So, I was away over the weekend. But I'm back now, painting away. Had a bit of a disaster matte-ing down the cape on my Gravis Captain as my Lahmium Medium had become contaminated, and ended up dumping white specks across the pristine cape. Managed to turn it round as best I could. Trying to photograph the cape is a nightmare - I may well end up using the DSLR at some point. My Veteran Sergeant for the First Company Veteran Bodyguard Squad needed something to go with his new shiny red power fist. Because I chose the red for the power fist based on old school colour and shading schemes, I figured why not complete the look and add the old school plasma pistol too. I love the older pistol, and adding the new plasma glow effect really sets it off.
