UGANDA

In summer 2010 and 2011 I went to Uganda, where a good friend of mine and incredible mother to 25 children, Sarah, started a charity called ASCO, that houses former street kids. The boys, aged 6 - 19, were living on the streets and battled paraffin addiction and abuse. Today they are warm and loving kids, doing much better than they would have hadn't it been for the amazing work of people like Sarah Kelly and other ASCO volunteers. Search ASCO (African Street Children Organisation) to sponsor one of the kids.
