The Atlas of Beauty
Romanian photographer Mihaela Noroc is on a mission to capture portraits of women from every country in the world in order to shed light on the beauty that exists everywhere. A little over two years ago, at the age of 27, Noroc quit her job, withdrew all her life savings, and embarked on an incredible journey across the globe with little more than her camera and backpack. Her travels so far are documented in The Atlas of Beauty, an ongoing project that features a diverse array of local women from 37 different countries and almost every single continent.

Roast Tomato, cannellini bean and Kalamata olive salad 🍅🍴🌱❤️ 1⃣ preheat oven to 220•C 2⃣ drain and rise beans and drain olives 3⃣quarter your tomatoes lengthways (I used 3 tomatoes but if serving for more people probably use more) place on baking tray and drizzle with olive oil an toss to coat + season with pepper and oregano flakes to taste, bake for 10 minutes until tomatoes have collapsed slightly. Allow to cool. 4⃣ cover the base of the serving bowl with a bed of lettuce leaves (I used cos lettuce but spinach leaves also go well) 5⃣ top the lettuce/spinach leaves with the roast tomatoes, cannellini beans and olives then drizzle with balsamic vinegar dressing (you can also crumble some feta over the top if you choose) 6⃣ dig in 🍴😜

The huge amount of pressure on young girls to let their boyfriends get away with everything and not to stand up for themselves, lest they stop being a ‘chill girlfriend’ and instead become a horrible, controlling harpy is such bullshit. Stop teaching young girls that demanding to be treated with respect and courtesy makes them shrill, over-emotional, or unworthy of listening to.
