Concept: Layers • My fineliner game way too strong • Connection lines • I could do with a nice cupp of hot chocolate in this horrible weather right now 💆🌊 This illustrational pattern is an A2 piece. The surface I have used is cartridge paper, which I have stretched out before working on my actual final pattern. (BIG tip; good things take time) I have also used fineliners (0.5W); one of my most abs FAVE thing in the world! I literally have a collection of fineliners, all different widths (don’t judge me I just adore them, and I’m a total sucker for stationary ooh and cute accessories) if you know, you know. Finally, I’ve used ink which I’ve diluted in other liquid substances to achieve great consistency and pigmentation. Imagine running in and out of pillars like this and a building something quite similar.. singing and hearing your echo bouncing back to you. Very dramatic, but that would be a moment to live and excite for. Most importantly love this photography!

Hey my lovelaayss, so another illustrational update for y'all.. If you follow me from my instagram Art days, you’ll know how much I love, love, love illustrating! Whether it’s at the beginning of a project or even just for the fun of it. This A2 illustrational piece done with a permanent black marker, was to represent 3 main parts of the human body which you have the power to keep under-control. Vists to the Ikon Gallery • My veiw of: Takehisa Kosugi - Spacings. Projection, sounds, and distance work. 🌍🌊🌊

This very particular instilation piece, Takehisa Kosugi has used: Sand, white-noise radios, waves (as the background music), projection and fishing wires (to hang the radios from the ceiling). I very much enjoyed this instilation display.. as it is quite similar/relatable to my work. It had created a very calm scene. In my opinion, the moral of this instilation piece was; exploring the concept of sound from different angles - hence the three pillers with plastic boxes of sand contained within. Not to forget there was a radio each in all three plastic boxes of sand and bits of electrical wires.

Multiple sounds of white noise and electrical sounds going off all at once (and the soundtrack of waves in the background), evaluated my contemplation to different soundwaves from various lengths/distances.

She was a true inspiration, and still is! An inspiration and one of the most great role models for myself and I'm sure many women out there!
