Been busy but also bc I been thinking about putting these two into situations and found a fake dating AU would be fun to think about.

Maybe it’s one where Scar loves sneaking into fancy events and in one of these events, a person (maybe Katherine) questions him on who brought him here. He normally has a good excuse, like being in catering, but his outfit didn’t match the caters uniform this time. He does stick out like a sore thumb, and if he doesn’t answer quickly, he will be kicked out.

Luckily, he did chatted with Jimmy earlier and knows he’s single. So Scar says that he’s Jimmy’s boyfriend in hopes the person backs off. She does, and Scar continues partying. Later, when he’s back with Jimmy, Katherine asks Jimmy about how dating Scar was like. Thankfully, Jimmy does cover for Scar and talked about how they been dating for a few weeks and wanted to share the news when they got to their first month anniversary.

The news about them dating spreads like wildfire and all their friends know they’re dating in like, three days. Now they’re caught up in the lie and have to go on dates without getting caught by their friends (and maybe their exes bc I think that can be fun). And then they start catching feelings for each other while on those dates but are unsure if the other feels the same, or if its part of the act.

Anyway they should kiss about it.

AAWWWHHH!!!! I typically don't like fake dating but it sounds like Jimmy just automatically assumes scar is doing something and says yes. And that they also talk about it behind the scenes... aawwwhhh <3 god they're just so cute

Hey Hi hello how you doing? I am here with more rambles about the two silly little bird men that haunt my mind. Today I am simply going to go insane about my own fic, the Crow and the Canary.

So im currently reworking it (I wouldn't reccomend looking it up on ao3 as its rather outdated at the moment) and something I knew I wanted to include was Philza’s 5 year hardcore death (the baby zombie incident)

So I decided yep ok lets kill Phil off at 20. Surely nothing bad will happen to any of his sibling’s mental states! (spoiler alert: guess who's extra wary of their own mortality now)

It makes the start of the fic that much better. Jimmy receives an invite from his dead brother. The one who tragically passed when Jimmy was only 15, the one who's body he saw in the coffin, the one who's death broke his entire family, that brother.

Obviously it has to be a joke right? Except neither he more his siblings ever mentioned Phil to any of their friends. No one outside of their family knows. Its hella sketchy too, only Jimmy received the invite, not Grian or Pearl, or even Martyn, Phil’s twin, got one. It asks Jimmy to come to some tiny shoreline town far from any major city.

Despite everything, Jimmy decides to go. After all, thats the worst that could happen?

Application extended until March 1st!

Hi guys! Admin Excel here.

After discussing the whole project with the mod team, we decided to extend the application period for another week. That means you can send us your application until March 1st 2025.

So if you haven't applied, go do that now! Or at least until March 1st.

So far, in the application we've received, some roles have been more popular than others - which we expected, especially after the interest check. While you can still apply for any role on the team, the ones we're looking for the most are:

Enviroment artists,

Scenario writers,

Mechanics writers.

So if you're interested in any of these roles - awesome, this is the perfect time for you to apply! And if not - don't worry, you can still apply for any of the other roles!

Hopefully, extending the application period will not push back the date when we reach back to you - or at least not by much. We'll still keep you updated about when we finish the review process and start sending out response emails.
