Requests Open; I'm alive
It has been a very long time since I've written, but I'm alive! Life chose to give me the ao3 author treatment but that's not stopping me quite yet.
Interestingly enough, I don't believe I've had requests open since the release of Limbus which is just absurd, and why I want to open the gates for more.
Once again, willing to write for practically any character! I'd say I only am holding off on romantically writing for Heathcliff for now until his Canto as Cathy takes a very important role in his motivations, and I don't think it would be accurate to simply ignore all that.
That all said, looking forward to see what you all want to see

what do you think it would take for Heathcliff to warm up to somebody? because right now I feel like he'd scare a lot of people off with how brash and violent he is, but it'd be interesting if someone managed to befriend him.
I love him. And yes, I am alive! I am still crawling on. somehow.
Heathcliff Warming up to Someone Headcanons:
It is true that his outwardly brash nature is what a lot of people are initially met with, especially if they happen to be of some authoritative stance, but that’s mainly because of his own preconceived judgements. He’s a rather reasonable and good man otherwise.. Just a bit quick to jump to opinions.
If he doesn’t feel as though you are demanding respect from anyone then you have quite a decent chance of getting along. Talk to him as though he’s an actual person and you’ll find he’s pretty cooperative unless what you’re telling him to do is something he deems as outrageous.
Even though I lovingly call him an idiot, he’s quite the opposite. Heathcliff is a very apt man. We’ve seen this during Canto II with how he diverts the attention of the casino guards. He’s just a bit impulsive in some cases in the same sense that Don is. If he sees something he considers to be wrong, insulting, or similar he is quick to action if no one else is. He’s very good with short-term solutions but doesn’t immediately consider the implications for the long term. That’s Faust’s job. He’s clever and witty.
His recklessness also stems from the fact that death isn’t actually a problem for him (poor Dante), so not much is stopping him from speaking his mind. Unless the situation is really dire he has no desire to shut his mouth. Will still mutter under his breath.
He would immediately get along a lot better with you if you share any kind of similar passions in disrupting the system, calling people out, and overall being very blunt on the blatant ignorance and audacity some people have. While not to say the other sinners don’t agree, they just typically don’t really comment on it either. To have someone else that he can rant with and be brutally honest with? Ohhh that is just going to fuel the flames.
Would find you funny as hell if you insult the smug, sleazy workers of the city you happen to run into. Even better if it’s directly in their faces. Will back you up even if you don’t know each other much at this point because it’s entertaining.
I believe that you have a pretty solid chance of getting along even if you don’t immediately call out someone to their face so long as he overhears you complaining about it later. Not all people have the confidence he does, and sometimes it’s easier for you to let it be in the moment as long as it’s not too treacherous or there’s quips here and there.
The most crucial part in befriending him is first and foremost about establishing a sense of likemindedness. If he doesn’t see you as an agreeable person, then chances are he won’t think well of you either. You don’t have to be as loud about it as he is but even stating something along the lines of ‘That is wrong and it needs to be acknowledged and not smoothed over’ after the fact works for him.
I think that it would be a lot more difficult for him to see eye to eye with someone who so compliantly follows along with orders and seems indifferent to the cruelty and justice around them. There needs to be some kind- any kind of proof that you have humanity and aren’t willing to stay complicit with continuing what is seen as morally wrong by him.
He’s a very passionate guy which can be a little difficult to navigate because he can very easily get lost to more aggressive feuds or grudges, in these situations he’s a bit unreachable in that he is very unlikely to hear others out. When it calms down though his opinion may alter slightly especially the longer he knows a person. Still sticks very close to his own truth nonetheless.
With this it becomes easier to talk to him because there’s no longer that  preconceived notion he holds over you, whatever it may be. You might find him even gravitating more near you or valuing your opinions a little higher than the others. When Faust is droning on he tends to tune her out, but whatever you’re saying he’s more encouraged to listen in on. There isn’t much of a difference in the moment, but you’ll notice that he’s completely forgotten what Faust has advised whereas he brings up a note that you mentioned instead.
Don’t expect the bickering to go anywhere. Friend or not, there will still be snide remarks here and there, though if you’re on good terms with him they’re meant in a more playful snarky way as opposed to a genuine complaint. Best be quick witted yourself.
You’re one of the few who can get away with insulting him without paying the typical price of being smacked over the head unconscious with his bat! Something that has happened an unnecessary amount of times with the other sinners much to the displeasure of Dante. Don’t expect to be completely devoid of being pushed around though. I imagine him to be the type of person to slam his hands around your shoulder with such force that it will completely knock the wind out of you for a joke.
Heathcliff is sort of hard to reach emotionally, even if you two get along very well. It can be kind of difficult to delve deeper into his own problems no matter how good on terms you are with him. He’s approachable in the way that his inferiority complex makes it extremely unlikely for him to ever mention his own shortcomings or communicate his distress in a way other than anger. Heathcliff does not want to have someone pity him, and above all he doesn’t want to be seen as weak.
It’s very hard to navigate, there’s hardly a right answer of how to go about it because it’s something that’s so emotionally fuelled that your best case scenario is just trying to listen and be more casual about it if something ever did get brought up. It’s a sore spot, don’t be surprised or feel bad if he snaps at you because he feels like you’re trying to be his therapist, it’s a spur of the moment thing and he’d feel bad afterwards. He just wants to be seen as a person.
Try to pry very little, what small trace amounts you get from him of his own personal experiences is something you’ll just have to take. Heathcliff might seem to be in particularly pissy and broody moods from time to time, whether from a bad interaction or something deeper, you can ask him what happens but if he says to drop it then it's recommended you do.
I feel like he isn’t ready to unpack everything, he finds it unneeded and a hindrance to get all sappy and focus on how he feels. That said I don’t know if there ever would be a proper time… aside from his canto.
You become his complaining buddy. He will trash talk either the others or some unpleasant person you’ve met while at work. It’s honestly fascinating some of the most obscure and abhorrent insults he can construct, beat only by Ryoshu of course. Her’s is just vulgar.
He is so biased it’s not even subtle. Heathcliff might seem a bit unapproachable at first but you’ll quickly come to realize that if you offer a sort of loyalty then he will return it. Might make fun of you for getting into a tricky situation, but he will do everything he can to pull you out of it and I think that’s what makes him such a good companion.

I love you and I am throwing money at you mentally (drop that link if I can do it genuinely)
Can you write Dante x Reader where they're both healers but the reader is more "if you get out of bed after spraining your ankle I am wrestling you to the ground" (to compliment Dante's "PLEASE DONT HURT YOURSELF" vibes)
First of all, I love this dynamic, and second I am kicking my feet at this THANK YOU SO MUCH! My goodness, I don’t have anything special set up because I was unaware of the potential support I’d get, but if you are interested I do have an ol’ cashapp with the name $Aeroroot or VIA paypal! https://paypal.me/aeroroot?country.x=US&locale.x=en_US . I want to specify it is totally optional as I get a lot of joy solely from your enjoyment alone, but if you want to go the extra mile then I thank you especially!
Dante x Healer Reader Headcanons:
I love Dante but lord do they need this extra help. Both recovering memories from amnesia with no clue on how they got here, in charge of a group of unruly sinners who get killed practically every single mission, and going through excruciating pain every time they have to bring them back. Not pleasant!
Honestly a bit of a pushover and I say that with love. Do I blame them? No, but sometimes someone else needs to help out a little around here. And that someone happens to be you, which Dante is very grateful for, if not a little… Concerned.
You seem to be the only one aside from Sinclair maybe who pays attention to the strain that bringing people back puts on them, whenever anyone approaches them for trivial injuries you snag them into your grasp and usher them to sit down.
They look up to you a bit for your strong sense of self, and lack of fear when it comes to dragging people back into their seats no matter the complaints so you can patch them up. Some are easier and more patient than others, some are a little more rowdy (cough Heathcliff cough Ryoshu cough). Still, you seem to have no fear putting someone into a headlock so you can bandage them even if your main skill isn’t meant to be combat.
Dante has witnessed you firsthand tackle sinners to the floor who were about to be staggered with very little sense of self preservation. Despite being so determined that the people around you are in good shape, it doesn’t seem to extend to you in your mind.
Will insist that you need to be just as aware of your own quality as you do anyone else’s. Surprisingly not that afraid of scolding you, probably because they know you won’t retaliate. It’s all out of care too.
As stubborn as you are, you are very appreciated by your colleagues, even ones like Heathcliff who may complain but ultimately are thankful. You have a sense of authority without even intending to, many follow your advice because they know that you’ll just haul them back to bed.
As for your and Dante’s relationship, I can see them being initially intimidated but glad for your assistance. You even check in on them from time to time, claiming that they are as important of a patient as anyone else. They’re a bit confused because they don’t directly participate in fighting, but you reason that the pain they feel from rewinding time counts as enough of a reason to look out for them.
They do make the mental note to just comply with you if ever they get injured themselves. Your sheer will to keep people in best condition, including the force you are willing to apply to do so, is something they do not want to reckon with.
I imagine that if they did get injured and attempted to leave, likely with the reasoning of ‘the sinners need me to bring them back’, a single glare from you would shut them up and sit them down. You tell them that they can resurrect them later, right now they are not budging.
Despite not really having a face to make expressions with you have learned to understand how they feel from body movement alone. When other sinners are pestering them to heal them back up, and you visibly see the hesitance, then you will step in.
You don’t really see Dante as your manager (sorry bud lot.
Dante doesn’t actually know the first thing about healing. They just rewind back time and through some miasma of events everyone is back in one piece. Watching you get to work yourself is so interesting because you actually know what you’re doing. They will stare over at you to try and figure out what is going on and take little notes, like you’re teaching them.
Upon your repeatedly voiced concerns, your colleagues have learned to stop relying on Dante to fix the smallest of wounds, most of them at least. Your manager appreciates this greatly as it gives them a breather from the repeated experience.
When neither of you are busy and some questions have been brought about, Dante will come to you to ask them. It’s easy to forget that they remember almost nothing about the city or who they are, but they find that you seem to be willing to answer even the most minute of inquiries.
You are a lifesaver both literally and figuratively and they appreciate that you take some weight off their shoulders. That said, you also give them constant heart attacks by the fact you are not afraid to plunge into extreme danger to drag someone else out. Are you two exploring a building and you hear someone familiar yelling outside? You will do whatever you can to get to them quickly even if that means jumping out a two story window. It’s like a summoning call for you.
Dante is very adamant on restoring you even if you tell them not to. They see it as the least they can do when you’re so willing to sacrifice yourself not only for the sinners, but them. Your words to stop letting people walk all over them come back to bite you, because they will not take no for an answer.
Generally more comfortable in coming to you for advice considering the trust that you have gained from them. They quite literally have been thrusted into a position they know almost nothing about, and chances are if they don’t learn fast then things are about to go downhill real fast. You yourself aren’t a manager – you’re a medic, but your decisive nature is something they respect even if you can throw yourself impulsively into situations to save another.
Considering how you put others before yourself, you likely are on the more empathetic or compassionate side too, even if it may not show in the same way that Dante’s does. Obtaining the Golden Boughs is a rigorous and emotional process for every sinner, and Dante doesn’t always know what to do. There isn’t ever one clear answer, but they may come to you for how they should approach it.
The confusing things going on in their own head never really got to be talked about until it came to you. Not always are they looking for a fix, because a lot of the time there isn’t one, but just someone to rely on.
Dante is adorable, and I think that a large reason why you care deeply for them is because of how they are like a fresh canvas, free from the city’s imposed expectations. They’re just some honest, worried person who has yet to become shut off to being vulnerable like so many have. It’s refreshing, and yes most of that is caused from memory loss, who they were beforehand is a complete mystery, but that doesn’t change who they are in the moment.
Dante likes you too because there’s a sense of special camaraderie between you two. Whether it’s because you both deal with the aftermath of battles together, or because they find you both genuine and look up to you, they often stick by your side. You both stay exhausted and overworked, but it’s not too bad because hey, you’re in it together.

I absolutely love your headcanons, and I'm writing a work of fanfic for Library of Ruina, so I figure I should ask:
Am I allowed to use some of the ideas that you've come up with in my fic? If so, do you want me to cite you as the source of those headcanons or allude to you being the source of them in some way?
-An aspiring fic writer
My goodness! Yes, you absolutely are! Anything I've come up with is free reign for you or others, and I feel honored if you want to use it in your own writing!
For credit honestly all I ask for is just a referral in the initial chapter (assuming it has chapters, if not, just at the end of it), or reference in an authors note that you were inspired. Asides from that, I don't really expect much so don't worry, I'm pretty loose with this stuff.
And lastly, if you feel comfortable with doing so, I would love to see what you come up with! Have fun and go wild!

rodya x reader hcs maybe..... :3
Uh yes, absolutely. Wife.
Rodion x Reader Headcanons:
Rodya’s casual demeanor and confidence make her a partner who is not afraid of complimenting you and being affectionate when she sees fit. Given her general indifference to others’ opinions this includes when in the presence of others so long as you yourself do not mind.
At first it can be a bit difficult to tell whether or not she’s interested in you, or just being friendly like she is with any other. You’ll find though that through lingering touches, devoting more time alongside you, as well as almost trying to impress you in some ways that it is the first option.
Fret not though if you’re a bit oblivious. Much of what Rodya does is just her winging it. She is not devoid of anxieties, in fact she has plentiful self doubt, it is just hidden under a guise of boldness. I can see her confessing as a risky and impulsive jump into the unknown as she does with many things.
She’s very observant of the body language and the mood of others, being quite the empathetic and compassionate person. This extends especially to people she hangs around in particular. Even if you’re doing a good job at hiding something she will be able to sniff it out.
Has an excellent ability to raise the moods in solemn situations, assuming that they aren’t bad enough that it would be inappropriate to do so. If you’re having an off day, you can worry not because Rodya will manage to pull you out of it. Whether it’s by words, or actions, she knows what to do and hates just leaving you upset.
Very physically and verbally affectionate! This tall woman will randomly walk up behind you and drape her arms over your shoulders in a hug if you’re shorter than her, resting her head sideways on your shoulder. Encourages you to sit next to her, and if this is on the bus sorry to whoever was next to her but they’re kind of getting kicked out of their seat
I wouldn’t describe her as needy by any means, but she is quite the tease. If you’re in the middle of something that requires your full attention, she might huff about it. It’s all fun and games though, she doesn’t actually mind.
You might expect that being in a relationship with this woman would be rather eventful due to her relatively strong personality, but something you’ll find is that a lot of the time she just enjoys sitting in silence and small talk with you. She’s an extroverted individual who’s good with people, but that doesn’t take away the fact that sometimes she just needs to slow down from everything.
Sometimes you can catch her staring at you or whatever it is you’re doing, occasionally accompanied by a question or two as she props her face up in her hands, leaning over to look. Honestly kind of nosy, might even scare you if you aren’t paying attention because you’ll just suddenly hear “Whatcha working on, hmm?” over your shoulder. Chances are she won’t be leaving without an answer too.
You can always tell when she wants a favor from you because she will get a certain tone of voice and a loose, mischievous smile. Doesn’t even need to open her mouth because next thing you know she’s wrapping her arm around you and going “Heyyyy~ You busy?” Makes it out to be something really big she’s asking of you when it usually isn’t really much of a problem. Definitely will call you any nicknames if she has them for you. If you’re unavailable for it she won’t press too much either, usually just accepts it and finds someone else or does it herself.
Teases you a lot. Prepare for it, because it comes in basically any form or way she sees opportunity for. If you’re shorter than her, this includes holding things away from you, randomly picking you up. Will enjoy flustering you and getting on your nerves in an impish way (nothing too serious). I do recommend establishing some boundaries if there are anything off limits, because even though they can seem a bit rude she does it out of love and in a play-fight manner.
RIP if you don’t like PDA because she will almost never leave your side and will be very vocal about her care for you. You seem embarrassed? That encourages her more. Is constantly leaning on you, playing with your hair, holding onto you, whatever it may be. There is no subtleness.
The good news is she isn’t absolutely unbearable, while you two have become a bit of an infamous couple, she has enough decency that people don’t dread being in the same room as you. A lot of the time the reason you’re so aware is because you’re the recipient.
Rodion will take risks for fun all in the sake of having a good time and dragging you along. Takes rules more like suggestions, and if you’re on a date and she sees a scenic place behind chain link gates and ‘no-trespassing’ signs she will find a way to convince you to come along. To her unless they are explicitly very dangerous private properties, it’s all fair game as long as no one sees you, right?
If you’re as adventurous as her, great! Though admittedly that will probably get you into some messes. If you’re a bit apprehensive she is a very smooth talker, and will encourage you to come along and that there’s nothing to worry about. I mean, look at the place, it’s completely vacant! No need to fret, you’re just taking a peek.
Whether you realize it or not you will be coming with her unless you genuinely convince her otherwise. She keeps a very close eye on you, reassuring you and settling down in a spot with a beautiful view.
She is all for trying new things, and depending on just how intricate and fun it is to get to, you might end up having a new hangout area in the city if you’re staying there for a bit. Some place up and away from the usual buzz of the population. Just you two.
If you do get caught well.. Rodya’s charisma has had to save you one too many times. Usually it’s only by thugs on the street or those part of lesser syndicates, still through carefully selected words you usually get of there without a scuffle.
She laughs about it later, to her that’s just part of the fun, and even if you are a bit anxious her bright attitude to the situation will help you loosen up too. For now, you’ll have to settle in a familiar place, but you got an interesting story out of it!
Without a doubt takes you to get drinks and the two of you are so rambunctious, she finds everything funny and because of her stupid humor, even if you aren’t under the influence you can’t help but laugh along. Tears are in her eyes as she’s wheezing and grabbing onto you for support, nearly collapsing in her seat.
Whenever she’s out shopping she will buy you little things she thinks are cute and that remind her of you. Usually these are little keychains either with charms or plushies on them, especially if said plushes look a little wonky. She says it gives them personality.

hihihi!! good to see you writing for this blog again!! hope you're doing well!! can I have road home platonic hcs w/their favorite agent? thank you!!! -🦷 anon
HELLO! I’ve finally gotten to this and here they are! It's great to see you again and hope you enjoy.
The Road Home w/ Their Favorite Agent Headcanons:
The Road Home is quite a joyous individual with those they find trustworthy and friendly! This is only expanded even further if you’re their favorite agent, after all you’re someone who must love adventure and friends as much as they do.
Will speak of their friends happily, wanting you to meet them and join the group, insisting that you would fit right on in. A lot of the people in the facility are so unfriendly or stoic, it makes them feel lonely or unwelcome, but you’re different in that you will listen to their optimistic rambling and entertain their thoughts.
They’re surprisingly pretty easy to deal with if you ignore the times they’ve breached and dropped houses on people, they don’t really hold any kind of ill intent and really just want to go home which is.. Relatable.
Will happily tell you the stories of their journey, how they’ve met the others, and nag at you to come with. It’s quite nice in contrast to the usual gloom and sad energy of the facility where it seems as though hopeful thinking is so easy to snuff out. Whether or not you genuinely think going with them could become a reality it still stands as a bonding point.
Even though they are much more child-like, and their stories fantastical, there are many parts you find mirroring your day-to-day life. Abnormalities are based on human desires and experiences after all.. So it’s not too surprising but still.
When they aren’t getting carried away in their own stories they will ask you a lot of questions about where you came from and such. Depending on your upbringing some of these can unintentionally dive into some more darker aspects of your past you might want to try and tiptoe around, but you know that’s not their intention.
Stares at you with literal stars in their eyes, an expression of awe on their face as you describe the most mundane of tasks you do. It could be cleaning the dishes and they would think you’re so cool, looking up to you like you’re an older sibling.
If there are other members of their little group within the same place you work at you’ll notice that they become a lot less aggressive towards you, likely because of the Road Home’s explanation. How this actually occurred though is a bit more of another question considering management doesn’t really like letting them get together like that.. A tad concerning but hey! That’s a problem from another time.
You’ve been assigned to work with them top priority over anyone else, and this is because you’ve adapted and learned a way to talk them out of more.. Dangerous breaches. Of course they’re a bit upset over the wrench in their plans to leave, but they also don’t wish harm upon people which their actions might end up doing. If you promise to help them find a more peaceful way then they may be more obligated to bide their time for now instead of breaking out.
Their short form will circle around you, occasionally ducking and hiding behind your legs whenever they see something intimidating, believing that you will protect them. And let’s be truthful, you will.
Sometimes they get stuck in places and struggle to get out because they don’t really have arms. This doesn’t happen a lot because they know how to maneuver, it’s been that way their whole life after all, but there are moments where you need to pull them out of wherever they’ve trapped themself in. They’re a curious being so that’s also a reason this happens a bit more frequently than it should.
They occasionally talk about the wizard who took her friends and much more, a tearful look in their big eyes as they recall the events. It very easily can activate overprotectiveness in you because no one wants to see them sad.
You have to assure them that whoever this ‘mean wizard lady’ is, there is no reason to worry about her getting to you. Might additionally need to explain that when you can’t always visit them it’s because work is holding you up, not because you are in danger (even though that one is a bit of a lie).
Takes some convincing but through their sniffling they will eventually nod their head. Through their descriptions though you can’t help but wonder if this ‘wizard’ they’re describing is more of an embodiment of Lobotomy Corporation with separating their friends and preventing them from going home.. It’s truly unfortunate that they aren’t able to be in better living conditions than this containment cell.
They don’t blame you by any means but the Road Home does not like your job and the things they make you do. They’ve seen the way some of the other abnormalities act, dubbing them as ‘mean people you shouldn’t have to deal with’.
At times you have to explain that you’re a bit restricted in what you can and can not do, and this confuses them a little bit. Why can’t you have freedom to leave whenever? Why do you have to be stuck here? Why do those people put you in harmful situations? It’s a nuanced topic but that’s a bit hard to explain to what’s basically a child.
This makes them all the more determined to take you with them, a place where you and their other friends can all have fun and celebrate! They reason that as long as you all stick together that you can get through anything, and that includes this mean corporation making you do tough stuff.
Will do their absolute best to cheer you up if they’ve noticed you’re sad, and just their attempts seem to help. They’re a lot more in tune to emotion than some might take them for, they just don’t always know what to do about it. So whether it’s complimenting you or initiating some kind of play, the thought of their concern can drag you out of poor moods.

i love this blog sm i binge read most of the HCs here, also just to fill my brain with happy in the future and because reqs are open how would the sefirot react if their favorite employee (you) were replaced by nothing there?
HEYY I am so glad my writing brings enough entertainment that you’re willing to binge them!! Thank you for the compliments and ofc ofc you may.
Sefirot Reacting to You Being Replaced by Nothing There Headcanons:
Malkuth would immediately know something is off based on the uncanny stare ‘you’ offered. Didn’t help that the responses weren’t really.. Responses to what she was trying to get your attention for. Would immediately bring it up to others to check on you and figure out what happened, wouldn’t delay in action at all especially with how risky that would be in the Lobotomy Corp environment. Would be mortified upon realizing that it’s none other than Nothing There, leaving a very unfavorable reality for you. Is heartbroken over this but at the same time knows she has to move on, it’s part of the job after all. This will probably impede her work flow for a bit and she will put emphasis on paying close attention to the abnormality so stuff like this won’t happen again.
Yesod probably gets frustrated with your lack of proper answers to his words, thinking that for whatever reason you might just be being stubborn. Will repeat things only to realize ohh. Oh. That’s not you. Immediately calls someone over to suppress the abnormality before it can go on a rampage. Feels a little bad for getting irritated and assuming it was you, considering that it kinda implies that you’re uh.. Not in the best shape. People will notice that he seems to be a lot more snappy and short tempered in the coming days as well as drown himself in even more work than he did before.
C’mon don’t do this to Netzach he already has 500 reasons to be sad. Genuinely thinks it’s just you joking around and playing dumb for a little bit, so he entertains Nothing There for a little while unintentionally. Then it sort of starts to rub him the wrong way and he notices that the behaviors you usually have just aren’t the same. Honestly open to being mauled by Nothing There when it clicks but yeah that wouldn’t really work out in the end. Like why did it have to be you? Honestly considering bribing the manager with the fact he’ll do his work (let’s be real for a week at most) if he can bring you back.. But he also wants to trash talk him so he’s torn between two sides. Doesn’t help that his team is meant to ensure the security of the employees, just salt in the wound really.
NOO NOT HOD poor baby knows some things off so her first response is to ask if you’re okay. Thinks you’re just struggling with words to explain but no Nothing There is just like that. Only figures out that it’s the abnormality when someone else points it out for her, and when I tell you if machines could have facial expressions the way her look morphed into being mortified. Feels stupid and also terrible because she really enjoyed talking to you, even blaming herself a bit though it wasn’t her fault. Does not speak for the rest of the meeting and everyone can tell that it’s had an impact on her.
Tiphereth is like Yesod where she’s initially pretty annoyed and thinks you’re pranking her, only to learn the truth and be thoroughly disgusted with Nothing There. Will claim that you’re an idiot for letting that happen to you in the first place, and that you should’ve been more careful and then immediately begin writing 30 papers on why the abnormality needs more secure containment procedures as well as trying to convince the manager that you were one of the few actually competent ones. She does care, and she will put effort in trying to get you back.
Gebura is pissed. She already has some pretty rocky foundations with Nothing There, and because of such can immediately tell when it’s that horrid thing and not you. It gets suppressed the moment she lays eyes on it, no hesitation at all, and with immense loathing. The manager will be rewinding the day whether he wants to or not, she doesn’t even have to say anything you can just tell that she is not having it and it’s probably the best course of action if you don’t want half of the facility to be trashed. Doesn’t even have time to be super sad because yeah you’ll be back.
Okay well Chesed always knew this posed a risk, and externally seemed pretty laid back about it. A sort of ‘That’s really unfortunate, feel free to take your time everyone’ where he knows the atmosphere is heavy. You’d think he’s taking it well so long as you don’t see the 80 coffee mugs strewn about his office. If robots could have the shakes you’d think he was in the middle of an earthquake. Given it’s very likely you were a part of his department and one of the more stronger agents, he will make not-so-subtle suggestions of rewinding the day. I mean hey everything can just be redone, it’s not too big of a deal, plus it doesn't seem worth the cost of a really useful employee right? Right???
Yeah Hokma is not having it. He understands you might be a bit immature at times but there is no way this is slipping from him. Stares at the abnormality with all I can describe as a powerful disapproving look. The old man starts speaking in what seems to be riddles for the rest of the day, going on about some philosophy that only makes sense to the other employees in his district (and even then sometimes it’s hard to process). Will continue to talk about you a lot, even if he doesn’t directly say your name everyone knows who he’s speaking of. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he kept a memoir photo around.
Binah just shrugs it off, an indifferent ‘that sucks’ air to her as she goes about her day like it’s more of a mild inconvenience if anything. It might come across like she could care less about your death, but really it’s because she feels pretty confident that it will be rectified. The most unaffected out of everyone, going back to her work and watching the other employees as she waits for the day to come to a close. If it seems like it won’t be fixed? Well, she’s already quite the threatening individual, what makes you think she won’t go through with it? Really the best course of action is just to play the safest route, after all it’s hard to understand what’s going on in that kind of hers.

Can I get uhhh Vergilius x Reader hcs 👉👈 I love that miserable miserable man
He is truly truly sad, someone come help him pls
Vergilius x Reader Headcanons:
How?? Did you get close to this man?? He has like 800 emotional walls up so it’s going to take a long while before you actually get anywhere. This is only increased by tenfold after what happened to the orphanage and his office.
Though if you did manage to get close to him I think that if you hold a good heart and desire to make change he would favor you… a bit more. But there is a fine line between making progress and playing the long careful game rather than being a reckless idiot. Please don’t be the latter; he already has enough to worry about.
Warming up towards you is something that he can’t really stop from happening, but is still a very dangerous game to play. You might come to find that you’re on good terms with him but he will still randomly close off from time to time, this isn’t your fault but instead stems from his own internal turmoil of getting too friendly. It just takes patience and all will be well again.
If he meets you outside of his work then he will do everything in his power for you to not become involved in any possible way. The closer and more you know, the higher the chance you yourself might get immersed in the dangerous work, or even worse Iori gets her eyes on you.
Unless you yourself are another fixer he has a bit of a problem with underestimating you- not out of malice or anything, nor does he think you’re incapable he just really doesn’t want to risk anything. He trusts you to be efficient in your fields but anything else he will keep a very close watchful eye over you.
Charon is the only one who really knows about your blossoming relationship, and even then she doesn’t fully know the details because she doesn’t bother to ask much. Everyone else that has heard of you thinks you are solely a business partner or acquaintance- nothing less, nothing more.
If you do meet him because you share a similar line of work it’s a bit more complicated. He doesn’t want to hold your hand or come across like he’s favoring you, so he treats you indiscriminately, but at the same time deep down he is concerned for you. He has absolutely no control over what you are going up against and that nags at him because he has no clue what could happen to you.
I wouldn’t say he’s a super controlling person, but he is definitely one who wants to be aware of what you are doing and where you are going at almost all times, especially if he’s begun caring for you in a romantic sense. You’ll have privacy of course, but there’s a lot of people who want him dead and you could very easily become a prime target should they figure out his relationship with you. He needs that reassurance that you’re safe, and in the case where you aren’t he can get there quickly.
I am so sorry if you are a fan of PDA but this man is god awful with it. Like he is as stiff as a concrete pillar in public and will not really reciprocate to any touch you make. This isn’t due to the fact he doesn’t feel the same way, or is embarrassed, but because he is just really awkward and constantly concerned someone might see and jump you later.
If your relationship came to fruition would probably be on the down low, and should anyone relating to him besides Charon ever find out about it they will keep their mouth shut. He knows his ways of being intimidating and very few desire to cross him.
Speaking of which, if there is anyone trash talking you or in general giving you a hard time for no reason he does not put up with that. Will either stare at them with such intensity that they can virtually feel the irritation, or will chastise them and quickly shut them up. And when this man glares you can feel it even if you are not looking at him, like holes burning straight through your back.
Takes you out to eat places, completely his treat. He has a hard time vocalizing his feelings because of the emotional weight and trauma he has, but that doesn’t mean he won’t do his best to show you through gifts or acts of service. The times you meet up he usually has a little bag neatly tied to hand over to you, filled with anything he thinks you’ll like as he speaks with that long, droning voice of his.
Will pick you up things on the way home or to where you reside if they remind him of you. This does include more light-hearted things like plushies, and it’s a bit amusing to see such an intimidating stoic man gripping one in his arm when you open the door to face him. He holds onto things tight too. Poor plush probably is having its life strangled out of it.
His touch is almost like a ghost, just barely hovering over your skin with such hesitation like he’s scared that if he holds onto you, you’ll shatter. If you look closer you’ll see the way they sometimes shake as though he’s worried about testing the waters.
When he does embrace you it is firm, secure, distant but full of longing. His hair falls over his face as he crooks his neck to place his chin on your shoulder. He’s not super talkative at times like these, but even so not many words need to be exchanged.
There have been very few times, but you have seen him breaking down a bit. It feels uncomfortable for him, a bit humiliating even to be seen in such a vulnerable state. He usually deals with his problems alone, even if it’s not the healthiest route, so even if someone like you is there for him he’s going to struggle in reaching out.
He appreciates your will to stand alongside him and listen, but there are many things he doesn’t really tell you. Not unless they bubble up to the surface and bring him to a point of distress. Often so long as he isn’t in immediate turmoil he disregards or undermines the impact it has on him, putting off facing it for later.
Please just hold him close if and while he cries. It gives him a sense of comfort, reminds him that he’s not entirely alone. He’s not expecting answers to his problems or solutions, just someone to accompany him and listen.
Okay but on a less serious note you get to know all the drama happening at the job, and he does not hold back when he’s trash-talking too. It’s honestly so funny because you will hear some of the most obscure borderline-insults as he describes some of the batshit things the sinners do and how he is completely bewildered on how they even thought that would be a good idea. Sure they are all selected for a reason but god he doesn’t understand how some of them hadn’t died before they got hired in Limbus Company. He has a lot of pent up irritation because he doesn’t want to be the guide in the first place and ranting about it helps as well as serves as a source of entertainment for you so… double win.
Okay but you are a breath of fresh air and lord does he need one. Just offer companionship and give him time and see where things take you.

just out of curiosity, who are your favorite characters?
My goodness, I get to crack my knuckles and pull out some of the obscure ones for this. I love them all so dearly but I do have some top favs! Let's see:
Vespa, Greta, Martina, Nikolai, Olivier, I genuinely love all of the limbus company cast right now but Ishmael, Heathcliff, and Sinclair are really competing for a spot. Gregor, Rodion, and Ryoshu too.. even Aida. I mean it I love em all.

Hello, hello! Quite happy to see you back, was getting a bit worried seeing you be inactive for so long! That aside I was curious what your thoughts would be on how the Sephirah would react to an employee teaching nothing there to shitpost!
These poor poor sephirah… And thank you for the concern! I assure you that even if I depart I am likely a-okay. This was a fun one, hope you enjoy
Sephirah Reacting to an Employee teaching Nothing There to Shitpost Headcanons:
Malkuth would be absolutely baffled upon hearing whatever ungodly things you taught this aleph to mutter. It’s enough to make even a workaholic like her freeze in her tracks with sheer confusion. Why.. Did you teach it to say that?? She imagined that an employee capable of repeatedly working with such dangerous abnormalities would be a bit more mature.. Her assumption was wrong. She might scold you a bit but I think she’s too fascinated with it to actually care too much. Usually she always has something to say.. But this? No words. Kind of thinks some of the bizarre things you taught it to say are funny but would never admit that because she does not want to tarnish her attempts at being the prime sephirah.
Lord, I think you would send Yesod into cardiac arrest. Probably calls for a meeting to figure out who’s responsible for this and chastises their immature behavior being unbefitting of a corporate employee. It depends on how good you are at keeping a poker face because his pure seriousness about this is absolutely priceless. You’d think he was yelling at you for kicking his dog or something. Sighs with a really stressed tone and probably utters something under his breath as the meeting ends. If you are found out you’re likely going to get a huge scolding and have to work overtime. It’s worth it though.
Hod is sort of nervous first and foremost because she is concerned about the safety and potential repercussions you can experience for training an abnormality in such a way. After seeing how much fun it is for you though she’d support it considering the place is usually so dark and dreary.. It’s a nice contrast to see some people enjoying themselves. Doesn’t understand half of the things the meat dog is saying, but over time you may find she is gradually developing a quiet sense of humor towards the stupid things you do.
Netzach helps you. He does not care at all for this place, let alone formality, so you can guarantee he’s probably making his own suggestions. Also finds it funny to see Yesod so distressed over this. He doesn’t really interact with the abnormality itself but he will cover for you if you need it, implying it's someone else or even taking the blame altogether just so you can get away with it. You two are a devious duo and there is an impending sense of dread whenever you are in the vicinity. This is pretty much the only time he puts effort into planning things out and it’s all for some dumb humor. Definitely have inside jokes.
Tiphereth is like Yesod but worse. Huffs about how she’s the child yet you keep acting like one, doesn’t get half of the things Nothing There says but immediately knows it’s something bad, and can always tell when you are plotting something. If you work in her department with the abnormality, she has on multiple times threatened to move you out, and has even gone through with it once. It somehow does not stop you. Stares at you with the intensity of 50 suns the moment you have the audacity to step in the slightest direction of Nothing There. She has scrounged every single part of the corporation’s terms and conditions to find some rule you’re violated, and made multiple reports on why you can not keep getting away with this. Only Yesod really agrees.
Chesed is thoroughly entertained by this. He may not outright participate like Netzach, but he silently encourages it by urging you to continue telling your stories. Most of the time he’s just sitting around doing work in his office so he’s not going to say no to something new. Doesn’t really take part in your scheming but always knows when something is done because of Tiphereth, it’s his alarm that you’re up to trouble. Has hosted you in his department to hide away from the others like a fugitive before.
Gebura hates abnormalities. She does not understand why you are doing this, especially when it poses an unnecessary threat to your own safety. Overall views abnos like Nothing There as detestable creatures incapable of domestic feats like training. That said, hearing it cuss out and insult employees –even sephirah– at times is pretty funny. It says things that no man working there would ever have the courage to, and that bluntness is laughable at times. She believes that if you are going to mess around with it somehow then this is one of the least awful ways.
Hokma is too tired for this man. He’s old and too caught up in philosophical ramblings. Doesn’t necessarily tell you to stop, but if you bring it up he will turn it into what feels like a 4 hour session dissecting the implications that’s vaguely reminiscent of when grandparents go ‘back in my day’ and proceed to verbally produce an essay. You’ll be asleep by the time he’s finished and remind yourself to never directly approach him about it again. I think he would let you off easy because he totally would have thought about doing this when he was younger.
Binah’s reaction is completely incomprehensible. You’d think by the way she was staring you down with an ominous aura that she was unimpressed by your childish attempts at playing around. You couldn’t be more wrong. She is going to cease an opportunity to mess with people at any point, and will directly help you with getting Nothing There to shitpost. You think Netzach would plan things out? She has a full schedule that she presents to you to optimize the teaching process, carefully plotted out with graphs and condensed sheets of paper. You will figure out how to make it speak full sentences bordering on some revolutionary discovery all because it’s humorous. No one knows she is helping you because she is so good at keeping it hidden behind a neutral look on her face. No one would dare question Binah after all, not with her intimidating composure, which makes it so easy for her to take part (not even you initially thought she would go along with this). It’s a secret alliance between you two.

Kind Of a weird request, but could you write some headcanons Of LOR plot If roland and argalia switched places?
Sure can, here they are! This accidentally mainly follows Argalia’s experience so hope you don't mind but there are mentions of Roland.
Library of Ruina if Argalia and Roland Switched Places Headcanons:
I believe before we get into this it is first important to establish what occurred before Argalia came to the library. In this scenario, Roland was likely the one to have been influenced by the pianist and thus start to descend into an inability to hold rational thought.
That said, we’ve seen that even before the pianist Argalia wasn’t the most.. Stable to say. I could absolutely see him going on the same bloody rampages that Roland did when his sister passed, vowing to get revenge and strike down whoever was the cause of this.
The thing is that unlike Roland who ultimately had some sort of pity to those who he lashed out on, I don’t think Argalia would really care? He’s a man who is willing to do or exploit pretty much anyone should it aid his goal. Sure he isn’t totally heartless, and I believe he is capable of harboring care for people just not really strangers he doesn’t know.
He grew up with Angelica, her being basically his only constant in life, so it isn’t super surprising to me that he would risk it all out of some emotional impulse.
Iori is still the one to bring him to the library, though I don’t know if she would be as confident in her choice as she would have been with Roland. Of course, nothing is guaranteed, she can only see the most likely predicted train of events and outcomes, so this is a bit of a gamble.
Argalia is very charismatic, but he also comes off as a bit egocentric. Probably pisses off Angela a lot, but ultimately manages to convince her to let him stay through his amicable facade. As much as he’d like to impulsively get this over with, he is aware that she’s a bit indestructible at the moment so.. The long game it is.
Comes off as a bit suspicious to the sephirah he meets. Sure, he’s nice to them and knows how to make good conversation, but there’s just this sort of unspoken tension.
Malkuth, though a bit weirded out at first, is mainly upset at Angela over anything and is probably relieved to have some efficient helping hands on her floor. She’s very action oriented as he is (though he is capable of complex planning, he enjoys feeling like he’s physically making progress than being cooped up in a room), so I feel like they would click in those regards. He’s overall from her experience a pretty calm and friendly guy so she doesn’t mind him.
Yesod didn’t like Roland at the start, and he came off as a pretty easy going guy. I imagine it would be a similar experience for Argalia who’s trying to fulfill a similarly cordial role. I think he’d find Yesod’s attitude a bit funny, not taking his stand-offish first impression seriously at all. Because of his indifference to the librarian’s remarks it honestly might be easier for them to get along than initially expected.
Hod is kind of unnerved by him at the start.. He just sort of gives the same feel as Binah from her experience. Still, she’s willing to give anyone a chance and he seems to be pretty warm to her so far! His calm voice is a bit easier on the ears, and I think that her genuine niceness is a point of slight interest to him.
He can most certainly work with Netzach, but at least from meeting him he wouldn’t really care?? Argalia is kind of apathetic to people, so seeing this librarian so downtrodden is just sort of not really something he bothers himself with. What does intrigue him however is his great dislike towards Angela.. That’s something that he would want to hear more about. I think the two are more similar than they realize with both being willing to sacrifice it all for what they believe would create a better world, it’s just difficult to actually get to that point of realization.
Tiphereth is an endless source of entertainment to him with her short temper.. But also one that brings him a sorrowful feeling to see. Sure she’s great to tease but there’s just something that vaguely reminds him of when he and Angelica were children. This feeling only increases by tenfold when he learns of her dead brother and own story. It’s a complicated mix of feelings because Argalia has an innate desire to make sure she is free from harm, but also doesn’t want to see her because it reminds him of his own sister.
Gebura knew from the start there was something more to him. The way he knows exactly what to say, his carefree and alluring personality seeming to morph perfectly to fit who he meets, it all screamed that he was not just your everyday fixer. She makes this fact known well, but nevertheless doesn’t really treat him super poorly because it’s not really her job to care about his intentions. Argalia would be pretty entertained in response to knowing his guise was so quickly seen through, and by none other than the old red mist herself. Despite this, I feel like his questions to her would center around genuine curiosity, wanting to know her better as she was a famous fixer in his youth.
Chesed is like him minus the manipulation and facades, he’s actually like that. Very casual and relaxing to be around, I feel like they oddly enough would have conversations about the strangest of things. We already have seen how Chesed has gone on rants about making coffee, but take that and pair it with the unpredictable thought process of Argalia, you will have absolutely no idea what information they would be deep diving into.
Binah knows. That’s all I have to say. Even with Argalia’s perfect responses it is no match for the master herself. Still, as someone who looks at the world from the outside I believe she would consider him very interesting. Like a specimen to be studied. Invites him to many tea parties, wanting to pick apart his mind and figure out what in the world is going on there.
Hokma is a man who has the ultimate goal of following the one he values’ dreams until the very end, desiring to make them a reality. He is willing to do whatever it takes and believes firmly that through hard work they will come to a fruition. Even if his stern and serious personality might be a bit boring to Argalia, his ambitious wishes for the betterment of humanity align with his own.
Now then! The floor realizations are really where things get pretty interesting. The true reality of Argalia is revealed more and more with each realization, as his impulsivity, callous nature, and fear of loneliness are put emphasis on.
It’s going to be a long ride but I do genuinely believe that Argalia can find it to forgive Angela as Roland did, and come to become more in touch with his insecurities and personality outside of the fronts he puts up.
This probably occurs when he gets a chance to reevaluate what he values much. Yes, he is very upset about the death of Angelica, but what she would likely want more is for him to help the world with their own feelings of isolation instead of creating destruction. It’s not an easy conclusion for him to come to, but it is one I believe is possible especially when he finds that there are some librarians who genuinely are willing to reach out and understand him as a person, including all his flaws.
He still doesn’t like Roland though, and this includes when he brings his own equivalent of the ensemble. Coming to the realization that violence isn’t really going to help him recover in this case, it only leads him to detest his brother-in-law more.
I think watching the stories of the people who are invited has allowed him to garner some more respect to those he does not know in the city. Definitely won’t turn him into a pacifist, but watching some of them suffer in ways that remind him of his own childhood just stirs something uncomfortable inside him.
I believe he is capable of following the route Roland did where he and Angela both forgive each other. Would it take a lot of character development? Yes, it would. But that’s what the whole game is about, and I do believe that he has his own genuine good-hearted desires.. Even if they are deep down and clouded by whatever mess he has going on.

This maybe too specific, but can you write headcanon of Roland with a librarian who lost her fiance in an abnormality breach?
Worry not! It is not too specific at all.
Roland w/ a Librarian who Lost their Fiance in an Abno Breach Headcanons:
Given that he wasn’t involved much with the company during its time of operation, Roland’s actual knowledge on just how Lobotomy Corp functioned is limited only to that which he has been told or overheard. His knowledge on the abnormalities really only comes from those that he has witnessed and fought in the library. Yet even from those little glimpses he has grown familiar with just how ruthless and dangerous some of them can be.
He holds a lot of empathy for your situation. He too has lost a loved one he cared about very dearly, so it’s a pained feeling that he is all too familiar with. His expression and behavior when you tell him is one of compassion.
He treads very carefully with the subject, not wanting to pry too much further, but holds a lot of respect for you carrying yourself still so strongly and fighting in the remnants of the place that took your fiance. Sure, you don’t really have much of a choice in what you get to do, but you still manage to prevail.
He himself is always stumbling on constant reminders of his past wife, even as he has moved on to heal, just little things will manage to bring back memories like opening floodgates. If he’s still afflicted with these recollections in a foreign place, he can only imagine what it might be like for you when you’re constantly surrounded by them.
Roland honestly looks up to you a bit with how you seem to remain so strong. He doesn’t want to go into some territory that you’re uncomfortable with.. But he also wonders if you were affected with that same fuelled desire for revenge that got him into this very situation. Did you lash out on others? How did you cope? How similar was your mourning to his?
Very interested in your current opinions, especially on abnormalities. Is it one of anger towards them for taking away your fiance, or do you not blame them at all for they’re more like animals in nature? There isn’t a wrong answer, he’s just curious.
Depending on if this occurs before him and Angela forgive each other, and when he’s a bit more vague on his origins I could see him envying you in a way. He doesn’t have any ill wishes towards you, but there’s just this sort of pained feeling that makes him wonder why he couldn’t have taken things like you had, why he was so upset as to commit the violent acts he did. He’s not proud of the harm he’s brought to people, so if you instead were rather peaceful after the loss of your fiance I think there would be a little bit of jealousy.
You’ve told him of other stories and experiences from your time as an employee, not really worried about it being a breach of contract no more as it’s not like Lobotomy Corp exactly existed anymore. From the sounds of it, he’s pretty relieved to hear that the abnormalities now are hosted inside of books in their ideal habitats. No longer is there the need to worry about them outside of the few times you may fight them in a controlled environment.
It’s a bit of a sad thought, but there is the realization that should your fiance have made it a little longer till the fall of the corporation they would probably be able to be here with you.
He’s always here to listen to you if you want to talk about it, otherwise if you prefer moving ahead and on he’s fine with that too. You both have quite the long lives ahead of you so there’s all the time in the world to make that choice.
Remembering passed loved ones isn’t always sad either! If you have any fond stories you want to tell of your fiance he is ready to listen. You two get to know eachother better than most and connect on an even deeper level with such a similar experience.
A lot of the time people see him as a laidback and indifferent guy, and while this is true to an extent there is a lot more to him. Including stuff he is and is not proud of. I believe the two of you would have the grounds to have much easier conversation concerning vulnerable topics, and you’d get more insight into his own history and impulsive decisions.
If ever there is a time where you feel like you’re going to lose sight of yourself, he will be there to pull you back into reality. You aren’t alone in this, and he’s reached his own breaking points before. You’ve shown interest and desire to support him through his hardships, so it is only expected he would do the same.
Overall very supportive and this new knowledge shapes his understanding and desire to get to know you further in a unique way.

Welcome back!! Fellow spoonie here, and I Know how it feels to lose steam due to chronic pain and fatigue (*gestures to the multiple art projects that have been left as works-in-progress for months thanks to unforgiving joint pain*). I'm slowly getting my energy back and I hope you feel better too!
For a warm-up, how about some headcanons for Punishing Bird befriending an employee? It's so friend-shaped when it's not trying to eat your agents and the thought of someone having a tiny murder tit sleeping on their shoulder as they work is too funny and adorable
Hello once more! Eheh a bit delayed but here it is at last. Limbus Company’s release has really injected me with inspiration so I’m hoping to release this alongside multiple others. Thank you for the well wishes and understanding cause man, medical problems are wacky, and hope you’re doing just as well!
Punishing Bird Befriending an Employee Headcanons:
Okay so befriending this bird is a wild experience. Perhaps it has taken a very special liking to you- whether a new or old employee it sees a sense of justice within you leading to it to act the way it does.
Often whenever it breaches and ventures throughout the facility it doesn’t really take breaks outside of being a nuisance and smacking its small beak against someone’s cranium.
No one really does anything or interacts with the bird, everyone’s too freaked out about it snapping open its jaws and eating them. A reasonable fear, but a passed up opportunity you seized.
It’s a bird.. So why not bring some bird seed? Sure it’s not really the most traditional version of the animal but hey.. It’s worth a try.
I think Punishing Bird would see it as a sort of offering of gratitude for the hard work it does (pecking people). This is something that stirs its affinity towards you. Most people duck and take cover, or just keep speeding up so it can eventually land on something else to harass. But an offering? Well..
The thing is so adorable picking at the seeds tossed on the ground in the hallway. As deadly as it is, it's just so cute.
That said the first time it lands on your shoulder? It’s horrifying. Now yes you’ve been having good experiences with the abnormality but no one really knows or has an idea of what is deemed as ‘aggressive behavior’. That’s why no one does anything.
It’s just hanging out there… like you’re a perch? Well given the new scenario you’re likely to be as still as one. But.. there is work to get to and your reports aren’t going to look great if you sit around doing nothing.
So I imagine you’d give a try at moving and.. Would you look at that you’re not immediately dead! Sure it’s going to take some testing on just what this little bird will permit you to do in its presence but progress is being made.
Generally befriending this abnormality would be super beneficial to you. Asides from it just being great emotional support when it nests on your head and cuddles up in its own feathers, it also encourages things not to mess with you whether that’s people or other abnos.
Something trying to hurt you? What a fool. Its beak snaps open and devours whatever it is whole. If your uniform isn’t already a mess from the work day than it is now, that’s the price to pay for protection.
Sadly you would not be able to bring it into the other containment rooms due to protocol. Management doesn’t want to run the risk of unintentionally finding a deadly combo of abnormalities.. And depending on the behavior of what you’re working with, Punishing Bird might try to pick a fight.
This little bird has a voracious appetite. It will flutter on by, sit on your shoulder and try to snag a bite of whatever you’re eating for lunch. Whether you want to or not you will be sharing your meal.
Being in the same room every day can be sort of boring and believe it or not Punishing Bird in a lot of aspects is just a regular bird. It needs just as much enrichment. Am I saying that you should bring little knick knacks and toys for it to play with? Yes.
It doesn’t really peck at you much anymore, that said it still will bite and try to pull at your hair every once in a while like it's gathering some kind of material. It hurts a little bit but it's the same as a dog or cat play-biting.
Don’t underestimate this bird’s grip. It has talons of steel and will absolutely lock down on whatever it is standing on and will not let go. It’s also pretty hard to stir awake from its sleep, so even if you’re running for your life you can rest assured knowing that it won’t fall face first on the floor.
Brings little trinkets back to you, most of which it’s stolen off of the other employees. Sometimes it makes for interesting interactions when your colleague notices you have their missing charm…
It doesn’t make much sound aside from the small beating of its wings which causes it to unintentionally be very sneaky when it isn’t midair. You might not even realize it until you feel a small pressure and realize that you are now no longer alone.
With how light it is sometimes you only realize when you start getting stared down by the other employees. Some of them are used to it, while the others are pretty concerned. You get treated with far more respect under the watching eyes of the Punishing Bird.

Headcanons for Yi sang being inlove with a male sinner who's been newly recruited?
HAPPY LIMBUS COMPANY RELEASE I have been grinding on that game so much I swear it has single handedly revived me from the dead. I love all of the sinners so much my god. My intepretation of his character will probably adapt as there are new releases, but I hope you enjoy what I have for now!
Yi Sang in Love w/ New Male Sinner Headcanons:
Yi Sang is a smart but peculiar fellow. He often sticks to himself, chiming in occasionally but usually letting things and interactions play out by themselves.
For this reason, I think that if you’re a new sinner it honestly might be a bit confusing to interact with him at first. He kind of comes off as unapproachable at first, especially with his brief introduction if there really is one at all.
It’s easy to think he’s unfriendly and silently judging you, the way he stares and takes in everything can honestly leave some folks feeling vulnerable. His neutral expression doesn’t help either, it just makes it harder to tell what's actually going on in his head.
The other sinners are well aware that his personality isn’t standoff-ish, he just sort of comes off that way. A newcomer though, well you might think he has something against you (Rodion would be quick to assure otherwise).
He doesn’t really actively make an effort to get to know you better, I think that either you would have to be the one to attempt conversation with him or you would happen to be put on missions together that ultimately leads to bonding.
Working with him can honestly feel like he’s leaving you in the dust with how he so quickly comes to conclusions without explanation and kind of expects others to do the same. This isn’t really intentional though, it’s just how his mind works and if you asked for an explanation well he’d try his best but.. It’s hard to put into words.
That said I think he would find you over time a pretty comfortable individual to be around. The silence from him would grow to be a mutual and comfortable understanding. He notices his appreciation of your presence as it offers a chance for him to speak without feeling like it's sapping away at his energy.
Loud areas with lots of bustling or rambunctious people are just sort of overwhelming. It clouds his ability to think properly, leading him to just sort of zone out in his own world. It’s nice to have someone that doesn’t really mind when he totally checks out on the bus every once in a while, and who can bring him up to speed on anything that happens if it's important.
He’s a very poetic person and you’ll notice that very quickly. He’s fond of art and if you similarly are a fan of creativity with the dabble of philosophy then you’d be a prime person to talk to. Sure there’s Ryoshu but…. Yeah her idea of art most often is… dubious at least.
He’s still a bit shut-off but it is a major improvement from when you first met him. You’ll find that occasionally he’ll allude to his anxieties and fears, some things that you’d never really expect a man with his intimidating composure to have.
Yi Sang is way more talkative with you at this point and literally everyone notices. Even if you are completely unaware of his fondness in comparison to the other sinners they will make you aware.
Rodion teases the poor guy every once in a while, commenting about how you two are always trailing behind together with a sly smile on her face. His deadpan stare reflects absolutely no reaction, but she can tell he’s trying to think of a perfect response to not fumble on his words and it is comedy.
Gregor casually acknowledges the fact he probably has a crush on you every once in a while. Not really his business, but he thinks it’s kind of sweet to see two of his colleagues getting along so well.
Don is kind of off in her own world a lot of the time, but I can imagine that she has asked you for advice in her own dramatic ways on how to get him to talk to her. I don’t think she is 100% aware that he’s infatuated with you, she just wants to be better friends and consequently came to you for that cause she sees you as his bestie.
Heathcliff…. God I love him so much but Heathcliff? It might take a bit to get it through his thick head that Yi Sang likes you, but when it does? Honestly that’s probably how you learn. That man is NOT letting that go the moment there somehow conspires an argument between them. He wouldn’t directly tell you but you could hear him yelling from like 8 miles away saying something about how Yi Sang is ‘head over heels’ for you.
I could see Yi Sang’s confession being through some kind of poem, one that shows the true passion he holds. He worries that you won’t believe him, or that you’ll think it’s some prank if he tells you in person.
It’s going to take a decent amount of courage in him to tell you. Murdering people? Oh he has that covered. Dealing with tense emotional situations?... uh.
I think he’s mainly concerned because hey you’re colleagues and what if you say no?? That’s awkward.
I think it would be kind of cute if you found out by accident, noticing a slip of paper falling out of his pocket, picking it up only to realize oh my lord it is a letter addressed to you. And it’s genuinely so sweet the metaphors this man uses are so colorful.
He is internally mortified. You were not supposed to see that- not yet, not until it was perfected (though his idea of what is ideal is sort of unobtainable.) Honestly he was prepping to pretend like he didn’t even know what that was.
When your reaction is positive and he learns that his love is mutual the largest relief washes over him. An audible uncharacteristic sigh comes from him as he no longer sits tensely.
He is happy. He genuinely is, and though a bit shy with the news at the start, you’ll come to find him once again talking more and more once it settles in that it's reciprocated. It pulls him out of his concern for the past and future.
Probably unintentionally mentions the 24 scrapped papers, each with their own meticulously planned out and written words, only proving further his genuine desire to show his care towards you.
Hmm.. but under the condition it was an accident I would not be surprised if you looked over to see Rodion’s total cocky grin plastered on her face. She probably was the reason that paper slipped out, and she made sure you would see it. Even if she looked a bit puntable, she ultimately was the one rooting for you two since the very start.

Hello, you can ask something for Hokma, for example to help your librarians in a reception that is difficult to beat. and I really like your writing is very cute.
Well, well, well, I am alive! Very occupied with stuff but here nonetheless. Thank you for the compliment, and I hope you enjoy the little hcs I have.
Hokma Helping Librarians W/ A Difficult Reception Headcanons:
It is not uncommon for strong guests of the library to arise, especially when it is a reception taken up with the Floor of Religion. Often they are challenges that you and the other librarians find you can overcome though. This, however, was a scenario in which things honestly looked rather grim.
Hokma himself isn’t particularly an enthusiastic or optimistic man. He is one who keeps a stable eye on reality and acknowledges all of the negative outcomes just as much as the positive. I’d say he’s honestly not really the greatest coach if you’re looking for someone who’s more inclined to praise or compliments.
He has a strong form of tough love, carefully monitoring the attention and guidance he gives as though caring for a plant. You don’t want to add too much water, for it will drown, but you do not want it to shrivel up and die either.
He will steady and correct you should it be needed, giving nods of approval through folded arms when you are successful. His reactions are subtle, but he is not neglectful.
Not the most physically strong out of the librarians, Hokma’s talents shine through in his strong resolve. While you and the others may have the shoulder the battle-side more (though he is by no means useless in that regard), he is carefully observing how things play out.
He is very aware during the reception, ready to take a step in should someone need extra support in getting back onto their feet. He fosters strong faith in his fellow librarians, and should they grow hesitant or unsure, he is quick to bring back that sense of determination that got them this far.
Even if it is not vocalized, he holds a deep respect for those who he works alongside. Though he has his doubts about the library as a whole and disdain towards the methods it holds, he will not let this impair those who he is fighting with. His own personal troubles will not stump the progress and genuine belief he has in victory.
Many make the mistake in believing that he is just a serious and indifferent old man which couldn’t be further from the truth. In reality, Hokma is a rather emotional person, he just learned to take a step back and shape those feelings rather than letting them run rampant.
During receptions are one of the few times you are able to catch a glimpse of what he feels in a more unrefined state. He is adamant on everyone being true to themselves, with him being no exception. If you have fallen you will notice that there is no lie or hesitation in his voice or eyes when he tells you that it will be over soon, but until then you must fight.
Hokma knows that each librarian has their own motivators and because of this does not expect everyone to be encouraged by the same thing. He has a unique ability to harness this. For some, the end goal of the library may be enough to keep them fighting. Others might continue forward simply because they must. And there are those who have more short-term goals like getting through the reception so that they will be able to enjoy time to themselves. It feels a lot more personal and genuine this way,
When you eventually pull through the post-reception is a time for everyone to relax. Unsurprisingly it’s a rather difficult and exhausting task to constantly fight people, so Hokma spends this time looking after his fellow floor librarians.
By the end you’ll likely earn “good work” from him. His gratitude is much more expressed in physical actions such as fetching you some tea or coffee from Binah or Chesed’s floor should you crave some.
Depending on just how tough it is he might actually take most of the work of sorting into his own hands. While he firmly believes everyone should fulfill their part of their work, there are exceptions he is willing to make.
In any other scenario he would likely wake a librarian should they fall asleep, rustling their shoulders to get them back on task, but in times like these he just lets them rest. It’s a silent sort of acknowledgement he holds towards their participation.
Has candles to light to help with decompression should anyone just want a relaxing scent. They all smell like varying levels of grandpa, but it’s in a home-y way.
He sits down with the others after the reception, spending time together even if it’s just in comfortable silence. Sometimes he’ll use this moment to get work done, others he will use it to read not a book of a guest, but rather just a story. It’s not 100% sure all the time why he sticks by, but the majority of the librarians take it as a sign of unity from the otherwise solitary man.You can’t always figure out what’s going on in that mind of his but he seems happy.

Any silly little Xiao headcanons? It doesn’t have to be anything specific I just really love reading your work. You’re very very talented ^^
Thank you! And yes you may. Xiao is just so pretty.. Sorry for my absence! As I said, I've been dealing with medical stuff. At long last I got a diagnosis! Sadly it’s something chronic BUT there’s treatment so looking forward to that.
Xiao General Headcanons:
To people who do not know her well, Xiao can come off as very distant and calloused. This especially tends to be people’s first interpretation of her when they meet her while working. A Liu Association Director as unmovable and determined as can be.
She doesn't want to come off as rude though. Direct, maybe, but appreciative. She is aware of her reputation and to make up for this, especially in everyday settings, she tries to be as respectful as possible.
But because of her tone this can come across as forceful in a way. Not because it’s fake, but like it’s more a command than anything. When she says to the grocery clerk, “Have a good day.” It doesn’t sound like a suggestion, it sounds like her saying “You WILL have a good day.”
Very passive aggressive in an accidental way. This is especially represented in last minute sticky notes scrambled out for other Liu Association members to see. She worries that people will take it in the wrong way, but instead her subordinates just find it funny.
Struggles with figuring out how technology works. Not in the grandma way, but in a way that makes things a bit more difficult if she’s out of her comfort zone. She’ll continue trying to fix things herself though until someone steps in or she finds a solution.
I feel like if she’s guiding or teaching someone it would have to be through physically showing whatever it is. It’s not that she can’t explain what they need to do, but when she does it’s often very complex and not very processible information. She is aware of this, so she tries to help others through other ways.
Avoids people she knows if she sees them in public, especially if they’re from work. It isn’t as though she doesn’t like them or talking to them, it’s just that it's in a different setting and formality and she has no clue what to expect. She often has a goal in mind for what she’s doing when she’s out of the house and she doesn’t want to be sidetracked.
I feel like Xiao would like going to concerts. The kind with bright colorful lights and where everyone is just enjoying themselves alongside the music. She goes there for the atmosphere. You hardly ever have so many strangers just so loose and relaxed in the city, it’s a nice change of pace.
Speaking of said concerts, she doesn’t really go based on what artist is playing, just whatever will be the funnest. Because of this, she ends up experiencing all types of genres than she didn’t even know before. Some of the songs she in particular ends up liking 100% get played in the car, and often people are very surprised with her music taste.
Doesn’t really have a sense of style. Now hear me out, this does not mean she dresses bad or looks bad in any means, we all know that’s not true. However, her closet is just filled with the same colored clothes (typically black or gray) with little variation. You got the 4 suits, and maybe some sweaters, but that’s about it.
She’s a morning person and doesn’t really like taking naps, but has grown really efficient at them. Being in the Liu association especially when it comes to tough combat situations means that getting rest can be quite difficult most of the time, so she’s learned how to very quickly fall asleep.
A light sleeper when she’s napping as one would need to be in potentially dangerous situations, or in areas where you might be needed to immediately jump into responding. It’s never a satisfying or fulfilling sleep though.
She has a huge collection of various board games that are shoved away in a cabinet in her house. Every time there is a mission that causes her to relocate to some place temporarily, in free time she’ll visit any stores that sell any physical games.
Often she’ll leave particular ones she thinks have an interesting concept at work for employees to play if they’re interested. Sometimes being an association member means working a lot of overtime, so at the very least they have some type of entertainment.
Always has to have something to do, very much always on the go. If there isn’t something planned or an idea she has in mind, she feels lazy. This helps keep her energy levels high. That said, has a low social battery, so much of what she does are tasks on her own, or with people she is close with.
Unfortunately this can come with some additional stress, even though she considers the pros better than the cons. She’s actually pretty good with finding ways with managing this though, and often sets up regular meetings with an acupuncturist whom she finds helps with her mood.
Regularly keeps her workplace stocked with caffeine for her and other people. Whether it’s through tea, coffee, or some other drink it will honestly be more difficult to find something that is uncaffeinated. Anyone is open to helping themselves.
She feels really bad when she has to bring bad news to her colleagues, and will attempt to tread carefully when breaking it to them. There’s a lot in her head she’d like to say, but she just can’t really find the words to say them. I think those that are often working with her know the sorrow she feels, they can see it in her eyes.
When holidays come around in the office she doesn’t participate too much in them. You can typically find her sitting to herself, maybe with Lowell. That said, there is one thing that has become absolute tradition: she brings the food. Something about the way she bakes treats is iconic amongst the Liu South Section.
Whenever it’s someone’s birthday she gets a card for them and leaves a little note. As she isn’t the best with expression, the note isn’t really special, but what is are the small doodles she often leaves behind. They aren’t particularly good but that’s what makes them adored and loved.
She doesn’t actually understand why her little drawings have become such a favorable thing among her colleagues. She’s not really an artist and she did them in like a couple minutes, yet here they are showing off to each other their cards.
Wants to get better at cooking, for as good as she is at baking and decorating, making actual meals.. Well she can make food of the same type. Xiao just doesn’t really have experience in making other types of food, and she wants to expand that skill.
Really loves knitted stuff in particular?? Something about it is cozy. In winter especially there are often a lot of knitted plushies like deers and she has to resist the urge to buy them, because she knows she won’t be able to stop once she starts.
