Total Dangan Action Contestant No. 6: Kokichi Ouma

Bio: The most unpredictable participant in the group. He specializes in deception, using all means in his arsenal to get things done his way; telling tall tales, acting, and thievery. But how he does things only serves to benefit himself and not anyone else in his team, so it's better to have him as an enemy rather than an ally.

His best contribution he's done for his team was relaying information and weaknesses on other competitors he's gain by spying on them or falsely befriending them, but even then he'd only revealed those secrets if they offered some kind of exchange, usually immunity when it came to voting time. As for strategies, Kokichi is capable of drafting several different operations in his head, but only keeping them to himself so that everyone could underestimate him intellectually and use that advantage later down the line when the teams merge.

Normally Kokichi is very childish and acts innocent in front of other people, but instances shows a more disturbing and menacing side to him in the background. Even through his smile, no one really knows how he really feels or what's really going on inside his head. 

Goal: At different points, Kokichi often spews what his intentions and goals are in his confessionals, but it's been confusing what they really are because he tells a completely different story each time he's in there. One moment he says that he's there to pay back his family's debt, the other was him being a supreme leader that needs to spread his influence on live international television, another was him saying that he wants to donate the prize to charity, and etc. In whatever the case or reason it may be, there's no doubt that he at least wants to leave an impression on the World when he's on screen.

On the set, the 16 Contestants will be divided into five teams who will have "Helpers"(the hosts) to represent all of them as mascots. These Helpers do not have any benefits or advantages to overcome the other team, except for providing "Hints". Hints are riddles, subtle clues, or small instructions that will help the team solve and get through the Challenges quicker. Each team may only have 2 Hints for the entire show. Whenever during a Challenge, team captain can decide on whether or not they want to use a Hint, but there's a "Penalty" when used. The Penalty is a setback that will cause the team to slowdown or hinder their progress through the Challenge.

Additionally, there'll be rules added for the winner and losing team in the competition this time around. The winning team gets to decide the fate of the team in last place; they either let them go vote for elimination like usual, or they all decide which member they get to steal from that team. This cycle will continue for every challenge until there's no more players in other teams, once all the remaining players are in the same team that's when they'll merge and everyone gets to play for themselves.

Total Dangan Action Contestant No. 7: Korekiyo Shinguji

Bio: The most unnerving participant in the group. He specializes in diverse culture and ethical customs around the world, integrating himself in the study and research on the early development of human societies; making him extremely integral for trivia based challenges related to world history and geography. He is so passionate in his work that while studying about the early nature of people, he began loving all kinds of people in return. Though ironically this kind of acceptance makes him feel disturbing and uncomfortable for the other participants.

Normally he is very quiet and tends to keep calm in tense situation, but this makes everyone else uncomfortable as he simply observes others in a obvious manner while saying morbid things in a light-hearted tone. This is because when he is willing to accept and love everyone, that also includes the more horrific and disturbed side of humanity.

Despite that, his team still values him for not only his knowledge but also for his outlook and foresight during physical challenges. Out of everyone, Korekiyo seems to be the only one to actively try to pursue everyone to be his friend and not be bothered by their rejections or criticism towards him. He is seen more actively to be close towards the female participants, so that both he and his "sister" could have friends. The same "sister" that Korekiyo talks to everyday for moral support on the show, though no one has ever seen him with a phone or some kind of device to communicate with.

Goal: He went on the show for two goals alone; one is to find worthy friends for him and his "sister" since this show only takes a small handful of people from the world to be on the show. The second goal is to use the prize money to find undiscovered lands so that he may see small villages that hasn't made contact with the outside world yet, all so that he could further develop and grow his knowledge for culture and customs.

TDA-Tsumugi Shirogane

Total Dangan Action Contestant No. 13: Tsumugi Shirogane

Bio: The most obsessive participant in the group. she specializes in costume making and makeup of renown characters of pop culture, along  with vast knowledge of trivia and facts about any of those said characters. With these at hand, she becomes quite helpful for challenges when filming a skit or answering trivia is required. Though she has skills and loves making outfits of her favorite characters, she doesn't enjoy putting on any of it on herself since she's insecure about her appearance and sees herself too plain to do it.

In a general basis, Tsumugi is very docile and timid most of the time whenever someone is around, but that's a facade she constantly puts up in order to be underestimated in the game. In truth Tsumugi is quite cruel and manipulative to others as she'll use her facade to abstract information from her "friends" and use those insecurities to sabotage and doubt themselves for her own benefit. Even though she displays levels of skillful manipulation, her arrogance left her open in some cases and her true colors were briefly shown. Such as moments when her favorite shows or characters are criticized, the quiet and shy Tsumugi would stare daggers and shout outburst of anger towards the offender; but would then pull back and make an excuse soon after.

Goal: Though she openly proclaims that not much thought was put into her application for the show and simply wants to use the prize to invest more into her craft, she actually intended there for a completely different motive other than the prize. In truth she was actually the daughter to one of the executives that funds and runs the show, and her reason there is similar as to Kirumi's.

She put herself there in order to make sure that the show was running properly and even start some drama here and there in order to keep the audience invested. She was even the one that introduced the idea of putting something in the show like K1-B0 to increase viewership. In the end, she hopes that if things go well thanks to her, her father and other executives would allow her to host the next following seasons.

TDA-K1-B0

Total Dangan Action Contestant No. 8: K1-B0

Bio: The most humane participant in the group. he doesn't specialize or provide anything that's either physically or intellectually substantial to his team throughout his entire run on the show. But he does play a part as the rationale and common sense of his team during the discussions towards his members' more chaotic and static approaches for handling challenges.

Despite being a robot with such advanced AI that it can replicate human behavior and emotions, there isn't much going for him when it comes to practicality, the only exceptions are moments when he acts like a flashlight through dark tunnels or a camera to take photos of clues/puzzles. When it comes to interacting with others, K1-B0 is seen to be in high guard and sensitive towards meeting new people for the first time, given his past experience of discrimination and judgement towards himself for a robot trying to blend in. After awhile he'll become more friendly with others the more often they get near him, this is most likely a involuntary protocol in his system to entice him to study more about human emotions and adapt that data to his system.

But even when he opens up and starts to make friends, he tends to put up a front and make his overall activities more interesting than they really are, most likely due to him feeling insecure when surrounded with so many people with amazing skills and talents.

Goal: With little concept of money or knowledge as to why he's even on the show, he assumes that he was put there in order to study more about human nature up close and make real friends. However the truth is that K1-Bo is actually a mobilized android camera so that audiences could feel like an active participant in the show and decide K1-B0's decisions based on live polls on social media. This was a experimental stunt to get back into the good graces of the public after horrible incidents that occurred during the first season.

Total Dangan Action Contestant No. 10: Himiko Yumeno

Bio: The most unmotivated participant in the group. She specializes in parlor tricks and slight of hand movements (though she tries her best to convince others that it's so much more than simple tricks), making her a suitable obstacle to blind side and distract the other physically capable/simple minded players in the show. Though with her skills she could do more and be a essential player for her team, but the problem for that is that she's completely lazy. She would prefer to do just enough work so that she isn't sweating and be seen useful enough not to be voted out. Much like her work ethics, Himiko is very tired and sloppy when interacting with others as well, not properly communicating her words enough and acts a bit annoyed when someone tries to talk to her for too long. The only time when she seems to be more energized and awake is when her tricks are brought up in conversations and uses that opportunity to lecture how she's really a mage that uses real magic.

Goal: Not really caring about the prize since she could eventually earn that from her various magician gigs, in fact she really didn't want to participate in the show at all since she heard that people always put too much effort and energy in the challenges. But she convinces herself to play(and she'll keep reminding herself this throughout the show she so that it prevents her from quitting), so that she's broadcasted though the world and prove that her and her teacher uses "real magic" in their performances.

Dilectrix Preview

(Notes: This series is greatly inspired by another AU series called the Charnitrix, where Ben has to manage and restrain feral female counterparts of his aliens. I really like the concept and art direction of that series. So I wanted to create a variant of that, but of course I need to create my own designs, backstory, and character details to really call this my own work and not just a copy.)

Synopsis: In this alternate universe, Ben Tennyson suffered a tragedy of losing both of his parents involving an alien seeking vengeance on Max Tennyson. So in grieve and concern of protection, Max decided to raise and train Ben to be a Plumber so he could be the hero he always wanted to be. Years later Ben solely dedicated himself to train his body and mind to be a top tier Plumber like his grandpa, but this mindset caused him to isolate himself and form a prejudice against aliens just being unforgiving monsters. In seeing this, Max was disheartened and hopes one day Ben changes his view on aliens and finds someone that'll make him happy...

This is the design of Dilectrix Ben. More information about him and his glove will be added later on.

(Notes: I had a weird love/hate relationship with this show; some episodes were actually pretty fun to watch, but most of the time it was pretty hard to get through. So much of the dialogue, pacing, jokes, and SOUND AFFECTS were spawned straight from the trash, and the worst part was that it was on air all the time. The reason I stuck around and had attachment to the show was solely because of the first season. So to dedicate that, this project is solely designing the characters in the future based on who they were in the premiere season.)

Synopsis: Having gone through so many adventures and near death experiences just helping out his sisters, just wait and see what became of Johnny, Dukey, and the rest of the citizens in Porkbelly in the last decade of their lives.

TDA-Ryoma Hoshi

Bio: The most recluse participant in the group. He specializes in quick and rapid movements that many have a hard time seeing, developed from the many years he's played in sports that would require him large amounts of stamina in order to make up for his height, such as tennis. With his speed, Ryoma takes on a huge role in challenges that involves racing or avoiding contact from players of other teams. Though he performs efficiently during challenges and is willing to help calm things down during strategy meetings, Ryoma always tends to downplay himself and tries to stray away from the company of others. This reserved manner is never down out of hatred or from belittling others, but it is done only to benefit them. Due to his past and who he's currently affiliated now, Ryoma views himself as a liability for people's safety and values others over himself.

Goal: For reasons for him to participate in the show, the attention was never in his mind; it was all for the money. What made him take action was simply due to others forcing the matters into his hands; having him play and reach to a certain placement so that dangerous individuals could win big from placing illegal bets online. Being held by a tight leash and locked away for so long, Ryoma saw this as a chance to earn his freedom and reclaim his value as a real person.

TDA-Angie Yonaga

She specializes in sculpting, drawing, painting, and any other medium that involves visual artistic intent; thus giving her team an advantage of creating distractions (fake signs and replicas) to stall and hinder others. It's even shown that some of the patterns and color values used in her work causes some hypnotic and brief paralyzing affects. But despite all her skills and effort that she displayed, she brushes all that aside and credits her work to the god that her people worships, Atua. Angie has proven to be quite the formidable player by always seemingly guessing the correct answers or going the right path, along with getting almost everyone by her side with her kinds words and comforting nature. And though she says that its thanks to her god, it's been proven that all her fortunate outcomes is mostly due to manipulating others in guessing and exhausting all different choices until the right one appears. It's easy to fall for her words because she displays non-malicious intent and is sincere with her beliefs, but she does uses her god's name in order to get the things that she wants and not be bothered by the harm that may be inflicted onto others due to her actions.

Goal: She claims that her involvement of the show is simply due to her god's plans and whether she wins or not is up to their volition. But she did state that if her god did allow her to win, then she would use the opportunity to spread her religion across the World and have the prize money to further develop her island so that there's more room for new devoted people to be indoctrinated into the greatness of Atua.

TDA-Kirumi Tojo

She specializes in completing any tasks that's asked of her; making her a fierce competitor and a irreplaceable ally within the show. Ranging from menial tasks (such as mopping the floors and doing laundry) to precise and risky demands (such as memorizing an entire library  section within the hour or help play a huge role in rehabilitating a collapsing government system), she immediately acts and performs flawlessly. Even in leisure time where there's no challenges or tasks given, she'll stand firm and dignified, waiting for the next command to be issued. Kirumi is always composed and mature around everyone, treating them fairly and equally. But she will provide insight and critiques towards others during either preparations for upcoming challenges, or when she's apprehending others for misconduct/misbehavior. No matter the scenario, she is someone that always remain calm and be the rationale for everyone else's madness. But the few instances when her dignified character starts to crack is when others would compare or even call her "Mom", seeing how she views it more like an insult rather than a compliment. 

Goal: She has no particular interest in either in the show or the prize, her presence there is due to the commission requests made by the executives of the show. They want her to keep a close watch on the status of the show from within so that they're sure that the host's challenges are still within the regulations of the FCC. This is to prevent any further complaints, concerns, and future lawsuits against the franchise; similar to ones made after the cave incident with Gundham and Nekomaru. But by chance if she does win, she'll donate all the finances towards organizations and charities that would aid the less fortunate.

TDA-Tenko Chabashiraa

Bio: The most biased participant in the group. She specializes in self defense and athletic principles, making her a good instructor to teach her teammates to be more active and aware of danger; though there are certain criteria before she teaches anyone anything. But despite highlighting her martial arts background and eagerness to fight often, Tenko is a coward at times to extreme situations who tends to avoid conflict due to her low pain tolerance. She doesn't really add anything less to her team besides her martial arts, but she will criticize and talk down to her teammates for no reason (only towards the men though). It's been seen quite often that Tenko shows bias against the men on not only her team but everyone else on the show as well; willing to protect and defend the girls for their mistakes, but ready to jump on board pointing the finger at the men that did nothing wrong. Obviously this gets her in trouble more often than she thinks, but she does have her moments when she will comfort some of her male participants if she sees them carrying burdens that are too heavy to carry on their own. 

Goal: She only intended to use the show to showcase and promote her innovative Neo-Aikido, a self made martial art created by herself and her "master". But by any chance that she actual wins the game, then she promised to use the money create her own dojo and spread her self defense techniques to all the woman around the world.
