In terms of self-healing, self-applied splash potions, would it not be more practical to break open the bottle before pouring it on oneself? Rather than splashing it at one’s feet hoping for shards of glass to carry extra potion to the user’s blood stream.

Down the shirt or over the head. Applied on specific points to facilitate its properties. Applied like perfume or cologne.

Hermitcraft Season 10 Grian Permit Office Headcanons:

Considering the Hermit Permit Office and the recently revealed information that the visible slits on Grian's face are actually holes and not eyes, I have been creating more designs for eldritch c!Grian. The Office is purposely uncomfortable, so I feel that giving Grian trickster entity qualities matches well with his personality and the theming of the Hermit Permit Office.

Tendrils emerging from his eye sockets on occasion.

Instead of tendrils, perhaps they could occasionally flicker with fluorescent-like light, or glow in the dark like a jack-o-lantern. 

His mouth could be fake and his speech/sounds emanate from his eye sockets

Combine these qualities with the marine/aquatic bird/creature aspects noted in Grian's character. Angler Fish, Puffin, Anhinga, Sea Bird or Cormorant motifs could suit Eldritch entity Grian, to reflect how the Permit Office itself is a trap to feed off of the frustration of other characters while nodding to the Fishing Arc^TM
