to a hectic life on the go. I soaked myself in business, travel, every imaginable passion and had my fingers in a million things on my focus to be successful. Finally unexpectedly Gods plan took over. God Blessed us with a beautiful boy. Suddenly our life changed in the most beautiful way. We experienced a love we never knew & grows. A love that is unimaginable till you experience it! •A PRIVILEGE🙏🏻• Being a mother to these two sweet babies is a privilege I only dreamed of while playing make believe as a young girl. And here I am now after years of thinking it was just that ...a dream. •CHALLENGES• Life hands out challenge after challenge it never ends. Sometimes we ask “when is this craziness going to give me a break?!?!?” and then life slaps you with another challenge. At times it’s a lonely sinking feeling at times it’s fear filled....And other times it’s back to normal...Dearest God thank you for my blessings...and thank you for these two that show me more love that I never even knew existed. Dear God thank you!! When I tap into them, their love gives me everything I need. We all have these waves in our life...sometimes briefly sometimes extended...BUT I GUARANTEE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US HAVE THESE MOMENTS IN LIFE. •MOTHERS DAY• For years I didn’t think #MothersDay was possible for me. But here’s proof that some things are meant to be...when the time is right. Dearest babies of mine: The day you both were born my soul saw you and said there you are...I’ve been looking for you my whole life...the day I gave you both life... you gave ME life! I discovered such powerful sides of my heart I didn’t even know existed! I believe God sent you into my life to have something to fight for. To show me there is true love in the world, to bring me hope, and a type of joy I never knew could existed...all the proof of God I need that you two are a gift from Heaven above. • • PS the picture looks Gorgeous to ME because of my beyond beautiful babies (I like every other mama thinks this...it’s called mama goggles) ...but that’s not the reality of how my body is betraying me and trying to steal my joy....it’s a tug of war of joy and pain...1st of all I’m so happy with the babies they are EVERYTHING I prayed for 🙏🏻my children are wonderful💙💖 healthy soooo good and so well mannered they are absolutely perfect and gorgeous ~to me...but I darn this thing going on in me because I can’t enjoy every moment I want to because at times my mind is racing with anxiety because I feel cutting and rawness and burning on the inside of my stomach with this mystery pain that comes in waves so often through my days. Instagram...Not everything is as it looks... it would have been perfect fun for them if I didn’t pull out early because the pain got bad at the end. I tried to cancel this shoot to a day I may feel better...well, THANK GOODNESS I didn’t!!!! I love these captures they are priceless and we had so much fun in grateful that it took my mind off the pain till the end.
