Vanessa Kuly is a professional tribal fusion belly dancer and former Live Lotus Instructor and will lead us through 75 mins of blissful movement! Everyone is welcome, no experience needed. Please wear something comfortable and a hip scarf if you have one. ⠀ ⠀ Intermediate Workshop: Use the basic moves we learned in the previous workshop to create interesting and challenging layers, traveling moves, and turns! We'll start with a strengthening warm up then dive right into drills, combinations and we'll even learn a short choreography! My attempt of an inversion at the abandoned tea house. Five miles+ kayaking to get to this absolutely beautiful place. My arms, shoulders, and lower back are still sore from the activity (and my husband did most of the work 😂). I am sharing to encourage us all to travel a little more, see a little more, feel a little more, and whatevs a little more. Go somewhere that you never been.
