年末に愛媛県八幡市の漁港、どーや市場でハマチをお歳暮としていただきました。

大きさは4.7キロの魚だったそうでデカイです。

一度では食べきれないので、冷凍に小分けしてます。

刺身だけでなく、煮付けや出汁茶漬けなど色んな食べ方をします。
